一种电子烟的组装方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 、提供充电机构;
S2 、提供外套管;
S3 、将所述充电机构可活动地插设在所述外套管的一端,将具有通孔的端盖盖设在所述外套管的端部。
上述的电子烟的组装方法,所述步骤S3具体包括以下步骤:
S31 、将所述充电机构的充电电极插置在限位构件的主体部的盲孔中;
S32 、将固定板固定安装在所述外套管中,再将第一弹性件放置外套管中,并位于固定板上;
S33 、将所述充电机构整体插入外套管中,并使所述第一弹性件位于所述主体部与两个第一卡持臂或两个第二卡持臂围成的空间中;
S34 、继续向所述外套管的内部插入所述充电机构直至所述充电机构的卡合结构从所述外套管的限位孔中伸出;
S35 、将所述端盖盖设在所述外套管的端部。
实施本发明的有益效果在于:本发明中通过在电子烟的外套管内安装一个活动充电机构,在需要充电时将该充电机构从外套管内伸出即可,操作方便、简单,且无需拆除雾化器,这样就克服了因雾化器的频繁拆卸而导致的与电池组件之间连接结构松动的缺陷。这种充电机构也可以使用在一体结构的电子烟上,使得一体结构的电子烟也可以充电实现重复使用。在无需使用该充电机构时,使其位于外套管内,从而可以起到防尘和保护的作用,进而延长了充电机构的使用寿命,提高了电子烟的质量。

具体实施方式
本发明中通过在电子烟的外套管内安装一个活动的充电机构,在需要充电时将该充电机构从外套管内伸出即可,操作方便、简单,且无需拆除雾化器,这样就克服了因雾化器的频繁拆卸而导致的与电池组件之间连接结构松动的缺陷。这种充电机构也可以使用在一体结构的电子烟上,使得一体结构的电子烟也可以充电实现重复使用。在无需使用该充电机构时,使其位于外套管内,从而可以起到防尘和保护的作用,进而延长了充电机构的使用寿命,提高了电子烟的质量。
参考图1和图6, 该电子烟包括雾化器(图中未示)及与所述雾化器可拆卸连接的电池杆,所述雾化器为现有技术,在此不再赘述。所述电池杆包括外套管1、充电机构2、第一弹性件3、端盖4以及固定板5。充电机构2活动插设在外套管1内,与外套管1内安装的电池组件(未标号)电性连接。充电时,充电机构2从外套管1内伸出,与外部充电器电性连接,从而实现对电池组件的充电。第一弹性件3位于外套管1的内部,与充电机构2弹性抵持,用于为充电机构2的活动提供动力。端盖4较佳以过盈配合的方式盖设在外套管1的端部,端盖4上开设有通孔41供部分所述充电机构2穿出。固定板5内置嵌合在外套管1中,第一弹性件3的一端与充电机构2弹性抵持,第一弹性件3的另一端与固定板5弹性抵持。在其他的实施例中,充电机构2也可以理解为设有现有充电电路的装置。这种充电结构具有结构简单、操作方便的优点。当充电完成时,充电机构2收容在外套管1中,可起到保护、防尘的作用。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,所述外套管1可与所述雾化器的套管为一体结构,此时,所述电子烟为一次性电子烟,所述电子烟就包括了外套管1充电机构2、第一弹性件3、端盖4、固定板5、雾化器和电池杆等结构,除了雾化器和电池杆之间的连接结构发生变化外(具体连接结构也为现有技术,不再赘述),其余的部件的结构及连接关系、位置关系均与本实施例中一样。
参考图2、图3、图4、图5、图7以及图8,本发明提供的充电机构2上沿朝向外套管1的一侧设置有至少一个卡合结构20。外套管1上与该卡合结构20相对应的位置处开设有限位孔10,用于与该卡合结构20相卡持。该限位孔10与卡合结构20为一一对应地设置,其形状、结构均相适配。具体地,当充电机构2处于收缩状态时,收缩在外套管1中,卡合结构20经由对应的限位孔10伸出,实现充电机构2在外套管1内的定位;当充电机构2处于释放状态即充电时,卡合结构20脱离限位孔10,实现充电机构2向外套管1的外部滑动。由于第一弹性件3与充电机构2中远离端盖4的一侧相抵持,当充电机构2处于收缩状态时,第一弹性件3也处于压缩状态,积蓄能量;当卡合结构20脱离限位孔10后,第一弹性件3恢复弹性形变并提供动力迫使与其抵持的充电机构2向外套管1的外侧运动,从而使其从外套管1中弹出。当然,在其他的实施例中,也可以不设置该第一弹性件3,利用手动推力将充电机构2从外套管1中推出。在另外的实施例中,也可以将外套管1倒置,使充电机构2利用自身重力从外套管1中伸出。在本是实施例中,第一弹性件3可以为弹簧、弹片或其他能提供弹力的元件。在本实施例中,利用卡合结构与限位孔相配合的方式实现定位,可以使充电机构2的结构简单,加工方便。
