상기와 같은 본 발명은, 걸림단이 우산의 측면에서 압력을 가하므로 우산에서 포장 비닐이 용이하게 벗겨질 수 있고, 다양한 크기의 우산에 대응하여 우산에 씌어진 비닐을 회수할 수 있으며, 우산에서 벗겨진 우산 포장용 비닐을 수집하여 폐기가 용이하게 하는 효과가 있다.

Description

우산비닐회수장치
본 발명은 우산비닐회수장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 우산의 크기에 관계없이 우산에 씌어진 비닐을 회수할 수 있는 우산비닐회수장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 불특정 다수의 사람들이 수시로 출입하게 되는 장소인 백화점, 극장, 은행 등과 같은 장소에서는 강우시 우산을 가지고 실내에 들어오게 되는 경우가 발생하며, 이때 출입자들이 소지한 우산으로부터 다량의 빗물이 실내에 배출되어 실내가 오염될 수 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 방지하기 위하여 우산의 외부를 감싸는 비닐포장지를 일일이 분배할 수도 있지만, 이는 사용상 매우 번거로우므로 편리하고 간편하게 젖은 우산을 비닐포장지로 포장할 수 있는 우산자동포장기가 사용되고 있다.
한편, 우산자동포장기가 설치된 장소에는 포장에 사용된 비닐의 회수를 위해 쓰레기통이 놓여지는 것이 일반적이다. 따라서, 사용자는 우산의 포장에 사용된 비닐을 손으로 벗긴 후 버리는 것이 일반적이다.
그러나, 버려지는 우산 포장 비닐에는 물기가 묻어있어 비닐을 벗기는 작업의 수행 시 손에 물기가 묻는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 쓸레기통에 버려진 우산비닐은 일반 쓰레와 섞여서 분리수거가 번거로워 지는 문제점이 있으며, 많은 양을 담지 못하여 바람이 불면 날리게 되어 주위를 오염시키는 문제들이 있다.
상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 일본 공개특허공보 08-026232호(1996.01.30. 공개) ‘우산비닐제거장치’가 개시되었다.
상기한 기술의 경우, 원형의 탄성판 내측으로 우산을 넣은 후, 우산을 빼면 돌편에 비닐이 걸리면서 우산에서 벗겨지도록 구성되어 있다.
이때, 벗겨진 우산은 탄성판에 걸린 채로 있어 사용자가 직접 비닐을 집어 쓰레기통에 넣어야 하는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 사람들이 사용하는 우산은 패션 용품의 일종으로도 사용되고 있어 다양한 문양이 표시되어 있고, 그 크기도 다양하지만 탄성판의 크기는 고정되어 있어 우산의 직경 크기가 큰 경우에는 탄성판으로 우산을 넣지 못하여 사용자가 수작업으로 우산 비닐을 회수해야 하는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 우산에서 벗겨진 비닐을 쓰레기통에 버리는 도중, 실수로 비닐이 쓰레기통의 외부로 떨어지면 사용자들은 이를 방치하는 경우가 대부분으로, 이 때문에 쓰레기통 주위에 대한 청소를 해야 하는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 우산에 씌어진 비닐이 용이하게 벗겨질 수 있도록 하는 우산비닐회수장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 다양한 크기의 우산에 대응하여 우산에 씌어진 비닐을 회수할 수 있도록 하는 우산비닐회수장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 우산에서 벗겨진 우산 포장용 비닐만을 수집 회수하여 재활용할 수 있도록 하는 우산비닐회수장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명에 따르면, 우천 시 우산에서 빗물이 떨어지는 것을 방지하기 위해 우산 포장에 사용된 우산 포장 비닐을 회수하는 장치로서, 내측으로 공간을 제공하는 본체; 상기 본체의 상부에 배치되고, 일정한 이격 간격으로 서로 대향하며 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 이격 간격이 감소되어 삽입되는 우산의 양측에서 탄성력을 인가하는 한 쌍의 걸림단을 포함하는 포장 비닐 회수부; 를 포함하고, 상기 한 쌍의 걸림단의 서로 대향하는 단부에는 복수개의 걸림돌기가 돌출되는 우산비닐회수장치를 제공한다.

