该步骤具体可从用户终端获取接入网动态信息,和 /或从接入网管理模块获取接入 网动态信息。本实施例中的接入网管理包括接入点、接入点控制网元(如 WLAN中的 AC)、 网管系统、 接入网元检测系统等。 步骤 102: 根据获取的接入网动态信息对当前的接入网信息列表进行更新处理。 其中, 从用户终端获取接入网动态信息时, 包括: 用户终端通过发送包含其当前位置信息的接入网信息获取请求获取接入网信息, 或用户终端通过自身探测获取接入网信息; 用户终端根据当前获取的接入网信息进行接入网连接, 并根据连接结果生成并发 送接入网动态信息。 用户终端根据连接结果生成接入网动态信息的过程包括: 用户终端根据当前的接入网信息成功连接至对应的接入点, 且能成功连接至互联 网时, 生成的接入网动态信息中包括的连接成功信息、 用户终端位置信息 (具体可为 用户终端连接至接入点时所处的位置信息或用户终端当前的位置信息)和接入点信息; 该接入点信息可以包括接入点的标识信息, 或还可进一步包括接入点的类型等; 用户终端根据当前的接入网信息查找不到对应的接入点、 或无法连接至对应的接 入点(可能是密码错误、接入点最大连接数限制等造成)、或连接至对应的接入点后不 能成功连接至互联网时,生成的接入网动态信息中包括的连接失败信息和接入点信息, 该连接失败信息包括连接失败的原因; 该连接至接入点时所处的位置信息或用户终端 当前的位置信息) 和接入点信息; 该接入点信息也可以包括接入点的标识信息, 或还 可进一步包括接入点的类型等。 从用户终端获取接入网动态信息时, 根据获取的接入网动态信息对当前的接入网 信息列表进行更新处理的过程包括: 根据获取的接入网动态信息所包括的连接结果信息 (即连接成功或失败信息) 判 定用户终端连接成功时, 判断当前接入网信息列表中是否存在对应的接入点信息, 如 不存在, 在该接入网信息列表中添加该接入点信息; 如存在, 则可不对其进行任何处 理, 或判断列表中该接入点当前的状态为不可用时, 将其设置为可用, 或直接调整该 接入点的优先级, 例如将其优先级设置为更高。 根据获取的接入网动态信息判定用户 终端连接失败时,判断当前接入网信息列表中是否存在对应的接入点信息,如不存在, 则可不做任何处理, 也可将其加入该列表中, 设置其状态为可用; 如存在, 则根据用 户终端连接失败的原因对该接入点进行更新处理, 处理方式可为下面任意一种方式: 方式一: 通过接入网管理模块对接入失败原因进行验证, 该过程包括: 向接入网管理模块发送包含该接入点信息和用户终端的位置信息的接入网信息验 证请求; 接收接入网管理模块根据接入网信息验证请求进行验证后的验证结果, 该验证结 果包括验证得到的连接失败原因; 根据该验证结果判断验证得到的连接失败原因与用 户终端发送反馈的失败原因是否一致, 如是, 则对上述接入点进行更新处理; 方式二: 通过其他用户终端的反馈对接入失败原因进行验证: 针对该接入点接收 到至少一个其他用户终端反馈包括相同失败原因的接入网动态信息后, 对接入点进行 更新处理。 本实施例中的失败原因包括接入点不存在、 无法接入、 或可以接入接入点但无法 访问互联网。 在上述方式一和方式二中, 对接入点进行更新处理时, 具体可采用以下两种更新 处理方式中的任意一种: 当接入网动态信息中的失败原因为查找不到对应的接入点或无法连接至对应的接 入点时, 将对应的接入点设置为不可用; 当接入网动态信息中的失败原因为连接至对应的接入点后不能成功连接至互联网 时, 重新设置接入点的优先级, 或在接入点当前为不可用时, 将该接入点设置为可用; 或, 采用预设优化算法计算该接入点的可用性, 当计算其可用性小于预设阈值时, 将 该接入点设置为不可用, 当计算其可用性大于预设阈值时, 将该接入点设置为可用。 例如, 由于每个接入点都有一个可用性属性值, 改值最高可用门限为 100, 最低可用 门限为 60 (最低可用门限则为此处的阈值), 当接入网动态信息中的失败原因为查找 不到对应的接入点或无法连接至对应的接入点时, 将对应接入点的可用性属性值减 1, 直到其可用性属性值低于 60, 当低于 60后则不再对其进行减法的计算, 直接将该接 入点标记为不可用; 当接入网动态信息中包括的连接成功信息时, 则可直接将对应接 入点的可用性属性值升级为 100, 或按照设定的梯度值 (例如每次上升 5、 或 10等, 直至其升到 100) 对其可用性属性值进行更新, 此时其可用性大于最低门限 60, 将该 接入点设置为可用。 