Description

차량용 매트 구조체 및 이의 재봉장치
본 발명은 차량용 매트 구조체 및 이의 재봉장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 흙과 같은 이물질이 차량 실내바닥으로 낙하되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 테두리부재가 매트의 가장자리 상면을 따라 재봉된 차량용 매트 구조체 및 테두리부재와 매직테이프를 매트에 간편하게 재봉할 수 있도록 한 재봉장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 본 출원인이 2009년 10월 21일자로 출원하고 2013년 8월 6일자로 실용신안등록한 실용신안등록 제20-0468425호의 개선에 관한 것이다.
실용신안등록 제20-0468425호의 자동차용 매트는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 먼지와 같은 이물질이 유입되는 복수의 구멍(112)이 형성된 상부매트(110)와, 상기 상부매트(110)와 대응되는 크기를 가지며 상기 구멍(112)을 통하여 유입된 이물질이 수용되는 복수의 오목홈(122)이 형성된 하부매트(120)를 구비한다.
상기 상부매트(110)와 하부매트(120)의 가장자리에는 상호 탈착가능하게 부착되는 매직테이프(111)(121)가 재봉되어 있다.
상기와 같은 구성의 자동차용 매트는 차량의 운행중 탑승자로부터 이탈된 먼지, 흙등의 이물질이 구멍(112)을 통하여 하부매트(120)의 오목홈(122)에 수용되게 되어, 차량의 실내공간을 보다 쾌적하게 할 수 있고 주변 오염을 줄일 수 있게 한다.
그런데, 상기와 같은 자동차용 매트는 상부매트(110)의 가장자리에 재봉된 매직테이프(velcro;111)가 상부매트(110)의 상면보다 약간 돌출되게 되므로, 상부매트(110)에 잔류하는 이물질들이 차량 실내바닥으로 낙하되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되나, 장기간 이용시 매직테이프(111)를 재봉한 재봉선이 이물질들과의 마찰 접촉 또는 탑승자의 신발과의 마찰 접촉으로 손상되어 매직테이프(111)가 뜯겨지게 되는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 창출된 것으로써, 차량용 매트에 낙하된 이물질들이 차량의 실내바닥으로 이탈되어 낙하되는 것을 방지하고 또한 차량 이용자의 신발 접촉에 따른 재봉된 매직테이프의 재봉선이 뜯어지는 등의 문제점을 방지할 수 있도록 한 차량용 매트 구조체를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 차량용 매트, 매직테이프 및 테두리부재를 수월하게 재봉할 수 있도록 한 차량용 매트의 재봉장치를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하는 본 발명은 흙, 먼지와 같은 이물질이 유입되는 복수의 구멍이 형성된 상부매트와, 상기 구멍을 통하여 유입된 이물질이 수용되는 하부매트와, 상기 상부매트의 가장자리에 재봉되는 암매직테이프와, 상기 하부매트의 가장자리에 재봉되며 상기 암매직테이프와 부착되는 수매직테이프를 구비하는 자동차용 매트 구조체에 있어서,
상기 암매직테이프와 상기 상부매트 사이에 개재되어 재봉되는 테두리부재를 구비하되,
상기 테두리부재는 유연한 재질의 심부재와, 상기 심부재를 감싸도록 절반으로 겹쳐지고 재봉에 의한 재봉선에 의해서 상기 심부재의 이탈을 방지시키며 상기 재봉선을 기준으로 상기 심부재를 감싼 돌출턱부와 나머지 평면부로 이루어지는 천부재를 구비하고,
상기 평면부가 상기 상부매트의 상면과 상기 암매직테이프의 하면 사이에 개재되어 재봉되고 상기 돌출턱부는 상기 암매직테이프로부터 노출되며,
상기 돌출턱부의 두께는 상기 암매직테이프의 두께보다 상대적으로 두껍게 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명 구조체에 있어서, 상기 겹쳐진 평면부는 제1갈래부와 제2갈래부로 나뉘어지며, 상기 제1갈래부는 상기 상부매트의 상면과 상기 암매직테이프의 하면 사이에 개재되어 재봉되고, 제2갈래부는 상기 제1갈래부의 반대측으로 젖혀져서 상기 상부매트의 상면을 덮도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명 구조체에 있어서, 상기 천부재의 일측단부에는 길이 L만큼 심부재가 비어있고, 타측단부에는 길이 L만큼 심부재가 천부재로부터 돌출되어서, 상기 돌출된 심부재가 상기 천부재의 일측단부에 결합된 것을 특징으로 한다.