도 1과 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 우산비닐회수장치(100)는 본체(110), 비닐 회수부(120) 및 이동 바퀴(130)를 포함한다.
본체(110)는 내측에 우산 포장용 비닐의 회수와 수집을 위한 공간을 제공한다. 본체(110)는 대략 직육면체 형태를 이루지만, 사용자의 필요에 따라 다양한 형태로 이루어질 수 있다.
본체(110)의 일측으로는 본체(110)의 위치 설정을 위한 손잡이(112)가 배치된다.
본체(110)의 상부 또는 측면으로는 사용자의 조작에 의해 개방될 수 있는 도어(114)가 배치된다.
도어(114)는 본체(110)의 일면에 배치되어, 본체(110) 내부 공간에 대한 관리 즉, 내부 수리 및 회수된 포장 비닐의 수거 등을 위해 개방될 수 있다.
도어(114)는 미닫이식 또는는 여닫이식등 사용자의 필요에 따라 다양한 방식이 적용될 수 있다. 본 실시예에서는 도어(114)는 여닫이식으로 본체(110)의 상부에 힌지 연결되어 있으나, 사용자의 필요에 따라 다른 위치에 배치될 수 있다.
또한, 본 실시예에서, 도어(114)는 폐쇄 상태의 유지를 위해 도어(114)의 일단에 부착되는 제1 자석(118a)과 본체(110)의 상부 내측에 제1 자석(118a)에 대응되는 위치에 부착되는 제2 자석(118b)을 포함할 수 있다. 도어(114)의 폐쇄 시, 제1 자석(118a)과 제2 자석(118b)이 서로 자력에 의해 부착되어 별도의 외력이 인가되지 전까지 도어(114)의 폐쇄 상태를 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 제1 자석(118a)과 제2 자석(118b)은 우산 포장 비닐의 회수를 위해 우산을 삽입한 후 뺐을 때, 도어가 열리는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

본 실시예에서, 수집 봉투 걸이(116)는 고리 형태의 것이 사용되고 있으나, 사용자의 필요 또는 수집 봉투의 형태에 따라 집게 형태 등 다양한 형태의 것이 사용될 수 있다.
수집 봉투 걸이(116)는 복수개가 본체(110)의 내측면에 서로 대향하여 배치될 수 있다. 이때, 본체(110) 내측의 일면에 각각 단일개 또는 복수개로 배치되는 등 사용자의 필요에 따라 다양하게 배치될 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명에서 사용하는 비닐 회수부의 일 예의 구성을 나타내는 평면도이다.
도 1과 도 3을 참조하면, 비닐 회수부(120)는 본체(110)의 일면 상에 배치되어, 우산에서 빗물이 떨어지는 것을 방지할 목적으로 사용된 포장용 비닐을 회수할 수 있다. 본 실시예에서, 비닐 회수부(120)는 본체(110) 상부의 도어(114) 상에 배치되어 있지만, 사용자의 필요에 따라 도어(114)와 별도로 배치될 수 있다. 또한, 비닐 회수부(120)는 필요에 따라 본체(110)의 측면으로 배치될 수도 있다.
비닐 회수부(120)는 한 쌍의 걸림단(122)을 포함할 수 있다.
한 쌍의 걸림단(122)은 다음과 같이 배치될 수 있다.
본체(110)의 외측 일면상에 소정 형태의 홀을 형성한 후, 형성된 홀에 서로 대향하게 한 쌍의 걸림단(122)이 배치된다.
