Abstract

본 발명은 인터넷 접속장치에서 검색어가 입력되면 입력된 검색어와 저장된 과거 검색어를 조합하여 추천문장을 생성하고, 추천문장에 사용된 등록된 검색어를 등록받은 광고의 키워드와 비교하여 추천문장에 매칭되는 광고를 출력하여 추천문장에 근접한 광고를 안내받도록 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템 및 제공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 주요구성은, 인터넷 접속장치와 통신하면서 인터넷 접속장치에서 사용한 과거 검색어를 저장하고, 인터넷 접속장치에서 검색어가 입력되면 입력된 검색어와 저장된 과거 검색어를 포함하는 저장된 추천문장을 선택하여 사용자가 자신이 검색한 검색어로 추천문장을 생성하고, 추천문장에 근접한 광고를 매칭시킨 상태로 웹페이지의 일측에 추천 검색문장으로 표시하는 것이다.

과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템 및 제공방법
본 발명은 인터넷 접속장치에서 검색어가 입력되면 입력된 검색어와 저장된 과거 검색어를 조합하여 추천문장을 생성하고, 추천문장에 사용된 등록된 검색어를 등록받은 광고의 키워드와 비교하여 추천문장에 매칭되는 광고를 출력하여 추천문장에 근접한 광고를 안내받도록 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템 및 제공방법에 관한 것이다.
오늘날 인터넷이 널리 보급됨에 따라 인터넷으로 각종 콘텐츠를 제공하는 콘텐츠 제공사이트가 나날이 증가하고 있다. 뉴스의 경우에도 뉴스를 제공하는 개별사이트와 개별사이트들로부터 뉴스를 제공받아 다시 제공하는 포털사이트 등이 있다. 특히 포털사이트의 경우 뉴스, 지식 등의 카테고리별로 각종 콘텐츠를 제공하고 있다.
일반적으로 인터넷으로 필요한 자료를 검색하고자 하는 경우에는 검색창에 검색어를 입력하는 방식이 사용된다. 그러나, 사용자가 원하는 검색결과를 얻기 위해서는 일치되는 검색어를 사용해야 하지만, 사용자가 일부분의 검색어만 알고 있는 경우에는 올바른 검색결과를 얻지 못하는 문제가 있다.
이에 따라 다른 사용자들이 사용한 검색어를 조합하여 검색창에 검색어가 한글자씩 입력되면 해당글자로 시작되거나 끝나는 문자열들을 자동으로 예시해 주는 자동완성이나 예측검색을 이용한 추천어 제공 방식이 사용되지만 이는 사용자 습관이나 성향을 무시한 통계만을 기반으로 하기 때문에 자동으로 예시해 주는 문자열 목록에서 사용자가 원하는 문자열을 찾지 못하는 경우가 빈번히 발생하는 문제가 있다.
또한 문자열을 이용한 웹 검색에 있어서도 개인의 개별 성향을 고려하지 않거나 일률적인 검색엔진을 제공함으로써 사용자에게 오히려 불편함을 가중 시키거나 개인 성향의 맞춤 웹 사이트 접속 및 웹 검색을 제공하지 못하는 단점이 있다.
그리고, 검색 후에는 검색어와 관련있는 연관어를 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 제시되지만 검색어와 유사한 연관어만이 표시될 뿐이어서 사용자가 원하는 내용을 제시하기에는 한계가 있다.
