一种新型旅行转换插 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源插头,具体涉及一种新型旅行转换插,它具有一个插接体和至少两个不同标准的插头,该插头分别具有至少两个五金插脚,并且可以在插接体的电连接位置及电分离位置进行移动。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,人们在日常生活和工作中使用的电器产品越来越多,如手机、手提电脑、MP3等等,电器产品的运作大部分需要依赖电源,且电器产品通常采用插头作为与电源连接的接口,以取得其运作所需的电力。因此,随着多样化的电器产品快速发展,与之同步使用的插头在不同的国家其结构往往不一样,对于出国旅游、出差公干的人们而言,携带旅行转换插头显得尤为重要。而传统的电源转换插头只使用某一国家的插头,只能针对某一国家电源插座使用,具有较大的局限性。
如中国发明专利公开号“CN 1539187A”名称为“电源插头”的专利申请公开了一种电源插头,它具有一个外壳(13、15)和在外壳(13、15)中可移动地支承的至少两个不同标准化的插头接点(138、14O、142、144)以及至少一个制动体(29),所述插头接点(138、l4O、142、144)分别具有一个在外壳(13、15)上移动地支承的支持件(38、4O、42、44)和两个导电触针(37、39、41、43),在所述支持件上设置所述触针(37、39、41、43)和一个操作销(27),该探作销作为操作杆穿过在外壳(13、15)上形成的一个滑移缝隙(25)突出到外壳(13、15)的外侧面上,并且所述触针(37、39、41、43)可以通过移动操作杆沿着滑移行程从外壳(1 3、1 5)移出到一个有效位置中,以及移入到外壳(13、15)中的一个无效位置中,所述制动体(29)相对于外壳(13、15)和插头接点(138、14O、142、144)是活动的,并通过一个从无效位置已向有效位置推移的插头接点(138、14O、142、144)固定在一个位置上,在这个位置上另一个插头接点不可以移动,所述制动体(29)通过一个从无效位置已向有效位置推移的插头接点(138、140、142、144)的操作销推移到其余插头接点(138、14O、142、144)的探作销的滑移行程上,并且固定在这个位置中,并且因此在这个位置中防止另一插头接点(138、l4O、142、144)移进有效位置中。该电源插头在对面一侧上的多个不同标准的插头接点可以移出到有效位置,这些插头接点可以通过滑移缝隙里的操作销移出来,移出的插头接点上设置有插脚,可对不同类型的插座进行电连接,同时在其上部设置有不同类型、用于电接插头的插座,但该种结构的电源插头电连接插座时,需要手动将插头接点从一侧沿滑移缝隙移动到另一侧,移动时需要双手操作才能使电源插头的插头接点达到使用状态,使用时不是很方便。
技术问题
为克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的即在于提供一种结构简单、操作方便、故障发生率较低、只需按动按钮即可伸出相应插头上的插脚与外部电连接的新型旅行转换插。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种新型旅行转换插,主要包括:外壳,所述外壳内固定设置有依次连接的支架盖、主体支架及插孔面盖;所述主体支架与支架盖之间设置有两个以上类型的插脚组件;所述插脚组件包括有:将插脚组件支撑在主体支架上电分离位置的定位件及与该定位件固定连接的五金插脚;所述插孔面盖上设置有插孔,所述插孔与所述插脚组件上的五金插脚电连接;所述支架盖上开设有插脚孔,用于伸出所述插脚组件上的五金插脚;