在本实施例中,具体地,充电机构2包括与端盖4上的通孔41的位置相对应的充电电极23和限位构件(未标号)。限位构件固定连接在充电电极23上远离端盖4的一端。限位构件上设置有两个盲孔(未标号)用于插置该充电电极23。充电时,充电机构2沿外套管1 的轴向方向向外套管1的外部滑动,充电电极23穿过端盖4上的通孔41与外部充电器电性连接实现充电。充电电极23还通过导线(未示出)与电池组件电性连接,从而实现对电池组件的充电。
图3示出了本发明的电子烟的第一实施例中充电机构的结构。在本实施例中,充电机构2包括充电电极23和限位构件。限位构件固定连接在充电电极23中远离端盖4的一端。限位构件包括主体部22和两个第一卡持臂21。主体部22上开设有供固定安装充电电极23的盲孔。主体部22大致为圆形平板。两个卡持臂21分别沿主体部22的位于相对两侧的边缘沿外套管1的轴向向外套管1的内部延伸。两个卡持臂21与主体部22形成了一个空间,第一弹性件3收容在该空间内,并与主体部22中远离端盖4一侧相抵持。在每个第一卡持臂21的外表面上均设置有朝向外套管1一侧突出的卡合结构20。在本实施例中,卡合结构20为卡块,该卡块的横截面呈圆形、三角形、多边形等等。在外套管1上与该卡块相对应的位置上开设有限位孔10,限位孔10的形状也相对应的设置为圆形、三角形、多边形等等。在本实施例中,该主体部22、两个第一卡持臂21以及卡块均可以采用挤压或浇铸的方式一体成型,以便减少组装的步骤。
图4示出了本发明的电子烟的第二实施例中充电机构的结构。本实施例与第一实施例的区别仅在于:每一个第一卡持臂21上设置了两个卡合结构20。在本实施例中,卡合结构20也为卡块。卡块均设置在第一卡持臂21的外表面上,并朝向外套管1的一侧突出。两个卡块沿外套管1的轴向方向间隔设置,同时,相应地在外套管1上开设两个限位孔10以便卡持两个卡块。为了加工的方便,两个卡块较佳设置成相同的形状和尺寸,且两者位于同一中心线上。在这种结构中增加了卡块的数量可以提高定位的稳定性,使充电机构2在收缩在外套管1中时更加稳固,不易因误操作而弹出。当然,在其他的实施例中,可以根据需要在每个第一卡持臂21的外表面上设置多个卡合结构20,以增加定位的稳定性。
图6至图9示出了本发明的电子烟的第三实施例中充电机构的结构。该第三实施例与第一、第二实施例的区别在于,在该实施例中采用了不同结构的限位构件。在本实施例中,限位构件包括了两个第二卡持臂25,两个第二卡持臂25沿主体部22的相对两侧边缘沿外套管1的轴向向外套管1的内部延伸。该每个第二卡持臂25包括第一子臂251和第二子臂252。该限位构件还包括两个具有容纳空间(未标号)的定位件253,两个定位件253相对设置在两个第二卡持臂25的内表面上,连接在第一子臂251和第二子臂252之间。该定位件253大致呈圆筒状,该圆筒的一端为封闭端(未标号),另一端为开口端(未标号),容纳空间连通该封闭端和开口端。在本实施例中,卡合结构20一端可活动地容纳在定位件253的容纳空间中,卡合结构20的另一端朝向外套管1的一侧延伸。这种可活动地连接方式使得卡合结构20具有较大的活动范围,操作起来更加方便。
在本实施例中,卡合结构20包括第二卡块261和第二弹性件262。第二卡块261大致呈圆柱状。第二卡块261的一端与第二弹性件262的一端固定连接。第二弹性件262容纳在定位件253的容纳空间内,第二弹性件262的另一端与定位件253的封闭端的内侧相抵持。第二卡块261与第二弹性件262连接的一端2612容纳在容纳空间内,且第二卡块261的这一端部2612的直径大于定位件253的开口端的直径,从而防止了卡合结构20从该定位件253中脱出。第二卡块261的另一端2611向外套管1一侧延伸。当充电机构2收缩在外套管1中时, 第二卡块261中远离第二弹性件262的一端经由限位孔10伸出。当需要充电时,按压第二卡块261使其远离限位孔10,充电机构2在第一弹性件3的作用下从外套管1中弹出。充电完成后,抵住充电机构2使其沿外套管1的轴向向外套管1的内部收缩,收缩至限位孔10处时,第二弹性件262恢复弹性形变并释放弹力,迫使第二卡块261从限位孔10中弹出,从而实现了充电机构2在收缩状态下的定位。在本实施例中,第二弹性件262可以为弹簧、弹片以及其他可以提供弹力的元件。在本实施例中,卡合结构20采用了卡块与弹性件相结合的结构,这种结构相比使用弹性材料制成的卡块而言,具有更大的弹性,在长久使用后不易发生失效,而普通弹性材料制成的卡块在经历长时间使用后易发生失效,从而造成电子烟质量的降低。
