优选的是,所述边框上设置有与所述连接件或所述配合件相对 应的开口, 所述连接件或所述配合件通过所述开口与所述配合件或 所述连接件配合连接。
优选的是, 所述开口为凹槽, 且所述在所述显示面板的背面上 设置连接件的具体方法为:
将所述连接件放置于所述凹槽内;
将所述边框与所述显示面板的背面进行定位,在所述定位过程 中使得所述凹槽内的连接件与所述显示面板的背面连接。
优选的是,所述将所述边框与所述显示面板的背面进行定位过 程前, 在所述连接件上设置粘接件, 使得定位过程中所述凹槽内的 连接件通过所述粘接件粘贴于所述显示面板的背面上。
优选的是,所述在所述显示面板的背面上设置连接件的具体方 法为: 在所述连接件上设置粘接件, 随后将所述连接件通过粘接件 直接粘贴于所述显示板的背面上。
本发明提供的显示装置的结构简单,通过配合件与连接件的配 合连接使外框与显示面板连接在一起, 又由于外框与背板连接在一 起, 这样显示面板和背板均与外框连接, 从而通过外框将显示面板 与背板连接在一起, 进而通过外框将显示面板与背光源连接起来。 由于显示装置的外框通过上述方式将背光源与显示面板固定在一 起, 因此外框不需要在显示面板的正面设置挂于显示面板的正面的 边缘区域上的臂, 即无需通过该臂将外框挂于显示面板的正面上, 这样就使得本发明中的显示装置的外框可以几乎不与显示面板的 正面接触。 该显示装置的显示面板、 背板、 外框之间的连接关系简 单, 从而大大提高了装配该显示装置的装配效率。 附图说明

为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合 附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。 实施例 1
如图 2~5所示,本实施例提供一种显示装置, 包括显示面板 1、 背光源和外框 2, 所述背光源包括边框 3和背板 4, 所述边框 3设 置于所述显示面板 1与所述背板 4之间以支撑所述显示面板 1 , 所 述显示面板 1的背面 (即入光面) 区域上设置有连接件, 所述外框 2上设置有配合件, 所述显示面板 1与所述外框 2通过所述配合件 与所述连接件配合连接, 从而将外框 2和显示面板 1固定连接, 所 述外框 2还与所述背板 4连接。 需要说明的是, 边框 3上设有与所 述连接件(或所述配合件)相对应的开口, 使得所述连接件(或所 述配合件)可以通过该开口与所述配合件(或所述连接件)配合连 接。 本实施例中, 显示面板 1与背板 4之间还设置有 LED10, 通过 背板 4的包覆形成了对 LED10的保护。
如图 2所示,所述外框 2与所述背板 4之间通过紧固件 9连接。 具体地, 所述紧固件 9可以为螺丝。 背板 4包括底板 12和与所述 底板 12连接的侧板 13, 所述侧板 13与所述底板 12垂直。 在所述 侧板 13与所述外框 2重叠的区域内设置通孔 11(如图 4和 5所示), 所述通孔 11穿过所述侧板 13和外框 2重叠的区域, 并且在所述紧 固件 9为螺丝时, 所述通孔 11内设置有螺纹。将螺丝穿过通孔 11 , 然后通过螺丝和螺纹的配合连接将外框 2和侧板 13连接, 这样也 就将外框 2与背板 4连接。 当然外框 2与背板 4的连接也可以采取 其它的方式, 例如卡接等。
此外, 所述连接件和所述配合件中的一者为卡扣 5 , 另一者 为卡钩 6。 下文中, 将以所述连接件为卡扣 5 , 所述配合件为卡钩 6 为例进行说明。
显示面板 1的背面 (即入光面) 区域上设置有卡扣 5, 外框 2 上设置有可与卡扣 5配合连接的卡钩 6。 为了节约显示装置内部空 间, 缩短卡扣 5与卡钩 6之间的距离, 便于卡扣 5与卡钩 6的配合 连接, 所述卡扣 5通常设置在显示面板 1的背面的边缘区域上。 此 时, 卡钩 6穿过边框 3上设置的与该卡钩 6相对应的开口与卡扣 5 配合连接(如图 6所示) 。 本实施例中的显示装置的结构简单, 通 过配合件与连接件连接, 将外框 2与显示面板 1连接在一起, 又由 于外框 2与背板 4连接在一起, 这样显示面板 1和背板 4分别与外 框 2连接, 从而通过外框 2将显示面板 1与背板 4连接在一起, 进 而通过外框 2将显示面板 1与背光源连接起来。 由于显示装置的外 框 2通过上述方式将背光源与显示面板 1 固定在一起, 所以外框 2 不需要在显示面板 1的正面 (即出光面)设置挂于显示面板 1的正 面的边缘区域上的臂, 即无需通过该臂将外框 2挂于显示面板 1的 正面上, 这样就使得本实施例中外框 2可以几乎不与显示装置的显 示面板 1 的正面接触。 该显示装置的显示面板 1、 背板 4、 外框 2 之间的连接关系简单, 从而大大提高了该显示装置的装配效率。
