视觉治疗仪及用于视觉治疗仪的转轴组件 技术领域
本发明涉及视觉治疗装置,尤其涉及一种视觉治疗仪及用于视觉治疗仪的转轴组件。
背景技术
近视、弱势是现在人们的常见疾病,已经成为了社会普遍关注的问题。为此,市场上出现了各种各样的视觉治疗仪。目前市场上的视觉治疗仪大多佩戴在头部,有的通过气压等方式按摩眼睛及其周围肌肉,来缓解眼部疲劳;有的通过电刺激来模拟针灸手法按摩眼周穴位来缓解疲劳;有的通过交替闪烁、颜色各异的视标灯来锻炼视觉感受系统,如中国实用新型专利201020510120.3 、200520023334.7,通过在左、右眼球部位各有一个孔,孔内各装一个眼眶,眼眶的一通孔中装有一个透镜,通过透镜可观察到壳体内部放置的左、右两列视标灯的点亮情况,两列视标灯在壳体内关于两眼瞳孔距中心对称布置,并和瞳孔距中心及水平面各成一定角度,通过观察点亮视标灯的变化情况,有效锻炼了眼睛的调节能力;进一步的通过设置气囊、电极等,利用气压或电流刺激进行按摩,达到舒缓疲劳的作用。
然而,现有的这些视觉治疗仪通过佩戴形式固定在使用者头部,由于视觉治疗仪具有一定的重量,会对使用者的佩戴带来一定的负担,不利于使用。而且,佩戴使用时,会造成不必要的晃动等,而影响治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种使用方便、通用性好的视觉治疗仪及转轴组件。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种视觉治疗仪,包括底座组件、暗盒光学组件、以及将所述暗盒光学组件可转动连接安装在所述底座组件上的转轴组件。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1-9所示,是本发明视觉治疗仪的一个具体实施例,包括底座组件100、暗盒光学组件300,并且,该暗盒光学组件300通过转轴组件500可转动连接安装在底座组件100上,从而方便使用者直接使用观看;并且可以根据观察角度的不同,来调整暗盒光学组件300与底座组件100之间的角度。
如图2-7所示,该转轴组件500连接暗盒光学组件300和底座组件100,包括转轴上壳510、转轴下壳530、一组或多组转动组件,转轴上壳510、转轴下壳530通过转动组件可相对转动连接。
在本实施例中,转轴上壳510通过紧固螺钉、铆钉或超声波焊接等方式与暗盒光学组件300的中空面壳310固定连接,而转轴下壳530也可以通过紧固螺钉、铆钉或超声波焊接等方式与底座组件100的中空中壳110固定连接。可以理解的,该转轴上壳510也可以与中空面壳310一体成型;转轴下壳530也可以与中空中壳110一体成型。
该转轴上壳510和转轴下壳530相套设设置,并可相对转动,从而使得暗盒光学组件300可以相对底座组件100转动一定角度A,如图1所示,来适应不同使用者的使用。如图所示,该转轴上壳510和转轴下壳530为相配合的弧形结构;并且,转轴上壳510设有弧形容置空腔511,转轴下壳530设有插入转轴上壳510的容置空腔511内的弧形台阶部531,从而在转动时,减少缝隙。并且,通过弧形台阶部531与弧形容置空腔511的配合,可以限制转轴上壳510相对于转轴下壳530的转动角度,从而避免转轴上壳510的转动角度过大。
可以理解的,在该转轴上壳510和转轴下壳530相接的位置处,还可以设有伸缩套,以防止灰尘从缝隙中进入。
进一步的,转轴上壳510的弧形容置空腔511内设有供转轴551或转轴支架552固定安装的第一安装位512;转轴下壳530的弧形台阶部531内设有供转轴551或转轴支架552固定安装的第二安装位532。从而将转轴551和转轴支架552可以通过螺钉、螺栓、铆钉等方式,分开固定安装在转轴上壳510或转轴下壳530上,便于转轴上壳510与转轴下壳530之间的转动调节。当然,该第一安装位512和第二安装位532可以为整块板体;该第一安装位512也可以作为转轴上壳510与中空面壳310的连接位置,该第二安装位532也可以作为转轴下壳530与中空中壳110的连接位置。
如图2、3、4所示,本实施例中,转轴上壳510和转轴下壳530之间设有两组转动组件,每组转动组件包括转轴551、设有供转轴551通过的轴孔5523的转轴支架552、以及将转轴551和转轴支架552可相对转动连接的紧固组件。
