图 1是本发明环式装订夹打开状态示意图; 图 2是本发明环式装订夹闭合状态示意图; 图 3是本发明环式装订夹侧面示意图; 图 4是本发明环式装订夹底部示意图; 图 5是本发明环式装订夹打开状态时一端正面的放大示意图; 图 6是本发明环式装订夹打开状态时一端反面的放大示意图; 图 7是本发明环式装订夹钩环放大示意图; 图 8是本发明环式装订夹闭合状态时一端示意图。 具体实施方式 为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案、 有益效果更加清楚明白, 以下结合附图 及实施例, 对本发明做进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例 仅仅用于解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。 以下结合具体实施例对本发明的实现进行详细描述: 如图 1所示, 本发明环式装订夹包括固定条 1和活动条 2。 固定条 1固定在 文件夹背脊板上始终维持固定不动, 所述固定条 1 上表面设置有若干个横向导 向键 15 ;所述活动条 2下表面的位置设置有若干个与所述导向键 15滑动配合的 滑槽 (附图未示出), 使所述活动条 2相对所述固定条 1沿所述导向键 15的方 向来回滑运。 所述固定条 1和活动条 2各设置有若干个间隔排列且与其本体一体成型的 用于承载文件的钩环 3 , 该钩环 3为半环。 所述固定条 1上的钩环 3与活动条 2 上的钩环 3相互对接。 进一步, 所述钩环 3的末端部设置有较小的卡嵌结构。 如图 7所示, 具体为固定条 1上的钩环 3的末端具有圆形销 31 , 活动条 2上的 钩环 3 的末端具有圆形四槽 32, 所述圆形凹槽 32 的直径和深度与所述圆形销 31的直径和深度相适配。 所述圆形四槽 32和圆形销 31构成卡嵌结构, 通过卡 嵌结构使所述固定条 1和活动条 2上的钩环 3闭合并相互卡嵌。 所述固定条 1和活动条 2两端的接合部分设置有当所述钩环 3闭合时用于 锁定所述固定条 1与活动条 2的锁定机构以及当所述钩环 3打开时用于防止所 述活动条 2脱离所述固定条 1的限位机构, 所述固定条 1和活动条 2之间还设 置有用于当所述锁定机构被释放时自动打开所述钩环 3的弹性装置。 如图 1至图 6所示, 固定条 1远离活动条 2—侧两端设有向外延伸的锁压 平板 11, 锁压平板 11一端固定在所述固定条 1上。 所述锁压平板 11与固定条 1上表面位于同一水平面且锁压平板 11两侧边为自由边。锁压平板 11包括一体 设计的锁定部 113及解锁按压部 112。 锁定部 113为锁压平板 11的内端且锁定 部 113上表面设置一向活动条 1 一侧倾斜的梯形或锲型锁定突起 111, 锁定部 113向外延伸的自由端部为解锁按压部 112, 即解锁按键 112。 解锁按键 112为 大致与人拇指指面轮廓一致的半圆形且其上表面设置有防滑的横向条紋。 解锁 按键 112在高度上高于锁压平板 11的内端部分。 固定条 1相邻活动条 2—侧的 上表面上设置有限位突起 12 ,限位突起 12为向活动条 1一侧倾斜的梯形或锲型 突起。 限位突起 12 与锁定凸起 111位于一条横向直线上。 所述活动条 2两端下表面对应所述锁定突起 111和所述限位突起 12之间的 位置设有横向条形凹槽 21, 所述固定条 1与活动条 2互锁时, 锁定突起 111卡 置在条形 ffl槽 21的一端使活动条 2与固定条 1锁定, 此时锁定突起 111和限位 突起 12分别卡置于条形凹槽 21内的两端位置。 锁定突起 111和条形凹槽 21构 成所述锁定机构。 所述限位突起 12与所述活动条 2的条形 ffl槽 21滑动配合, 当所述钩环 3打开时, 所述锁定突起 111向下脱离所述条形凹槽 21, 所述活动 条 2相对向外打开, 所述条形 槽 21 向外滑动直至所述限位突起 12抵触所述 条形凹槽 21 的内端部呈卡止状态, 此时装订夹处于打开状态, 限位突起 12与 条形 ffl槽 21构成限位机构。 可以理解, 我们还可根据需要对锁定机构进行适当的变形。 例如, 将锁压 平板 11上表面设置一凹槽, 活动条 2下表面设置一与所述凹槽配合卡置的锁定 突起。 锁定机构和限位机构的具体设置不限于上述方式。 