所述外壳上设置有对应插脚组件数量的制动机构,所述制动机构包括有:用于控制插脚组件在主体支架上电分离位置及电连接位置进行移动的插脚锁扣,对所述插脚锁扣进行制动的按钮组件;所述插脚锁扣包括有:垂直于插脚锁扣移动方向的支撑杆,所述支撑杆上开设有第一卡扣槽及第二卡扣槽;所述第一卡扣槽与所述定位件上的卡扣进行卡合,控制所述插脚组件处于主体支架电分离位置上,通过所述按钮面板对所述插脚锁扣进行制动,所述定位件上的卡扣由第一卡扣槽位置移动到第二卡扣槽位置,使得所述定位件上的卡扣与所述第二卡扣槽进行卡合,控制所述插脚组件处于主体支架电连接位置上。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述外壳内设置有与所述插脚组件上的定位件连接、对所述插脚组件进行复位的插脚复位弹簧;所述按钮组件包括有:对所述插脚锁扣进行制动的按钮面板,设置在所述插脚锁扣及所述按钮面板之间、对所述按钮面板进行复位的按钮复位弹簧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述主体支架上设置有对所述插脚组件进行导向的插脚导向柱,所述定位件上设置有通过该插脚导向柱的圆形通孔,所述支架盖上设置有用于固定插脚导向柱的凹座槽。
其中,所述插脚组件的类型为四个,分别为美式、澳洲式、英式及欧式插脚组件。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述插孔面盖上设置有四种类型的插孔,分别为美式、澳洲式、英式及欧式插孔。
在上述结构的基础上,所述外壳内设置有用于对所述插孔与所述美式、澳洲式、英式及欧式插脚组件电连接进行保护的保险丝。
进一步的,所述外壳的轮廓为圆形、方形、椭圆形、菱形或其他几何形状。
更进一步的,所述美式、澳洲式、英式及欧式插脚组件上的火线五金插脚及负线五金插脚分别通过其定位件上的接触片与设置在支架盖上的火线接触夹片及负线接触夹片电连接。
作为本发明一种优选的实施方式,所述支架盖下部镶嵌有插脚底盖;所述插脚底盖对应所述支架盖开设有用于所述美式、澳洲式、英式及欧式插脚组件上的五金插脚伸出的插脚孔。
有益效果
本发明提供的一种新型旅行转换插,主要包括:外壳,该外壳内设置有支架盖、主体支架及与主体支架连接的插孔面盖,主体支架与支架盖之间设置有两个以上类型的插脚组件,所述插孔面盖上设置有插孔,所述插孔与所述插脚组件电连接,所述支架盖上开设有用于所述插脚组件上的五金插脚伸出的插脚孔。使用时,根据所需插头的类型,按下该外壳上的按钮组件,分别制动相应的插脚锁扣,控制该插脚锁扣与插脚组件分离,使得插脚组件从主体支架上的电分离位置移动到电连接位置,该插脚组件伸出其上的五金插脚与外部电源进行电连接。该新型旅行转换插结构简单、操作方便,针对不同类型的插座使用不同的插脚组件即可,大大拓展了插头的使用范围,其应用领域更加广泛。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参照图1,本发明的一种圆形结构的新型旅行转换插,包括:第一主体侧盖44、第二主体侧盖45,第一主体侧盖44与第二主体侧盖45连接组合为该新型旅行转换插的外壳。该外壳内设有主体支架13,主体支架13下部伸出有四个挡板,四个挡板分别设置在四个对应方位上,彼此留有一定的间隙,且该四个挡板上均设有窗口。该第一主体侧盖44、第二主体侧盖45及中间设置的主体支架13均采用PC+ABS合金工程塑料。
具体参见图2及图22,该四个挡板围成的空间内容置有美式UL插脚组件22、澳洲式AU插脚组件24、英式UK插脚组件26及欧式VDE插脚组件27,所述插脚组件22、24、26、27分别包括有:将插脚组件22、24、26、27支撑在主体支架13上电分离位置的定位件221、241、261、271,与该定位件221、241、261、271固定连接的五金插脚223、243、263、273,与该五金插脚223、243、263、273电连接的至少2个的接触片501、502、504、503。所述定位件221、241、261、271上设置有用于与相应卡槽进行卡合的卡扣222、242、262、272。
