Aperfeiçoamentos introduzidos em caixa palete com meio de união e dobra flexível, mais precisamente trata-se de caixa palete (1) do tipo para acondicionamento e transporte de produtos industriais diversos para carregamento de cargas em caminhões ou containers; o meio de união e dobra flexível (Mud) compreende um conjunto de tiras alongadas (Tr), as quais apresentam um par de setores longitudinais (trl) e (tr2) fixados por meio de cola, outro material adesivo (Cl), grampos ou outro meios de fixação junto às superfícies planas (sp) e próximo das bordas laterais (bl) de pelo menos quatro painéis distintos (pl), (p2), (p3) e (p4) para a união entre os mesmos compondo o receptáculo (3) da caixa palete (1), a qual, por sua vez, compreende base de apoio (2), receptáculo (3) e tampa (4) com formatos periféricos idênticos; dito conjunto de tiras (Tr) é formada por pelo menos quatro tiras externas (5) e pelo menos quatro tiras internas (5') com comprimento (x) idêntico a altura (y) de cada painel (pl), (p2), (p3) e (P4).

"APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM CAIXA PALETE COM MEIO DE UNIÃO E DOBRA FLEXÍVEL".
CAMPO DE APLICAÇÃO
A presente patente de invenção refere-se a aperfeiçoamentos introduzidos em caixa palete com meio de união e dobra flexível onde, notadamente, dita caixa palete é do tipo utilizada para proteção, armazenamento e transporte de produtos industriais diversos para carregamento de cargas em caminhões ou containers cujo meio de união e dobra flexível promove a união e articulação rápida e prática entre as paredes estruturais que configuram a caixa, facilitando tanto a montagem quanto a desmontagem de forma a colaborar com a redução espacial da caixa , auxiliando, assim, nas operações de logística de carga. FU N DAM ENTOS DA TÉCNICA
São conhecidos diversos modelos de embalagens para o transporte e/ou armazenamento de cargas em geral, sendo, ditas embalagens, geralmente definidas de acordo . com o peso, cubagem, manuseio da carga, processos operacionais, segurança, entre outros fatores, além da maioria das emba lagens serem apoiadas em paletes ou cantileveres.
Ditas embalagens podem se apresentar na forma de sacos, fardos, caixas, engradados, amarrados, bobinas, etc. onde o tipo de embalagem influencia no processo logístico, principalmente, com relação à acessibilidade fácil, meios práticos para desmontagem e/ou montagem e acondicionamento adequado da carga, entre outros fatores.
Para tanto, existem no mercado caixas dobráveis para acondicionamento de cargas em geral, as quais são configuradas por paredes estruturais articuláveis que, quando armadas permitem o armazenamento e quando desarmadas facilitam o transporte, principalmente, pela redução do volume espacial. A título de exemplo à empresa "MP Packaging®" é fabricante de uma caixa do tipo palete desmontável/dobrável denominada "MP Box", sendo que dita caixa compreende um palete configurado por quatro paredes confeccionadas em madeira fixadas numa base palete por meio de ferragens metálicas através de parafusos e porcas.
Esta caixa de mercado apresenta uma construção sólida para o acondicionamento de cargas diversas e pode ser utilizável em toda a cadeia logística, tanto para armazenamento como no transporte de produtos, além do meio de desmontagem da caixa reduzir aproximadamente 88% do espaço ocupado oferecendo a possibilidade de transportar as paredes dobradas e os paletes separadamente. Porém, apresenta como principal inconveniente, o fato da desmontagem das paredes em relação a base ser feita de forma lenta, uma vez que necessita a retirada de praticamente todos os parafusos.
Outro inconveniente deste modelo de caixa desmontável/dobrável reside no fato de, eventualmente, as ferragens provocarem ferimentos durante a manipulação de desmontagem e/ou montagem da mesma, tornando-se um inconveniente no carregamento e/ou descarregamento da carga.
Outro inconveniente reside no fato das ferragens metálicas elevarem o valor da caixa palete, muitas vezes inviabilizando a aquisição por empresas de médio e pequeno porte para a logística de carga. ANÁLISE DO ESTADO DA TÉCNICA
Em pesquisas realizadas em banco de dados especializados foram encontrados documentos referentes a embalagens para transportes de produtos industrializados, tal como, o documento de n9. JP 2010083574 que trata de recipiente do tipo dobrável e compreende um palhete, um par de placas decorativas e um par de placas laterais. Curtas colunas de suporte são fornecidas em quatro cantos do material de superfície superior do palhete, de modo a elevar-se do mesmo. A pequena coluna de suporte tem uma forma de secção transversal quadrada tendo como o comprimento de cada lado do mesmo. São utilizados pinos de fixação a serem inseridos e engatados com os furos previstos nas placas.
Outro documento de n^. DE202006009171 trata de recipiente de transporte plano e compreende uma placa de base e um par de paredes formadas como uma parte. O par de paredes encontra-se articulado com um suporte através do qual o par de paredes é fixado com a base inferior. O par de paredes é provido de tiras de reforço, de preferência tiras de madeira. O suporte está unido à base inferior por meio de pregos.
