본 명세서에서 사용한 용어는 단지 특정한 구현예(태양, 態樣, aspect)(또는 실시예)를 설명하기 위해 사용된 것으로, 본 발명을 한정하려는 의도가 아니다. 단수의 표현은 문맥상 명백하게 다르게 뜻하지 않는 한, 복수의 표현을 포함한다. 본 출원에서, ~포함하다~ 또는 ~이루어진다~ 등의 용어는 명세서 상에 기재된 특징, 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부분품 또는 이들을 조합한 것이 존재함을 지정하려는 것이지, 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 특징들이나 숫자, 단계, 동작, 구성요소, 부분품 또는 이들을 조합한 것들의 존재 또는 부가 가능성을 미리 배제하지 않는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.

상기 케이스(10)는 모바일기기(C)의 종류에 따라 그 형상이 다양하게 변할 수 있으나, 설명의 편의를 위하여 특정 모바일기기(C)의 형상을 기준으로 도면을 도시하고 설명하는 것으로서, 권리범위를 제한해석 해서는 안된다.
먼저 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 모바일기기 케이스 어셈블리(A)는 모바일기기(C)가 안착되는 안착부(11)와, 상기 안착부(11) 후면에 구비되는 접촉부(15)로 이루어진 케이스(10) 및 상기 접촉부(15)에 결합하는 보호판(20)으로 이루어져 있다.
보다 상세하게는 상기 케이스(10)는 모바일기기(C)가 안착되어 모바일기기(C)의 후면과 접촉되는 안착부(11)와, 상기 안착부(11)에 구비되며, 상기 모바일기기(C)의 측면 일부 또는 모두를 감싸도록 돌출된 돌출부(13)가 구비되어 있다.
따라서 상기 케이스(10)의 안착부(11)에 모바일기기(C)가 안착되는 경우, 상기 돌출부(13)가 상기 모바일기기(C)의 측면 일부 또는 모두를 감싸도록 하여 모바일기기(C)로부터 상기 케이스(10)가 벗겨지는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 모바일기기(C)의 후면과 측면을 충격으로부터 보호 할 수 있도록 한다.
또한 케이스(10)가 결합된 모바일기기(C)는 외부의 충격이나 긁힘으로부터 안전하게 보호될 수 있으나, 모바일기기(C)에 결합된 케이스(10)는 외부 충격이나 긁힘등에 직접 노출되게 되고, 이로 인해 케이스(10)가 손상이 되거나 망가져 케이스(10)를 교체하게 된다. 더욱이 상기 케이스(10)의 후면부는 모바일기기(C)를 바닥이나 테이블에 놓는 경우 쉽게 긁힘이 발생하기 쉬우며, 후면부의 긁힘으로 케이스(10) 전부를 교체해야 하는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 모바일기기 케이스 어셈블리(A)는 이러한 문제를 해결하고자, 상기 케이스(10)의 안착부(11) 후면에는 접촉부(15)가 구비되어 있고, 상기 접촉부(15)에 결합하는 보호판(20)이 더 구비되어 있다.
보다 상세하게는 상기 케이스(10)의 후면(안착부(11)의 뒷면)에는 접촉부(15)가 구비되게 되는데, 상기 접촉부(15)는 상기 케이스(10)의 후면으로부터 파인 홈을 이루고 있다. 또한 상기 접촉부(15)에는 후술하는 탈부착수단(30) 및 고정수단(40)에 의해 케이스(10)에 고정결합하는 보호판(20)이 구비되어 있으며, 상기 케이스(10)의 후면부가 긁히는 경우에는 상기 보호판(20)을 별도로 교체함으로서 케이스(10) 전부를 교체하지 않도록 하여 유지보수의 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
다시 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 모바일기기 케이스 어셈블리(A)에는 상기 접촉부(15)로부터 상기 보호판(20)을 탈부착 가능하게 하는 탈부착수단(30)과, 상기 접촉부(15)에 결합된 보호판(20)의 흔들림을 방지하는 고정수단(40)이 더 구비되어 있다.
보다 상세하게는 도 3 은 상기 탈부착수단(30)을 도시한 것으로서, 상기 탈부착수단(30)은 상기 접촉부(15)에 구비되는 결합공(31)과, 상기 결합공(31)에 결합되며 상기 보호판(20)에 구비되는 결합돌기(33)로 이루어져 있다.
더욱 구체적으로 설명하면, 상기 보호판(20)의 테두리에는 복수개의 결합돌기(33)가 구비되어 있는데, 상기 결합돌기(33)는 상기 보호판(20)의 테두리로부터 돌출된 돌기부(331)와 상기 돌기부(331)의 단부의 구비되어 있는 걸림부(333)로 이루어져 있고,
상기 접촉부(15)에 구비되는 결합공(31)에는 상기 결합돌기(33)의 걸림부(333)를 지지하는 지지부(311)가 구비되어 있다.