具体参见图3,依次排列的美式UL插脚组件22、澳洲式AU插脚组件24、英式UK插脚组件26及欧式VDE插脚组件27的负线五金插脚均与N极负线接触夹片30电连接,火线五金插脚均与L极火线接触夹片31电连接。N极负线接触夹片30及L极火线接触夹片31位于支架盖32上,N极负线接触夹片30及L极火线接触夹片31与每个插脚组件22、24、26、27的五金插脚 223、243、263、273之间可以通过插脚组件22、24、26、27的相应移动实现电连接及电分离,使得位于电连接位置的插脚组件22、24、26、27的五金插脚223、243、263、273通过定位件221、241、261、271上的接触片501、502、504、503均与N极负线接触夹片30及L极火线接触夹片31进行电连接,位于电分离位置的插脚组件22、24、26、27的五金插脚223、243、263、273通过定位件221、241、261、271上的接触片501、502、504、503均与N极负线接触夹片30及L极火线接触夹片31实现电分离。同时该N极负线接触夹片30及L极火线接触夹片31的材料优选使用磷铜材质。
进一步的,美式UL插脚组件22由金属件固定套18对其进行轨迹限定,其上的两个矩形孔分别沿着金属件固定套18上的导向条进行轨迹导向。金属件固定套18及其英式UK插脚组件26的两并排脚之间夹设有澳洲式AU插脚组件24,对其伸出插脚时的运动轨迹进行限制。基于欧式的两插脚较长,伸出时不太稳定,将该两插脚套设在VDE插脚外框29内,可以更好的对较长的欧式插脚进行运动轨迹的限制。该金属件固定套18及VDE插脚外框29优选采用PC+ABS合金工程塑料。
其中,该四个挡板围成的空间内还设置有对相应插脚组件22、24、26、27进行复位的美式UL插脚复位弹簧21、澳洲式AU插脚复位弹簧23、英式UK插脚复位弹簧25及欧式VDE插脚复位弹簧28,对相应插脚组件22、24、26、27进行导向的美式UL插脚导向柱14、澳洲式AU插脚导向柱15、英式UK插脚导向柱17及欧式VDE插脚导向柱16,该插脚导向柱14、15、17、16优选采用不锈钢材料。在所述定位件221、241、261上设有一个或多个圆形通孔224、244、264,在VDE插脚外框29上设置有两个圆形通孔291,该插脚导向柱14、15、17、16通过该圆形通孔224、244、264、291对相应插脚组件22、24、26、27进行导正。在支架盖32设置有与插脚导向柱14、15、17、16直径大小相对应的凹座槽321,用于对插脚导向柱14、15、17、16另一端进行固定。所述插脚导向柱14、15、17、16在主体支架13与支架盖32之间固定后起到多个“直轴导轨”作用,使插脚组件22、24、26、27上的接触片501、502、504、503能实现与设置在支架盖32上的L极火线接触夹片31及N极负线接触夹片30电连接位置与电分离位置间的来回切换。
由支架盖32对如图3所示插脚组件组合的底部进行扣合,加盖插脚底盖33,并超声焊接再用十字固定螺丝34将插脚底盖33固定在支架盖32上,该支架盖32及插脚底盖33上均开设有使得不同类型五金插脚伸出的插脚孔。
金属件固定套18上设有两个通孔,分别穿过N极负线连接片19及L极火线连接片20。该N极负线连接片19及L极火线连接片20下部分别与N极负线接触夹片30与L极火线接触夹片31电连接,该L极火线连接片20上部电连接有第二L极火线连接片11,该第二L极火线连接片11与设置在主体支架13上的L极火线铜套夹片8电连接。主体支架13的上部套接有铜套夹片固定件10,对上部的第二保险公丝接触片9及第三保险丝接触片12进行固定。该L极火线铜套夹片8及N极负线铜套夹片7均固定在主体支架13上,该插孔面盖6的插孔类型可以为一种,也可以为多种,可以设置同时电接美式UL插脚、澳洲式AU插脚、英式UK插脚及欧式VDE插脚的插孔。由十字头螺丝5将插孔面盖6固定在主体支架13上,在十字头螺丝5上装饰有装饰帽3。
