为使本实用新型实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本实用新型实施例和附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。需要说明的是,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
实施例
如图1所示,一种带吊坠44的云形首饰,包括:
首饰主体33和吊坠44,所述吊坠44连接在所述首饰主体33的下方;
所述首饰主体33包括:正面部件11和背面部件22,所述正面部件11和背面部件22一体成型;正面部件11和背面部件22相对外凸,形成镂空的内部空间;
正面部件11和背面部件22,所述正面部件11和背面部件22一体成型;所述正面部件11和背面部件22相对外凸,形成镂空的内部空间;需要说明的是,所述正面部件11和背面部件22相对外凸,以图1为例,具体是指所述正面部件11向右侧外凸,所述背面部件22向左侧外凸。
作为优选,所述吊坠44为多个线条状构件6,多个线条状构件6均与所述首饰主体33相连接。进一步的,所述线条状构件6上嵌有装饰物7。
需要说明的是,所述吊坠44并不一定局限于线条状的构件,也可以是多种形式的构件,本实施例只是优选为线条状构件6,多个线条状的构件均与所述首饰主体33相连接,并且在本实施例中,对所述线 条状构件6做了进一步的改进,在每个线条状构件6上都嵌有装饰物7,本实施例优选水滴造型的装饰物7,结合所述首饰主体33部分的云形结构,使本实施例总体呈现出云雨结的形式。
作为优选,如图2所示,所述正面部件11包括:云头部件,整体呈椭圆形状,其短轴的长度为b;云尾部件,整体呈Λ形,其底端的宽度为c;云头部件与云尾部件连接;带吊坠44的云形首饰在水平方向的长度为a,云头部件的中心点与云尾部件的顶点之间的水平距离为d;a、b、c、d满足以下关系:b:c=a:d=1.618。
需要说明的是,所述背面部件22的边界轮廓与所述正面部件11相同。
作为优选,所述云头部件由螺旋线构件和椭圆形构件组合而成,所述云头部件由螺旋线构件和圆弧形连接件组合而成,所述螺旋线构件位于所述云头部件的内部;所述圆弧形连接件与所述螺旋线构件相互连接,形成云头部件的边。需要说明的是,所述云头部件是整体上呈椭圆行状,并不是严格意义上的一个椭圆。人们可以依据自己的实际需要,按照不同的方式来组建这个椭圆,本实施例中,优选用不同长度大小的圆弧形连接件来组成这个云头部件的边;不同长度大小的圆弧形连接件按照不同的连接组合方式形成云头部件的边,整个云头部件的边类似于椭圆形的边。在本实施例中还在云头部件的内部设置有螺旋线构件,需要说明的是,如图11所示,本文中所述的所有螺旋线构件的结构均相同,由第一半圆弧元件和第二半圆弧元件连接组成,第一半圆弧元件的直径D1和第二半圆弧元件的直径D2满足如下关系:D1:D2=1.618,通过螺旋线构件与长度大小不同的圆弧形连接件共同组合形成本文所述的云头部件。组合形成后,所述云头部件类似于卷云的形状。
如图8所示,作为优选,所述云头部件内设置有五个螺旋线构件, 所述五个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述五个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧形连接件连接。所述五个螺旋线构件分别为:第一螺旋线构件1、第二螺旋线构件2、第三螺旋线构件3、第四螺旋线构件4、第五螺旋线构件5。
所述第一螺旋线构件1位于第五螺旋线构件5的左侧,且与第二螺旋线构件2、第四螺旋线构件4和第五螺旋线构件5均相切;所述第二螺旋线构件2与第四螺旋线构件4的中心均位于第一螺旋线构件1与第五螺旋线构件5的切线上;所述第二螺旋线构件2位于第一螺旋线构件1和第五螺旋线构件5的上方;所述第四螺旋线构件4位于第一螺旋线构件1和第五螺旋线构件5的下方,且与第一螺旋线构件1和第五螺旋线构件5均相切;所述第三螺旋线构件3、第五螺旋线构件5、第四螺旋线构件4的中心均位于同一直线上;所述第三螺旋线构件3与第五螺旋线构件5相切,且位于第五螺旋线构件5的上方。需要说明的是,上述所有的螺旋线构件之间的相切可以是相切的两个螺旋线构件有接触;也可以是两个螺旋线构件之间有一定的距离,但是从两个螺旋线构件之间的相对位置而言,两个螺旋线构件是相切的。
需要说明的是,所述云头部件内设置的螺旋线构件的数量可依据人的实际需要而定,上述仅仅是优选了五个螺旋线构件,可以设置一个螺旋线构件,也可设置两个螺旋线构件,只需要所设置的螺旋线构件和圆弧形连接件能够组合形成类似椭圆形的云头部件即可。
作为优选,所述云头部件为多层结构,所述多层结构的每一层上均设置有螺旋线构件和/或圆弧形连接件。需要说明的是,即所述云头部件可以是只有一个层次的曲面,也可以是多个层次的曲面,所述螺旋线构件和圆弧形连接件可以分布在同一个层次的曲面,也可以分布在不同层次的曲面,即某一个层面上可以只有所述螺旋线构件,另一个层面上可以同时存在所述螺旋线构件和所述圆弧形连接件,每个层 面上所设置的具体构件,可依据使用者的需求而定。同理,下文所述的云尾部件也可以是多层次的曲面。
作为优选,如图12和图13所示(图13中的虚线五实际意义,其目的是为方便区分所述正面部件11和所述背面部件22),是本实施例所提供的实例图五的立体结构示意图,所述云头部件为四层结构,分别为第一层、第二层、第三层、第四层,作为优选,所述第一层设置有所述第一螺旋线构件1和第四螺旋线构件4,所述第二层设置有第二螺旋线构件2、第三螺旋线构件3、第五螺旋线构件5和圆弧形连接件,所述第三层和第四层均设置有圆弧形连接件。通过分层结构,所述云头部件呈圆弧鼓起的蕾丝云结构,每个卷云(即本文所述的螺旋线构件和圆弧形连接件的组合体)均错落有致的分布在不同的层。