该转轴551可以通过螺钉、螺栓、铆钉等方式与转轴下壳530固定连接,如图3、4所示,而转轴支架552可以通过螺钉、螺栓、铆钉等方式与转轴上壳510固定连接,如图3、4所示,从而使得转轴下壳530和转轴上壳510之间可以实现相对转动。可以理解的,转轴551、转轴支架552的位置可以调整,例如,将转轴支架552与转轴下壳530固定连接、转轴551与转轴上壳510固定连接,同样可以实现转轴下壳530和转轴上壳510的相对转动连接。
该转轴551包括转轴主体5511、在转轴主体5511一侧设置的支架连接段5512、以及在支架连接段5512末端设置的螺纹段5513。如图所示,该转轴主体5511的截面形状可以为鼓形,形成两安装平面;并且在转轴主体5511上可以开设螺孔,以便于螺钉通过,将转轴主体5511固定连接在转轴下壳530或转轴上壳510上。
该支架连接段5512的外径小于转轴主体5511的外径,形成定位台阶5514,从而在转轴支架552连接在支架连接段5512时,可以限定转轴支架552的位置。进一步的,该支架连接段5512的截面形状也可以为鼓形,以便于转轴支架552的插入,并利于平垫圈553等的定位。
该螺纹段5513设置在连接段的末端,与紧固螺母554配合,将转轴支架552可转动的安装在支架连接段5512上。
如图3、4所示,该转轴支架552大致呈“L”形,包括转轴连接部5521、以及壳体连接部5522。在转轴连接部5521上设置有轴孔5523。该轴孔5523的直径大于支架连接段5512的外径,并且支架连接段5512轴向长度大于轴孔5523的轴向长度,从而可以相对于转轴551转动。壳体连接部5522在转轴连接部5521的一侧形成,可以设有连接螺孔,通过紧固螺钉、螺栓、铆钉等方式,与转轴上壳510或转轴下壳530固定连接。当然,转轴支架552的形状可以根据需要设置成其他形状,转轴551与转轴支架552可以相互转动一定角度即可。
转轴551与转轴支架552之间通过紧固组件进行组合,该紧固组件包括设置在转轴支架552与转轴主体5511之间的平垫圈553、连接在螺纹段5513的紧固螺母554、以及设置在紧固螺母554与转轴支架552之间的弹簧垫圈555等。当然,也可以在弹簧垫圈555与转轴支架552之间设置更多的垫圈,以调整距离等。
组装时,可将转轴551、转轴支架552分别固定安装转轴上壳510和转轴下壳530上;然后,将平垫圈553套入转轴主体5511的支架连接段5512;然后将转轴551的螺纹段5513、支架连接段5512穿过转轴支架552的轴孔5523,再将垫圈、弹簧垫圈555等套入螺纹段5513、支架连接段5512;最后,用紧固螺母554锁入螺纹段5513,压紧垫圈、弹簧垫圈555等,即可完成转轴组件500的组装。由于紧固螺母554没有完全压制锁定转轴支架552,转轴支架552可以相对转轴551转动,从而使得转轴上壳510和转轴下壳530能够调整一定的角度,以便于暗盒光学组件300与底座组件100的角度调整。
如图1、2、8、9所示,暗盒光学组件300安装在转轴组件500的一侧,包括固定连接在转轴组件500一侧的暗盒壳体、在暗盒壳体远离转轴组件500的一侧设置的观测窗口、在观测窗口处设置的透镜组件、设置在暗盒壳体内可透过透镜组件观看的显示组件、与显示组件连接的电路组件、以及由电路组件控制而带动显示组件靠近或远离透镜组件的驱动组件等。使用者通过观测窗口来观看显示组件,从而实现视觉治疗的目的。
在本实施例中,该暗盒壳体包括中空面壳310、后壳320以及设置在中空面壳310内的中空暗盒盒体330。可以理解的,也可以将中空面壳310、暗盒盒体330合二为一,做成一个整体,从而简化结构。
该中空面壳310大致呈中空筒状,以供暗盒盒体330固定安装于其中。该中空面壳310的一端与转轴组件500固定连接;另一端设有开口,便于暗盒壳体插入,并由后壳320安装在开口处,而将中空面壳310封闭。
该后壳320设有后壳观测窗口,以便于使用者透过该后壳观测窗口观看显示组件等。可以理解的,该后壳观测窗口可以分为左后壳观测窗口321、右后壳观测窗口322,以与使用者的左眼、右眼对应。当然,后壳观测窗口也可以做成整体式的,罩住使用者的双眼即可。
进一步的,在后壳观测窗口的外侧还可以设有眼罩,该眼罩可以由柔软材质做成,例如橡胶、塑料等。对应的,该眼罩也可以做成左眼罩323、右眼罩324;当然,也可以做成整体式眼罩。