值得注意的是, 本实施例除了采用上述方式计算更新接入点的可用性之外, 还可 结合接入点当前的可用性、 以及当前的 可用带宽、当前的连接数等实时的更新接入点 的优先级。 在此不再赘述。 根据上述处理过程可知, 本实施例中接入网信息列表中包 括的接入点中存在可用和不可用的接入点; 在向用户终端发送接入网信息时, 优先发 送可用的接入点信息; 当然也可只发送可用的接入点信息, 可用接入点的信息可以按 照优先级顺序排列; 且在向用户终端发送时, 可按照优先级的顺序发送, 此时用户终 端收到后可根据各接入点的优先级选择连接。 以上都是以从用户终端获取接入网动态信息为例进行的说明, 下面以从接入网管 理模块获取接入网动态信息为例进行说明。 当从接入网管理模块获取上述接入网动态信息时, 获取的接入网动态信息包括对 应接入点的接入点信息, 接入点变化信息; 接入点变化信息位置信息变化信息、 标识 信息变化信息、 不可用标识信息、 优先级变化信息中的至少一种; 接入点信息包括接 入点的标识信息, 或还可进一步包括接入点的类型等信息。 此时, 根据获取的接入网动态信息对当前的接入网信息列表进行更新处理包括: 根据获取的接入网动态信息判断当前接入网信息列表中是否存在对应的接入点信 息, 如存在, 贝 U: 如果上述接入点信息包括接入点的位置信息变化信息, 更新接入网信息列表中对 应接入点的位置信息; 如果上述接入点信息包括接入点的标识信息变化信息, 更新接入网信息列表中对 应接入点的标识信息; 如果上述接入点信息包括不可用标识信息, 将接入网信息列表中对应接入点设置 为不可用; 如果上述接入点信息包括优先级变化信息, 更新接入网信息列表中对应接入点优 先级。 如不存在, 贝 U: 如果上述接入点信息包括不可用标识信息, 在接入网信息列表中增加对应接入点 并记录其不可用, 或不进行任何处理; 如果上述接入点信息包括接入点的位置信息变 化信息, 在接入网信息列表中增加对应接入点并记录其最新的位置信息; 如果上述接入点信息包括接入点的标识信息变化信息, 在接入网信息列表中增加 对应接入点并记录其最新的标识信息; 如果上述接入点信息包括优先级变化信息, 在接入网信息列表中增加对应接入点 并记录其最新的优先级。 在上述根据获取的接入网动态信息对当前的接入网信息列表进行更新处理后, 还 可将更新后的接入网信息发送用户终端; 具体的, 可主动发送给相应的用户终端, 此 时的用户终端可以是之前向其请求过该接入网信息的用户终端,和 /或向其反馈接入网 动态信息的用户终端; 也可仅根据用户终端的接入网信息获取请求被动发送。 值得注 意的是, 本实施例中具体可只将有更新的那一部分接入网信息发送给用户终端, 也可 将整个更新后的接入网信息列表发送给用户终端。
实施例二 本实施例提供了一种接入网信息管理装置,该接入网信息管理装置可以为 A DSF 单元, 也可以为其他的功能单元; 请参见图 2所示, 其包括: 信息获取模块,设置为获取接入网动态信息; 具体可从用户终端获取接入网动态信 息, 和 /或从接入网管理模块获取接入网动态信息。 本实施例中的接入网管理包括接入 点、 接入点控制网元 (如 WLAN中的 AC)、 网管系统、 接入网元检测系统等。 信息管理模块,设置为根据获取的接入网动态信息对当前的接入网信息列表进行 更新处理。 其中, 信息获取模块从用户终端获取接入网动态信息时, 包括: 信息获取模块接收用户终端发送的接入网动态信息; 该接入网动态信息是 用户终端通过发送包含其当前位置信息的接入网信息获取请求获取接入网信息, 或自身探测获取接入网信息; 然后根据当前获取的接入网信息进行接入网连接, 并根 据连接结果生成的。 本实施例中, 用户终端包括获取模块、 处理模块以及发送模块; 获取模块设置为通过发送包含所述用户终端当前位置信息的接入网信息获取 请求获取接入网信息, 或通过自身探测获取接入网信息; 处理模块设置为根据所述接入网信息进行接入网的连接处理, 并根据连接结 果生成接入网动态信息; 发送模块设置为发送所述接入网动态信息。 