본 발명이 해결하려는 과제는 인터넷 접속장치에서 검색어가 입력되면 입력된 검색어와 저장된 과거 검색어를 조합하여 추천문장을 생성하고, 추천문장에 사용된 등록된 검색어를 등록받은 광고의 키워드와 비교하여 추천문장에 매칭되는 광고를 출력하여 추천문장에 근접한 광고를 안내받도록 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템 및 제공방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템은, 추천문장으로 사용되는 문장을 추천문장DB(111)에 저장하고 관리하는 추천문장 저장모듈(101)과; 인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 검색어가 입력되어 검색결과가 표시되면, 사용된 검색어를 과거검색어DB(112)에 저장하는 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)과; 인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 실시간으로 검색어가 입력되어 입력된 검색어를 인식하는 검색어 인식모듈(103)과; 검색창에 실시간으로 검색어가 입력되면 검색어 인식모듈(103)에서 인식한 검색어와 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)을 통해서 저장된 기존 검색어를 추천문장DB(111)에 저장된 추천문장의 단어와 비교하여 검색어들을 포함하는 추천문장을 검색하여 선택하는 추천문장 선택모듈(104)과; 추천문장 생성모듈에 의해서 생성된 추천문장을 사용자가 확인할 수 있도록 검색창에 리스트로 표시하거나 또는 사용자가 검색어에 대한 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 추천문장으로 표시하는 추천문장 표시모듈(105)과; 광고주로부터 인터넷 접속장치로 제공되는 광고에 대한 정보를 등록받아 키워드별로 분류하여 광고DB(113)에 저장하고 관리하는 광고 관리모듈(107)과; 추천문장 선택모듈(104)에 의해 선택된 추천문장에 대응하는 광고주의 광고를 선택하여 추천문장에 매칭시키는 추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108)과; 추천문장 선택 확인모듈(106)에 의해서 추천문장으로 검색된 검색결과가 표시되면 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108)을 통해서 매칭된 광고를 표시하는 매칭광고 표시모듈(109);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명에 따른 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템은 PC, PDA, 휴대폰, 스마트폰 등과 같이 인터넷 기능을 갖는 인터넷 접속장치에서 검색어가 입력되면 입력된 검색어와 저장된 과거 검색어를 포함하여 추천문장을 제공하기 때문에 사용자가 원하는 정보에 근접한 추천문장을 안내받을 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 인터넷 접속장치에서 검색어가 입력되면 입력된 검색어와 저장된 과거 검색어를 조합하여 생성된 추천문장에 사용된 검색어를 등록받은 광고의 키워드와 비교하여 매칭되는 광고를 표시하기 때문에 추천문장에 근접한 광고를 안내받아 광고효과를 증대시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 발명에 따른 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템의 기본개념은 인터넷 접속장치와 통신하면서 인터넷 접속장치에서 사용한 과거 검색어를 저장하고, 인터넷 접속장치에서 검색어가 입력되면 입력된 검색어와 저장된 과거 검색어를 포함하는 저장된 추천문장을 선택하여 사용자가 자신이 검색한 검색어로 추천문장을 제공받기 때문에 정확하게 추천문장을 안내받도록 하는 것이다. 이때, 인터넷 접속장치는 PC, PDA, 휴대폰 등과 같이 인터넷 기능을 가지고 있으면 어떠한 장치라도 가능하다.

추천문장 저장모듈(101)은 추천문장으로 사용되는 문장을 추천문장DB(111)에 저장하고 관리한다. 추천문장은 유저들이 키워드별로 주로 검색한 문장을 종합하여 저장하거나 또는 계절별, 성별로 키워드에 연관된 문장을 생성하여 저장할 수 있다.
과거검색어 저장모듈(102)은 인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 검색어가 입력되어 검색결과가 표시되면, 사용된 검색어를 과거검색어DB(112)에 저장한다. 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)은 카테고리별로 키워드로 분류되어 있으며 저장되는 검색어를 분류된 키워드와 비교하여 날짜순으로 종류별로 저장되는 것이 바람직하다.
검색어 인식모듈(103)은 인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 실시간으로 검색어가 입력되어 입력된 검색어를 인식한다.
추천문장 선택모듈(104)은 검색창에 실시간으로 검색어가 입력되면 검색어 인식모듈(103)에서 인식한 검색어와 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)을 통해서 저장된 기존 검색어를 추천문장DB(111)에 저장된 추천문장의 단어와 비교하여 검색어들을 포함하는 추천문장을 검색하여 선택한다. 이때, 추천문장의 검색에 사용되는 과거검색어는 1일, 1주일 등으로 기간이 제한되고, 동일한 카테고리에 저장된 검색어가 사용되는 것이 바람직하다. 예를 들면, 표 1과 같이 사용자가 검색창에 '자유여행'을 입력하는 경우에 추천문장 선택모듈(104)은 자유여행에 대응되는 여행관련 카테고리로 저장되어 있는 1일전에 검색어로 저장된 세부, 항공과 2일전에 검색어로 저장된 인천공항이 과거검색어로 사용하여 기 저장된 추천문장 중에서 "필리핀의 휴향지인 세부를 자유여행하는 가종 좋은 방법은 무엇일까요?", "인천공항에 출발하는 세부행 항공스케줄은 어떻게 되나요?" 등을 선택할 수 있다.