暗盒盒体330插入到中空面壳310中,可以通过螺钉、螺栓、铆钉、焊接等方式,与中空面壳310固定连接。该暗盒盒体330的一侧设有暗盒观测窗口,与透镜组件、后壳观测窗口的位置相对,以便于直接观测到暗盒盒体330内的显示组件。
在本实施例中,暗盒盒体330包括相互组合成整体的暗盒上盖331和暗盒下盖332,从而形成具有安装空间的盒体,以供显示组件、电路组件等安装于其中。在本实施例中,该电路组件包括设置在暗盒盒体330外侧的主控电路板341、设置在暗盒盒体330内与主控电路板341电连接的显示电路板和驱动电路板344。该显示电路板与显示组件电连接,驱动电路板344与驱动组件电连接。在中空面壳310与主控电路板341对应位置处设有按键346开孔,以安装按键346,来控制主控电路板341,进行控制的选择。
可以理解的,电路组件也可以为一整体电路板,通过导线、数据线等与各对应组件连接即可。电源、数据的接入口可以直接在中空面壳310上设置,也可以设置在底座组件100上,通过内置导线连接至中空面壳310内。
在本实施例中,由于主控电路板341设置在暗盒盒体330外侧,为此,在暗盒盒体330上设有供连接主控电路板341、显示电路板和驱动电路板344的导线通过的过线开孔。进一步的,为了保护导线,在过线开孔的周缘设有过线保护套345。
透镜组件设置在中空面壳310的开口侧,与观测窗口位置相对,包括左透镜351和右透镜352,与使用者的眼睛相对应。对应的,观测窗口包括分别与左透镜351和右透镜352对应的左观测窗口和右观测窗口。本实施例中,该左透镜351和右透镜352均为凸透镜,并且具有较大的曲率半径,从而方便不同瞳距的使用者使用。当然,左透镜351和右透镜352也可以做成一体式的整块透镜。
进一步的,在左透镜351和右透镜352的前侧和/或后侧还可以设有透光片353;在透光片353设有与左透镜351和右透镜352相对的透光孔3531,可以过滤掉在透镜观察区域外的光线,使得使用者可以更加集中的观察到显示组件。
该显示组件安装在暗盒盒体330内,包括分别与左透镜351和右透镜352相对的左显示组件和右显示组件。
该左显示组件包括与左透镜351相对的左显示屏361、以及供左显示屏361安装并连接至驱动组件的左显示屏框362;对应的,右显示组件包括与右透镜352相对的右显示屏371、以及供右显示屏371安装并连接至驱动组件的右显示屏框372。
该左显示屏框362包括连接至驱动组件的左水平连接部3621、以及竖直设置供左显示屏361安装的左中空安装框3622;而右显示屏框372包括连接至驱动组件的右水平连接部3721、以及竖直设置供右显示屏371安装的右中空安装框3722。
进一步的,左显示组件还包括位于左显示屏361远离透镜组件一侧的左固定架363。该左固定架363包括与左水平连接部3621固定连接的左水平安装部3631、以及支撑左显示屏361的左竖直支撑部3632;左水平安装部3631和左竖直支撑部3632之间还可设有左过线槽3633。
该右显示组件还包括位于右显示屏371远离透镜组件一侧的右固定架373。该右固定架373包括与右水平连接部3721固定连接的右水平安装部3731、以及支撑右显示屏371的右竖直支撑部3732;右水平安装部3731和右竖直支撑部3732之间还可设有右过线槽3733。
对应的,该显示电路板包括固定安装在左固定架363的左水平安装部3631上的左显示电路板342、以及固定安装在右固定架373的右水平安装部3731上的右显示电路板343。该左显示电路板342与左显示屏361通过穿过左过线槽3633的左连接线导电连接;右显示电路板343与右显示屏371通过穿过右过线槽3733的右连接线导电连接。
通过左固定架363、右固定架373、左显示屏框362、右显示屏框372等的设置,可以使得显示屏可以在竖直方向(当然可以有一定角度)设置,从而方便给使用者直视观看。可以理解的,左固定架363、与左显示屏框362可以一体成型,右固定架373与右显示屏框372也可一体成型。