其中, 处理模块根据连接结果生成接入网动态信息包括: 当连接结果为当前的接入网信息成功连接至对应的接入点, 且能成功连接至互联 网时, 生成的接入网动态信息中包括的连接成功信息、 用户终端位置信息 (具体可为 用户终端连接至接入点时所处的位置信息或用户终端当前的位置信息)和接入点信息; 该接入点信息可以包括接入点的标识信息, 或还可进一步包括接入点的类型等; 当连接结果为当前的接入网信息查找不到对应的接入点、 或无法连接至对应的接 入点(可能是密码错误、接入点最大连接数限制等造成)、或连接至对应的接入点后不 能成功连接至互联网时,生成的接入网动态信息中包括的连接失败信息和接入点信息, 该连接失败信息包括连接失败的原因; 该连接至接入点时所处的位置信息或用户终端 当前的位置信息) 和接入点信息; 该接入点信息也可以包括接入点的标识信息, 或还 可进一步包括接入点的类型等。 信息获取模块从用户终端获取接入网动态信息时, 信 息管理模块根据获取的接入网动态信息对当前的接入网信息列表进行更新处理的过程 包括: 信息管理模块根据获取的接入网动态信息所包括的连接结果信息 (即连接成功或 失败信息) 判定用户终端连接成功时, 判断当前接入网信息列表中是否存在对应的接 入点信息, 如不存在, 在该接入网信息列表中添加该接入点信息; 如存在, 则可不对 其进行任何处理, 或判断列表中该接入点当前的状态为不可用时, 将其设置为可用, 或直接调整该接入点的优先级, 例如将其优先级设置为更高。 信息管理模块根据获取 的接入网动态信息判定用户终端连接失败时, 判断当前接入网信息列表中是否存在对 应的接入点信息, 如不存在, 则可不做任何处理, 也可将其加入该列表中, 设置其状 态为可用; 如存在, 则根据用户终端连接失败的原因对该接入点进行更新处理, 处理 方式可为下面任意一种方式: 方式一: 通过接入网管理模块对接入失败原因进行验证, 该过程包括: 信息管理模块向接入网管理模块发送包含该接入点信息和用户终端的位置信息的 接入网信息验证请求; 信息管理模块接收接入网管理模块根据接入网信息验证请求进行验证后的验证结 果, 该验证结果包括验证得到的连接失败原因; 根据该验证结果判断验证得到的连接 失败原因与用户终端发送反馈的失败原因是否一致, 如是,则对接入点进行更新处理; 方式二: 通过其他用户终端的反馈对接入失败原因进行验证: 针对该接入点, 信息管理模块接收到至少一个其他用户终端反馈包括相同失败原 因的接入网动态信息后, 对接入点进行更新处理。 在上述方式一和方式二中, 信息管理模块对接入点进行更新处理时, 具体可采用 以下两种更新处理方式中的任意一种: 信息管理模块判断当接入网动态信息中的失败原因为查找不到对应的接入点或无 法连接至对应的接入点时, 将对应的接入点设置为不可用; 信息管理模块判断当接入网动态信息中的失败原因为连接至对应的接入点后不能 成功连接至互联网时, 重新设置接入点的优先级, 或在接入点当前为不可用时, 将该 接入点设置为可用; 或, 信息管理模块采用预设优化算法计算该接入点的可用性, 当计算其可用性小于预 设优先级阈值时,将该接入点设置为不可用, 当计算其可用性大于预设优先级阈值时, 将该接入点设置为可用。 根据上述处理过程可知, 本实施例中接入网信息列表中包括的接入点中存在可用 和不可用的接入点; 在向用户终端发送接入网信息时, 优先发送可用的接入点信息; 当然也可只发送可用的接入点信息; 且在向用户终端发送时, 可按照优先级的顺序发 送, 此时用户终端收到后可根据各接入点的优先级选择连接。 以上都是以信息获取模块从用户终端获取接入网动态信息为例进行的说明, 下面 以信息获取模块从接入网管理模块获取接入网动态信息为例进行说明。 当信息获取模块从接入网管理模块获取接入网动态信息时, 获取的接入网动态信 息包括对应接入点的接入点信息, 接入点变化信息; 接入点变化信息位置信息变化信 息、 标识信息变化信息、 不可用标识信息、 优先级变化信息中的至少一种; 接入点信 息包括接入点的标识信息, 或还可进一步包括接入点的类型等信息。 