Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种户外激光灯,包括灯壳和灯壳内部设置的激光器、电路板及下安装板,灯壳的顶部开口处覆盖设置有一能够透过激光的盖体。其中下安装板的周缘与灯壳的内壁密封连接,激光器、电路板位于下安装板与灯壳顶部间的空腔内。灯壳的底部设置有通风口,下安装板上开设有通孔,下安装板上沿通孔周缘设置有向灯壳底部方向延伸的凸环。该户外激光灯通过通风口和下安装板上的通孔能够实现外部空气与灯壳整个内部间的空气流通,能够更好的实现灯光灯的快速降温,保证其正常工作。此外,意外自通风口进入灯壳内的水,因下安装板上设置的凸环能够有效阻止其进入电路板所在的空间内,避免了水对激光灯内部电路的影响。

户外激光灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有散热功能的户外激光灯。
背景技术
户外激光灯是户外活动进行场景装饰的首选,但因其需要户外使用必须具备防水功能。目前的户外激光灯多采用全密闭的外壳机构设计,从而达到防水的目的,但是这种结构的激光灯在工作时,激光头产生的热量不能有效散开,外壳内部温度持续升高,会使得激光头发生严重的光衰。
授权公告号为CN202253498U(申请号为201120341303.1)的中国实用新型专利《一种户外激光灯》,其中公开的激光灯结构中在散热孔外侧布置L形外挂板,从而在保证散热效果的同时,可避免雨水进入内部。但是雨水溅射入散热孔中,或者雨水通过上罩和外挂板的安装间隙中流入散热孔中后,则非常容易因为雨水对电路板造成影响。还有授权公告号为CN201748379U(申请号为201020272325.2)的中国实用新型专利《一种防水激光灯》,其中公开的激光灯结构,利用额外设置的防水罩进行防水,制造成本高。此外该激光灯利用导热隔板将散热片与其他结构隔开,虽然外壳的底部设置有通风口,但因导热隔板的设置,其空气流通的范围有限,散热效果受到一定的限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种通风散热效果好,又能防止水进入激光灯内部的户外激光灯。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种户外激光灯,包括灯壳和灯壳内部设置的激光器、电路板,所述灯壳的顶部开口处覆盖设置有一能够透过激光的盖体,其特征在于:所述灯壳内还设置有下安装板,所述下安装板的周缘与所述灯壳的内壁密封连接;
所述激光器、电路板位于灯壳内、所述下安装板与盖体间的空腔内;
所述灯壳的底部设置有通风口,所述下安装板上开设有通孔,所述下安装板上沿所述通孔周缘设置有向灯壳底部方向延伸的凸环。
为了优化激光灯内部的通风效果,允许多个方向风进入激光灯内部,所述通风口包括多个,各通风口沿所述灯壳底部的周缘间隔设置。
优选地,所述通孔包括至少两个。
为了能够覆盖通风口,最大限度的防止自上方落下的雨水进入到激光灯内部,所述盖体包括一透明盖和密封压套于所述透明盖周缘的压环;
所述灯壳顶部的周缘径向向外延伸设置有一边沿,所述压环与所述边沿密封连接。
为了加快激光灯内部的空气流通,增加散热效果,所述灯壳内还设置有风扇,所述风扇邻所述激光器设置。
为了方便安装,所述盖体下贴覆设置有一上安装板,所述上安装板上还开设有与所述激光器的出光口相匹配的通光口;
所述上安装板的下板面上还连接设置有第一侧安装板和第二侧安装板,所述激光器安装在所述第一侧安装板上,所述风扇安装在所述第二侧安装板上。
为了方便激光灯的开启,防止自开关处进水,所述电路板上还连接设置一开关,所述下安装板开设有与所述开关相适配的开关孔;
所述开关上套设有一开关盖,所述开关盖通过一固定键活动安装在所述下安装板上,所述灯壳的底部设置有一与所述开关盖相适配的开关盖孔。
为了方便调整激光照射方向,所述灯壳的底部还转动连接有一安装杆。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:该户外激光灯通过通风口和下安装板上的通孔能够实现外部空气与灯壳整个内部间的空气流通,能够更好的实现灯光灯的快速降温,保证其正常工作。此外,意外自通风口进入灯壳内的水,因下安装板上设置的凸环能够有效阻止其进入电路板所在的空间内,避免了水对激光灯内部电路的影响,结构合理实用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1~图3所示,本实施例中的户外激光灯,包括灯壳1和灯壳1内部设置的激光器、电路板5、风扇8及下安装板2。
为了方便安装激光灯,灯壳1的底部转动连接有一安装杆4,进而能够方便调整激光灯的照射角度。
下安装板2的周缘与灯壳1的内壁密封连接,下安装板2将灯壳1隔为两个空间,激光器、电路板5、风扇8位于灯壳1内、下安装板2与盖体3间的空腔内。
盖体3下贴覆设置有一上安装板6,上安装板6上还开设有与所述激光器的出光口相匹配的通光口61。
上安装板6的下板面上还连接设置有第一侧安装板71和第二侧安装板72,激光器安装在第一侧安装板71上,风扇8安装在第二侧安装板72上并与激光器相邻设置。
电路板5上还连接设置一开关9,下安装板2开设有与开关9相适配的开关孔23。
开关9上套设有一开关盖91,开关盖91通过一固定键24活动安装在下安装板2上,灯壳1的底部设置有一与开关盖91相适配的开关盖孔13。安装后,开关9分别自开关孔23和开光盖孔12内伸出于灯壳1底部,开关盖91套设在开关9外自开光盖孔12内伸出于灯壳1底部,通过按压或者旋转开关盖91即能带动开关9动作,从而开启或者关闭该户外激光灯。
灯壳1的底部设置有多个通风口11,各通风口11沿所述灯壳1底部的周缘间隔设置。如此外部空气可以通过多个方向进入灯壳1内部,灯壳1内部的通风效果更佳。
为了能够覆盖通风口11,最大限度的限制雨水自上端落入到通风口11内,其中,灯壳1的顶部开口处覆盖设置有一能够透过激光的盖体3,该盖体3包括一透明盖31和密封压套于透明盖31周缘的压环32。灯壳1顶部的周缘径向向外延伸设置有一边沿12,压环32与该边沿12密封连接。如此,盖体3的周缘及灯壳1顶部的边沿12能够将通风口11保护在其下,有效防止雨水进入通风口11中。
另外,下安装板2可以使用散热效果好的材料制作,电路板5可以和下安装板2贴覆设置,以快速将电路板5上的产热散出,保证其工作稳定性。
此外,下安装板2上开设有至少两个通孔21,该下安装板2上沿通孔21周缘设置有向灯壳1底部方向延伸的凸环22。通过通风口11和通孔21能够彻底实现激光灯灯壳1内部空气的充分流通,保证激光灯内部的热量能够快速散去,同时,开启风扇8能够加快空气的流通,提高散热速度,有效保证了激光灯的正常工作。
此外当外部雨水意外溅入通风口11或者在激光灯发生跌倒遭到雨淋的情况下,雨水会少量自通风口11进入灯壳1,而下安装板2上凸环22的设置恰恰能够阻止雨水继续进入通孔21内,从而防止雨水进入到安装有激光器、电路板5的空间内,有效避免了雨水对激光灯内部电路的影响,保证激光灯灯壳1内在进水的情况下仍然能够正常工作,实用性非常强。

