5 )本实用新型维护窗密封界面锁紧装置采用单侧操作锁紧的方式, 结构简单, 安 全可靠, 方便工程维护操作; 可通过配置扳手的数量来保证各种尺寸的维护窗密封界 面的锁紧; 通过免螺钉的设计解决了维护窗锁紧操作费时费力、 可靠性低等问题, 同 时实现了维护窗的小型化, 使得锁紧装置占用空间小, 提高通用性, 可用于涉及密封 界面结构的各领域的设备上。 下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。 附图说明 图 1是本实用新型实施例的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置的结构示意图; 图 2是图 1所示维护窗密封界面锁紧装置锁紧状态的主视图; 图 3是图 1所示维护窗密封界面锁紧装置开启中的主视图; 图 4是图 1所示维护窗密封界面锁紧装置打开状态的主视图; 图 5是图 1所示维护窗密封界面锁紧装置的后视图; 图 6是本实用新型实施例中扳手的结构示意图; 图 6a是图 6所示扳手的卡接部的主视图; 图 7是本实用新型实施例中铰链机构的结构示意图; 图 7a是图 7所示销轴的结构示意图; 图 7b是图 7所示铰链件的结构示意图; 图 8 是本实用新型实施例的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置安装在设备整机上的示意 图。 附图标记说明: 1-盖板; 2-壳体; 3-扳手; 31-卡接部; 311-卡接槽; 312-卡接凸起; 32-限位锁定部; 33-销钉孔; 34-螺纹通孔; 4-铰链机构; 41-铰链件; 411-铰接部; 412- 限位槽; 42-销轴; 421-限位台; 43-紧固孔; 5-密封件; 61-第一销钉; 62-第二销钉; 7-螺钉; A-维护窗。 具体实施方式 如图 1〜图 5所示, 本实用新型的一个实施例中, 维护窗密封界面锁紧装置包括: 至少一个铰链机构 4,用于将维护窗的盖板 1和壳体 2铰接在一起; 活动安装在盖板 1 上的至少一个扳手组件, 其以旋转卡接方式将盖板 1和壳体 2锁紧。 具体地, 本实用新型实施例的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置还包括密封件 5, 其与盖 板 1和壳体 2固接, 即分别固定在壳体 2和盖板 1上, 和壳体 2及盖板 1共同形成密 封界面。 本实用新型实施例的锁紧装置的扳手组件包括: 在盖板 1前壁上固定安装至少一 个一端外露的第一销钉 61,在壳体 2前壁上固定安装至少一个一端外露的第二销钉 62; 通过第一销钉 61与盖板 1活动连接的扳手 3,其可围绕第一销钉 61旋转运动。如图 6、 图 6a所示, 扳手 3包括: 扳手本体, 其具有卡接部 31和限位锁定部 32, 在扳手本体 上设有与第一销钉 61对接的销钉孔 33, 销钉孔 33与第一销钉 61配合使扳手 3可以 进行旋转运动, 为了方便锁紧的可靠性, 此配合通常优选设计成有阻尼效果的配合。 卡接部 31包括: 卡接槽 311, 用于将第二销钉 62卡装其内, 在卡接槽 311边端设置 有卡接凸起 312, 用于锁紧时防止第二销钉 62从卡接槽 311 内脱出, 卡接部 31与第 二销钉 62锁紧时,需要卡接凸起 312的配合, 卡接凸起 312的最高点与锁紧位置一般 需要预留一个高度差 c用于锁紧防脱出, 卡接凸起 312上, 在扳手 3锁紧后第二销钉 62中心线的理论位置的前后需要预留一段尺寸为 a和 b距离,用于装配后的容差消除, 保证扳手 3锁紧到位(图 6a) ; 限位锁定部 32上设有螺纹通孔 34, 其中扳手 3将盖板 1和壳体 2锁紧后, 在螺纹通孔 34内安装螺钉 7, 从而将扳手 3和盖板 1固定, 保证 了锁紧装置在关闭操作时不会产生扳手 3的过压, 安装螺钉 7, 进一步提高了锁紧装 置的可靠性。 如图 7〜图 7b所示, 铰链机构 4包括: 铰链件 41, 其具有铰接部 411, 与铰链件 41转动连接有销轴 42,铰链件 41与销轴 42的配合为间隙配合,配合后可以自由相对 旋转。铰接部 411上设有限位槽 412,销轴 42上设有与限位槽 412相配合的限位台 421, 盖板 1通过限位台 421与限位槽 412的卡位实现其开启后相对于壳体 2的限位, 即通 过限位台 421和限位槽 412的不同尺寸的配合可以实现锁紧装置打开时角度的调节, 保证盖板相对于壳体能够有一定角度的限位, 实现了限位方式的可靠及美观。 在铰链 件 41和销轴 42上还分别设有紧固孔 43, 通过紧固孔 43将铰链机构 4与壳体 2和盖 板 1连接固定, 共同完成该侧的锁紧。 为了适应不同尺寸的维护窗密封界面, 可以通 过配置铰链机构 4的数量来保证密封界面的可靠锁紧,同时销轴 42依据维护窗尺寸可 以为多段零件结构或合为一个零件结构。 本实施例中将扳手组件和铰链机构 4的数量优选分别为两个, 当然可以通过配置 扳手组件和铰链机构 4的数量保证各种尺寸的维护窗密封界面的锁紧, 具有很强的扩 展性。 本实用新型实施例的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置的开启与关闭锁紧如图 2〜图 4所 示。锁紧状态下, 扳手 3与第二销钉 62配合完成, 同时螺钉 7与盖板 1处于打紧连接 状态 (图 2)。 开启锁紧装置时, 先拧开螺钉 7与盖板 1的连接, 扳动扳手 3, 待转动 一定角度 X后,在密封件 5的作用力下,扳手 3与第二销钉 62卡出,完成开启动作(图 3、 图 4), 反之, 可以完成锁紧装置的关闭操作。 无论是开启操作后还是关闭操作, 盖板 1、 扳手 3及其他连接组件围绕铰链机构 4 自由旋转调整打开角度, 以满足操作 要求。 