在本实施例中,还在外套管1上相对设置有用于按压两个第二卡持臂25的两个按压件13。按压件13与第二卡持臂25活动连接。具体地,在外套管1上开设有安装孔(未标号),按压件13穿过该安装孔并固定在该安装孔中。按压件13包括按压部131和卡持部132。该按压部131大致呈圆柱状,其中该按压部131与手指接触的端面设置成曲面,便于两者的接触,提升手感。在该按压部131的另一不与手指接触的端面上并列设置有两个长条形的卡持部132。两个相互平行的卡持部132位于外套管1内部,可以防止该按压件13从安装孔中脱出。两个卡持部132之间间隔一定的距离以形成供第二卡持臂25的第二子臂252穿过的安装槽133。第二子臂252可以在该安装槽133中沿外套管1的轴线方向做往复滑动。在本实施例中,需要充电时,用户使用手按压该按压件13以推动第二卡持臂25向内运动从而使第二卡块261脱离限位孔10,从而实现充电机构2的伸出。在本实施例中增加了按压件13,按压件13的设置使得操作更加的方便,且设置专门的按压件13,按压件13安装在外套管1上,可以便于更换和拆卸该按压件13。同时由于长期受到的按压的是按压件而不是限位构件本身,所以不需要对限位构件进行经常的更换,从而降低了用户的使用成本。
在本发明中,限位构件采用弹性材料制成,如硅胶、橡胶等,这样可以提高限位构件的使用寿命。
在其他的实施例中,限位构件也可以只包括一个沿主体部22的边缘延伸形成的卡持臂,并在卡持臂的外表面上设置卡合结构20,也能使充电机构2从外套管1中伸出或收缩在外套管1中。
本发明还提供了该电子烟的组装方法,具体如下:
将充电机构2可活动地插设在外套管1中。具体步骤为:将充电机构2的充电电极23插置在限位构件的主体部22的盲孔中;将固定板5固定安装在外套管1中,再将第一弹性件3放置外套管1中,并位于固定板5上;再将充电机构2整体插入外套管1中,并使第一弹性件3位于主体部22与两个第一卡持臂21或两个第二卡持臂25围成的空间中。使充电机构2一直向外套管1的内部插入直至卡合结构20从外套管1的限位孔10中伸出。最后将端盖4盖在外套管1的端部。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括外套管(1)及盖设在所述外套管(1)端部的端盖(4),其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括活动插设在所述外套管(1)一端内的充电机构(2),所述端盖(4)上开设有通孔(41),充电时所述充电机构(2)从所述通孔(41)伸出并与外部充电器电性连接实现充电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述充电机构(2)上沿朝向所述外套管(1)的一侧设置有至少一个卡合结构(20),所述外套管(1)上开设有用于与每个所述卡合结构(20)相卡持的限位孔(10);充电时,按压所述卡合结构(20)以使所述卡合结构(20)脱离所述限位孔(10),从而使所述充电机构(2)从所述外套管(1)中伸出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括设置在外套管(1)内的第一弹性件(3),所述第一弹性件(3)弹性抵持在所述充电机构(2)远离所述端盖(4)的一侧上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括固定安装在所述外套管(1)内的固定板(5),所述第一弹性件(3)弹性抵持在所述固定板(5)与所述充电机构(2)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件(3)为弹簧或弹片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述充电机构(2)包括与所述通孔(41)位置相对应的充电电极(23)以及固定连接在所述充电电极(23)的远离所述端盖(4)一端的限位构件,所述卡合结构(20)设置在所述限位构件中朝向所述外套管(1)的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述限位构件包括用于固定安装所述充电电极(23)的主体部(22)以及沿所述主体部(22)的边缘、沿所述外套管(1)的轴向朝远离所述端盖(4)的方向延伸形成的卡持臂。