优选的是,所述外框 2仅设置于所述显示面板 1和所述背光源 的侧面, 具体地, 设置于所述边框 3与所述侧板 13的外侧, 此时, 外框 2并没有覆盖显示面板 1的正面的边缘区域。 这种结构的显示 装置中外框 2与显示面板 1的正面未接触。
如前所述, 由于卡扣 5通常设置于显示面板 1的背面的边缘区 域, 因此, 为了与卡扣 5相对应, 所述边框 3上的开口可设置于边 框 3的最上端 (接近显示面板 1的一端) , 即, 形成为边框 3上的 凹槽 7 (如图 2、 5所示), 所述卡扣 5设置于所述凹槽 7内。 由于 边框 3和卡扣 5均位于显示面板 1的背面, 将卡扣 5放置于凹槽 7 内, 可以节约背板 4与显示面板 1之间的空间, 从而提高空间的利 用率。
进一步优选的是,所述凹槽 7与所述卡扣 5的形状和尺寸相适 配。 使得凹槽 7可以固定卡扣 5; 否则, 如果凹槽 7内的空间远大 于放入其中的卡扣 5的体积, 则凹槽 7将无法固定卡扣 5。
优选的是,所述显示装置包括多个卡扣 5和对应的多个卡钩 6, 该多个卡扣 5在所述显示面板 1的背面的边缘区域上均勾分布, 对 应的所述卡钩 6在所述外框 2上均勾分布。 通过多个卡扣 5和多个 卡钩 6装配出来的显示装置具有更高的稳定性。
优选的是,所述卡扣 5设置于所述显示面板 1的背面的至少两 个且相对的边缘区域上。
优选的是,所述卡扣 5通过粘接件 8与所述显示面板 1的背面 连接。 具体地, 所述粘接件 8可以为双面胶, 当然粘接件 8也可以 为胶水等。
在上述实施例中,通过将设置在外框 2上的卡钩 6挂到显示面 板 1背面的卡扣 5上使得显示面板 1与背板 4连接起来, 从而大大 简化了外框 2与显示面板 1之间进行连接的装配流程。 当然, 连接 件也可以为卡钩 6, 而配合件为卡扣 5, 这样也可以实现连接件与 配合件的配合连接。 此时, 将设置在外框 2上的作为配合件的卡扣 5放置于边框 3上设置的凹槽 7内, 通过将设置在显示面板 1背面 上的作为连接件的卡钩 6挂到设置在外框 2上的作为配合件的卡扣 5上来实现配合连接。 实施例 2
本实施例提供一种显示装置的装配方法, 该装配方法包括: 提 供显示面板 1、 边框 3、 背板 4和外框 2, 将所述边框 3设置于所述 显示面板 1与所述背板 4之间以支撑所述显示面板 1 , 该装配方法 还包括:
在所述显示面板 1的背面上设置连接件;
在所述外框 2上设置能够与所述连接件配合连接的配合件; 将所述配合件与所述连接件配合连接;
将所述外框 2与所述背板 4连接。
需要说明的是,边框 3上应设有与所述连接件(或所述配合件) 相对应的开口, 使得所述连接件(或所述配合件)可以通过该开口 与所述配合件 (或所述连接件) 配合连接。
本实施例中的装配方法中, 通过配合件与连接件连接后, 外框 2与显示面板 1连接在一起, 又由于外框 2与背板 4连接在一起, 这样显示面板 1和背板 4分别与外框 2连接, 从而通过外框 2将显 示面板 1与背板 4连接在一起。 该显示装置的显示面板 1、 背板 4、 外框 2之间的连接关系简单, 从而大大提高了装配显示装置的装配 效率。
具体地, 在所述显示面板 1的背面上设置连接件可以包括: 在 所述连接件上设置粘接件 8, 随后将所述连接件通过粘接件 8直接 粘贴于所述显示板的背面上。 其中, 所述粘接件 8可以为双面胶或 胶水等。 实施例 3
本实施例提供一种显示装置的装配方法, 该装配方法包括: 提 供显示面板 1、 边框 3、 背板 4和外框 2, 将所述边框 3设置于所述 显示面板 1与所述背板 4之间以支撑所述显示面板 1 , 所述边框 3 上接近显示面板 1的一端设置有凹槽 7, 该装配方法还包括:
将所述连接件放置于所述凹槽 7内;
在所述连接件上设置粘接件 8;
将所述边框 3与所述显示面板 1的背面进行定位,在所述定位 过程中使得所述凹槽 7内的连接件通过所述粘接件 8粘贴于所述显 示面板 1的背面上;
在所述外框 2上设置能够与所述连接件配合连接的配合件; 将所述配合件与所述连接件配合连接;
将所述外框 2与所述背板 4连接。
该显示装置的装配过程中, 当需要将粘接件 8设置于显示面板 1的背面时, 可以通过人工手动的方式将单个的粘接件 8逐一的粘 接于显示面板 1的背面, 但这种方法可能会导致定位不准确, 而且 费时费力。