또한 표 2와 같이, 사용자가 검색창에 '바닷가'를 입력하는 경우에 추천문장 선택모듈(104)은 1일전에 검색어로 저장된 청바지, 원피스, 해변패션, 몰놀이추천 등이 포함된 추천문장을 검색하여 "최신 바닷가에서 추천 원피스?", "올해 유행하는 바닷가 해변패션의 코디방법" 등을 선택할 수 있다.

추천문장 표시모듈(105)은 추천문장 생성모듈에 의해서 생성된 추천문장을 사용자가 확인할 수 있도록 검색창에 리스트로 표시하거나 또는 사용자가 검색어에 대한 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 추천문장으로 표시한다.
추천문장 선택 확인모듈(106)은 사용자에 의해 추천문장이 선택된 것으로 확인되면 추천문장을 검색어로 사용하여 검색결과를 표시한다.
이에 따라 본 발명은 사용자가 검색창에 검색어를 입력하는 경우에 과거에 사용된 동일 카테고리의 검색어로 추천 문장을 제공하기 때문에 사용자가 손쉽게 필요한 추천문장을 안내받을 수 있는 장점이 있다.
한편, 본 발명은 광고 관리모듈(107), 추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108), 매칭광고 표시모듈(109)을 더 구비한다.
광고 관리모듈(107)은 광고주로부터 인터넷 접속장치로 제공되는 광고에 대한 정보를 등록받아 키워드별로 분류하여 광고DB(113)에 저장하고 관리한다. 이때, 광고는 이미지, 텍스트, 음성 또는 동영상 등을 포함하며, 다수의 키워드를 함께 등록받는다.
추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108)은 추천문장 선택모듈(104)에 의해 선택된 추천문장에 대응하는 광고주의 광고를 선택하여 추천문장에 매칭시킨다. 이때, 매칭되는 광고의 선정은 추천문장에 포함된 단어가 2개 또는 3개 이상인 경우에 이들을 키워드로 포함하는 광고를 선택하는 것이 바람직하다.
매칭광고 표시모듈(109)은 추천문장 선택 확인모듈(106)에 의해서 추천문장으로 검색된 검색결과가 표시되면 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108)을 통해서 매칭된 광고를 표시한다.
도 2의 플로차트를 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공과정에 대하여 구체적으로 설명한다.
먼저, 추천문장 저장모듈(101)은 추천문장으로 사용되는 문장을 추천문장DB(111)에 저장한다(S101). 추천문장은 유저들이 키워드별로 검색한 문장을 저장하거나 또는 계절별, 성별로 키워드에 연관된 문장을 생성하여 저장할 수 있다.
그리고, 인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 검색어가 입력되어 검색결과가 표시되면, 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)은 검색창에 입력된 검색어를 과거검색어DB(112)에 저장한다(S102). 이때, 저장되는 검색어는 카테고리별로 저장되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 실시간으로 검색어가 입력되면, 검색어 인식모듈(103)은 입력된 검색어를 인식하여 추천문장 선택모듈(104)로 제공하고(S103), 추천문장 선택모듈(104)은 검색어 인식모듈(103)로부터 제공받은 검색어와 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)을 통해서 저장된 기존 검색어를 추천문장DB(111)에 저장된 추천문장의 단어와 비교하여 검색어들을 포함하는 추천문장을 선택한다(S104). 이때, 추천문장에 사용되는 과거검색어는 1일, 1주일 등으로 제한하여 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
추천문장 선택모듈(104)에 의해서 선택된 추천문장은 추천문장 표시모듈(105)을 통해서 검색어의 입력시에 사용자가 확인할 수 있도록 검색창에 리스트로 표시되거나 또는 사용자가 입력한 검색어에 대한 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 추천 검색문장으로 표시한다(S105).
