实施例一 约 0. 8毫米厚的去毛猪真皮, 放入 0. 1%的聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚溶液中, 用超声波清洗去除血液和表面污垢 1小时。 用生理盐水冲洗二次, 每次 60 分钟。 切成长 14厘米、 宽 10厘米的长方形, 放入一个长 20厘米、 宽 16 厘米的长方形多功能处理容器中, 密封。 从进液口加入 100毫升每升含有 2. 0毫摩尔的氯化钙和 100单位的分散酶, 放在 37摄氏度的摇床上脱细胞 20小时。从出液口排出分散酶溶液, 从进液口加入 100毫升 1. 0%的脱氧胆 酸钠溶液在 37摄氏度摇床上脱细胞冲洗 24小时。 从出液口排出脱氧胆酸 钠溶液, 从进液口加入 100毫升生理盐水冲洗 60分钟。 从出液口排出生理 盐水冲洗液, 从进液口再次加入 100毫升生理盐水冲洗 60分钟。 冲洗液完 毕后, 从进液口再次加入 100毫升每升含有 2. 0毫摩尔的氯化钙, 2. 0毫 摩尔氯化镁和 2000单位脱氧核糖核酸酶, 在室温摇床上处理 20小时。 从 出液口排出脱氧核糖核酸酶溶液, 从进液口加入 100毫升生理盐水冲洗 60 分钟。 从出液口排出盐水冲洗溶液, 从进液口加入 100毫升 0. 10%过氧乙 酸溶液处理一' 时。从出液口排出用过的过氧乙酸溶液,从进液口加入 100 毫升新鲜的 0. 10%过氧乙酸溶液处理二小时。 用过氧乙酸杀菌和病毒灭活 后, 用无菌生理盐水冲洗三次。 排出冲洗液, 从进液口加入 15毫升 20%的 甘油-生理盐水溶液, 加热封装带有进出液管的一边, 剪除进出液管。 低温 保存在 -20度以下。
实施例二
约 0. 8毫米厚的去毛猪真皮, 放入 1%的氨水中浸洗 16小时。 氨水浸洗 后用纯水冲洗 1小时。 切成长 14厘米、 宽 10厘米的长方形, 放入一个长 20厘米、 宽 16厘米的长方形多功能容器中, 密封。 从进液口加入 100毫 升 1. 0%的脱氧胆酸钠溶液在 37摄氏度摇床上脱细胞冲洗 24小时。 从出液 口排出脱氧胆酸钠溶液, 从进液口加入 100毫升生理盐水冲洗 60分钟, 反 复冲洗三次。 从出液口排出生理盐水冲洗液, 从进液口再次加入 100毫升 3%的双氧水处理 4小时。 从出液口排出双氧水, 从进液口加入生理盐水冲 洗 60分钟, 反复冲洗三次。 最后排出冲洗液, 从进液口加入 15毫升含有 0. 02%氯已定的生理盐水溶液。 热塑封装带有进出液管的一边, 剪除进出液 管。 在室温下保存。
值得注意的是, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并非因此限定本发 构的改进, 或者是釆用技术等同物进行替换。 故凡运用本发明的说明书及 图示内容所作的等效结构变化, 或直接或间接运用于其他相关技术领域均 同理皆包含于本发明所涵盖的范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种多功能生物组织处理和保存容器, 其特征在于: 具有容器主体, 所述主体包括一个未封闭边, 至少一个进口、 至少一个出口和至少一个可 剥离角边, 所述进口设有无菌过滤器, 所述进口和出口设有阀门。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的容器, 其特征在于: 所述容器为袋。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的容器, 其特征在于: 所述未封闭边可通过热 塑封口。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的容器,其特征在于: 所述容器长 5 ~ 60厘米, 宽 5 ~ 40厘米。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的容器, 其特征在于: 所述容器由塑胶或塑料 制成。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的容器, 其特征在于: 制造容器的材料具体包 括聚脂、 聚乙烯、 聚丙烯、 聚苯乙烯、 苯二曱酸乙二酯、 聚偏氯乙烯、 聚 萘二曱酸乙二醇酯、 聚氯乙烯、 聚酰氨或其组合。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的容器, 其特征在于: 所述容器进口供液体或 气体进入。
8、 一种生物组织处理和包装的方法, 其特征在于: 将生物组织材料密 封在权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的多功能生物组织处理和保存容器中, 通 过容器的进口和出口更换各种处理溶液和试剂; 组织处理和灭菌后, 加入 生物组织保存液, 直接封装在多功能容器中保存。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于: 组织处理溶液和试剂包 含酶制剂、 洗涤剂、 生物緩冲溶液、 生理盐水、 病毒灭活和杀菌溶液。
10、 据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于: 酶制剂包括分散酶、 脱氧 核酸核糖酶和 -半乳糖苷酶。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于: 洗涤剂包括聚乙二醇辛 基苯基醚、脱氧胆酸钠、吐温 -20、叔辛基苯氧基聚乙烯乙氧基乙醇和 3- [ (3- 胆固醇氨丙基)二曱基氨基] -1-丙磺酸, 浓度在 0. 1 ~ 5%之间。
12、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的方法, 其特征在于: 病毒灭活和杀菌溶液 包括 1 ~ 5%双氧水和 0. 05 ~ 1. 0%过氧乙酸溶液。
1 3、据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于: 生物组织保存液是 5 ~ 25% 的甘油溶液或 0. 02 ~ 0. 1%氯已定或醋酸氯已定溶液。
14、 根据权利要求 8-1 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述容器为 袋。