图 8是将本实用新型实施例的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置安装在设备整机上的示意 图, A为维护窗。 从本实施方式的技术方案不难看出, 本实用新型实施例的维护窗密封界面锁紧装 置从形状和构造特征方面相对于相关技术是非显而易见的, 具有实质性特点, 同时能 带来以下有益效果: 通过铰链机构 4和扳手组件的结合, 实现维护窗密封界面的锁紧, 操作与维护简单、快速, 锁紧可靠性高; 通过设置在扳手本体上的销钉孔 33实现扳手 3与盖板 1的活动链接, 并且扳手 3可围绕第一销钉 61旋转运动, 设置在扳手本体卡 接部 31上的卡接槽 311和卡接凸起 312能够将与其配合卡接的第二销钉 62卡紧, 从 而实现盖板 1和壳体 2的锁紧;设置在扳手本体上的限位锁定部 32使得扳手组件在锁 紧后不会产生扳手 3过压,提高了锁紧装置的可靠性;铰链机构 4的铰链件 41和销轴 42为间隙配合, 配合后销轴 42可相对于铰链件 41 自由旋转, 实现盖板 1相对于壳体 2的开启和关闭; 通过限位台 421和限位槽 412的卡位组合, 保证盖板 1开启后能相 对于壳体 2具有一定角度的限位, 根据限位台 421和限位槽 412的尺寸不同可实现角 度大小的调节, 此外, 通过配置铰链机构 4的数量可以保证密封界面的可靠锁紧; 通 过在壳体 2和盖板 1上固定密封件 5, 可以实现壳体 2和盖板 1之间界面的密封; 此 夕卜, 本实用新型维护窗密封界面锁紧装置采用单侧操作锁紧的方式, 结构简单, 安全 可靠, 方便工程维护操作; 可通过配置扳手 3的数量来保证各种尺寸的维护窗密封界 面的锁紧; 通过免螺钉的设计解决了维护窗锁紧操作费时费力、 可靠性低等问题, 同 时实现了维护窗的小型化, 使得锁紧装置占用空间小, 提高了通用性, 可用于涉及密 封界面结构的各领域的设备上。 需要说明的是, 本实用新型中的 "第一"、 "第二"等术语仅用于描述目的, 使得 本实用新型的技术方案更加清楚, 不能理解为对本实用新型技术方案的限定。 此外, 尽管上文对本实用新型作了详细说明, 但不限于此, 本技术领域的技术人员可以通过 其它不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。 因此, 凡按照本实用新型记载 的内容或原理进行的各种修改都应当理解为落入本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims

用于将维护窗的盖板( 1 )和壳体(2)铰接在一起的至少一个铰链机构(4); 以及
活动安装在盖板(1)上并以旋转卡接方式将所述盖板(1)和所述壳体(2) 锁紧的至少一个扳手组件。 、 根据权利要求 1所述的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置, 还包括:
与所述盖板 (1) 和所述壳体 (2) 固接的密封件 (5)。 、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置, 其中, 所述扳手组件包 括:
固装在所述盖板 (1) 前壁上的至少一个一端外露的第一销钉 (61);
固装在所述壳体 (2) 前壁上的至少一个一端外露的第二销钉 (62); 以及 通过第一销钉(61)与所述盖板(1)活动连接并可围绕所述第一销钉(61) 旋转运动的扳手 (3)。 、 根据权利要求 3所述的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置, 其中, 所述扳手 (3) 包括: 具有卡接部 (31) 和限位锁定部 (32) 的扳手本体, 其上设有与所述第一 销钉 (61) 对接的销钉孔 (33)。 、 根据权利要求 4所述的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置, 其中, 所述卡接部 (31) 包 括:
用于卡装所述第二销钉 (62) 的卡接槽 (311); 以及
设置在卡接槽 (311) 边端用于防止所述第二销钉 (62) 脱出的卡接凸起 (312)。 、 根据权利要求 4所述的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置, 其中, 所述限位锁定部(32) 上设有螺纹通孔 (34), 其中
所述扳手(3)通过其将所述盖板(1)和所述壳体(2)锁紧后穿过所述螺 纹通孔 (34) 的螺钉 (7) 与所述盖板 (1) 固定。 、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置,其中,所述铰链机构(4) 包括:
铰链件 (41), 其具有铰接部 (411); 以及
与铰链件 (41) 转动连接的销轴 (42); 其中
所述铰接部 (411)上设有限位槽(412), 所述销轴 (42)上设有与所述限 位槽(412)相配合的限位台 (421), 所述盖板(1)通过限位台 (421) 与限位 槽 (412) 的卡位实现其开启后相对于所述壳体 (2) 的限位。 、 根据权利要求 7所述的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置, 其中, 所述铰链件 (41) 和 所述销轴 (42) 上还分别设有紧固孔 (43)。 、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置, 其中, 所述扳手组件的 数量为两个。 0、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的维护窗密封界面锁紧装置,其中,所述铰链机构(4) 的数量为两个。