한편, 상기 목적을 달성하는 본 발명은 테두리부재를 상기 상부매트의 상면과 암매직테이프의 하면 사이에 개재하여 재봉시키기 위한 재봉장치에 있어서,
재봉실을 재봉하기 위한 니들의 단부가 진입되는 니들공이 형성된 베이스판과;
상기 베이스판에 고정되고, 상기 상부매트 가장자리의 상면, 측면 및 하면이 안내되고 상기 암매직테이프가 상기 상부매트 가장자리의 상면, 측면 및 하면을 덮도록 말아서 안내하는 안내터널이 형성된 제1가이드와;
상기 제1가이드에 인접되게 상기 베이스판에 고정되며 상기 돌출턱부가 안내되는 제1안내통로와, 상기 평면부를 상기 상부매트의 상면과 암매직테이프의 하면 사이로 안내하는 제2안내통로를 구비하는 제2가이드;를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
첫째, 돌출턱부(221)에 의해서 상부매트(110) 상면에 잔류하는 이물질이 차량 실내바닥으로 낙하되어 오염되는 것을 방지한다.
또한, 차량이용자의 신발바닥에 묻은 이물질은 돌출턱부(221)에 긁어서 상부매트(110)에 잔류하도록 이용할 수 있으며, 또한 돌출턱부(221)에 의해서 신발바닥의 마찰로 인한 암매직테이프(111)의 재봉선(111a)을 보호하여 재봉선의 뜯어짐을 방지할 수 있게 한다.
둘째, 테두리부재(200)의 평면부(222)를 제1갈래부(222a)와 제2갈래부(222b)로 나뉘어 구성하고, 제1갈래부(222a)는 상부매트(110)의 상면과 암매직테이프(111)의 하면 사이에 개재되어 재봉되게 하고, 제2갈래부(222b)는 제1갈래부(222a)의 반대측으로 젖혀져서 상부매트(110)의 상면을 덮도록 된 구조를 가짐으로써, 상부매트(110)상에 잔류하는 흙과 같은 이물질이 제2갈래부(222b)에 의해서 상부매트(110)에 그대로 잔류하거나 구멍(112)을 통하여 하부매트(120)로 낙하될 수 있도록 하고, 상부매트(110)와 테두리부재(200) 사이의 틈새 형성을 방지하여 이물질 진입에 따른 청소의 불편함을 해소한다.
세째, 테두리부재(200)의 양단부를 심부재(210)에 의해서 연결시키므로 별도의 마감부재를 불필요로 한다.
네째, 본 발명 재봉장치는 암매직테이프(111)를 상부매트(111)의 가장자리에 감싼 상태로 제1가이드(310)의 안내터널(311)에 진입시키고, 테두리부재(200)를 상기 제2가이드(320)에 결합시킨 상태에서, 상부매트(110)를 밀면서 니들(330)의 왕복에 따른 재봉질을 하면 테두리부재(200)의 평면부(222)가 암매직테이프(111)의 하면과 상부매트(110)의 상면 사이로 진입되면서 간편하게 재봉되게 한다.

본 발명 실시예의 자동차용 매트 구조체는 흙과 같은 이물질이 차량 실내바닥으로 낙하되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하고, 테두리부재를 상부매트와 암매직테이프 사이에 간편하게 재봉할 수 있도록 한 재봉장치를 제공한다.

도 2 및 도 3을 참조하면, 상기 테두리부재(200)는 유연한 재질의 심부재(210)와, 상기 심부재(210)를 감싸도록 절반으로 겹쳐지고 재봉에 의한 재봉선(223)에 의해서 상기 심부재(210)의 이탈을 방지시키며 상기 재봉선(223)을 기준으로 상기 심부재(210)를 감싼 돌출턱부(221)와 나머지 평면부(222)로 이루어지는 천부재(220)를 구비한다.
