本发明信息处理方法及装置, 第一终端扫描发现预设范围内的第二终 端, 获取第二终端的设备信息, 设备信息包括第二终端的设备标识和与该 设备标识对应的信号的特征信息, 通过信号的特征信息确定第二终端所处 的位置信息以及第二终端在某个位置或区域的停留时间。 通过本发明实施 例信息处理方法及装置, 可获取到进入某一区域的用户的信息, 如用户所 处的位置或区域、 用户在某个位置停留时间等。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行清楚、 完整地描述,显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没 有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的 范围。
实施例一
请参阅图 1,为本发明实施例一提供的一种信息处理方法的流程示意图, 该方法应用于第一终端, 该方法可以包括:
步骤 S101 : 第一终端扫描发现预设范围内的第二终端。
其中, 第一终端可以使用无线通信技术扫描发现第二终端, 如第一终 端可以使用 Wi_Fi、 Wi-Fi Di rect , 蓝牙、 RFID和 /或 Ad_hoc技术扫描发 现第二终端。 在发现第二终端后, 通过各种无线通信技术获取第二终端的 设备标识,其中,无线通信技术包括: Wi_F i 、 Wi-Fi di rect ,蓝牙、 RFID、 NFC、 红外、 传感、 Ad-hoc、 蜂窝网技术等。 特别说明的是, 以上无线通信 技术可以釆用单一形式或组合形式。 以蓝牙技术为例, 第一终端和第二终 端的蓝牙功能均处于开启状态, 第一终端通过蓝牙进行搜索, 在搜索到第 二终端后, 可与第二终端建立连接, 并进一步获取第二终端的设备标识。
步骤 S102: 获取第二终端的设备信息, 设备信息包括第二终端的设备 标识和与该设备标识对应的信号特征信息。
其中, 第二终端处于持续发送信号的状态, 当第一终端接收到第二终 端发送的信号时, 确定该信号的特征信息, 信号的特征信息可以为信号强 度、 信号频率和 /或信号的相位。 其中, 第二终端发送的信号可以为无线信 号 WIFI信号、 蓝牙信号、 RFID射频信号、 声波信号、 超声波信号等。
步骤 S103: 通过信号的特征信息确定第二终端所处的位置或区域, 以 及第二终端在某个位置或区域的停留时间。
在本实施例中, 第一终端可以为一个, 也可以为多个。
当第一终端为一个时, 该第一终端可确定第二终端所处的区域。 以信 号的特征信息为信号强度为例: 第一终端可通过接收的信号的强度确定其 自身与第二终端的距离, 信号越强, 则表明第二终端距离第一终端越近, 通过该距离可确定第二终端所处的区域, 例如, 第二终端处于以第一终端 为圓心, 方圓 n米范围内。 以商家(第一终端)和用户(第二终端)为例, 第 一终端通过信号特征信息可确定用户是在店铺内还是店铺外 (以信号强度 为例, 如果信号强度大于某一信号强度值 A, 则确定用户在店铺内, 否则, 确定用户在店铺外) 、 在店铺的哪个区域, 另外, 通过信号特征信息的变 化可确定用户在店铺内停留的时间 (以信号强度为例, 如果信号强度由大 于 A的值变为 A或小于 A的值, 则可确定用户走出店铺, 从而可确定用户 在店铺内的停留时间) 、 在店铺内某个区域停留的时间等。
当第一终端为多个时, 这多个第一终端可确定第二终端所处的位置, 其中, 多个第一终端固定设置于不同的地理位置。 同样以信号的特征信息 为信号强度, 第一终端为三个为例: 三个终端通过从第二终端接收的信号 确定信号强度, 从而确定其自身与第二终端的距离, 然后将确定出的距离 发送往服务器, 以使服务器根据三个第一终端与第二终端的距离确定第二 终端的位置。 同样以商家(第一终端)和用户(第二终端)为例, 第一终端通 过信号特征信息可确定用户是在店铺内还是店铺外, 还可确定在店铺内的 具体位置, 例如, 在店铺内的某个货架前, 以及在某一具体位置的停留时 间, 通过用户所处的位置, 以及在某个位置的停留时间可得知用户对哪些 商品感兴趣。
本发明实施例提供的信息处理方法, 第一终端扫描发现预设范围内的 第二终端, 获取第二终端的设备信息, 设备信息包括第二终端的设备标识 和与该设备标识对应的信号的特征信息, 通过信号的特征信息确定第二终 端所处的位置信息以及第二终端在某个位置或区域的停留时间。 通过本发 明实施例信息处理方法, 可获取到进入某一区域的用户的信息, 如用户所 处的位置或区域、 用户在某个位置停留时间等。
实施例二
请参阅图 2,为本发明实施例二提供的一种信息处理方法的流程示意图, 该方法应用于第一终端, 该方法可以包括:
