Abstract
La présente invention concerne un palier combiné (1) destiné au rotor de machines rotatives, muni d'un palier principal (6) et d'un palier auxiliaire (7), le palier principal comprenant un palier à gaz combiné et un joint d'étanchéité et le palier auxiliaire étant conçu pour supporter le rotor pendant les périodes de transition lors du démarrage, de l'arrêt ou de charges opérationnelles accidentelles, et le palier principal et le palier auxiliaire étant intégrés dans le même logement de palier (2).