Outro documento de ηδ. MU 8900038-2 compreende um corpo constituído de duas paredes laterais e parede posterior que se integram com o fundo e assumem o formato de palete, sendo as paredes podendo ser dobradas sobre o fundo, o que confere a esta embalagem alto nível de armazenagem. A tampa frontal e a tampa superior são destacáveis do conjunto, de tal sorte que o usuário tem a possibilidade de acessar o conteúdo da caixa pela frente ou apenas pelo alto. Todos os elementos integrantes da caixa objeto da presente patente são unidos por meio de velcro, ou outro elemento de união similar. A tampa superior tem alta resistência e, se destacada pode ser acoplada na abertura frontal fazendo às vezes de rampa de acesso, o que facilita sobremaneira o abastecimento da embalagem em questão. Nota-se que a base é sustentada por colunas de EVA ou material congénere, formada por algumas camadas deste material. Sua disposição permite que o garfo da empilhadeira possa suspender a embalagem em diversas posições.
BREVE DESCRIÇÃO DO INVENTO
Assim, pensando em proporcionar melhorias ao mercado consumidor o requerente desenvolveu aperfeiçoamentos introduzidos em caixa palete com meio de união e dobra flexível. Mencionada caixa palete compreende uma base de apoio, receptáculo e tampa onde dita base de apoio é formada por uma plataforma quadrangular ou retangular com rebaixo contornante onde é montada a borda periférica inferior da parede estrutural que configura o receptáculo que, por sua vez, é formado por um conjunto de painéis confeccionados em madeira ou outro material adequado, unidos entre si através do meio de união e dobra flexível.
Dito meio de união e dobra flexível compreende um conjunto de tiras flexíveis alongadas confeccionadas em tecido, polímero ou outro material flexível adequado de comprimento idêntico à altura de cada painel, sendo que ditas tiras são fixadas nas faces externas e internas das bordas laterais de cada painel através de material adesivo, cola ou grampos.
Ditas tiras flexíveis permitem a plena articulação entre os painéis, quer seja para a justaposição entre as paredes de forma a planificar o receptáculo reduzindo o volume espacial, quer seja para armação ortogonal entre as paredes. Quando da planificação, a altura e largura espacial são reduzidas, tornando fácil e pratico o deslocamento e transporte da caixa palete.
Outra vantagem deste modelo de caixa reside no fato da inutilização de ferragens para a articulação entre os painéis que compõe o receptáculo reduzir o valor da caixa e peso de forma a adequar- se, totalmente, as cargas marítimas, rodoviárias e aéreas.
Outra vantagem reside no fato do meio de união e dobra flexível reduzir o tempo de montagem e/ou desmontagem da caixa palete tornando-a versátil.
Outra vantagem do meio de união e dobra flexível apresentar segurança durante a manipulação da caixa, principalmente, pela tira flexível anular os tradicionais grampos, rebites ou parafusos metálicos, bem como, as bordas e extremidades cortantes ou perfurantes.
DESCRIÇÃO DOS DESENHOS
A complementar a presente descrição de modo a obter uma melhor compreensão das características do presente invento e de acordo com uma preferencial realização prática do mesmo, acompanha a descrição, em anexo, um conjunto de desenhos, onde, de maneira exemplificada, embora não limitativa, se representou seu funcionamento:
A figura 1 mostra uma vista em perspectiva explodida do conjunto de tiras flexível e painéis que compõe o receptáculo da caixa palete;
A figura IA representa uma vista em perspectiva explodida da plataforma, receptáculo e tampa que compõe a caixa palete ora inovada;
A figura 2 revela uma vista em perspectiva montada da caixa palete com respectivo detalhe ampliado do meio de união e dobra flexível;
A figura 3 mostram vistas em perspectiva do receptáculo ilustrando as etapas de planificação;
A figura 4 ilustra uma vista em perspectiva da justaposição de conjuntos de tampas, receptáculos e plataformas ilustrando a logística de organização para a armazenagem e transporte dos elementos que compõe a caixa palete; e
A figura 5 representa uma vista em perspectiva de uma versão construtiva ilustrando a aplicação do meio de união e dobra flexível aplicado a tampa e receptáculo.
DESCRIÇÃO DETALHADA DA INVENÇÃO
Com referências aos desenhos, a presente invenção se refere a "APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM CAIXA PALETE COM MEIO DE UNIÃO E DOBRA FLEXÍVEL", mais precisamente trata- se de caixa palete (1) do tipo para acondicionamento e transporte de produtos industriais diversos para carregamento de cargas em caminhões ou containers.