步骤 S201 : 第一终端扫描发现预设范围内的第二终端。 其中, 第一终端可以使用无线通信技术扫描发现第二终端, 如第一终 端可以使用 Wi_Fi、 Wi-Fi Di rect , 蓝牙、 RFID和 /或 Ad_hoc技术扫描发 现第二终端。 在发现第二终端后, 通过各种无线通信技术获取第二终端的 设备标识,其中,无线通信技术包括: Wi_F i 、 Wi-Fi di rect ,蓝牙、 RFID、 NFC、 红外、 传感、 Ad-hoc、 蜂窝网技术等。 特别说明的是, 以上无线通信 技术可以釆用单一形式或组合形式。 以蓝牙技术为例, 第一终端和第二终 端的蓝牙功能均处于开启状态, 第一终端通过蓝牙进行搜索, 在搜索到第 二终端后, 可与第二终端建立连接, 并进一步获取第二终端的设备标识。
步骤 S202: 获取第二终端的设备信息, 设备信息包括第二终端的设备 标识和与该设备标识对应的信号特征信息。
其中, 第二终端处于持续发送信号的状态, 当第一终端接收到第二终 端发送的信号时, 确定该信号的特征信息, 信号的特征信号可以为信号强 度、信号频率和 /或信号的相位。其中,第二终端处于持续发送信号的状态, 当第一终端接收到第二终端发送的信号时, 确定该信号的特征信息, 信号 的特征信息可以为信号强度、 信号频率和 /或信号的相位。 第二终端发送的 信号可以为无线信号 WIFI信号、 蓝牙信号、 RFID射频信号、 声波信号、 超 声波信号等。
步骤 S203: 通过信号的特征信息确定第二终端所处的位置或区域, 以 及第二终端在某个位置或区域的停留时间。
在本实施例中, 第一终端可以为一个, 也可以为多个。
当第一终端为一个时, 该第一终端可确定第二终端所处的区域。 以信 号的特征信息为信号强度为例: 第一终端可通过接收的信号的强度确定其 自身与第二终端的距离, 信号越强, 则表明第二终端距离第一终端越近, 通过该距离可确定第二终端所处的区域, 例如, 第二终端处于以第一终端 为圓心, 方圓 n米范围内。 以商家(第一终端)和用户(第二终端)为例, 第 一终端通过信号特征信息可确定用户是在店铺内还是店铺外 (以信号强度 为例, 如果信号强度大于某一信号强度值 A, 则确定用户在店铺内, 否则, 确定用户在店铺外) 、 在店铺的哪个区域, 另外, 通过信号特征信息的变 化可确定用户在店铺内停留的时间 (以信号强度为例, 如果信号强度由大 于 A的值变为 A或小于 A的值, 则可确定用户走出店铺, 从而可确定用户 在店铺内的停留时间) 、 在店铺内某个区域停留的时间等。
当第一终端为多个时, 这多个第一终端可确定第二终端所处的位置, 其中, 多个第一终端固定设置于不同的地理位置。 同样以信号的特征信息 为信号强度, 第一终端为三个为例: 三个终端通过从第二终端接收的信号 确定信号强度, 从而确定其自身与第二终端的距离, 然后将确定出的距离 发送往服务器, 以使服务器根据三个第一终端与第二终端的距离确定第二 终端的位置。 同样以商家(第一终端)和用户(第二终端)为例, 第一终端通 过信号特征信息可确定用户是在店铺内还是店铺外, 还可确定在店铺内的 具体位置, 例如, 在店铺内的某个货架前, 以及在某一具体位置的停留时 间, 通过用户所处的位置, 以及在某个位置的停留时间可得知用户对哪些 商品感兴趣。
步骤 S204: 在本地数据库中或者远程服务器中查询是否存储有第二终 端的设备标识, 如果是, 转入步骤 S205, 否则转入步骤 S206。 步骤 S205: 确定第一终端扫描到第二终端的历史扫描次数, 并将历史 扫描次数加 1, 得到第一终端扫描到第二终端的当前扫描次数并记录。
步骤 S206: 存储第二终端的设备标识, 并记录第一终端扫描到第二终 端的当前扫描次数。
本实施例提供的方法还可以包括:
步骤 S207: 记录当前扫描时间, 当前扫描时间为本次扫描到第二终端 的时间。
步骤 S208: 依据本地数据库中存储的设备标识和扫描时间确定预设时 间段内扫描到第二终端的次数。
同样以商家(第一终端)和用户(第二终端)为例, 第一终端通过第二终 端的设备标识可确定用户是否首次进入店铺, 如果用户不是首次进入店铺, 则可确定用户进入店铺的总次数、 一段时间内进入店铺的次数等。
本发明实施例提供的信息处理方法, 第一终端扫描发现预设范围内的 第二终端, 获取第二终端的设备信息, 设备信息包括第二终端的设备标识 和与该设备标识对应的信号的特征信息, 通过信号的特征信息确定第二终 端所处的位置信息以及第二终端在某个位置或区域的停留时间。 通过本发 明实施例信息处理方法, 可获取到进入某一区域的用户的信息, 如用户所 处的位置或区域、 用户在某个位置停留时间、 用户进进入某一区域的次数 等。
