Definitions
- This disclosure relates to a terminal device and an information processing device.
- the inter-device communication is a communication mode in which signals are directly transmitted and received between terminal devices, unlike a communication mode via a base station in cellular communication. Therefore, in D2D communication, it is expected that a new usage form of the terminal device will be born, which is different from conventional cellular communication. For example, information sharing by data communication between adjacent terminal devices or groups of adjacent terminal devices, information distribution from installed terminal devices, autonomous communication between devices called M2M (Machine to Machine), etc. Application is conceivable.
- D2D communication may be used for data offloading in response to a significant increase in data traffic due to the recent increase in smartphones. For example, in recent years, the need for transmission / reception of streaming data of moving images has increased rapidly. However, in general, since moving images have a large amount of data, there is a problem that many resources are consumed in a RAN (Radio Access Network). Therefore, if the terminal devices are in a state suitable for D2D communication, such as when the distance between the terminal devices is small, resource consumption and processing in the RAN can be reduced by offloading moving image data to D2D communication. The load can be suppressed. Thus, D2D communication has utility value for both communication carriers and users. Therefore, at present, D2D communication is recognized as one of the important technical fields necessary for LTE (Long Term Evolution) even in the 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) standardization conference, and is attracting attention.

- D2D communication is also important from the viewpoint of public safety.
- At least one of the two UEs trying to perform D2D communication is located outside the coverage of the eNB (that is, a cell formed by the eNB), at least one of the two UEs is in D2D communication. It is necessary to transmit a synchronization signal for synchronization.
- Discovery of other UEs is performed by transmission / reception of a discovery signal (Discovery Signal), for example. More specifically, for example, one of the two UEs transmits a discovery signal, and the other UE of the two UEs receives the discovery signal, and the one UE and Try to communicate.
- Discovery Signal Discovery Signal
- the discovery signal is transmitted at a predetermined timing in the time direction. Thereby, the timing at which the receiving-side UE attempts to receive the discovery signal can be limited.
- the two UEs that intend to perform D2D communication acquire synchronization in advance before receiving the discovery signal.
- the discovery signal can be transmitted by one UE according to control by the eNB.
- the discovery signal is transmitted by a contention based method. From the point of view of Unified Design, it is desirable to adopt a contention-based method for both D2D communication within coverage and D2D communication outside coverage. Different methods may be employed for each.
- Two UEs trying to perform D2D communication may establish a connection as follows, for example. First, the first UE transmits a discovery signal, and the second UE receives the discovery signal. Thereafter, the second UE sends a request message requesting establishment of a connection to the first UE. Then, in response to the request message, the first UE transmits a completion message indicating that the establishment of the connection is completed to the second UE.
- Radio resource for D2D communication In-coverage D2D communication is not allowed to interfere with communication between the UE and the eNB. Therefore, in the D2D communication within the coverage, for example, radio resources that are not used for communication between the UE and the eNB are used.
- the radio resource may be a resource block (12 subcarriers ⁇ 7 OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) symbols) or a subframe (1 ms).
- the radio resource is a subframe, a specific subframe can be released as a radio resource for D2D communication and notified to the UE in advance by the eNB.
- D2D communication out of coverage it is desirable to consider interference between D2D communications.
- a method may be employed in which signals are basically transmitted on a contention basis and signals are retransmitted as necessary when signal collision occurs.

More specifically, the SSS 43 is transmitted by the sixth OFDM symbol among the 14 OFDM symbols included in each of these subframes, and the PSS 41 is transmitted by the seventh OFDM symbol of the 14 OFDM symbols. - the SSS is transmitted in the 14th OFDM symbol of each of the # 0 subframe (first subframe) and the # 5 subframe (sixth subframe).
- the UE can know the timing for each subframe by detecting the PSS. Further, the UE can know which subframe is the subframe of # 0 by detecting the SSS.
- the UE can identify the cell group to which the cell formed by the eNB that transmits the PSS belongs from the three cell groups based on the PSS sequence. Moreover, UE can identify the cell formed by eNB which transmits SSS from 168 cell candidates which belong to one cell group based on the sequence of SSS. Controls transmission of synchronization signals for D2D communication. Note that the synchronization for D2D communication within the coverage can be obtained based on the detection result of the synchronization signal for wireless communication with the base station 200.