进一步的,在插孔面盖6上设有穿入保险丝4的通孔,该保险丝4为熔断体,其一端上连有第一保险丝接触片2,第一保险丝接触片2被镶入到保险丝固定盖1,然后旋入到插孔面盖6中,再连接第二保险丝接触片9,该第二保险丝接触片9有铜套夹片固定件10将其固定在主体支架13上。同时该保险丝4通过第二保险丝接触片9和第一保险丝接触片2与N极负线铜套夹片7电连接,其另一端经由第三保险丝接触片12与主体支架13下部的N极负线连接片19并与N极负线接触夹片30电连接,该保险丝4与第二L极火线连接片11的长度大体相等,作为与该第二L极火线连接片11并列的负线连接通路,当该负线连接通路的电流大于该保险丝4的电流阀值时,该熔断体的保险丝4熔断断开,可有效保证该新型旅行转换插的可靠性和安全性。其中,当外壳装配封闭完毕时,仅只能通过旋转保险丝固定盖1而取出保险丝4。
在一个无保险丝的简化设置中,可以取用两个对称全等成型的火线连接片,它们分别以镜像方式与第二L极火线连接片11, N极负线连接片19连接,且第二L极火线连接片11及N极负线连接片19顶靠在插脚组件22、24、26、27在电连接位置的支架盖32中的接触夹片30、31中。
其中,该新型旅行转换插中,第一保险丝接触片2、第二保险丝接触片9、第三保险丝接触片12、L极火线铜套夹片8、N极负线铜套夹片7、第二L极火线连接片11、N极负线连接片19、L极火线连接片20、N极负线接触夹片30及L极火线接触夹片31作为电连接的零件,优选采用磷铜材质。
进一步的,主体支架13上四个挡板上部窗口处分别开设有美式UL插脚锁扣43、澳洲式AU插脚锁扣42、英式UK插脚锁扣41及欧式VDE插脚锁扣40,该美式UL插脚锁扣43、澳洲式AU插脚锁扣42、英式UK插脚锁扣41及欧式VDE插脚锁扣40与相应的美式UL插脚组件22、澳洲式AU插脚组件24、英式UK插脚组件26及欧式VDE插脚组件27连接配合,通过制动该美式UL插脚锁扣43、澳洲式AU插脚锁扣42、英式UK插脚锁扣41及欧式VDE插脚锁扣40,以使得相应的美式UL插脚组件22、澳洲式AU插脚组件24、英式UK插脚组件26及欧式VDE插脚组件27的五金插脚伸出与外部电源电连接。
具体详见图2,插脚锁扣43、42、41、40包括有对接按钮面板56、51、35、46制动的受力座434、424、414、404及垂直于插脚锁扣43、42、41、40移动方向的支撑杆431、421、411、401,所述支撑杆431、421、411、401上开设有第一卡扣槽432、422、412、402及第二卡扣槽433、423、413、403。所述第一卡扣槽432、422、412、402与所述定位件221、241、261、271上的卡扣222、242、262、272进行卡合,控制所述插脚组件22、24、26、27处于主体支架13电分离位置上,通过所述按钮面板56、51、35、46对所述插脚锁扣43、42、41、40进行制动,所述定位件221、241、261、271上的卡扣222、242、262、272由第一卡扣槽432、422、412、402位置移动到第二卡扣槽433、423、413、403位置,使得所述定位件221、241、261、271上的卡扣222、242、262、272与所述第二卡扣槽433、423、413、403进行卡合,控制所述插脚组件22、24、26、27处于主体支架13电连接位置上。
其中,该UL插脚锁扣43依次连接有六角螺母60、按钮复位弹簧59、按钮座58、十字固定螺丝57及UL按钮面板56;该UK插脚锁扣41依次连接有六角螺母39、按钮复位弹簧38、按钮座37、十字固定螺丝36及UK按钮面板35;该VDE插脚锁扣40依次连接有六角螺母50、按钮复位弹簧49、按钮座48、十字固定螺丝47及VDE按钮面板46;该AU插脚锁扣42依次连接有六角螺母55、按钮复位弹簧54、按钮座53、十字固定螺丝52及AU按钮面板51。该4种类型的部件连接方式及工作原理大体相同,现结合图4-7,对VDE插脚锁扣40与VDE按钮面板46的配合使用作详细说明,且其他3种类型的部件也同样适用。
