实施例 4
如图 1一图 5所示,将本防堵塞导尿管插入患者膀胱后,可进行以下操作:
( 1 )所述导尿管插入膀胱后, 从气囊腔 4充气扩充气囊 2和过滤网 3, 使 该导尿管固定、 气囊充气或注水填充并静置于膀胱内;
(2 ) 引流膀胱内尿液
插入所述导尿管并固定好之后 , 可从引流腔 5、冲洗腔 6引流膀胱, 过滤 网 3过滤膀胱内出血、 膀胱结石、 膀胱粘膜, 使尿液及冲洗液能顺利地引流到 体外;
(3 ) 注入冲洗液
插入所述导尿管后,可从引流腔 5或冲洗腔 6注入冲洗液对膀胱内血块进 行冲洗, 过滤网 3使膀胱内血块等避免了梗阻导尿管管体, 可使从引流腔 5或 冲洗腔 6注入的冲洗液顺利注入膀胱。
上述实施例的结果表明, 本(膀胱冲洗) 防堵塞导尿管, 能够克服目前泌 尿临床上常出现的导尿管堵塞现象, 可保证导尿管在发挥引流膀胱作用的同 时, 也能防止膀胱内出血等梗阻导尿管, 极大地提高了临床上操作的安全性和 治疗效果; 还能减轻患者留置导尿管时的疼痛, 减少留置导尿管并发症, 确保 患者留置尿管成功和拔管顺利, 为患者带来方便并促进健康恢复。

1. 防堵塞导尿管, 包括管体和气囊, 所述气囊设置在管体靠近尾端的部位, 其特征在 于, 所述气囊外侧设置过滤网, 所述过滤网包覆管体尾端。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的防堵塞导尿管, 其特征在于, 所述管体为双腔管体, 包括一 引流腔和一气囊腔。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的防堵塞导尿管, 其特征在于, 所述管体为三腔管体, 包括一 引流腔、 一气囊腔和一冲洗腔。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的防堵塞导尿管, 其特征在于, 所述气囊张开状态时呈球形。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的防堵塞导尿管,其特征在于,所述过滤网张开状态时呈卵形。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的防堵塞导尿管, 其特征在于, 所述管体采用橡胶、 乳胶或硅 胶材料制备。