Claims (8)

1.一种户外激光灯,包括灯壳(1)和灯壳(1)内部设置的激光器、电路板(5),所述灯壳(1)的顶部开口处覆盖设置有一能够透过激光的盖体(3),其特征在于:所述灯壳(1)内还设置有下安装板(2),所述下安装板(2)的周缘与所述灯壳(1)的内壁密封连接;
所述激光器、电路板(5)位于灯壳(1)内、所述下安装板(2)与盖体(3)间的空腔内;
所述灯壳(1)的底部设置有通风口(11),所述下安装板(2)上开设有通孔(21),所述下安装板(2)上沿所述通孔(21)周缘设置有向灯壳(1)底部方向延伸的凸环(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户外激光灯,其特征在于:所述通风口(11)包括多个,各通风口(11)沿所述灯壳(1)底部的周缘间隔设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的户外激光灯,其特征在于:所述通孔(21)包括至少两个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的户外激光灯,其特征在于:所述盖体(3)包括一透明盖(31)和密封压套于所述透明盖(31)周缘的压环(32);
所述灯壳(1)顶部的周缘径向向外延伸设置有一边沿(12),所述压环(32)与所述边沿(12)密封连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的户外激光灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳(1)内还设置有风扇(8),所述风扇(8)邻所述激光器设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的户外激光灯,其特征在于:所述盖体(3)下贴覆设置有一上安装板(6),所述上安装板(6)上还开设有与所述激光器的出光口相匹配的通光口(61);
所述上安装板(6)的下板面上还连接设置有第一侧安装板(71)和第二侧安装板(72),所述激光器安装在所述第一侧安装板(71)上,所述风扇(8)安装在所述第二侧安装板(72)上。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一权利要求所述的户外激光灯,其特征在于:所述电路板上还连接设置一开关(9),所述下安装板(2)开设有与所述开关(9)相适配的开关孔(23);
所述开关(9)上套设有一开关盖(91),所述开关盖(91)通过一固定键(24)活动安装在所述下安装板(2)上,所述灯壳(1)的底部设置有一与所述开关盖(91)相适配的开关盖孔(13)。
8.根据权利要求1~6任一权利要求所述的户外激光灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳(1)的底部还转动连接有一安装杆(4)。