此时, 信息管理 模块根据获取的接入网动态信息对当前的接入网信息列表进行更新处理包括: 信息管理模块根据获取的接入网动态信息判断当前接入网信息列表中是否存在对 应的接入点信息, 如存在, 贝 U: 如果上述接入点信息包括接入点的位置信息变化信息, 更新接入网信息列表中对 应接入点的位置信息; 如果上述接入点信息包括接入点的标识信息变化信息, 更新接入网信息列表中对 应接入点的标识信息; 如果上述接入点信息包括不可用标识信息, 将接入网信息列表中对应接入点设置 为不可用; 如果上述接入点信息包括优先级变化信息, 更新接入网信息列表中对应接入点优 先级。 如不存在, 贝 U: 如果上述接入点信息包括不可用标识信息, 在接入网信息列表中增加对应接入点 并记录其不可用, 或不进行任何处理; 如果上述接入点信息包括接入点的位置信息变 化信息, 在接入网信息列表中增加对应接入点并记录其最新的位置信息; 如果上述接入点信息包括接入点的标识信息变化信息, 在接入网信息列表中增加 对应接入点并记录其最新的标识信息; 如果上述接入点信息包括优先级变化信息, 在接入网信息列表中增加对应接入点 并记录其最新的优先级。 本实施例中的接入网信息管理装置还可包括信息发送模块, 请参见图 3所示。 信 息发送模块设置为信息获取模块从用户终端获取接入网动态信息时, 在上述根据获取 的接入网动态信息对当前的接入网信息列表进行更新处理后, 将更新后的接入网信息 发送用户终端; 具体的, 信息发送模块可主动发送给相应的用户终端, 此时的用户终 端可以是之前向其请求过该接入网信息的用户终端,和 /或向其反馈接入网动态信息的 用户终端; 信息发送模块也可仅根据用户终端的接入网信息获取请求被动发送。 值得 注意的是, 本实施例中具体可只将有更新的那一部分接入网信息发送给用户终端, 也 可将整个更新后的接入网信息列表发送给用户终端。
实施例三 为了更好的理解本发明, 下面代理人结合几个具体的应用场景为例, 对本发明做 进一步的说明。 请参见图 4所示, 该图所示的接入网信息管理装置从用户终端获取接入网动态信 息, 其对接入网信息列表的维护过程包括以下步骤: 步骤 401 : 用户终端发送接入网信息请求至接入网信息管理装置(可以是 ANDSF 单元), 设置为获得可用的接入网络信息; 用户终端在此请求中包含其位置信息; 步骤 402: 接入网信息管理装置发送接入网信息响应至用户终端, 响应消息中包 含可用接入点列表、 接入技术类型、 接入接入点标识符等; 步骤 403 : 用户终端根据该响应消息与对应的接入点进行连接, 并根据连接结果 向接入网信息管理装置发送反馈请求, 该反馈请求中包括接入网动态信息; 如果接入 点连接成功, 并且能成功连接至互联网, 则用户终端反馈包含接入点可以正常使用信 息的反馈请求至接入网信息管理装置。 请求消息中携带用户终端的位置信息、 接入点 的类型及标识符、 连接结果等信息; 如果用户终端发现接入点无法接入、 或接入点不 存在、 或接入点可接入但无法访问互联网。 无法接入的原因可能是密码错误、 接入点 最大连接数限制等因素造成。用户终端在接入网反馈请求消息中,携带连接失败信息, 该连接失败信息包括连接失败的原因, 并且发送至接入网信息管理装置; 上述描述的过程是用户终端在通过步骤 401和步骤 402的基础上, 反馈接入网信 息管理装置下发的接入网信息。 在本实施例中, 对于用户终端来说, 也可以在没有步 骤 401和步骤 402交互过程的基础上, 通过用户终端自身探测接入网信息, 连接至对 应的接入点。 在此种情况下, 用户终端直接向接入网信息管理装置反馈其探测的邻近 接入网信息。 反馈过程如下: 如果接入点连接成功, 并且能成功连接至互联网, 则用户终端反馈包含接入点可 以正常使用信息的反馈请求至接入网信息管理装置。 请求消息中携带用户终端的位置 信息、接入点的类型及标识符、连接结果等信息; 如果用户终端发现接入点无法接入、 或接入点不存在、 或接入点可接入但无法访问互联网。 无法接入的原因可能是密码错 误、 接入点最大连接数限制等因素造成。 用户终端在接入网反馈请求消息中, 携带连 接失败信息, 该连接失败信息包括连接失败的原因, 并且发送至接入网信息管理装置; 步骤 404: 接入网信息管理装置收到来自于用户终端的反馈请求, 根据反馈请求 消息中的信息进行如下处理: 如果用户终端反馈的接入点连接成功, 则接入网信息管理装置查看其维护的接入 网信息列表中是否存在此接入点信息, 如果没有, 并则添加此接入网信息 (接入网信 息需要标记此接入网是受信还是非受信); 如果存在,则可将此接入网信息更新为可用 或者按照一定的规则调整优先级, 也即调整其优先级, 使其达到一定级别的优先级。 