锁定机构和限位机构的 第二种实施方式为: 锁压平板 11一端固定在所述活动条 2上, 具体的, 锁压平 板 11固定在所述活动条 2远离固定条 1一侧的两端, 所述固定条 1上表面开设 有条形凹槽 21, 锁压平板 1 1下表面凸设一与所述固定条 1上表面条形凹槽 21 卡置配合的锁定突起 1 1 1, 所述锁压平板 11 向外延伸的自由端部为解锁按压部 位 112。 所述活动条 2靠近固定条 1一侧下表面固设一限位突起 12 , 该限位突 起 12与所述固定条 1的条形 槽 21滑动配合, 当所述钩环 3处于打开状态时, 所述限位突起 12 向外滑动至所述条形凹槽 21 的外端部呈卡止状态。 使用时, 向上提拉解锁按压部位 112 , 锁定突起 111 向上脱离条形凹槽 21 , 活动条 1呈 解锁状态并在外力的作用下向外滑动打开直至所述限位突起 12向外滑动至所述 条形 ΙΗ槽 21的外端部呈卡止状态。 如图 5、 图 6所示, 活动条 2两端下表面设有向下悬伸的开口朝向固定条 1 的 U型凸壁 22, 该 U型凸壁 11的内侧壁上设有一垂直指向其开口的第一凸柱 24。 固定条 1上设置一供所述 U型凸壁 22插入的凹槽 13 , 该凹槽 1 3靠近活动 条 2—侧开有槽口, 所述凹槽 1 3的内侧壁上设置一垂直指向所述槽口的第二凸 柱 1 31。活动条 2的 U型凸壁 22插入固定条 1的凹槽 1 3中组成一个容纳弹性装 置的空腔。 所述弹性装置为压缩弹簧 4 , 压缩弹簧 4的两端分别套接在第一凸柱 24和第二凸柱 1 31上,并抵触在所述第一凸柱 24及第二凸柱 1 31所在的内侧壁 上。 装订夹闭合时, 压缩弹簧 4被压缩并顶抵所述固定条 1和活动条 2。 所述固定条 1上设置有若干个导向键 15, 活动条 1上设置有若干个与所述 导向键 15向配合的滑槽 (附图未示出), 所述导向键 15插入滑槽中实现所述固 定条 1与活动条 2的连接, 并使所述活动条 1相对所述固定条 1沿导向键 15的 方向往返运动。 具体的, 所述固定条 1 两端上表面设置有横截面为 L型的导向 键 151 , 所述活动条 2两端下表面设置有与 L型导向键 151相配合的滑槽, L型 导向键 151从侧面插入滑槽使其卡置在滑槽中并能使滑槽沿 L型导向键方向滑 动。 所述固定条 1中间部位还间隔设置有若干个横截面为 T型的导向键 152 , 活 动条 2下表面与 T型导向键 152相对应位置设置有与 T型导向键相配合滑槽, 目的在于保证所述固定条 1和活动条 2相互配合运动时不会发生长度方向的偏 移。 所述固定条 1上还设置有若干个安装孔 14, 用螺钉等固定件穿过安装孔 14 将固定条 1固定在文件夹背脊板上。 所述活动条 2对应安装孔 14的位置上设置 有直径略大的通孔 23 , 用于使螺钉等固定件穿过并固定在安装孔 14上。 本发明的具体使用方式为: 当装订夹闭合时, 锁定突起 111 卡置于条形凹 槽 21内的相对内端位置使活动条 2与固定条 1相互锁定, 此时, 活动条 2与固 定条 1 之间的压缩弹簧 4被压紧。 使用者向下按压解锁按键 112, 与解锁按键 112一体设计的锁定部 113被带动向下,锁定部 113上的锁定突起 111向下脱离 条形凹槽 21, 活动条 2被解锁并在压缩弹簧 4的作用力下相对向外打开, 直至 活动条 2的条形凹槽 21 的相对内端被限位突起 12卡置停止运动, 此时装订夹 处于打开状态。 装订夹装订完毕后, 使用者向内推动活动条 2, 活动条 2向下按 压锁定部 113并沿锁定突起 111斜面方向向内相对运动, 直至锁定突起 111在 锁定部自身的作用力下复位卡置在条形凹槽 21中实现活动条 2和固定条 1的互 锁就位。 本发明环式装订夹可以釆用塑料制作, 也可以采用五金件制作。 根据现有 纸张的型号, 可以制作不同大小型号的环式装订夹。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发 明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种环式装订夹, 包括固定条(1 ) 和活动条(2), 所述固定条(1 )和 活动条(2) 上设置有用于承载文件的钩环 (3), 其特征在于: 所述固定条(1) 和活动条 (2) 两端的接合部分设置有当所述钩环 (3) 闭合时用于锁定所述固 定条(1 ) 与活动条(2) 的锁定机构以及当所述钩环 (3)打开时用于防止所述 活动条(2)脱离所述固定条(1 ) 的限位机构, 所述固定条(1 )和活动条(2) 之间还设置有用于当所述锁定机构被释放时自动打开所述钩环(3) 的的弹性装 置。