따라서 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 결합돌기(33)가 상기 결합공(31)에 삽입되면, 상기 걸림부(333)가 상기 지지부(311)의 전면(모바일기기(C)가 안착되는 방향)에 의해 지지됨으로서 결합돌기(33)가 결합공(31)으로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
나아가 상기 결합돌기(33) 상기 보호판(20)의 테두리에 복수개로 구비될 수 있으며, 상기 결합공(31)의 또한 상기 결합돌기(33)에 상응하여 접촉부(15)에 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
다시 본 발명에 따른 모바일기기 케이스 어셈블리(A)에는 상기 보호판(20)이 상기 접촉부(15)에 결합되어 있는 경우에, 외부의 충격이나 흔들림에 의하여 상기 보호판(20)이 흔들려 케이스(10)로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하고자 상기 접촉부(15)와 보호판(20)의 흔들림을 방지하는 고정수단(40)이 더 구비되어 있는데,
보다 상세하게는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 고정수단(40)은 상기 접촉부(15)의 테두리 일부 또는 모두에 구비되어 있는 고정홈(41)과, 상기 고정홈(41)에 내삽되며 상기 보호판(20)의 테두리에 구비되어 있는 고정돌기(43)로 이루어져 있다.
더욱 구체적으로 설명하면, 상기 접촉부(15)의 테두리에는 고정홈(41)이 구비되어 있는데, 상기 고정홈(41)은 상기 접촉부(15) 테두리 일부에만 구비될 수 있으나, 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 접촉부(15) 테두리를 따라 네 모서리 전부에 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한 상기 보호판(20)의 테두리에는 상기 접촉부(15)의 고정홈(41)에 삽입되는 고정돌기(43)가 구비되어 있으며, 상기 고정돌기(43)는 상기 보호판(20)의 테두리 일부 또는 모두에 구비될 수 있다.
따라서 상기 보호판(20)이 상기 접촉부(15)에 결합되는 경우에는 상기 결합돌기(33)와 결합홈에 의해 결합되고, 상기 고정돌기(43)와 상기 고정홈(41)에 의해서 결합된 상태를 고정할 수 있도록 하여 충격에 의한 보호판(20)의 흔들림을 방지 할 수 있도록 한다.
다시 도 2 내지 도 4 에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 결합공(31)은 상기 접촉부(15)의 고정홈(41)에 복수개로 구비되고, 상기 결합돌기(33)는 상기 고정돌기(43)에 구비되되, 상기 결합공(31)의 위치와 상응하는 위치에 구비되어 있는 것이 바람직하다.
따라서 상기 고정돌기(43)보다 상기 결합공(31)이 더 돌출되게 이루어져, 상기 고정홈(41)에 상기 고정돌기(43)가 내삽되었을 경우 상기 결합돌기(33)가 상기 결합공(31)을 관통 할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. 나아가 상기 케이스(10) 후면에서 파인홈으로 구성되는 접촉부(15)의 깊이는 상기 보호판(20)의 두께와 동일시 하여, 상기 보호판(20)이 상기 접촉부(15)에 안착되었을 경우, 상기 보호판(20)이 상기 케이스(10)로부터 돌출되지 않도록 하는 것이 더 바람직하다.
나아가 상기 보호판(20)을 상기 케이스(10)로부터 탈부착이 용이하게 하기 위하여, 상기 케이스(10)는 연질재질로 이루어지고, 상기 보호판(20)은 경질재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
더욱 구체적으로는 상기 케이스(10)는 상기 모바일기기(C)를 충격으로부터 보호하기 위하여 연질재질로 이루어져 충격 흡수도 가능한 실리콘, 합성고무등의 소재로 이루어지고, 상기 보호판(20)은 플라스틱등과 같은 경질재질로 이루어지는데, 이는 상기에서 서술했던 케이스(10)와 보호판(20)의 탈부착을 용이하게 하는 기능도 가지고 있다.
따라서 상기 보호판(20)과 케이스(10)의 결합방법을 상세하게 설명하면, 연질재질로 이루어진 케이스(10)는 외부 힘에 의하여 쉽게 모양이 변형될 수 있으며, 상기 결합공(31) 및 고정홈(41)의 크기도 순간적인 변형이 가능하게 되고, 변형이 일어남에 따라 상기 보호판(20)의 결합돌기(33) 및 고정돌기(43)는 쉽게 삽입 장착이 가능하여 보호판(20)이 상기 케이스(10)에 용이하게 결합할 수 있다. 결합된 후에는 외부의 힘을 제거하게 되고, 상기 결합공(31) 및 고정홈(41)은 다시 원래의 형태로 복원이 되며 결합된 고정돌기(43) 및 고정홈(41)을 밀착 결합가능하게 한다. 더 나아가 보호판(20)이 결합된 케이스(10)에 모바일기기(C)를 결합하게 되면 상기 케이스(10)는 결합된 모바일기기(C)로 인하여 외부의 힘을 가하여도 쉽게 형태가 변하지 못하며 보호판(20)은 케이스(10)에 견고하게 고정결합 될 수 있다.
