本发明涉及生活用品领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种保温饭盒。 【背景技术】
饭盒是日常生活中常用的重要餐具, 其用于携带熟食, 并在一定时间内可 以在工作地点或野外提供熟食。
通常, 饭盒在盛放食物后, 因较长时间不食用, 使得饭盒内的食物热量通 过饭盒的缝隙以及饭盒本身散发出去, 造成食物温度降低, 这样不适宜食用。
【发明内容】
饭盒是日常生活中常用的重要餐具, 其用于携带熟食, 并在一定时间内可 以在工作地点或野外提供熟食。
通常, 饭盒在盛放食物后, 因较长时间不食用, 使得饭盒内的食物热量通 过饭盒的缝隙以及饭盒本身散发出去, 造成食物温度降低, 这样不适宜食用。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1及图 4所示, 本实施例提供一种保温饭盒, 包括: 饭盒壳体 400以及 饭盒盖 100,如图 2-图 3所示,所述饭盒盖 100边缘处设置有沿该边缘围绕布置 的凹槽 104, 所述凹槽 104内设置有密封圏 (图中为显示), 所述饭盒壳体上端 设置有与所述凹槽 104对应的凸台 217, 当饭盒盖 100盖下时, 凸台 217插入凹 槽 104 内, 形成了密封, 保证了保温饭盒内部热量不被快速散发, 起到良好的 保温作用。
如图 3所示, 可在饭盒盖 100外周设置有至少一对拉耳 110, 本实施例优选 设置两对拉耳, 分别设置在饭盒盖两两相对的侧边上, 这样可保持受力均匀, 保证饭盒盖的盖合可靠性。 所述拉耳 110与所述饭盒盖 100的边缘处铰链连接, 拉耳 110上设置有弹性卡扣 111 ,所述饭盒壳体 400外周对应所述拉耳弹性卡扣 111的位置设置有卡口 411 , 饭盒盖 100盖下时, 所述弹性卡扣 111卡在所述卡 口 411上实现饭盒盖 100与饭盒壳体 400的压紧盖合。 这样可实现饭盒的压紧 盖合在饭盒壳体上, 使得凹槽与密封圏紧密配合, 保证保温饭盒的保温效果。 在拉耳 110的下边缘还设置有凹口 112, 该凹口 112在拉耳卡合后, 与饭盒壳体 400的周壁形成一个开口, 这样, 在打开饭盒盖 100时方便的掰开拉耳 110, 从 而使得弹性卡扣 111脱出。
如图 3及图 5所示, 饭盒壳体 400内还设置有内胆 200, 所述内胆 200底部 与所述饭盒壳体 400的底部之间设置有间隔空间 700。所述间隔空间 700避免了 内胆 200与饭盒壳体 400底部直接接触, 从而形成一个隔热屏障, 使得保存在 内胆 200中的食物可以长时间保温。
饭盒壳体 400底部设置有撑托柱 410,所述内胆 200底部顶在所述撑托柱 410 上。 用以在所述间隔空间 170内撑托内胆 200, 避免内胆 200向下陷落。 同时, 如图 4所示, 所述内胆 200外周表面的上端边缘设置有限位凸缘 211 , 所述限位 凸缘 211搭载在所述壳体 400周壁的上端, 用以撑托内胆 200的周边, 保存间 隔空间的存在。
如图 4所示, 保温饭盒同时还设置有加热装置, 所述加热装置 300包括一贴 附在所述内胆 200的外表面的一层用于发热的加热片 301。
加热片 301设置在所述内胆 200的底面, 其大小、 形状与所述内胆 200的底 面相对应, 从内胆 200的底面加热, 这样加热片 301的设置比较方便, 同时加 热效果也更好。 当然, 也可以在内胆 200的全部外周表面贴附上加热片, 但是, 这样不易加工, 而且, 底部设置加热片已能达到加热的需求。