并且接入网信息管理装置收到来自于其它用户终端接入网信息请求后, 会根据用户终 端的位置, 再下发接入网信息 (接入网信息中包含接入网是否受信); 如果用户终端反馈的接入点连接异常, 例如接入点不存在、 或者无法接入、 或者 可接入但是无法访问互联网等无法成功连接访问, 如果接入网信息管理装置存储的接 入网信息中包含此接入点, 则接入网信息管理装置可以根据接入点的标识直接向接入 点、 或者接入点控制管理网元 (如 WLAN中的 AC)、 或网管系统、 或接入网元监测 系统等接入网管理模块发送接入网信息验证请求, 设置为核实用户终端反馈请求中的 信息, 确认用户终端上报的连接不成功的现象是否正确, 并且从上述相关网元获知连 接不成功的原因, 消息中携带接入网标识、 UE位置等相关信息; 步骤 405: 接入点、或者接入点控制管理网元(如 WLAN中的 AC)、或网管系统、 或接入网元监测系统等接入网管理模块收到来自于接入网信息管理装置的接入网信息 验证请求后, 根据请求中的各种原因,核实接入点是否不存在、 或者无法接入、 或者可 接入但是无法访问互联网等现象, 也即核实连接失败的原因是否与用户终端上报的原 因一致, 并且返回相应的验证响应至接入网信息管理装置。 步骤 406: 接入网信息管理装置根据验证响应的结果, 更新其管理的接入网信息; 如果接入点确实无法成功连接访问互联网, 则接入网信息管理装置的接入网信息 管理维护模块在维护管理接入网信息列表时, 可将该接入点设置为不可用; 例如, 对 此接入点进行去激活处理; 在后续的接入网信息下发过程中, 不下发此类接入点。 如果接入点可以正常连接访问互联网, 则可将此接入网信息更新为可用或者一定 级别的优先级; 步骤 407: 接入网信息管理装置发送用户终端当前所在位置的可用接入网信息至 用户终端。 值得注意的是, 此处的用户终端除了可以是上述向接入网信息管理装置反 馈请求的用户终端,还可以是之前向接入网信息管理装置请求过该接入网信息的终端。 图 5所示的接入网信息管理流程中, 利用接入点、 或者接入点控制管理网元 (如
WLAN中的 AC)、或网管系统、或接入网元监测系统等接入网管理模块对用户终端上 报的失败原因进行验证。 本实施例中还可采用其他的验证方式, 请参见图 5所示, 其 包括: 步骤 501 : 用户终端发送接入网信息请求至接入网信息管理装置(可以是 ANDSF 单元), 设置为获得可用的接入网络信息; 用户终端在此请求中包含其位置信息; 步骤 502: 接入网信息管理装置发送接入网信息响应至用户终端, 响应消息中包 含可用接入点列表、 接入技术类型、 接入接入点标识符等; 步骤 503 : 用户终端根据该响应消息与对应的接入点进行连接, 并根据连接结果 向接入网信息管理装置发送反馈请求, 该反馈请求中包括接入网动态信息; 如果接入 点连接成功, 并且能成功连接至互联网, 则用户终端反馈包含接入点可以正常使用信 息的反馈请求至接入网信息管理装置。 请求消息中携带用户终端的位置信息、 接入点 的类型及标识符、 连接结果等信息; 如果用户终端发现接入点无法接入、 或接入点不 存在、 或接入点可接入但无法访问互联网。 无法接入的原因可能是密码错误、 接入点 最大连接数限制等因素造成。用户终端在接入网反馈请求消息中,携带连接失败信息, 该连接失败信息包括连接失败的原因, 并且发送至接入网信息管理装置; 上述描述的过程是用户终端在通过步骤 501和步骤 502的基础上, 反馈接入网信 息管理装置下发的接入网信息。 在本实施例中, 对于用户终端来说, 也可以在没有步 骤 501和步骤 502交互过程的基础上, 通过用户终端自身探测接入网信息, 连接至对 应的接入点。 在此种情况下, 用户终端直接向接入网信息管理装置反馈其探测的邻近 接入网信息。 反馈过程如下: 如果接入点连接成功, 并且能成功连接至互联网, 则用户终端反馈包含接入点可 以正常使用信息的反馈请求至接入网信息管理装置。 