걸림단(122)은 소정의 폭과 길이를 갖는 직사각형으로 형성되지만, 단부가 걸림단(122) 사이의 이격 공간을 통해 삽입된 우산의 측면에 닿을 수 있다면 다른 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
걸림단(122)은 서로 대향하여 배치되지만, 그 이격 거리는 일단에서 타단으로 갈수록 점차 증가하는 상태로 배치하여 다양한 크기의 우산에 대응하여 우산 포장용 비닐을 회수 할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 대향하여 배치되어 있는 한 쌍의 걸림단(122)은 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 이격 간격이 좁아지는 형태로 배치되어 있어, 대락 역' 八' 형태로 배치될 수 있다. 걸림단(122)의 최하부는 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 우산에서 이탈된 비닐이 본체(110) 내측으로 떨어지도록 함에 지장이 없도록 한다.
걸림단(122)의 서로 대향하는 단부에는 복수개의 걸림돌기(124)가 일정 간격으로 연속적으로 돌출되는 것이 바람직하다. 본 실시예에서, 걸림돌기(124)는 사다리꼴 형태의 사각형 일 수 있다. 이때, 걸림돌기(124)는 대향하고 있는 걸림단(122)에 돌출되어 있는 걸림돌기(124)와 걸림돌기(124) 사이를 향하도록 배치되는 것이 바람직하다. 즉, 걸림돌기(124)와 걸림돌기(124)는 서로 엇갈리는 형태로 배치되는 것이 바람직하다. 걸림돌기(124)와 걸림돌기(124)가 서로 엇갈리도록 배치되면, 걸림단(122)과 걸림단(122) 사이에 우산이 삽입될 때 견고성을 유지하면서, 탄력도 유지할 수 있다.
본 실시예에서, 걸림돌기(124)의 형태는 삼각형이지만, 사용자의 필요에 따라 사다리꼴 일 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명에서 사용하는 비닐 회수부의 다른 예의 구성을 나타내는 평면도로서, 사다리꼴 형태의 걸림돌기(125)가 형성된 비닐 회수부(120)를 나타낸다.
걸림돌기(124)는 삼각형인 경우, 서로 대향하고 있는 걸림돌기(124) 간의 이격 공간은 지그재그 형태일 수 있다. 걸림돌기(124) 사이의 이격 거리는 우산의 삽입이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있는 정도인 것이 바람직하다.
걸림단(122)은 탄성이 큰 재질 즉, 고무와 같은 재질을 포함한다. 걸림단(122)의 이격 공간이 좁아 우산과 걸림단(122)의 단부가 밀착되는 경우 걸림단(122)은 우산과 탄력적으로 접촉할 수 있다.
또한, 걸림단(122)은 탄성이 큰 고무로 이루어져 있으므로, 걸림단(122)의 단부가 서로 접촉되는 상태로 배치되는 경우에도 우산은 걸림단(122)의 사이를 통해 삽입될 수 있다.
걸림단(122)의 사이로 삽입되는 우산이 포장 비닐로 포장되어 있는 경우, 우산에 탄력적으로 접촉되는 걸림단(122)은 포장 비닐에 탄력적으로 접촉할 수 있다. 따라서, 걸림단(122) 사이로 포장 비닐이 씌여진 우산을 삽입한 후, 우산을 빼내면 우산 포장 비닐은 걸림단(122)에 의해 우산에서 이탈된다.
본체(110)의 하단부 후방으로는 본체(110)의 이동을 용이하도록 하는 이동 바퀴(130)가 배치된다. 본 실시예에서, 이동 바퀴(130)의 본체(110)의 양측에 각각 한 개씩 배치되어 있으나 사용자의 필요에 따라 그 이상의 개수로 배치될 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 다음과 같이 동작한다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 우산비닐회수장치의 사용 상태의 일 예를 나타내는 도면으로서, 사용자가 포장 비닐(2)이 씌어진 우산, 일반적으로 '장우산'이라 호칭되는 접혀지지 않는 우산을 본 발명에 따른 우산비닐회수장치(100)의 상부 개방부위에 배치되어 있는 한 쌍의 걸림단(122) 사이로 삽입함을 나타내고 있다.
여기서, '장우산'은 접혀지지 않으므로 상대적으로 직경이 작은 것을 알 수 있다.
다시 도 3을 참조하기로 한다.