그리고 사용자에 의해 추천문장 중의 하나가 선택된 것으로 확인되면, 추천문장 선택 확인모듈(106)은 선택된 추천문장을 검색어로 사용하여 검색결과를 표시한다(S106).
이와 같은 본 발명은 인터넷 접속장치에서 검색어가 입력되면 입력된 검색어와 자신이 기존에 검색한 과거검색어가 포함된 추천문장을 안내받기 때문에 사용자가 원하는 추천문장을 더욱 정확하게 안내받을 수 있다.
도 3의 플로차트를 참조하여 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 광고가 추천문장에 매칭되어 함께 제공되는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공과정에 대하여 구체적으로 설명한다.
먼저, 광고 관리모듈(107)은 광고주로부터 인터넷 접속장치로 제공되는 광고에 대한 정보를 다수의 키워드와 함께 등록받아 키워드별로 분류하여 광고DB(113)에 저장한다(S201). 이때, 광고는 이미지, 텍스트, 음성 또는 동영상 등을 포함한다.
그리고, 추천문장 저장모듈(101)은 추천문장으로 사용되는 문장을 추천문장DB(111)에 저장한다(S202). 추천문장은 유저들이 키워드별로 검색한 문장을 저장하거나 또는 계절별, 성별로 키워드에 연관된 문장을 생성하여 저장할 수 있다.
인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 검색어가 입력되어 검색결과가 표시되면, 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)은 검색창에 입력된 검색어를 과거검색어DB(112)에 저장한다(S203). 이때, 저장되는 검색어는 카테고리별로 저장되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 실시간으로 검색어가 입력되면, 검색어 인식모듈(103)은 입력된 검색어를 인식하여 추천문장 선택모듈(104)로 제공하고(S204), 추천문장 선택모듈(104)은 검색어 인식모듈(103)로부터 제공받은 검색어와 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)을 통해서 저장된 기존 검색어를 추천문장DB(111)에 저장된 추천문장의 단어와 비교하여 검색어들을 포함하는 추천문장을 선택한다(S205).
추천문장이 선택되면, 추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108)은 추천문장에 사용된 검색어와 광고 등록시 함께 등록받은 키워드를 비교하여 추천문장에 광고주의 광고를 매칭시킨다(S206). 이때, 광고의 검색시 사용된 검색어는 2개 또는 3개와 같이 기준 개수를 설정할 수 있다.
추천문장 선택모듈(104)에 의해서 선택된 추천문장은 추천문장 표시모듈(105)을 통해서 검색어의 입력시에 사용자가 확인할 수 있도록 검색창에 리스트로 표시되거나 또는 사용자가 입력한 검색어에 대한 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 추천 검색문장으로 표시한다(S207). 이때, 웹페이지의 일측에 추천문장으로 표시되는 경우에는 추천문장에 추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108)에서 매칭된 광고가 매칭된 상태로 표시된다.
그리고 검색창에 리스트로 표시되는 추천문장 중의 하나가 사용자에 의해 선택된 것으로 확인되면, 추천문장 선택 확인모듈(106)은 선택된 추천문장을 검색어로 사용하여 검색결과를 표시한다(S208).
매칭광고 표시모듈(109)은 추천문장에 대한 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108)을 통해서 매칭된 광고를 표시한다(S209).
이와 같이 본 발명은 인터넷 접속장치에서 검색어가 입력되면 입력된 검색어와 저장된 과거 검색어를 조합하여 추천문장과 함께 추천문장에 매칭되는 광고를 출력하여 추천문장에 근접한 광고가 표시되기 때문에 사용자가 광고에 대하여 관심을 가질 수 있고, 광고주의 광고효과도 증대시킬 수 있다.