请求消息中携带用户终端的位置 信息、接入点的类型及标识符、连接结果等信息; 如果用户终端发现接入点无法接入、 或接入点不存在、 或接入点可接入但无法访问互联网。 无法接入的原因可能是密码错 误、 接入点最大连接数限制等因素造成。 用户终端在接入网反馈请求消息中, 携带连 接失败信息, 该连接失败信息包括连接失败的原因, 并且发送至接入网信息管理装置; 步骤 504: 接入网信息管理装置收到来自于用户终端的反馈请求, 根据反馈请求 消息中的信息进行如下处理: 如果用户终端反馈的接入点连接成功, 则接入网信息管理装置查看其维护的接入 网信息列表中是否存在此接入点信息, 如果没有, 并则添加此接入网信息 (接入网信 息需要标记此接入网是受信还是非受信); 如果存在,则可将此接入网信息更新为可用 或者按照一定的规则调整优先级, 使其达到一定级别的优先级。 并且接入网信息管理 装置收到来自于其它用户终端接入网信息请求后, 会根据用户终端的位置, 再下发接 入网信息 (接入网信息中包含接入网是否受信); 如果用户终端反馈的接入点连接异常, 例如接入点不存在、 或者无法接入、 或者 可接入但是无法访问互联网等无法成功连接访问, 如果接入网信息管理装置存储的接 入网信息中包含此接入点, 则接入网信息管理装置对反馈的接入点做出标记, 在后续 收到其他用户终端的对同一接入点的反馈异常后, 做出相应的判断处理, 其具体过程 可如下: 在可能后续收到来自于其它用户终端对同一接入点的同一异常反馈时, 接 入网信息管理装置可以在基于上述样本的基础上, 使用预设的优化算法对该接入 点进行计算处理, 对该接入点的优先级进行计算设置; 例如计算出的优先级最差的接 入网点直接标记为不可用, 后续不再向用户终端进行下发; 计算出的优先级一般的接 入点可以标记为一般可用, 后续在向用户终端下发时, 可同时携带接入点的接入优先 级, 供用户终端选择判断是否连接; 本实施例中的优化算法可能有多种实现方式, 在本实施例中不再进行赘述。 步骤 505: 接入网信息管理装置返回接入网反馈响应消息至用户终端, 表示成功 处理用户终端发送的反馈请求。 步骤 506: 用户终端主动向接入网信息管理装置请求更新后的接入网信息; 或者 接入网信息管理装置主动向用户终端推送更新后的接入网信息。 图 4和图 5所示都是接入网信息管理装置从用户终端获取接入网动态消息对接入 网信息列表进行维护的过程, 下面以从接入网管理模块获取接入网动态信息对接入网 信息列表进行维护的过程进行说明。接入点、或者接入点控制管理网元(如 WLAN中 的 AC)、 或网管系统、 或接入网元监测系统等接入网管理模块在发现接入网信息发生 更新后, 主动告知接入网信息管理装置 (可为 ANDSF单元) 进行更新。 请参见图 6 所示, 此时的维护过程包括: 步骤 601 : 接入点、或者接入点控制管理网元(如 WLAN中的 AC)、或网管系统、 或接入网元监测系统等接入网管理模块在发现接入网信息发生更新后, 主动发送接入 网信息更新请求至接入网信息管理装置, 告知接入网信息管理装置对相关接入网信息 进行更新。 请求中携带需要更新的接入网动态信息, 包括: 接入点位置迁移或域名标 识变更、 接入点不可用 (例如由于负载过重、 最大连接数过载、 无法访问互联网等)、 接入点优先级变更等信息, 但不局限于上述信息; 步骤 602: 接入网信息管理装置在收到接入网信息更新请求后, 根据请求中的接 入网动态信息, 对接入网信息列表进行更新处理, 具体包括: 如果接入点不可用,将该接入点设置为不可用;例如将该接入点进行去激活处理; 在后续的接入网信息下发过程中, 不再下发此接入点; 如果接入点迁移或域名标识变 更, 则更新相应的位置管理或域名标识变更; 如果接入点优先级变更, 则更新相应的 优先级别。 步骤 603 : 接入网信息管理装置成功更新接入网信息后, 返回接入网信息更新响 应到接入网管理模块。 步骤 604: 用户终端发送一个接入网信息获取请求至接入网信息管理装置设置为 获得可用的接入网络信息; 该请求中包含用户终端的位置信息; 步骤 605 : 接入网信息管理装置发送响应至用户终端, 响应消息中包含可用接入 点列表、 接入技术类型、 接入接入点标识符等。 