Abstract

Cette invention concerne un module à DEL, comprenant une DEL (3), une carte de circuit imprimé (2), des lentilles (4), un masque de lentille (6) et un bloc de rayonnement thermique intégré en aluminium (1). Ledit bloc de rayonnement thermique intégré en aluminium (1) se compose d'un panneau fixe carré (11), d'éléments de connexion (12) et d'une plaque de rayonnement thermique (13) disposée sur celui-ci. Un élément de connexion (12) est disposé au bord de chaque côté de la face supérieure du panneau fixe carré (11). Une interface électrique (121) ayant subi un traitement de protection IP est disposée sur chacun des éléments de connexion (12). Quatre interfaces de connexion électrique (21) disposées dans des positions correspondant aux interfaces électriques (121) situées sur les éléments de connexion (12) et aptes à communiquer avec les interfaces électriques (121) sont disposées sur la carte de circuit imprimé (2) ; et quatre positions de câblage sont ménagées dans le panneau fixe carré (11). Ledit module à DEL présente une structure innovante, il peut être utilisé dans n'importe quelle combinaison, et il présente une bonne propriété d'étanchéité à l'eau pour une utilisation extérieure.