상기 평면부(222)가 상기 상부매트(110)의 상면과 상기 암매직테이프(111)의 하면 사이에 개재되어 재봉되고 상기 돌출턱부(221)는 상기 암매직테이프(111)로부터 노출되며, 상기 돌출턱부(221)의 두께는 상기 암매직테이프(111)의 두께보다 상대적으로 두껍게 형성된다.
상기와 같은 구성의 매트 구조체는 돌출턱부(221)에 의해서 상부매트(110) 상면에 잔류하는 이물질이 차량 실내바닥으로 낙하되어 오염되는 것을 방지한다.
또한, 차량이용자의 신발바닥에 묻은 이물질은 돌출턱부(221)에 긁어서 상부매트(110)에 잔류하도록 이용할 수 있으며, 또한 돌출턱부(221)에 의해서 신발바닥의 마찰로 인한 암매직테이프(111)의 재봉선(111a)을 보호하여 재봉선의 뜯어짐을 방지할 수 있게 한다.
한편, 본 발명의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 도 4 및 도 3을 참조하면, 상기 겹쳐진 평면부(222)는 제1갈래부(222a)와 제2갈래부(222b)로 나뉘어지며, 상기 제1갈래부(222a)는 상기 상부매트(110)의 상면과 상기 암매직테이프(111)의 하면 사이에 개재되어 재봉되고, 제2갈래부(222b)는 상기 제1갈래부(222a)의 반대측으로 젖혀져서 상기 상부매트(110)의 상면을 덮도록 된 구조를 가진다.
도 2의 실시예의 경우에는 상부매트(110)상에 잔류하는 흙과 같은 이물질이 테두리부재(200)와 상부매트(110) 사이의 틈새(105)에 끼이게 되어 청소가 어렵게 되어 있으나, 도 4와 같은 실시예의 경우에는 상부매트(110)상에 잔류하는 흙과 같은 이물질이 제2갈래부(222b)에 의해서 상부매트(110)에 그대로 잔류하거나 구멍(112)을 통하여 하부매트(120)로 낙하될 수 있도록 한다.
도 6 및 도 7은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예를 나타낸 것으로써, 상기 천부재(220)의 일측단부에는 길이 L만큼 심부재(210)가 비어있고, 타측단부에는 길이 L만큼 심부재(210)가 천부재(220)로부터 돌출되어서, 상기 돌출된 심부재(210)가 상기 심부재(210)가 비어있는 상기 천부재(220)의 일측단부에 결합되도록 된 것이다.
이와 같은 실시예는 도 5의 사진에서와 같이, 테두리부재(200)가 상부매트(110)에 재봉된 후 그 양단부를 마감하기 위한 것으로써, 테두리부재(200)의 양단부가 심부재(210)에 의해서 연결되므로 별도의 마감부재를 불필요로 한다.
한편, 도 8 내지 도 13은 본 발명 실시예의 재봉장치를 설명하기 위한 도면 및 실시사진이다.
이 장치는 상기 테두리부재(200)를 상기 상부매트(110)의 상면과 암매직테이프(111)의 하면 사이에 개재하여서 간편하게 재봉할 수 있도록 한다.
이 재봉장치는 재봉실을 재봉하기 위한 니들(330)의 단부가 진입되는 니들공(301)이 형성된 베이스판(300)과; 상기 베이스판(300)에 고정되고, 상기 상부매트(110) 가장자리의 상면, 측면 및 하면이 안내되고 상기 암매직테이프(111)가 상기 상부매트(110) 가장자리의 상면, 측면 및 하면을 덮도록 말아서 안내하는 안내터널(311)이 형성된 제1가이드(310)와; 상기 제1가이드(310)에 인접되게 상기 베이스판(300)에 고정되며 상기 돌출턱부(221)가 안내되는 제1안내통로(321)와, 상기 평면부(222)를 상기 상부매트(110)의 상면과 암매직테이프(111)의 하면 사이로 안내하는 제2안내통로(322)를 구비하는 제2가이드(320);를 구비한다.