- Position condition The transmission control unit 167 is based on the timing of the synchronization signal obtained by detecting the synchronization signal for wireless communication with the base station 200 when the position condition for the terminal device 100 is satisfied, for example. Thus, the timing for transmitting the synchronization signal for D2D communication is controlled.
- the location condition includes that the terminal device 100 is located at the cell edge of the cell 21 formed by the base station 200.
- whether or not the terminal device 100 is located at the cell edge of the cell 21 can be determined based on RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power) for a reference signal transmitted by the base station 200.

- the timing of the synchronization signal for D2D communication in the same frame structure is the same as the timing of the synchronization signal for wireless communication with the base station 200 in the same frame structure.
- the synchronization signal for D2D communication transmitted by the terminal apparatus 100 is received in the same manner as the reception operation for the synchronization signal (synchronization signal for wireless communication with the base station 200) transmitted by the base station 200. In operation, it can be received by another terminal device 100. Therefore, when the other terminal device 100 receives a synchronization signal for wireless communication with the base station 200, and when receiving a synchronization signal for D2D communication transmitted by the terminal device 100, different terminal devices 100 have different It is not necessary to perform the operation. That is, it becomes possible to simplify the operation of the terminal device 100 that performs D2D communication in which a communication method similar to the communication method of cellular communication is adopted.
- the transmission control unit 167 controls the timing of transmitting the synchronization signal for D2D communication based on the timing of the synchronization signal obtained by detecting the synchronization signal for wireless communication with the base station 200.

- the same timing as the cellular communication is used even for the D2D communication. Therefore, control of D2D communication by the base station 200 can be simplified.
- the synchronization signal for wireless communication with the base station 200 is a signal corresponding to any one of the one or more cell IDs.

- the discovery signal is a signal corresponding to any one of the D2D communication IDs (D2D communication ID to which a synchronization signal for D2D communication corresponds) among one or more D2D communication IDs.
- the terminal device that has received the discovery signal can determine whether the terminal device that has transmitted the discovery signal is the same device as the terminal device that has transmitted the synchronization signal. Therefore, for example, the terminal device that has received the discovery signal transmits a response signal if the discovery signal is transmitted by the terminal device that has transmitted the synchronization signal, and the discovery device has transmitted the synchronization signal. If it is transmitted by a different terminal device, it may be possible not to transmit the response signal. As a result, waste of radio resources can be suppressed.
- the D2D communication ID is used as a synchronization group ID for identifying the synchronization group, and the terminal devices 100 belonging to the same synchronization group can transmit a discovery signal corresponding to the synchronization group ID.
- the terminal device that has received the discovery signal determines whether the terminal device that has transmitted the discovery signal belongs to the same synchronization group as the terminal device that has transmitted the synchronization signal. It becomes possible to discriminate. Therefore, for example, a terminal device that has received a discovery signal transmits a response signal if the discovery signal is transmitted by a terminal device that belongs to the same synchronization group, and the discovery signal belongs to another synchronization group. If transmitted by the terminal device, it may be possible not to transmit the response signal. As a result, waste of radio resources can be suppressed.
- the synchronization signal for D2D communication transmitted by the terminal device 100 corresponds to one of the plurality of D2D communication IDs different from the one or more cell IDs. Signal. Then, in response to the notification from the other terminal device 100, the transmission control unit 167 selects one of the plurality of D2D communication IDs from a signal corresponding to one of the plurality of D2D communication IDs. The synchronization signal for D2D communication is changed to a signal corresponding to another D2D communication ID.
- the synchronization signal can be changed. Therefore, it can be avoided that the other terminal device 100 cannot continuously acquire synchronization. Further, for example, since the synchronization signal is changed only when necessary, it is possible to avoid a situation in which re-acquisition of synchronization is frequently required.

当該無線リソースは、リソースブロック(12サブキャリア×7OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)シンボル)であってもよく、又はサブフレーム(1ms)であってもよい。
LTEでは、同期信号として、PSS(Primary Synchronization Signal)及びSSS(Secondary Synchronization Signal)が用いられる。 以下、図3を参照して、FDD(Frequency Division Duplex)におけるPSS及びSSSのタイミングの具体例を説明する。
例えば、基地局200は、マクロeNB(MeNB)、ピコeNB(PeNB)、又はホームeNB(HeNB)などのいずれかの種類のeNB(evolved Node B)として実現されてもよい。