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡持臂包括两个第一卡持臂(21),两个所述第一卡持臂(21)分别沿所述主体部(22)的相对两侧的边缘延伸形成;所述卡合结构(20)沿每个所述第一卡持臂(21)的外表面朝向所述外套管(1)的一侧延伸;所述外套管(1)上相应地开设有分别与所述两个卡合结构(20)卡持的两个所述限位孔(10)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件(3)收容在所述主体部(22)与两个所述第一卡持臂(21)形成的空间内并弹性抵持在所述主体部(22)的远离所述端盖(4)的一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述卡合结构(20)为卡块。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡块与所述第一卡持臂(21)为一体成型结构。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡持臂包括两个第二卡持臂(25),两个所述第二卡持臂(25)分别沿所述主体部(22)的相对两侧的边缘延伸形成;所述限位构件还包括两个具有容纳空间的定位件(253),所述两个定位件(253)分别相对设置在所述两个第二卡持臂(25)的内侧;所述卡合结构(20)的一端可活动地容纳在所述定位件(253)的容纳空间中,所述卡合结构(20)的另一端朝向所述外套管(1)的一侧延伸。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡合结构(20)包括第二卡块(261)和与所述第二卡块(261)固定连接的第二弹性件(262),所述第二弹性件(262)容纳在所述定位件(253)的容纳空间中并与所述定位件(253)端部的内侧相抵持;当所述充电机构(2)收缩在所述外套管(1)中时,所述第二卡块(261)中远离所述第二弹性件(262)的一端经由所述限位孔(10)伸出。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(1)上设置有按压件(13),所述按压件(13)与所述第二卡持臂(25)活动连接,按压所述按压件(13)用于按压所述第二卡持臂(25)使所述第二卡块(261)脱离所述限位孔(10)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述按压件(13)中开设有安装槽(133),所述第二卡持臂(25)穿设在所述安装槽(133)中,并可在所述安装槽(133)中沿所述外套管(1)的轴线方向往复滑动。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述限位构件由弹性材料制成。
  17. 一种电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1 、提供充电机构(2);
    S2 、提供外套管(1);
    S3 、将所述充电机构(2)活动地插设在所述外套管(1)的一端,将具有通孔(41)的端盖(4)盖设在所述外套管(1)的端部。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3具体包括以下步骤:
    S31 、将所述充电机构(2)的充电电极(23)插置在限位构件的主体部(22)的盲孔中;
    S32 、将固定板(5)固定安装在所述外套管(1)中,再将第一弹性件(3)放置外套管(1)中,并抵接装在固定板(5)上;
    S33 、将所述充电机构(2)整体插入外套管(1)中,并使所述第一弹性件(3)位于所述主体部(22)与两个第一卡持臂(21)或两个第二卡持臂(25)围成的空间中;
    S34 、继续向所述外套管(1)的内部插入所述充电机构(2)直至所述充电机构(2)的卡合结构(20)从所述外套管(1)的限位孔(10)中伸出;
    S35 、将所述端盖(4)盖在所述外套管(1)的端部。
