Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌机, 特别涉及一种搅拌时可以晃动的搅拌机。 背景技术
搅拌机是一种常见的家用电器,通过高速旋转的电机带动刀组来粉碎、 搅拌液体或食物。 为保持搅拌机工作时的平稳, 现有搅拌机的底座都比较 稳 固 , 并 装 有 减 震 或 防 滑 的 脚 垫 或 吸 盘 。 如 CN201 743547U 、 CN20080089 1 70A CN20 1 130198608. 7、 CN 201 2303 1 7072等。
搅拌机在实际工作中,可能存在搅拌效果不理想的情况,比如搅拌比较 粘稠的液体或粉末状的食品尤为明显,这时就需要对搅拌物施加一些外力, 比如用搅拌棒搅拌或晃动等。 因为搅拌或晃动改变了搅拌物的涡流形状或 堆积情况,起到了类似倾斜搅拌杯或偏心刀组的作用, 从而提高了搅拌效 果。 但现有搅拌机由于支脚或吸盘的存在, 使晃动变得困难。
如 US 72 1 7028B2的搅拌机,采用了倾斜搅拌杯的方法,来提高搅拌效果, 如 US 742236 1 B2 的搅拌机,采用了倾斜搅拌刀组的方法,来提高搅拌效果, 如 US 5323973 和 CN 101461 673 的搅拌机,采用了刀组偏心搅拌杯的方法,来 提高搅拌效果。 发明内容
有鉴于上述现有技术所存在的缺陷, 本发明的目的在于, 提供一种搅 拌机, 使其搅拌时可以晃动。
为了实现上述目的, 依据本发明提出的一种搅拌机, 包括底座、 电机 及容器; 该底座的底面设置有, 弧形曲面的支撑体或弧形的支撑板。
本发明还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。
前述的搅拌机, 其中, 该支撑体、 支撑板与底座为整体结构或分体结 构。
前述的搅拌机, 还包括支脚, 该支脚可收放的设置于该底座下。
前述的搅拌机, 在该底座的底部, 还设置有扣位孔, 在扣位孔穿设有 支撑件, 在支撑件上套设弹性元件, 该支撑件可以在扣位孔中伸缩。 该弹 性元件例如是弹簧。
前述的搅拌机, 该支撑件上部为旋转环, 中间设置有与扣位孔相匹配 的卡扣, 下部为支撑杆。
前述的搅拌机, 该支撑件伸出扣位孔时, 卡扣固定于扣位孔内; 该支 撑件缩回扣位孔时, 卡扣抵顶于扣位孔上表面, 支撑杆缩回扣位孔中。 前述的搅拌机, 该底座的底面还设置有配重块。
前述的搅拌机, 还设置有音频播放装置, 该音频播放装置设置有搅拌 机晃动时启动的开关。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。 借由上述技术方 案,本发明的搅拌机, 由于底座设置有弧形曲面的支撑体或弧形的支撑板, 所以使用时搅拌机可以晃动, 改变了搅拌物的涡流形状或堆积情况,从而提 高了搅拌效果和效率。 附图说明

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明 目的所采取的技术手段及功 效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例, 对依据本发明提出的搅拌机其具体实施方 式、 步骤、 结构、 特征及其功效详细说明。
请参阅图 1、 图 2所示, 分别是本发明搅拌机第一实施例的示意图、 支 撑体分体结构示意图。
第一实施例的搅拌机 1 00, 包括底座 1、 安装于底座 1 上的容器 2。 该 底座 1 中设置有电机 4, 该电机 4用于带动容器 2中刀组 5旋转, 该刀组 5 旋转时搅拌或切碎食物 7。 该容器 2设置有手柄 8。 该底座 1 的底面设置有 底部为弧形曲面的支撑体 3。 该支撑体 3, 可以是球面的局部, 或者是椭圆 形曲面。 该支撑体 3 可以与搅拌机 1 00 的底座 1 是整体或为分体结构 (参 见图 2 ) 。
请同时参阅图 3 所示, 本实施例一的搅拌机 100, 在使用时, 如箭头 20所示, 搅拌机 1 00晃动, 食物 7颗粒有更多与搅拌刀组 5接触的机会, 食物 7粉碎更细腻和均匀。