이와 같은 재봉장치는 도 8 및 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 암매직테이프(111)를 상부매트(111)의 가장자리에 감싼 상태로 상기 제1가이드(310)의 안내터널(311)에 진입시키고, 상기 테두리부재(200)를 상기 제2가이드(320)에 결합시킨 상태에서, 상기 상부매트(110)를 "가"방향으로 밀면서 니들(330)의 왕복에 따른 재봉질을 하면 테두리부재(200)의 평면부(222)가 암매직테이프(111)의 하면과 상부매트(110)의 상면 사이로 진입되면서 간편하게 재봉되게 된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 흙, 먼지와 같은 이물질이 유입되는 복수의 구멍이 형성된 상부매트와, 상기 구멍을 통하여 유입된 이물질이 수용되는 하부매트와, 상기 상부매트의 가장자리에 재봉되는 암매직테이프와, 상기 하부매트의 가장자리에 재봉되며 상기 암매직테이프와 부착되는 수매직테이프를 구비하는 자동차용 매트 구조체에 있어서,
    상기 암매직테이프(111)와 상기 상부매트(110) 사이에 개재되어 재봉되는 테두리부재(200)를 구비하되,
    상기 테두리부재(200)는 유연한 재질의 심부재(210)와, 상기 심부재(210)를 감싸도록 절반으로 겹쳐지고 재봉에 의한 재봉선(223)에 의해서 상기 심부재(210)의 이탈을 방지시키며 상기 재봉선(223)을 기준으로 상기 심부재(210)를 감싼 돌출턱부(221)와 나머지 평면부(222)로 이루어지는 천부재(220)를 구비하고,
    상기 평면부(222)가 상기 상부매트(110)의 상면과 상기 암매직테이프(111)의 하면 사이에 개재되어 재봉되고 상기 돌출턱부(221)는 상기 암매직테이프(111)로부터 노출되며,
    상기 돌출턱부(221)의 두께는 상기 암매직테이프(111)의 두께보다 상대적으로 두껍게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 매트 구조체.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 겹쳐진 평면부(222)는 제1갈래부(222a)와 제2갈래부(222b)로 나뉘어지며,
    상기 제1갈래부(222a)는 상기 상부매트(110)의 상면과 상기 암매직테이프(111)의 하면 사이에 개재되어 재봉되고, 제2갈래부(222b)는 상기 제1갈래부(222a)의 반대측으로 젖혀져서 상기 상부매트(110)의 상면을 덮도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 매트 구조체.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 천부재(220)의 일측단부에는 길이 L만큼 심부재(210)가 비어있고, 타측단부에는 길이 L만큼 심부재(210)가 천부재(220)로부터 돌출되어서,
    상기 돌출된 심부재(210)가 상기 심부재(210)가 비어있는 상기 천부재(220)의 일측단부에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 매트구조체.
  4. 제 1 항의 테두리부재를 상기 상부매트의 상면과 암매직테이프의 하면 사이에 개재하여 재봉시키기 위한 재봉장치에 있어서,
    재봉실을 재봉하기 위한 니들(330)의 단부가 진입되는 니들공(301)이 형성된 베이스판(300)과;
    상기 베이스판(300)에 고정되고, 상기 상부매트(110) 가장자리의 상면, 측면 및 하면이 안내되고 상기 암매직테이프(111)가 상기 상부매트(110) 가장자리의 상면, 측면 및 하면을 덮도록 말아서 안내하는 안내터널(311)이 형성된 제1가이드(310)와;
    상기 제1가이드(310)에 인접되게 상기 베이스판(300)에 고정되며 상기 돌출턱부(221)가 안내되는 제1안내통로(321)와, 상기 평면부(222)를 상기 상부매트(110)의 상면과 암매직테이프(111)의 하면 사이로 안내하는 제2안내통로(322)를 구비하는 제2가이드(320);를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 매트 구조체의 재봉장치.
