Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Prüfung von Wälzkörpern (W) mittels Ultraschall, wobei die Wälzkörper (W) einzeln einer Ultraschallmesseinrichtung (4) zugeführt werden, wobei die Wälzkörper (W) in der Ultraschallmesseinrichtung (4) bewegt und einer Ultraschallmessung unterzogen werden und wobei abhängig von einem Ergebnis der Ultraschallmessung die einzelnen Wälzkörper (W) als fehlerhaft oder nicht fehlerhaft klassifiziert werden. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch eine Wälzkörperprüfanordnung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens, die zumindest eine Ultraschallmesseinrichtung (4) mit einer Aufnahme für die einzelnen Wälzkörper (W), zumindest einen Ultraschallkopf (10) sowie einen Antrieb für die Bewegung der einzelnen Wälzkörper (W) aufweist.