도 3을 참조하면, 사용자는 우산(1)을 걸림단(122) 사이의 공간으로 삽입한 후, 임의의 위치로 이동하거나, 최초 삽입 시 우산의 직경에 맞는 위치로 삽입할 수 있다. 여기서, 사용자의 우산은 상대적으로 직경이 작으므로, 우산(1)의 측면이 걸림단(122)에 닿을 수 있는 위치임을 알 수 있다.
우산이 삽입된 상태에서, 사용자가 우산(1)을 당기면, 우산 포장용 비닐(2)은 걸림단(122)에 걸려 우산(1)에서 벗겨진다.
이후, 벗겨진 우산 포장용 비닐(2)은 본체(110) 내부의 봉투 걸이(116)에 걸려있는 수집용 봉투(3)로 떨어져 용이하게 수집할 수 있다.
한편, 사용자가 상대적으로 직경이 큰 우산을 사용하는 경우가 있다. 즉, 2단 또는 3단으로 접혀지는 우산은 '단우산'으로 불리며, 접혀진 상태에서의 직경이 일명 '장우산'의 직경보다 상대적으로 크다.
다시 도 3과 도 4를 참조하면, 회수부(120)는 소정의 길이로 제작되므로, 사용자는 걸림단(122) 사이의 공간으로 복수의 우산(1)을 삽입할 수 있음을 도시하고 있다. 또한, 복수의 우산(1)은 서로 다른 직경을 가질 수 있다. 즉, 사용자들은 '장우산'과 '장우산' 보다 상대적으로 직경이 큰 '단우산'을 동시에 걸림단(122) 사이의 공간으로 삽입할 수 있다.
따라서, 복수의 사용자는 서로 다른 크기의 우산(1)(장우산과 단우산을 포함함)을 걸림단(122) 사이에 동시에 삽입할 수 있고, 삽입한 상태에서, 동시에 비닐을 벗길 수 있다.
상기와 같은 본 발명은, 걸림단이 우산의 측면에서 압력을 가하므로 우산에서 포장 비닐이 용이하게 벗겨질 수 있고, 다양한 크기의 우산에 대응하여 우산에 씌어진 비닐을 회수할 수 있으며, 우산에서 벗겨진 우산 포장용 비닐을 수집하여 폐기가 용이하게 하는 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 다른 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의하여 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 우천 시 우산에서 빗물이 떨어지는 것을 방지하기 위해 우산 포장에 사용된 우산 포장 비닐을 회수하는 장치로서,
    내측으로 공간을 제공하는 본체;
    상기 본체의 상부에 배치되고, 일정한 이격 간격으로 서로 대향하며 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 이격 간격이 감소되어 삽입되는 우산의 양측에서 탄성력을 인가하는 한 쌍의 걸림단을 포함하는 포장 비닐 회수부; 를 포함하고,
    상기 한 쌍의 걸림단의 서로 대향하는 단부에는 복수개의 걸림돌기가 돌출되는 우산비닐회수장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    회수된 상기 우산 포장 비닐을 수집하는 수집 봉투가 걸릴 수 있도록 상기 본체의 내측면에 배치되는 수집 봉투 걸이를 더 포함하는 우산비닐회수장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 수집 봉투 걸이는 상기 본체의 내측면에 서로 대향하여 배치되는 복수의 고리를 포함하는 우산비닐회수장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 수집 봉투 걸이는 상기 본체의 내측면에 서로 대향하여 배치되는 복수의 집게를 포함하는 우산비닐회수장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 수집 봉투의 교체가 가능하도록 상기 본체에 개폐 가능하게 배치되는 여닫이식의 도어를 더 포함하는 우산비닐회수장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 도어의 일단에 부착되는 제1 자석과,
    상기 본체의 상부 내측에 상기 제1 자석에 대응하는 위치에 부착되는 제2 자석을 더 포함하는 우산비닐회수장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 걸림돌기는 대향하는 상기 걸림돌기의 사이를 향하도록 배치되는 우산비닐회수장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 걸림돌기는 삼각형 형태인 우산비닐회수장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 걸림돌기는 사다리꼴 형태인 우산비닐회수장치.