显示装置的边框 3为框架式结构,在该显示装置的装配过程中 需要将显示面板 1与边框 3进行定位组装。 本实施例中在边框 3的 生产过程中直接设置用于放置连接件的凹槽 7, 则在显示装置的装 配过程中, 将连接件直接放于凹槽 7内。 这样, 在边框 3与显示面 板 1进行定位的过程中, 同时也让粘接件 8与显示面板 1进行了定 位, 并将粘接件 8粘接于显示面板 1的背面。 如果边框 3为口字型 的一体结构, 则将该边框 3与显示面板 1的背面通过一次定位便可 完成粘接件 8的粘接。 如果边框 3为四个直线型的分体结构, 则需 要分别将四个分体的边框 3分别与显示面板 1背面 (入光面)的四 个边的边缘区域进行定位, 但是相比于将粘接件 8逐一粘接于显示 面板 1的背面来说, 仍然简化了装配, 从而大大提高了显示装置的 装配效率。 可以理解的是, 以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而 采用的示例性实施方式, 然而本发明并不局限于此。 对于本领域内 的普通技术人员而言, 在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下, 可 以做出各种变型和改进, 这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范 围。

Claims

1. 一种显示装置, 包括显示面板、 背光源和外框, 所述背光 源包括边框和背板, 其特征在于, 所述边框设置于所述显示面板与 所述背板之间以支撑所述显示面板; 所述显示面板的背面上设置有 连接件, 所述外框上设置有配合件, 所述显示面板与所述外框通过 所述配合件与所述连接件配合连接; 所述外框与所述背板连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述边框 上设置有与所述连接件或所述配合件相对应的开口, 所述连接件或 所述配合件通过所述开口与所述配合件或所述连接件配合连接。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述开口 为凹槽, 且所述连接件位于所述凹槽内。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述凹槽 与所述连接件的形状和尺寸相适配。
5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接 件设置于所述显示面板的背面的边缘区域。
6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述显示 装置包括多个连接件和对应的多个配合件, 所述多个连接件在所述 显示面板的背面的边缘区域上均勾分布, 对应的所述多个配合件在 所述外框上均勾分布。
7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接 件设置于所述显示面板的背面的至少两个且相对的边缘区域上。
8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述外框 与所述背板之间通过紧固件连接。
9. 根据权利要求 1~8任意一项所述的显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接件通过粘接件与所述显示面板的背面连接。
10. 根据权利要求 1~8任意一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于, 所述连接件和所述配合件中的一者为卡扣, 另一者为卡钩。
11. 一种显示装置的装配方法, 包括: 提供显示面板、 边框、 背板、 外框, 将所述边框设置于所述显示面板与所述背板之间以支 撑所述显示面板, 其特征在于, 该装配方法还包括:
在所述显示面板的背面上设置连接件;
在所述外框上设置能够与所述连接件配合连接的配合件; 将所述配合件与所述连接件配合连接;
将所述外框与所述背板连接。
12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的显示装置的装配方法, 其特征在 于, 所述边框上设置有与所述连接件或所述配合件相对应的开口, 所述连接件或所述配合件通过所述开口与所述配合件或所述连接 件配合连接。
13. 根据权利要求 11 所述的显示装置的装配方法, 其特征在 于, 所述开口为凹槽, 所述在所述显示面板的背面上设置连接件的 具体方法为:
将所述连接件放置于所述凹槽内;
将所述边框与所述显示面板的背面进行定位,在所述定位过程 中使得所述凹槽内的连接件与所述显示面板的背面连接。
14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的显示装置的装配方法, 其特征在 于, 所述将所述边框与所述显示面板的背面进行定位过程前, 在所 述连接件上设置粘接件, 使得定位过程中所述凹槽内的连接件通过 所述粘接件粘贴于所述显示面板的背面上。
15. 根据权利要求 11 所述的显示装置的装配方法, 其特征在 于, 所述在所述显示面板的背面上设置连接件的具体方法为: 在所 述连接件上设置粘接件, 随后将所述连接件通过粘接件直接粘贴于 所述显示板的背面上。