다시 도 5는 모바일기기(C)가 안착되는 상기 케이스(10)의 안착부(11)를 도시한 것으로서, 상기 안착부(11)에는 버스카드, 신용카드, 명함등을 수납할 수 있는 수납부(111)가 더 구비되어 있는 것이 바람직하다.
보다 상세하게는 상기 안착부(11)에는 상기 카드등을 수납하였을 경우 상기 카드(버스카드, 신용카드, 명함등을 모두 포함하는 것으로서 설명의 편의를 위하여 카드라 한다.)의 두께에 의하여 상기 안착부(11)로부터 돌출되게 되는데, 이러한 돌출되는 카드에 의하여 상기 모바일기기(C)를 안착시킬 경우 모바일기기(C)에 잔기스가 발생하는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 모바일기기 케이스 어셈블리(A)는 상기 수납부(111)를 리세스로 구비하되, 상기 수납부(111)의 하단은 카드가 상기 수납부(111)로부터 이탈되지 않도록 도 5 에 도시된 바와 같이 이탈방지턱(111a)이 구비되고, 상기 수납부(111)의 일측에는 안내부(113)가 더 구비되며 상기 안내부(113)에는 경사부(113a)를 구비하여 카드를 쉽게 수납할 수 있도록 한다.
더 나아가 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 보호판(20)에는 무늬부(21)가 구비됨으로서 사용자에게 만족감을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하며 보호판(20)만 별도로 구입하여 보호판(20)을 교체하는 방식으로 사용자의 만족감을 보다 향상시킬 수 있으며,
상기 접촉부(15)의 형상은 동일한채 상기 케이스(10)의 형상을 모바일기기(C)에 따라 다양하게 변화함으로서, 다양한 모바일기기(C) 케이스(10)에도 동일한 보호판(20)을 교체 및 결합할 수 있도록 하여 유지보수 비용을 절감하고, 사용자의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
또 이상에서 본 발명을 설명함에 있어 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 특정 형상과 구조 및 구성을 갖는 모바일기기 케이스 어셈블리를 위주로 설명하였으나 본 발명은 당업자에 의하여 다양한 수정, 변경 및 치환이 가능하고, 이러한 수정, 변경 및 치환은 본 발명의 보호범위에 속하는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 모바일기기가 안착되는 안착부(11)와, 상기 안착부(11) 후면에 구비되는 접촉부(15)로 이루어진 케이스(10);와
    상기 접촉부(15)에 결합하며, 무늬부(21)가 구비되어 있는 보호판(20);과
    상기 접촉부(15)로부터 상기 보호판(20)을 탈부착 가능하게 하는 탈부착수단(30); 및
    상기 접촉부(15)에 결합된 보호판(20)의 흔들림을 방지하는 고정수단(40);을 포함하여 이루어지되,
    상기 고정수단(40)은 상기 접촉부(15)의 테두리 일부 또는 모두에 구비되어 있는 고정홈(41)과, 상기 고정홈(41)에 내삽되며 상기 보호판(20)의 테두리에 구비되어 있는 고정돌기(43)로 이루어지고,
    상기 접촉부(15)는 케이스(10)의 후면으로부터 파인 홈으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하고,
    상기 탈부착수단(30)은 상기 접촉부(15)에 구비되는 결합공(31)과, 상기 결합공(31)에 결합되며 상기 보호판(20)에 구비되는 결합돌기(33)로 이루어지고,
    상기 결합돌기(33)는 보호판(20)의 테두리로부터 돌출된 돌기부(331)와 상기 돌기부의 단부에 구비되어 있는 걸림부(333)로 이루어지고, 상기 결합공(31)에는 상기 걸림부(333)를 지지하는 지지부(311)가 구비되어 결합공(31)에 대한 결합돌기(33) 삽입 후 접촉부(15)에 대한 보호판(20)의 이탈을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
    상기 결합공(31)은 상기 고정홈(41)에 복수 개 구비되고, 상기 결합돌기(33)는 상기 고정돌기(43)에 구비되되 결합공(31)의 위치와 상응하는 위치에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하고,
    상기 안착부(11)에는 수납부(111)가 더 구비되고,
    상기 수납부(111)는 리세스로 이루어지며, 상기 수납부(111)의 하단에는 이탈방지턱(111a)이 구비되고, 수납부(111)의 일측에는 경사부(113a)를 구비한 안내부(113)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일기기 케이스 어셈블리.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 케이스(10)는 연질재질로 이루어지고, 상기 보호판(20)은 경질재질로 이루어지는 것을 특지으로 하는 모바일기기 케이스 어셈블리.