需要说明的是,本实施例所述云头部件为四层结构,且将每层上的具体构件做了明确,在这里的作用仅仅是为了表明本实施例所提供的云头部件可以为多层结构,云头部件的具体多少层级可依据使用者的需求而定;且在每层所设置的构件也可以依据使用者的需求而定,并非一定需要按照上文所述的“第一层设置有第一螺旋线构件1和第四螺旋线构件4”。同理,本实施例所述的云尾部件也可以为多层结构。
如图4所示,所述云头部件内设置有一个螺旋线构件,所述一个螺旋线构件排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述一个螺旋线构件与所述圆弧形连接件连接。
如图5所示,所述云头部件内设置有两个螺旋线构件,所述两个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述两个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧形连接件连接。
如图6所示,所述云头部件内设置有三个螺旋线构件,所述三个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述三个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧形连接件连接。
如图7所示,所述云头部件内设置有四个螺旋线构件,所述四个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述四个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧形连接件连接。
如图9所示,作为优选,所述云尾部件由螺旋线构件、圆弧形连接件、曲线连接件组合而成,整体呈Λ形。进一步的,所述云尾部件设置有两个螺旋线构件,所述两个螺旋线构件均排列于所述Λ形的云尾部件的一条边上;所述Λ形的云尾部件的另一条边由所述圆弧形连接件和曲线连接件组合形成;所述云尾部件的两条边均与云头部件相接。进一步的,所述云尾部件设置的两个螺旋线构件分别为第六螺旋线构件和第七螺旋线构件,所述第六螺旋线构件与第七螺旋线构件的中心位于同一直线上,且第六螺旋线构件与第七螺旋线构件相接。
需要说明的是,与上文所述云头部件相类似,所述云尾部件的组成可以是螺旋线构件、圆弧形连接件和曲线连接件三者组合形成,亦可以由圆弧形连接件和曲线连接件组合而成,只需要组合形成的云尾部件能够呈现出Λ形即可。
如图10所示,所述云尾部件由曲线连接件组合而成,整体呈Λ形。
需要说明的是,所述背面部件22的具体形态可以依据使用者的需求而制作不同的形态,比如,可以与所述正面部件11的形态相同,使用诸如螺旋线构件、圆弧形连接件和曲线连接件组合形成的云形;也可以是没有任何图案,类似于一个后盖形式的背面部件22,以其边界轮廓与所述正面部件11的边界轮廓相同为标准,使其能够与所述正面部件11无缝衔接,与所述正面部件11形成镂空的内部空间。
本实施例所提供的带吊坠44的云形首饰,通过将首饰分为首饰主体33和吊坠44两部分,首饰主体33有进一步分为正面部件11和背面部件22,所述正面部件11又分为云头和云尾两部分,云头采用类椭圆形状,云尾采用类Λ形状;整个带吊坠44的云形首饰类似于太极 图形中的阴阳图案,在使用原材料切割本实用新型时,因本实用新型整体类似于太极图形中的阴阳图案,两个带吊坠44的云形首饰基本可以互补,切完第一个带吊坠44的云形首饰后,剩下的材料亦可以作为第二个带吊坠44的云形首饰的原材料,避免造成原材料的浪费,提高了原材料的利用率。本实用新型在云头部件和云尾部件设计有螺旋线构件、圆弧形连接件、曲线连接件,通过所述螺旋线构件、圆弧形连接件和曲线连接件的相互组合,使整个带吊坠44的云形首饰呈现有卷云的形态,美观大方。在同等面积上,利用本实施例特有的组成结构,在实物制作、商业生产上最大限度地提高材料利用率,既能达到美观装饰的效果又可以节省材料。
需要说明的是,本实施例采用螺旋线构件和圆弧形连接件来构成所述首饰主体33正面部件11中的云头部件和云尾部件,类似于将蕾丝工艺应用于首饰的制作当中,使本实施例所述的正面部件11整体呈现蕾丝云的形状,达到美观大方的效果。
本实施例所提供的带吊坠44的云形首饰,其制作材料可依据使用者的需求而定,包括但不限于金属、玉石;例如其制作材料可以为纯金、铂、钯、银,或者是其合金,也就是说其制作材料可包括纯金(99%-99.9%金)、K金/9K-24K产品以及相关贵金属产品(如铂及其合金、钯及其合金等)。该带吊坠44的云形首饰的饰物产品可以有诸多的表现形式,包括但不限于以下所述饰物类型:手镯、臂镯、胸针、吊坠44、项链、戒指等。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的一种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求 为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,包括:
    首饰主体和吊坠,所述吊坠连接在所述首饰主体的下方;