如图8、9所示,该驱动组件设置在暗盒壳体内,包括固定安装的驱动电机381、由驱动电机381带动的主动齿轮382、由主动齿轮382带动的左从动齿轮383和右从动齿轮384、分别与左从动齿轮383和右从动齿轮384啮合传动的左齿条385和右齿条386、为左齿条385和右齿条386移动导向的左导向轴387和右导向轴388。可以理解的,主动齿轮382可以与左从动齿轮383或右从动齿轮384之一啮合,而左从动齿轮383或右从动齿轮384啮合,即可通过主动齿轮382带动左从动齿轮383或右从动齿轮384之一转动,再由左从动齿轮383或右从动齿轮384啮合转动,实现同步转动。当然,也可以由主动齿轮382同时与左从动齿轮383和右从动齿轮384啮合,而左从动齿轮383和右从动齿轮384不啮合,由主动齿轮382同时带动两者转动。
左齿条385设有与左显示组件的左显示屏框362固定连接的左水平导向连接部3851,并且,左水平导向连接部3851设有与左导向轴387配合的左导向孔,从而在左导向轴387的导向作用下,带动左显示屏361在导向方向上运动。
右齿条386设有与右显示组件的右显示屏框372固定连接的右水平导向连接部3861,并且,右水平导向连接部3861设有与右导向轴388配合的右导向孔,从而在右导向轴388的导向作用下,带动右显示屏371在导向方向上运动。
如图所示,该左导向轴387和右导向轴388呈“V”型排布,向远离透镜组件方向张开设置,从而可以调整左显示屏361和右显示屏371的距离,从而实现使用者观看距离、瞳距调整等训练,起到锻炼眼部的作用。该左导向轴387和右导向轴388的数量可以根据需要进行调整为一根或多根。
可以理解的,该暗盒下盖332内侧可以设置有安装槽位,以供导向轴387、388、主动齿轮382、左从动齿轮383、右从动齿轮384等安装,以便更好定位;当然,也可以通过其他的限位方式安装。
如图1、2所示,底座组件100包括中空底座120、安装在底座120上的中空中壳110、以及设置在底座120和/或中壳110内的配重块130。在本实施例中,该配重块130设置在中空中壳110的两侧,从而可以起到均衡配重的作用,避免暗盒光学组件300的重量太大而不稳;当然,配重块130的位置,可以根据需要进行调节。
该中空中壳110的上部与转轴组件500固定连接,从而使得中空中壳110与中空面壳310之间可以实现角度调整,以适应不同使用者的使用。
该中空底座120的底部还设有底盖121,在底盖121外侧设有防滑脚垫122,使得整个视觉治疗仪可以更稳定的设置在桌面等场合。
进一步,底座组件100内还设有与暗盒光学组件300电连接的接口电路板140。该接口电路板140可以包括电源接口、数据接口等,可以通过导线连接到暗盒光学组件300的电路板组件。当然,视觉治疗仪内还可以设置贯通的过线槽,以便于导线的走线。
进一步的,该中壳110内还可以设有与接口电路板140电连接的喇叭150;在中壳110的侧壁开设有与所述喇叭150对应的喇叭150孔,从而在使用过程中,还可以播放音乐、音频等,以达到更好的资料效果。
可以理解的,上述的各特征可以根据需要来组合使用,特别的,上述转轴组件可以应用到现有的各种视觉治疗仪中,以实现不同角度的调整。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干个改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (27)

  1. 一种视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,包括底座组件、暗盒光学组件、以及将所述暗盒光学组件可转动连接安装在所述底座组件上的转轴组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述转轴组件包括与所述暗盒光学组件连接的转轴上壳、与所述底座组件连接的转轴下壳、以及设置在所述转轴上壳和转轴下壳之间的一组或多组转动组件;每一所述转动组件包括转轴、设有供所述转轴通过的轴孔的转轴支架、以及将所述转轴和转轴支架可相对转动连接的紧固组件;
    所述转轴与所述转轴下壳固定连接、所述转轴支架与所述转轴上壳固定连接;或者,所述转轴支架与所述转轴下壳固定连接、所述转轴与所述转轴上壳固定连接;
    所述转轴上壳和转轴下壳相套设设置,并可相对转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述转轴上壳和所述转轴下壳为相配合的弧形结构;并且,所述转轴上壳设有弧形容置空腔,所述转轴下壳设有插入所述转轴上壳的容置空腔内的弧形台阶部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述转轴上壳和转轴下壳相接的位置处设有伸缩套。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述转轴上壳的弧形容置空腔内设有供所述转轴或转轴支架固定安装的第一安装位;