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的环式装订夹, 其特征在于: 所述锁定机构包括一端 固定在所述固定条 (1 ) 的锁压平板(11 ) 和开设在所述活动条 (2) 下表面的 条形凹槽 (21), 所述锁压平板(11 ) 的上表面凸设一与所述活动条(2 ) 下表 面条形凹槽 (21 ) 卡置配合的锁定突起 (111), 所述锁压平板 (11 ) 向外延伸 的自由端部为解锁按压部位( 112 )。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的环式装订夹, 其特征在于: 所述限位机构包括固设 在所述固定条 U ) 靠近活动条(2) —侧上表面的的限位突起(12), 该限位突 起(12) 与所述活动条 (2) 的条形凹槽 ( ) 滑动配合, 当所述钩环 (3) 处 于打开状态时, 所述条形四槽 (21 ) 向外滑动直至所述限位突起 (12)抵触所 述条形 槽 (21) 的内端部呈卡止状态。
4、如权利要求 2或 3所述的环式装订夹,其特征在于:所述锁定突起(111) 和所述限位突起 U2)均为朝所述活动条(2) —侧倾斜的梯形或锲型突起。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的环式装订夹, 其特征在于: 所述弹性装置为压缩弹 簧 (4), 所述活动条 (2) 下表面设有向下悬伸的 U型凸壁 (22), 该 U型凸壁 (22 ) 的内壁上设有一横向的第一凸柱 (24 ), 所述固定条 (1 ) 上设置一供所 述 U型凸壁 (22 )插入的凹槽 (13), 所述凹槽 (13) 的内侧壁上设置一横向的 第二凸柱 ( 131 ), 所述活动条( 2 ) 的 U 型凸壁 ( 22 )插入所述固定条( 1 ) 的 凹槽 (13) 中组成一个容纳所述压缩弹簧 (4 ) 的空腔, 所述压缩弹簧 (4 ) 的 两端分别套接在所述第一凸柱 (24) 和第二凸柱 (131 ) 上。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的环式装订夹, 其特征在于: 所述钩环 (3) 的末端 部还设置有较小的卡嵌结构, 所述固定条 (1 ) 上的钩环 (3) 的末端设置有圆 形销 (31), 所述活动条 (2 ) 上的钩环 (3) 的末端设置有圆形凹槽 (32 ), 所 述圆形凹槽 (32) 的直径和深度与所述圆形销 (31 ) 的直径和深度相适配, 所 述圆形 槽 (32)和圆形销 (31 )构成卡嵌结构。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的环式装订夹, 其特征在于: 所述固定条(1 ) 上表 面设置有若干个横向导向键( 15 ),所述活动条( 2 )下表面对应所述导向键( 15 ) 的位置设置有若干个滑动槽, 所述导向键 (15 )插入所述滑动槽中实现所述固 定条 (1 ) 与活动条 (2 ) 的连接并使所述活动条 (2 )相对于所述固定条(1 ) 沿所述导向键 U5 )运动。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的环式装订夹, 其特征在于: 所述导向键(15 )包括 设置在所述固定条 U ) 两端的横截面为 L 型的导向键 (151 )及设置在所述固 定条(1 ) 中间部分的横截面为 T型的导向键 (152)。
9、如权利要求 8所述的环式装订夹,其特征在于:所述解锁按压部位(112) 为解锁按键(112), 该解锁按键(112 )为大致与人拇指指面轮廓一致的半圆形 且其上表面设置有防滑的横向条紋
10、 如权利要求 9所述的环式装订夹, 其特征在于: 所述固定条(1 )上设 置有安装孔 (14), 所述活动条 (2 ) 上与所述安装孔 (14)对应的位置设置有 孔径略大的用于通过固定件使其安装在所述安装孔 (14) 上的通孔 (23)。