图 6所示的过程中, 接入网信息管理装置是根据用户终端的请求被动发送更新后 的接入网信息给用户终端, 其还可主动发送更新后的接入网信息, 请参见图 7所示, 其包括: 步骤 701 : 接入点、或者接入点控制管理网元(如 WLAN中的 AC)、或网管系统、 或接入网元监测系统等接入网管理模块在发现接入网信息发生更新后, 主动发送接入 网信息更新请求至接入网信息管理装置, 告知接入网信息管理装置对相关接入网信息 进行更新。 请求中携带需要更新的接入网动态信息, 包括: 接入点位置迁移或域名标 识变更、 接入点不可用 (例如由于负载过重、 最大连接数过载、 无法访问互联网等)、 接入点优先级变更等信息, 但不局限于上述信息; 步骤 702: 接入网信息管理装置在收到接入网信息更新请求后, 根据请求中的接 入网动态信息, 对接入网信息列表进行更新处理, 具体包括: 如果接入点不可用,将该接入点设置为不可用;例如将该接入点进行去激活处理; 在后续的接入网信息下发过程中, 不再下发此接入点; 如果接入点迁移或域名标识变 更, 则更新相应的位置管理或域名标识变更; 如果接入点优先级变更, 则更新相应的 优先级别。 步骤 703 : 接入网信息管理装置成功更新接入网信息后, 返回接入网信息更新响 应到接入网管理模块。 步骤 704: 接入网信息管理装置后, 主动推送更新后的接入网信息至先前请求相 应接入网信息的用户终端, 告知这些用户终端接入网信息已变更; 消息中包含可用接 入点列表、 接入技术类型、 接入接入点标识符等。 步骤 705 : 用户终端返回接入网信息推送响应消息至接入网信息管理装置。 可见, 本发明实施例可通过多种方式获取接入网的动态信息, 然后根据获取的接 入网动态信息实现对当前的接入网信息列表进行实时的更新, 保证用户终端在从接入 网信息列表中获取到的接入网信息是最新实时更新后的信息, 用户终端根据该信息接 入时, 不再需要对接入网进行扫描以确定网络当前的可用性信息的这个过程, 因此可 以减少切换时延, 提高切换的效率, 同时又能降低用户终端的功耗, 提高用户体验的 满意度。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不能认定本发 明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在 不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发 明的保护范围。 工业实用性 如上所述, 本发明实施例提供的一种接入网信息管理方法及装置具有以下有 益效果: 可通过多种方式获取接入网的动态信息, 然后根据获取的接入网动态信息 实现对当前的接入网信息列表进行实时的更新, 保证用户终端在从接入网信息列表 中获取到的接入网信息是最新实时更新后的信息, 用户终端根据该信息接入时, 不 再需要对接入网进行扫描以确定网络当前的可用性信息的这个过程, 因此可以减少 切换时延, 提高切换的效率, 同时又能降低用户终端的功耗, 提高用户体验的满意 度。

根据获取的接入网动态信息判定用户终端连接成功时, 判断当前接入网信 息列表中是否存在对应的接入点信息, 如不存在, 在该接入网信息列表中添加 该接入点信息; 根据获取的接入网动态信息判定用户终端连接失败时, 判断当前接入网信 息列表中是否存在对应的接入点信息, 如存在, 根据用户终端连接失败的原因 对该的接入点进行更新处理。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的接入网信息管理方法, 其中, 所述根据用户终端连接失败 的原因对所述接入点进行更新处理包括:
向接入网管理模块发送包含该接入点信息和所述用户终端的位置信息的接 入网信息验证请求; 接收所述接入网管理模块根据接入网信息验证请求进行验证后的验证结 果, 所述验证结果包括验证得到的连接失败原因; 根据该验证结果判断验证得 到的连接失败原因与所述用户终端发送反馈的失败原因是否一致, 如是, 则对 所述接入点进行更新处理;
或, 针对该接入点接收到至少一个其他用户终端反馈包括相同失败原因的接入 网动态信息后, 对所述接入点进行更新处理。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的接入网信息管理方法, 其中, 所述对所述接入点进行更新 处理包括: 当所述失败原因为查找不到对应的接入点或无法连接至对应的接入点时, 将所述接入点设置为不可用;