在图4中,VDE按钮面板46 通过其内周边上下两个卡扣及左右设置的卡柱分别于按钮座48上的上下两个卡槽及左右两个卡孔进行卡合连接。在按钮座48的圆心位置开有小孔,可通过十字固定螺丝47。六角螺母50设置在VDE插脚锁扣40的受力座404的槽内,直接与六角螺母50配合连接,按钮复位弹簧49设在按钮座48与VDE插脚锁扣40之间,十字固定螺丝47穿过该按钮复位弹簧49,如图4所述,欧式VDE插脚组件27上的卡扣272处在VDE插脚锁扣40的支撑杆401上的第一卡扣槽402内。使用时,如图5所示,按下VDE按钮面板46,按钮复位弹簧49受力压缩且按钮座48上的凸块481抵住VDE插脚锁扣40上的受力座404使其往受力方向运动,VDE插脚组件27上的卡扣272脱离VDE插脚锁扣40的支撑杆401上的第一卡扣槽402,由于VDE插脚复位弹簧28与VDE插脚组件27连接,通过弹簧的弹力使得VDE插脚组件27受力往上运动至支架盖32底面接触并停止运动,详见图6,当松开VDE按钮面板46后按钮座48在按钮复位弹簧49的反作用力下,VDE插脚锁扣40往回复位,此时VDE插脚锁扣40的第二卡扣槽403回落在VDE插脚组件27上的卡扣272上。如图7所示,VDE插脚组件27上的卡扣272与VDE插脚锁扣40的第二卡扣槽403卡合,即完成VDE插脚组件27上的VDE五金插脚273伸出动作,由于VDE插脚组件27上的卡扣272与VDE插脚锁扣40的第二卡扣槽403卡合稳固,操作完成并进入使用状态。
详见图8-11,分别为不同类型的插脚伸出的状态图,图8为按下VDE按钮面板46时伸出VDE插脚组件27上的欧式插脚273,图9所示为按下AU按钮面板51时伸出AU插脚组件24上的澳洲式插脚243,图10为按下UK按钮面板35时伸出UK插脚组件26上的英式插脚263,图11为按下UL按钮面板56时伸出UL插脚组件22上的美式插脚223。
该新型旅行转换插上部的插孔可适用不同类型的插头,可以为澳洲式AU插头、欧式VDE插头、美式UL插头及英式UK插头等。如图12所示,也可以电接使用澳洲式插脚或其他样式插脚的小夜灯,该小夜灯内部设有至少两个以上LED,可以当做夜间照明使用,详见图13,该小夜灯包括有依次连接的底壳69、小夜灯电路板68及面壳67,L极火线五金插脚片70及N极负线五金插脚片71与底壳69电连接,通过底壳69上的金属凸块与小夜灯电路板68电连接,小夜灯电路板68设有电压转换电路,可实现小夜灯电路板68上LED的照明。如图14所示,也可以电接使用AU插脚或其他样式插脚的USB充电器,该USB充电器设有电源电压转换电路,即交流转直流电路,对需要USB线路充电的设备进行充电,详见图15,该USB充电器包括依次连接的底壳64,、USB充电线路板63、面壳62及面盖61,L极火线五金插脚片65及N极负线五金插脚片66与底壳64电连接,通过底壳64上的金属凸块与USB充电线路板63电连接,该USB充电线路板63设有电压转换电路,可实现对需要USB线路充电的设备进行充电。
作为该新型旅行转换插的一种改进,该新型旅行转换插的外壳不仅可以为圆形结构,也可以设置为方形结构、椭圆形结构、菱形结构或其他几何形状结构。如图16所示为方形结构的新型旅行转换插,该结构的新型旅行转换插与圆形结构的内部设计基本相同,详见图17,区别仅在于在插孔面盖6下部增设有英标活门72,以及鉴于该新型旅行转换插为方形结构,还增设有包裹不同类型控制按钮的第一外侧挡板73、第二外侧挡板75、第三外侧挡板76及第四外侧挡板78。同时该方形结构的新型旅行转换插,第一主体侧盖74及第二主体侧盖77因方形结构与圆形结构上的第一主体侧盖44及第二主体侧盖45有所不同。对于圆形及方形结构的新型旅行转换插,其上的插脚类型也可以做不同的排列,详见图18,为方形结构新型旅行转换插的插脚排列,VDE五金插脚223设在AU五金插脚243上部,对应图19上所示,AU五金插脚243也可以设置在VDE五金插脚223上部。
