  • the film 10a Since the film 10a has low resistance to an organic solvent, it is dissolved by washing, but the film 10b remains without being dissolved. Therefore, patterning can be formed between the ozone exposed portion and the unexposed portion. In addition, it is sufficient to immerse in an organic solvent, but the treatment time can be shortened by using ultrasonic cleaning or stirring. If the cleaning time is too short, the coating 10a is not sufficiently dissolved, and if the cleaning time is too long, the coating 10b may be dissolved. Therefore, the cleaning time depends on the type of the organometallic complex and the organic solvent. Is set as appropriate.

有機金属錯体11に用いられる材料としては、例えば、Cu(acac)2、Mn(acac)3、VO(acac)2、Fe(acac)3、Co(acac)3、Zn(acac)2等の金属アセチルアセトナート錯体を用いることができる。
 <実施例1>
 <実施例2>
 <実施例3>
 <実施例4>
 <実施例5>
 <実施例6>
 <実施例7>
 <比較例>
 <実施例8>
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000001
 <実施例10>