当所述失败原因为连接至对应的接入点后不能成功连接至互联网时, 重新 设置所述接入点的优先级;
或,
采用预设优化算法计算所述接入点的可用性, 当计算其可用性小于预设阈 值时, 将该接入点设置为不可用, 当计算其可用性大于预设阈值时, 将该接入 点设置为可用。
8. 如权利要求 2所述的接入网信息管理方法, 其中, 当所述获取接入网动态信息 包括从接入网管理模块获取所述接入网动态信息时, 所述接入网动态信息包括 对应的接入点信息,接入点变化信息;所述接入点变化信息位置信息变化信息、 标识信息变化信息、 不可用标识信息、 优先级变化信息中的至少一种。

11. 一种接入网信息管理装置,包括: 信息获取模块,设置为获取接入网动态信息;
信息管理模块,设置为根据获取的接入网动态信息对当前的接入网信息列 表进行更新处理。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的接入网信息管理装置,其中,所述信息获取模块获取接入 网动态信息包括: 从用户终端获取所述接入网动态信息, 和 /或从接入网管理模 块获取所述接入网动态信息。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的接入网信息管理装置,其中, 当所述信息获取模块从用户 终端获取所述接入网动态信息时, 所述信息获取模块接收所述用户终端发送的 接入网动态信息; 所述接入网动态信息为所述用户终端根据其进行接入网连接 的连接结果生成的接入网动态信息, 所述用户终端根据其发送包含其当前位置 信息的接入网信息获取请求获取的接入网信息, 或通过自身探测获取的接入网 信息进行接入网连接。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的接入网信息管理装置,其中,所述信息管理模块根据获取 的接入网动态信息对当前的接入网信息列表进行更新处理包括: 所述信息管理模块根据获取的接入网动态信息判定用户终端连接成功时, 判断当前接入网信息列表中是否存在对应的接入点信息, 如不存在, 在所述接 入网信息列表中添加该接入点信息;
所述信息管理模块根据获取的接入网动态信息判定用户终端连接失败时, 判断当前接入网信息列表中是否存在对应的接入点信息, 如存在, 根据用户终 端连接失败的原因对该的接入点进行更新处理。
15. 如权利要求 13或 14所述的接入网信息管理装置, 其中, 所述信息管理模块根 据用户终端连接失败的原因对所述接入点进行更新处理包括: 所述信息管理模块向接入网管理模块发送包含该接入点信息和所述用户终 端的位置信息的接入网信息验证请求;
所述信息管理模块接收所述接入网管理模块根据接入网信息验证请求进行 验证后的验证结果, 所述验证结果包括验证得到的连接失败原因; 根据该验证 结果判断验证得到的连接失败原因与所述用户终端发送反馈的失败原因是否一 致, 如是, 则对所述接入点进行更新处理; 或, 所述信息管理模块针对该接入点接收到至少一个其他用户终端反馈包括相 同失败原因的接入网动态信息后, 对所述接入点进行更新处理。
16. 如权利要求 15所述的接入网信息管理装置,其中,所述信息管理模块对所述接 入点进行更新处理包括: 所述信息管理模块当判断所述失败原因为查找不到对应的接入点或无法连 接至对应的接入点时, 将所述接入点设置为不可用; 当判断所述失败原因为连 接至对应的接入点后不能成功连接至互联网时,重新设置所述接入点的优先级, 或在所述接入点当前为不可用时, 将该接入点设置为可用; 或, 所述信息管理模块采用预设优化算法计算所述接入点的可用性, 当计算其 可用性小于预设阈值时, 将该接入点设置为不可用, 当计算其可用性大于预设 阈值时, 将该接入点设置为可用。
17. 如权利要求 12所述的接入网信息管理装置,其中, 当所述信息获取模块从接入 网管理模块获取所述接入网动态信息时, 所述接入网动态信息包括对应的接入 点信息, 接入点变化信息; 所述接入点变化信息位置信息变化信息、 标识信息 变化信息、 不可用标识信息、 优先级变化信息中的至少一种。