    所述转轴下壳的弧形台阶部内设有供所述转轴或转轴支架固定安装的第二安装位。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述转轴包括转轴主体、在所述转轴主体的一侧与所述转轴支架连接的支架连接段、以及在支架连接段末端设置的螺纹段;所述支架连接段的外径小于所述转轴主体的外径;所述转轴主体与所述转轴下壳或转轴上壳固定连接;
    所述转轴支架包括转轴连接部、以及壳体连接部;所述轴孔设置在所述转轴连接部上,并且,所述转轴支架的轴孔大于所述支架连接段的外径;所述壳体连接部与所述转轴上壳或转轴下壳固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述紧固组件包括设置在所述转轴支架与所述转轴主体之间的平垫圈、连接在所述螺纹段的紧固螺母、以及设置在所述紧固螺母与所述转轴支架之间的弹簧垫圈。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述转轴主体和所述壳体连接部上均设有连接螺孔,通过紧固螺钉固定所述转轴主体于所述转轴上壳或转轴下壳上;
    所述转轴主体和/或所述支架连接段的截面形状为鼓形,并且在所述转轴主体与支架连接段之间形成定位台阶。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述暗盒光学组件包括固定连接在所述转轴组件一侧的暗盒壳体、在所述暗盒壳体远离所述转轴组件的一侧设置的观测窗口、在所述观测窗口处设置的透镜组件、设置在所述暗盒壳体内可透过所述透镜组件观看的显示组件、与所述显示组件连接的电路组件、以及由所述电路组件控制而带动所述显示组件靠近或远离所述透镜组件的驱动组件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述暗盒壳体包括中空的暗盒盒体;在所述暗盒盒体的一侧设有暗盒观测窗口,所述透镜组件与所述暗盒观测窗口的位置相对。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述暗盒盒体包括相互组合成整体的暗盒上盖和暗盒下盖。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述暗盒壳体还包括套设在所述暗盒盒体外围的中空面壳、以及后壳;
    所述中空面壳的一端与所述转轴组件固定连接,另一端设有开口,所述后壳安装在所述开口处;
    所述后壳设有与所述暗盒观测窗口相对的后壳观测窗口。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述透镜组件包括左透镜和右透镜;并且所述左透镜和右透镜均为凸透镜;
    所述观测窗口包括分别与所述左透镜和右透镜对应的左观测窗口和右观测窗口。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述左透镜和右透镜的前侧和/或后侧设有透光片;所述透光片设有与所述左透镜和右透镜相对的透光孔。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述显示组件包括分别与所述左透镜和右透镜相对的左显示组件和右显示组件;
    所述左显示组件包括与所述左透镜相对的左显示屏、以及供所述左显示屏安装并连接至所述驱动组件的左显示屏框;
    所述右显示组件包括与所述右透镜相对的右显示屏、以及供所述右显示屏安装并连接至所述驱动组件的右显示屏框。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述左显示屏框包括连接至所述驱动组件的左水平连接部、以及竖直设置供所述左显示屏安装的左中空安装框;