이상과 같이, 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 이것에 의해 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 본 발명의 기술사상과 아래에 기재될 청구범위의 균등범위 내에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능함은 물론이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 추천문장으로 사용되는 문장을 추천문장DB(111)에 저장하고 관리하는 추천문장 저장모듈(101)과;
    인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 검색어가 입력되어 검색결과가 표시되면, 사용된 검색어를 과거검색어DB(112)에 저장하는 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)과;
    인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 실시간으로 검색어가 입력되어 입력된 검색어를 인식하는 검색어 인식모듈(103)과;
    검색창에 실시간으로 검색어가 입력되면 검색어 인식모듈(103)에서 인식한 검색어와 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)을 통해서 저장된 기존 검색어를 추천문장DB(111)에 저장된 추천문장의 단어와 비교하여 검색어들을 포함하는 추천문장을 검색하여 선택하는 추천문장 선택모듈(104)과;
    추천문장 생성모듈에 의해서 생성된 추천문장을 사용자가 확인할 수 있도록 검색창에 리스트로 표시하거나 또는 사용자가 검색어에 대한 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 추천문장으로 표시하는 추천문장 표시모듈(105)과;
    광고주로부터 인터넷 접속장치로 제공되는 광고에 대한 정보를 등록받아 키워드별로 분류하여 광고DB(113)에 저장하고 관리하는 광고 관리모듈(107)과;
    추천문장 선택모듈(104)에 의해 선택된 추천문장에 대응하는 광고주의 광고를 선택하여 추천문장에 매칭시키는 추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108)과;
    추천문장 선택 확인모듈(106)에 의해서 추천문장으로 검색된 검색결과가 표시되면 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108)을 통해서 매칭된 광고를 표시하는 매칭광고 표시모듈(109);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 사용자에 의해 추천문장이 선택된 것으로 확인되면 추천문장을 검색어로 사용하여 검색결과를 표시하는 추천문장 선택 확인모듈(106)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 추천문장은 유저들이 키워드별로 검색한 문장을 종합하여 저장하거나 또는 계절별, 성별로 키워드에 연관된 문장을 생성하여 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서, 과거검색어DB(112)는 카테고리별로 키워드로 분류되어 있으며 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)은 저장되는 검색어를 분류된 키워드와 비교하여 날짜순으로 종류별로 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서, 추천문장의 검색에 사용되는 과거검색어는 일정기간 내의 과거검색어만이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서, 광고는 이미지, 텍스트, 음성 또는 동영상 등을 포함하며, 다수의 키워드를 함께 등록받는 것을 특징으로 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서, 추천문장에 매칭되는 광고의 선정은 추천문장에 포함된 단어가 2개 이상 일치하는 경우에 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공시스템.
  8. 광고 관리모듈(107)에서 광고주로부터 인터넷 접속장치로 제공되는 광고에 대한 정보를 다수의 키워드와 함께 등록받아 키워드별로 분류하여 광고DB(113)에 저장하는 단계;
    추천문장 저장모듈(101)에서 추천문장으로 사용되는 문장을 저장하는 단계;
    인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 검색어가 입력되어 검색결과가 표시되면, 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)은 검색창에 입력된 검색어를 과거검색어DB(112)에 저장하는 단계;
    인터넷 접속장치의 검색창에 실시간으로 검색어가 입력되면, 검색어 인식모듈(103)에서 입력된 검색어를 인식하는 단계;
    추천문장 선택모듈(104)은 검색어 인식모듈(103)로부터 제공받은 검색어와 과거검색어 저장모듈(102)을 통해서 저장된 기존 검색어를 추천문장DB(111)에 저장된 추천문장의 단어와 비교하여 검색어들을 포함하는 추천문장을 선택하는 단계;
    추천문장이 선택되면, 추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108)은 추천문장에 사용된 검색어와 광고 등록시 함께 등록받은 키워드를 비교하여 추천문장에 광고주의 광고를 매칭시키는 단계;
    추천문장 선택모듈(104)에 의해서 선택된 추천문장을 추천문장 표시모듈(105)을 통해서 검색어의 입력시에 사용자가 확인할 수 있도록 검색창에 리스트로 표시되거나 또는 사용자가 입력한 검색어에 대한 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 추천 검색문장으로 표시하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공방법.
  9. 청구항 8에 있어서, 검색창에 리스트로 표시되는 추천문장 중의 하나가 사용자에 의해 선택된 것으로 확인되면, 추천문장 선택 확인모듈(106)은 선택된 추천문장을 검색어로 사용하여 검색결과를 표시하는 단계;
    매칭광고 표시모듈(109)은 추천문장에 대한 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지의 일측에 추천문장-광고 매칭모듈(108)을 통해서 매칭된 광고를 표시하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과거 검색어를 이용한 추천문장 제공방법.
