Le cliquet de blocage (4) est monté pivotant entre une position de blocage et une position de déverrouillage et il est exécuté et disposé de telle sorte que lorsque le premier bouchon de protection (6) n'est pas inséré ou lorsque la première fiche (13) n'est pas insérée, il se trouve en position de blocage, et lorsque le premier bouchon de protection (6) est inséré ou lorsque la première fiche (13) est insérée, il se trouve en position de déverrouillage et il empêche, dans la position de blocage, une introduction de la deuxième fiche (9) dans la deuxième face d'accouplement (3).