    所述右显示屏框包括连接至所述驱动组件的右水平连接部、以及竖直设置供所述右显示屏安装的右中空安装框。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述左显示组件还包括位于所述左显示屏远离所述透镜组件一侧的左固定架,所述左固定架包括与所述左水平连接部固定连接的左水平安装部、以及支撑所述左显示屏的左竖直支撑部;所述左水平安装部和左竖直支撑部之间还可设有左过线槽;
    所述右显示组件还包括位于右显示屏远离所述透镜组件一侧的右固定架,所述右固定架包括与所述右水平连接部固定连接的右水平安装部、以及支撑所述右显示屏的右竖直支撑部;所述右水平安装部和右竖直支撑部之间还可设有右过线槽。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述暗盒壳体包括中空的暗盒盒体;所述显示组件安装在所述暗盒盒体内;
    所述电路组件包括设置在所述暗盒盒体外侧的主控电路板、设置在所述暗盒盒体内与所述主控电路板电连接的显示电路板和驱动电路板;所述显示电路板与所述显示组件电连接,所述驱动电路板与所述驱动组件电连接;
    所述暗盒盒体上设有供连接所述主控电路板、显示电路板和驱动电路板的导线通过的过线开孔,所述过线开孔的周缘设有过线保护套。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述显示电路板包括固定安装在所述左固定架的左水平安装部上的左显示电路板、以及固定安装在所述右固定架的右水平安装部上的右显示电路板;所述左显示电路板与左显示屏通过穿过所述左过线槽的左连接线导电连接;所述右显示电路板与右显示屏通过穿过所述右过线槽的右连接线导电连接。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述驱动组件设置在所述暗盒壳体内,包括固定安装的驱动电机、由所述驱动电机带动的主动齿轮、由所述主动齿轮驱动的左从动齿轮和右从动齿轮、分别与所述左从动齿轮和右从动齿轮啮合传动的左齿条和右齿条、为所述左齿条和右齿条移动导向的左导向轴和右导向轴;
    所述左齿条设有与所述左显示组件的左显示屏框固定连接的左水平导向连接部,并且所述左水平导向连接部设有与所述左导向轴配合的左导向孔;
    所述右齿条设有与所述右显示组件的右显示屏框固定连接的右水平导向连接部,并且所述右水平导向连接部设有与所述右导向轴配合的右导向孔。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述左导向轴和右导向轴呈“V”型排布,向远离所述透镜组件方向张开设置。
  22. 根据权利要求1所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述底座组件包括中空底座、安装在所述底座上的中空中壳、以及设置在所述底座和/或中壳内的配重块;所述中壳的上部与所述转轴组件固定连接。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述中空底座的底部还设有底盖,在所述底盖外侧设有防滑脚垫。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述底座组件内还设有与所述暗盒光学组件电连接的接口电路板。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的视觉治疗仪,其特征在于,所述中壳内还设有与所述接口电路板电连接的喇叭;在所述中壳的侧壁开设有与所述喇叭对应的喇叭孔。
  26. 一种用于视觉治疗仪的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述转轴组件包括转轴上壳、转轴下壳、转轴、设有供所述转轴通过的轴孔的转轴支架、以及使所述转轴和转轴支架可相对转动连接的紧固组件;
    所述转轴与所述转轴下壳固定连接、所述转轴支架与所述转轴上壳固定连接;或者,所述转轴支架与所述转轴下壳固定连接、所述转轴与所述转轴上壳固定连接;
    所述转轴上壳和转轴下壳相套设设置,并可相对转动。
  27. 根据权利要求25所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述转轴上壳和所述转轴下壳为相配合的弧形结构;并且,所述转轴上壳设有弧形容置空腔,所述转轴下壳设有插入所述转轴上壳的容置空腔内的弧形台阶部。