实施例三 请参阅图 3,为本发明实施例三提供的一种信息处理装置的结构示意图, 该装置应用于第一终端, 该装置可以包括: 终端发现单元 101、 信息获取单 元 1 02和第一信息确定单元 103。 其中:
终端发现单元 101, 用于扫描发现预设范围内的第二终端。
信息获取单元 102, 用于获取第二终端的设备信息, 其中, 设备信息包 括第二终端的设备标识和与设备标识对应的信号的特征信息。
第一信息确定单元 103,用于通过信号的特征信息确定第二终端所处的 位置信息或区域, 以及第二终端在某个位置或区域内的停留时间。
本发明实施例提供的信息处理装置, 可扫描发现预设范围内的第二终 端, 获取第二终端的设备信息, 设备信息包括第二终端的设备标识和与该 设备标识对应的信号的特征信息, 通过信号的特征信息确定第二终端所处 的位置信息以及第二终端在某个位置或区域的停留时间。 通过本发明实施 例信息处理方法, 可获取到进入某一区域的用户的信息, 如用户所处的位 置或区域、 用户在某个位置停留时间等。
实施例四
请参阅图 4,为本发明实施例四提供的一种信息处理装置的结构示意图, 该装置应用于第一终端, 该装置可以包括: 终端发现单元 101、 信息获取单 元 102、第一信息确定单元 103、信息查询单元 104、第二信息确定单元 105、 信息存储单元 106、 第一信息记录单元 1 07、 第二信息记录单元 108和第三 信息确定单元 109。 其中:
终端发现单元 101, 用于扫描发现预设范围内的第二终端。 信息获取单元 102, 用于获取第二终端的设备信息,设备信息包括第二 终端的设备标识和与设备标识对应的信号的特征信息。 其中, 信号的特征 信息可以为信号强度、 信号频率和 /或信号相位。
第一信息确定单元 103,用于通过信号的特征信息确定第二终端所处的 位置信息或区域, 以及第二终端在某个位置或区域内的停留时间。
信息查询单元 104,用于在本地数据库或远程服务器中查询是否存储有 所述第二终端的设备标识;
第二信息确定单元 105,用于当所述本地数据库或远程服务器中存储有 所述第二终端的设备标识时, 确定所述第一终端扫描到所述第二终端的历 史扫描次数, 并将所述历史扫描次数加 1,得到所述第一终端扫描到所述第 二终端的当前扫描次数;
信息存储单元 106,用于当所述本地数据库或远程服务器中未存储有所 述第二终端的设备标识时, 存储所述第二终端的设备标识;
第一信息记录单元 107,用于记录所述第一终端扫描到所述第二终端的 当前扫描次数。
第二信息记录单元 108, 用于记录当前扫描时间, 所述当前扫描时间为 本次扫描到所述第二终端的时间;
第三信息确定单元 109,用于依据所述本地数据库或远程服务器中存储 的设备标识和扫描时间确定预设时间段内扫描到所述第二终端的次数。
进一步的, 所述第一信息确定单元 103 包括: 第一确定子单元和第二 确定子单元。 其中, 第一确定子单元, 用于通过信号的特征信息确定第二 终端与第一终端之间的相对位置; 第二确定子单元, 用于通过信号的特征 信息的变化确定第二终端在某个位置或区域内的停留时间。
本实施例中的第一终端可以为多个, 多个第一终端设置于预设地理范 围内的不同位置, 第一信息确定单元包括: 发送子单元, 用于通过多个第 一终端分别将获取的第二终端的设备标识和对应的信号的特征信息发送往 服务器, 以使所述服务器根据不同第一终端获取的信号特征信息确定所述 第二终端所在的位置或区域。
本发明实施例提供的信息处理装置, 可扫描发现预设范围内的第二终 端, 获取第二终端的设备信息, 设备信息包括第二终端的设备标识和与该 设备标识对应的信号的特征信息, 通过信号的特征信息确定第二终端所处 的位置信息以及第二终端在某个位置或区域的停留时间。 通过本发明实施 例信息处理方法, 可获取到进入某一区域的用户的信息, 如用户所处的位 置或区域、 用户在某个位置停留时间、 用户进进入某一区域的次数等。 对所公开的实施例的上述说明, 使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使 用本发明。 对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显 而易见的, 本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的 情况下, 在其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的 这些实施例, 而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的 范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,应用于第一终端,所述方法包括: 第一终端扫描发现预设范围内的第二终端;