    所述首饰主体包括:正面部件和背面部件,所述正面部件和背面部件一体成型;所述正面部件和背面部件相对外凸,形成镂空的内部空间;
    所述正面部件包括:云头部件,整体呈椭圆形状,其短轴的长度为b;云尾部件,整体呈Λ形,其底端的宽度为c;云头部件与云尾部件连接;所述正面部件在水平方向的长度为a,云头部件的中心点与云尾部件的顶点之间的水平距离为d;a、b、c、d满足以下关系:b:c=a:d=1.618;
    所述背面部件的边界轮廓与所述正面部件相同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于:所述云头部件由螺旋线构件和圆弧形连接件组合而成,所述螺旋线构件位于所述云头部件的内部;所述圆弧形连接件与所述螺旋线构件相互连接,形成云头部件的边。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云头部件内设置有五个螺旋线构件,所述五个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述五个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧形连接件连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述五个螺旋线构件分别为:
    第一螺旋线构件、第二螺旋线构件、第三螺旋线构件、第四螺旋线构件、第五螺旋线构件;
    所述第一螺旋线构件位于第五螺旋线构件的左侧,且与第二螺旋线构件、第四螺旋线构件和第五螺旋线构件均相切;
    所述第二螺旋线构件与第四螺旋线构件的中心均位于第一螺旋线 构件与第五螺旋线构件的切线上;
    所述第二螺旋线构件位于第一螺旋线构件和第五螺旋线构件的上方;
    所述第四螺旋线构件位于第一螺旋线构件和第五螺旋线构件的下方,且与第一螺旋线构件和第五螺旋线构件均相切;
    所述第三螺旋线构件、第五螺旋线构件、第四螺旋线构件的中心均位于同一直线上;
    所述第三螺旋线构件与第五螺旋线构件相切,且位于第五螺旋线构件的上方。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云尾部件由螺旋线构件、圆弧形连接件、曲线连接件组合而成。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云尾部件由圆弧形连接件和曲线连接件组合而成。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云尾部件由曲线连接件组合而成。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于:
    所述云尾部件设置有两个螺旋线构件,所述两个螺旋线构件均排列于所述Λ形的云尾部件的一条边上;所述Λ形的云尾部件的另一条边由所述圆弧形连接件和曲线连接件组合形成;
    所述云尾部件的两条边均与云头部件相接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于:
    所述云尾部件设置的两个螺旋线构件分别为第六螺旋线构件和第七螺旋线构件,所述第六螺旋线构件与第七螺旋线构件的中心位于同一直线上,且第六螺旋线构件与第七螺旋线构件相接。
  10. 根据权利要求2或5所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述螺旋线构件的结构均相同,由第一半圆弧元件和第二半圆弧元件连接组成,第一半圆弧元件的直径D1和第二半圆弧元件的直径D2满 足如下关系:
    D1:D2=1.618。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云头部件内设置有两个螺旋线构件,所述两个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述两个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧形连接件连接。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云头部件内设置有三个螺旋线构件,所述三个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述三个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧形连接件连接。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述云头部件内设置有四个螺旋线构件,所述四个螺旋线构件均排列于所述椭圆形状的云头部件内部;所述四个螺旋线构件之间均由所述圆弧形连接件连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述吊坠为多个线条状构件,多个线条状构件均与所述首饰主体相连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的带吊坠的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述线条状构件上嵌有装饰物。
  16. 根据权利要求2所述的内部镂空的云形首饰,其特征在于,所述正面部件为多层结构,所述多层结构的每一层上均设置有螺旋线构件和/或圆弧形连接件。
