Abstract
La présente invention porte sur un appareil d'étanchéité pour un pivot central d'une machine d'aspersion circulaire. L'appareil d'étanchéité comprend le pivot central, constitué par un tuyau d'entrée d'eau fixe (2) et un tuyau de distribution d'eau rotatif (3). Un ensemble d'étanchéité sphérique rotatif (5) est disposé entre le tuyau d'entrée d'eau fixe (2) et le tuyau de distribution d'eau rotatif (3). L'ensemble d'étanchéité comprend un siège sphérique (7) et un corps sphérique (8) qui sont en adaptation. Des trous d'écoulement d'eau communicants (9) sont disposés dans les centres du siège sphérique (7) et du corps cylindrique (8). Une première rainure d'étanchéité annulaire (11) est disposée sur un côté interne du siège sphérique (7). Une bague d'étanchéité sphérique inférieure (12) est disposée dans la première rainure d'étanchéité (11). L'extrémité inférieure du siège sphérique (7) est reliée de façon fixe au tuyau d'entrée d'eau fixe (2). L'extrémité supérieure du corps sphérique (8) est reliée de façon fixe au tuyau de distribution d'eau rotatif (3). L'étanchéité est réalisée à l'aide d'une surface de contact sphérique formée par serrage mutuel du siège sphérique et du corps sphérique, et les performances d'étanchéité sont bonnes. L'ensemble d'étanchéité sphérique rotatif a un degré élevé de liberté de mouvement, de telle sorte que le mouvement d'infléchissement et la charge additionnelle entre le tuyau de distribution d'eau rotatif et le tuyau d'entrée d'eau fixe peuvent être éliminés, de façon à éviter ainsi le phénomène d'usure non uniforme de la bague d'étanchéité, et à prolonger ainsi la durée de vie de l'appareil d'étanchéité.