同样,该方形结构的新型旅行转换插上部的插孔可适用不同类型的插头,可以为澳洲式AU插头、欧式VDE插头、美式UL插头及英式UK插头。如图20所示,也可以电接使用VDE插脚或其他样式插脚的双接口USB充电器。详见图21,该双接口USB充电器设有电源电压转换装置,将交流电转为直流电,可以对电源电压进行电压转换对需要USB线路充电的设备进行充电,该双接口USB充电器包括依次上下连接的L/N插脚柱86、底壳84、双USB插口87及面盖79。还包括对面盖79及底壳84围成的空间进行封闭的第一侧盖80、第二侧盖81、第三侧盖82及第四侧盖83,其中可在一处或多处侧盖上设有感光器面罩85。L/N插脚柱86与底壳84电连接,通过底壳84上的金属块与双USB插口87电连接,该双USB插口87设有电压转换电路,可实现对需要USB线路充电的设备进行的充电。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型旅行转换插,其特征在于,主要包括:外壳,所述外壳内固定设置有依次连接的支架盖、主体支架及插孔面盖;所述主体支架与支架盖之间设置有两个以上类型的插脚组件;所述插脚组件包括有:将插脚组件支撑在主体支架上电分离位置的定位件及与该定位件固定连接的五金插脚;所述插孔面盖上设置有插孔,所述插孔与所述插脚组件上的五金插脚电连接;所述支架盖上开设有插脚孔,用于伸出所述插脚组件上的五金插脚;
    所述外壳上设置有对应插脚组件数量的制动机构,所述制动机构包括有:用于控制插脚组件在主体支架上电分离位置及电连接位置进行移动的插脚锁扣,对所述插脚锁扣进行制动的按钮组件;所述插脚锁扣包括有:垂直于插脚锁扣移动方向的支撑杆,所述支撑杆上开设有第一卡扣槽及第二卡扣槽;所述第一卡扣槽与所述定位件上的卡扣进行卡合,控制所述插脚组件处于主体支架电分离位置上,通过所述按钮面板对所述插脚锁扣进行制动,所述定位件上的卡扣由第一卡扣槽位置移动到第二卡扣槽位置,使得所述定位件上的卡扣与所述第二卡扣槽进行卡合,控制所述插脚组件处于主体支架电连接位置上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型旅行转换插,其特征在于,所述外壳内设置有与所述插脚组件上的定位件连接、对所述插脚组件进行复位的插脚复位弹簧;所述按钮组件包括有:对所述插脚锁扣进行制动的按钮面板,设置在所述插脚锁扣及所述按钮面板之间、对所述按钮面板进行复位的按钮复位弹簧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型旅行转换插,其特征在于,所述主体支架上设置有对所述插脚组件进行导向的插脚导向柱,所述定位件上设置有通过该插脚导向柱的通孔,所述支架盖上设置有用于固定插脚导向柱的凹座槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种新型旅行转换插,其特征在于,所述插脚组件的类型为四个,分别为美式、澳洲式、英式及欧式插脚组件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型旅行转换插,其特征在于,所述插孔面盖上设置有四种类型的插孔,分别为美式、澳洲式、英式及欧式插孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新型旅行转换插,其特征在于,所述外壳内设置有用于对所述插孔与所述美式、澳洲式、英式及欧式插脚组件电连接进行保护的保险丝。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种新型旅行转换插,其特征在于,所述外壳的轮廓为圆形、方形、椭圆形或菱形。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种新型旅行转换插,其特征在于,所述美式、澳洲式、英式及欧式插脚组件上的火线五金插脚及负线五金插脚分别通过其定位件上的接触片与设置在支架盖上的火线接触夹片及负线接触夹片电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种新型旅行转换插,其特征在于,所述支架盖下部镶嵌有插脚底盖;所述插脚底盖对应所述支架盖开设有用于所述美式、澳洲式、英式及欧式插脚组件上的五金插脚伸出的插脚孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型旅行转换插,其特征在于,所述制动机构在所述外壳上均匀分布设置。