在加热片 301上设置有锁附孔 302, 对应的在所述内胆 200的外表面即底面 设置有与所述锁附孔 302对应的螺孔柱 202,所述加热片 301通过螺丝锁附到所 述内胆的外表面上。 由于内胆厚度不大, 因此通过螺孔柱、 螺丝 304及锁附孔 302锁附加热片 301到内胆 200底面上, 此种锁附结构较为筒单, 也不需要加大 内胆的厚度。 另外, 饭盒的壳体 400底部也设置有与所述螺孔柱 202对应的锁 附孔或螺孔 402,所述螺孔 402直接设置在所述的撑托柱 410上,所述内胆 200、 加热片 301 以及所述饭盒壳体 400通过螺丝 304同时锁附在一起, 这样即可将 多个部件通过一组螺丝同时实现锁附, 结构相对筒单, 加工和组装较为方便。
在本实施例中, 所述加热装置 300还包括一用于控制所述加热片 301进行加 热的控制电路(图中未示出), 控制电路用于实现智能控制加热, 使得加热饭菜 时能够保证加热问题及加热时间。 控制电路设置在所述内胆 200 的一侧底部, 所述内胆 200设置有一用于避让所述控制电路的凹陷口 201 ,这样使得饭盒内部 空间足够, 保证饭盒的整体结构不会增大。
同时, 本实施例中的保温饭盒还设置有用于提示其使用状态的指示灯 405。 而所述内胆 200底部一侧对应于所述指示灯 405的位置处设置有一用于固定所 述指示 405灯及其电路板的固定架 205 , 所述饭盒壳体 400对应于所述固定架 205的位置设置有用于露出所述指示灯 405的开孔。
在本实施例中, 所述加热片 301为传热效率高的金属加热片, 该加热片可采 用钣金加工实现。 所述内胆 200可以是塑胶或不锈钢材质。

权利要求
1、 一种保温饭盒, 包括饭盒壳体以及饭盒盖, 其特征在于, 所述饭盒盖边 缘设置有沿该边缘围绕布置的凹槽, 所述凹槽内设置有密封圏, 所述饭盒壳体 上端设置有与所述凹槽对应的凸台。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的饭盒, 其特征在于, 所述饭盒盖外周设置有至少一 对拉耳, 所述拉耳与所述饭盒盖的边缘处铰链连接, 所述拉耳上设置有弹性卡 扣, 所述饭盒壳体外周对应所述拉耳弹性卡扣的位置设置有卡口, 饭盒盖盖下 时, 所述弹性卡扣卡在所述卡口上实现饭盒盖与饭盒壳体的压紧盖合。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的饭盒, 其特征在于, 所述饭盒盖仅设置两对拉耳, 分别设置在饭盒盖两两相对的侧边上。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的保温饭盒, 其特征在于, 所述拉耳的下边缘设置有 凹口。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的保温饭盒, 其特征在于, 所述饭盒壳体内安装有内 胆, 所述内胆底部与所述饭盒壳体底部之间设置有间隔空间。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的保温饭盒, 其特征在于, 所述饭盒壳体底部设置有 撑托柱, 所述内胆底部顶在所述撑托柱上。
7、如权利要求 6所述的保温饭盒,其特征在于,所述撑托柱上设置有螺孔, 所述内胆底部对应所撑托柱的位置也设置有螺孔, 所述内胆及所述饭盒壳体通 过螺丝固定。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的保温饭盒, 其特征在于, 所述保温饭盒还包括一加 热装置, 所述加热装置包括一贴附在所述内胆的外表面的一层用于发热的加热 片。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的保温饭盒, 其特征在于, 所述加热片设置在所述内 胆的底面, 其大小、 形状与所述内胆的底面相对应。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的保温饭盒, 其特征在于, 所述加热片上设置有锁 附孔, 所述内胆的外表面设置有与所述锁附孔对应的螺孔柱, 所述加热片通过 螺丝锁附到所述内胆的外表面上。