请参阅图 4所示, 是本发明搅拌机第二实施例的示意图。
第二实施例的搅拌机与第一实施例相比, 不同之处在于, 搅拌机底座 1 的底面设置有两条相互平行的弧形的支撑板 9。
所述两条弧形支撑板 9 使得搅拌机可以沿着弧形支撑板 9 与支撑面的 交线方向晃动。
为了控制搅拌机的晃动方向, 可以握着搅拌机 100的手柄 8进行晃动。 所述搅拌杯手柄 8的方向是沿着弧形支撑骨 9与桌面的交线。
请参阅图 5所示, 是本发明搅拌机的第三实施例的示意图。
第三实施例的搅拌机 100 与第一实施例相比, 不同之处在于, 搅拌机 100 增设有支脚 10, 该支脚 10 可收放。 当该支脚 10 收起时, 搅拌机 100 可以自由晃动; 当支脚 10 放下时, 支脚 10 起支撑作用, 搅拌机 100 可以 平稳的立于支撑面。
请参阅图 6A、 图 6B、 图 6C 所示, 是本发明搅拌机的第四实施例的示 意图。
第四实施例的搅拌机 100 与第一实施例相比, 不同之处在于, 搅拌机 100的支撑体 3中增加设置有扣位孔 11, 在扣位孔 11 穿设有支撑件 30, 在 支撑件 30上套设有弹性元件 12。 该弹性元件 12例如是弹簧。 该支撑件 30 上部为旋转环 14, 中间设置与扣位孔相匹配的卡扣 15, 下部为支撑杆 13。 该支撑件 30可以在扣位孔 11 中伸缩。
该支撑件 30伸出扣位孔 11 时, 卡扣 15 固定于扣位孔 11 内, 支撑杆 13支撑在支撑面上, 使搅拌机 100平稳的立于支撑面上。 该支撑件 30缩回 扣位孔 11 时, 卡扣 15抵顶于扣位孔 11 上表面, 支撑杆 13 呈缩回状态, 此时, 使搅拌机 100可以自由晃动。
请参阅图 7所示, 是本发明搅拌机的第五实施例的示意图。
第五实施例的搅拌机 100 与第一实施例相比, 搅拌机 100 底部增加设 置有配重块 17。该配重块 17使整个搅拌机 100重心降低,可以使搅拌机 100 实现自由晃动, 但不会倾倒。 所述配重块 17的材料可以为金属。
另夕卜,在第五实施例的搅拌机 100还设置有音频播放装置 18,该音频播 放装置 18设置有搅拌机晃动时启动的开关, 在搅拌机 100晃动时还可以播 放音乐。

1、 一种搅拌机, 包括底座、 电机及容器, 其特征在于: 该底座的底面 设置有弧形曲面的支撑体或弧形的支撑板。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的搅拌机, 其特征在于, 该支撑体、 该支撑板与 该底座为整体结构或分体结构。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的搅拌机, 其特征在于还包括支脚, 该支脚可收 放的设置于该底座下。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的搅拌机, 其特征在于, 在该底座的底部, 还设 置有扣位孔, 在扣位孔穿设有支撑件, 在支撑件上套设有弹性元件; 该支 撑件可以在扣位孔中伸缩。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的搅拌机, 其特征在于, 该支撑件上部为旋转环, 中间设置有与该扣位孔相匹配的卡扣, 下部为支撑杆。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的搅拌机, 其特征在于, 该支撑件伸出该扣位孔 时, 该卡扣固定于该扣位孔内; 该支撑件缩回该扣位孔时, 该卡扣抵顶于 该扣位孔上表面。
7、 如权利要求 1至 6中任一权利要求所述的搅拌机, 其特征在于, 该 底座的底面还设置有配重块。
8、 如权利要求 1至 7中任一权利要求所述的搅拌机, 其特征在于其还 设置有音频播放装置, 该音频播放装置设置有该搅拌机晃动时启动的开关。