Segundo a presente invenção, o meio de união e dobra flexível (Mud) compreende um conjunto de tiras alongadas (Tr), preferencialmente, confeccionadas em tecido resistente ou outro material flexível adequado, tal como, nylon, as quais apresentam um par de setores longitudinais (trl) e (tr2) fixados por meio de cola, outro material adesivo (Cl), grampos ou outro meios de fixação junto às superfícies planas (sp) e próximo das bordas laterais (bl) de pelo menos quatro painéis distintos (pl), (p2), (p3) e (p4) permitindo a união entre os mesmos e compondo o receptáculo (3) da caixa palete ( 1), a qual, por sua vez, compreende base de apoio (2), receptáculo (3) e tampa (4) com formatos periféricos idênticos. Dito conjunto de tiras (Tr) é formada por pelo menos quatro tiras externas (5) e pelo menos quatro tiras internas (5') com comprimento (x) idêntico a altura (y) de cada painel (pl), (p2), (p3) e (p4). Após a montagem das tiras nos painéis, a articulação e justaposição entre os mesmo reduz consideravelmente o volume espacial da caixa (1) para espessura mínima (z) configurada pela soma da espessura (ζ') de um par de painéis.
Numa opção construtiva preferencial, a base de apoio (2) é formada por plataforma palete (2A) com rebaixo contornante (2b) para apoio e montagem da borda periférica inferior (3b) da parede estrutural (3a) que configura o receptáculo (3), por sua vez, é formado por um conjunto de painéis (pl), (p2), (p3) e (p4), preferencialmente confeccionados em madeira ou outro material adequado.
A tampa (4) é composta por placa (4a) com área (a) idealizada para apoio nas bordas superiores (3c) de cada painel (pl), (p2), (p3) e (p4).
Numa versão construtiva, a tampa (4) recebe numa das bordas (4a) um setor de tira (tr3'), enquanto que o outro setor de tira (tr3") é fixado na borda superior (3c) de um dos painéis (pl), (p2), (p3) ou (p4).
É certo que quando o presente invento for colocado em pratica, poderão ser introduzidas modificações no que se refere a certos detalhes de construção e forma, sem que isso implique afastar-se dos princípios fundamentais que estão claramente substanciados no quadro reivindicatório, ficando assim entendido que a terminologia empregada teve a finalidade de não limitação.

Claims

REIVINDICAÇÕES
1) "APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM CAIXA PALETE COM MEIO DE UNIÃO E DOBRA FLEXÍVEL", mais precisamente trata-se de caixa palete (1) do tipo para acondicionamento e transporte de produtos industriais diversos para carregamento de cargas em caminhões ou containers; caracterizado por meio de união e dobra flexível (Mud) compreender um conjunto de tiras alongadas (Tr), as quais apresentam um par de setores longitudinais (trl) e (tr2) fixados por meio de cola, outro material adesivo (Cl), grampos ou outro meios de fixação junto às superfícies planas (sp) e próximo das bordas laterais (bl) de pelo menos quatro painéis distintos (pl), (p2), (p3) e (p4) para a união entre os mesmos compondo o receptáculo (3) da caixa palete (1), a qual, por sua vez, compreende base de apoio (2), receptáculo (3) e tampa (4) com formatos periféricos idênticos; dito conjunto de tiras (Tr) é formada por pelo menos quatro tiras externas (5) e pelo menos quatro tiras internas (5') com comprimento (x) idêntico a altura (y) de cada painel (pl), (p2), (p3) e (p4).
2) "APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM CAIXA PALETE COM MEIO DE UNIÃO E DOBRA FLEXÍVEL", de acordo com a reivindicação anterior, caracterizado por o conjunto de tiras alongadas (Tr) serem confeccionadas em tecido resistente.
3) "APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM CAIXA PALETE COM MEIO DE UNIÃO E DOBRA FLEXÍVEL", de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por o conjunto de tiras alongadas (Tr) serem confeccionadas em material flexível adequado, tal como, nylon.
4) "APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM CAIXA PALETE COM MEIO DE UNIÃO E DOBRA FLEXÍVEL", de acordo com a reivindicação 1 e numa opção construtiva preferencial, caracterizado por base de apoio (2) ser formada por plataforma palete (2A) com rebaixo contornante (2b) para apoio e montagem da borda periférica inferior (3b) da parede estrutural (3a) que configura o receptáculo (3), por sua vez, é formado por um conjunto de painéis (pl), (p2), (p3) e (p4) confeccionados em madeira ou outro material adequado; a tampa (4) é composta por placa (4a) com área (a) idealizada para apoio nas bordas superiores (3c) de cada painel (pl), (p2), (p3) e (p4). 5) "APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM CAIXA PALETE COM MEIO DE UNIÃO E DOBRA FLEXÍVEL", de acordo com a reivindicação anterior e numa versão construtiva, caracterizado por tampa (4) receber numa das bordas (4a) um setor de tira (tr3'), enquanto que o outro setor de tira (tr3") é fixado na borda superior (3c) de um dos painéis (pl), (p2), (p3) ou (p4).
6) "APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM CAIXA PALETE COM MEIO DE UNIÃO E DOBRA FLEXÍVEL", de acordo com as reivindicações 1 e 4, caracterizado por a redução do volume espacial da caixa (1) para espessura mínima (z) ser configurada pela soma da espessura (ζ') de um par de painéis justapostos.