获取第二终端的设备信息, 所述设备信息包括所述第二终端的设备标 识和与所述设备标识对应的信号的特征信息;
通过所述信号的特征信息确定所述第二终端所处的位置或区域, 以及 所述第二终端在某个位置或区域的停留时间。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述信号的特征信息为 信号强度、 信号频率和 /或信号相位;
通过所述信号的特征信息确定所述第二终端所处的位置或区域, 以及 所述第二终端在某个位置或区域的停留时间的过程包括: 通过所述信号特 征信息确定所述第二终端与所述第一终端的相对位置; 通过所述信号特征 信息的变化确定所述第二终端在某个位置和 /或某个区域内的停留时间。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一终端为多个, 多个第一终端设置于预设地理范围内的不同位置, 通过所述信号的特征信 息确定所述第二终端所处的位置信息的过程包括:
多个第一终端分别将获取的第二终端的设备标识和对应的信号的特征 信息发送往服务器, 以使所述服务器根据所述第一终端的位置和不同第一 终端获取的信号特征信息确定所述第二终端所处的位置或区域。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
在本地数据库中或者远程服务器中查询是否存储有所述第二终端的设 备标识; 当所述本地数据库或远程服务器中存储有所述第二终端的设备标识时, 确定所述第一终端扫描到所述第二终端的历史扫描次数, 并将所述历史扫 描次数加 1,得到所述第一终端扫描到所述第二终端的当前扫描次数并记录; 当所述本地数据库中或远程服务器中未存储有所述第二终端的设备标识时, 存储所述第二终端的设备标识, 并记录所述第一终端扫描到所述第二终端 的当前扫描次数。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
记录当前扫描时间, 所述当前扫描时间为本次扫描到所述第二终端的 时间;
依据所述本地数据库中存储的设备标识和扫描时间确定预设时间段内 扫描到所述第二终端的次数。
6、一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于第一终端,所述装置包括: 终端发现单元, 用于扫描发现预设范围内的第二终端;
信息获取单元, 用于获取第二终端的设备信息, 所述设备信息包括所 述第二终端的设备标识和与所述设备标识对应的信号的特征信息;
第一信息确定单元, 用于通过所述信号的特征信息确定所述第二终端 所处的位置信息或区域, 以及所述第二终端在某个位置或区域内的停留时 间。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述信号的特征信息为 信号强度、 信号频率和 /或信号相位;
所述信息确定单元包括: 第一确定子单元, 用于通过所述信号的特征信息确定所述第二终端与 所述第一终端之间的相对位置;
第二确定子单元, 用于通过所述信号的特征信息的变化确定所述第二 终端在某个位置或区域内的停留时间。
8、 根据权利要求 6 所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一终端为多个, 多个第一终端设置于预设地理范围内的不同位置, 所述第一信息确定单元 包括:
发送子单元, 用于通过多个第一终端分别将获取的第二终端的设备标 识和对应的信号的特征信息发送往服务器, 以使所述服务器根据所述第一 终端的位置和不同第一终端获取的信号特征信息确定所述第二终端所在的 位置或区域。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
信息查询单元, 用于在本地数据库或远程服务器中查询是否存储有所 述第二终端的设备标识;
第二信息确定单元, 用于当所述本地数据库或远程服务器中存储有所 述第二终端的设备标识时, 确定所述第一终端扫描到所述第二终端的历史 扫描次数, 并将所述历史扫描次数加 1,得到所述第一终端扫描到所述第二 终端的当前扫描次数;
信息存储单元, 用于当所述本地数据库或远程服务器中未存储有所述 第二终端的设备标识时, 存储所述第二终端的设备标识;
第一信息记录单元, 用于记录所述第一终端扫描到所述第二终端的当 前扫描次数。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第二信息记录单元, 用于记录当前扫描时间, 所述当前扫描时间为本 次扫描到所述第二终端的时间;
第三信息确定单元, 用于依据所述本地数据库或远程服务器中存储的 设备标识和扫描时间确定预设时间段内扫描到所述第二终端的次数。
