第一接口, 用于接收用户提交的待发布的信息;

本发明实施例提供的信息处理方法、 装置及系统, 通过向无线传输 模块发送呼叫指令, 以使无线传输模块根据呼叫指令中的电话号码执行 拨号操作, 然后根据无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息, 确定是否要发 布该信息, 如果确定要发布该信息, 将该信息推送到信息发布平台进行 发布, 从而实现信息发布平台信息的自动识别, 减轻了客服人员的工作 量, 加速了信息发布平台上的信息发布速度。

图 1为本发明实施例提供的一种信息发布系统的示意图。 如图 1所 示, 该信息发布系统 100包括: 信息发布平台 110和无线传输模块 120。 信息发布平台 110为用户提供信息发布页面 112。 用户可以通过在浏览 器上输入该信息发布页面 112的 URL地址来访问该信息发布页面 112。 在一个实施例中,信息发布页面 112可以包括如图 1所示的标题栏 114、 内容栏 116和信息发布按钮 118。 用户可以在标题栏 114和内容栏 116 中输入待发布的信息, 例如姓名、 电话号码等等, 然后点击信息发布按 钮 118将待发布的信息提交给信息发布平台 110。
接收到用户提交的待发布的信息之后, 信息发布平台 110提取出电 话号码, 向无线传输模块 120发送携带该电话号码的呼叫指令。 无线传 输模块 120根据呼叫指令中的电话号码执行拨号操作, 并将收到的响应 信息返回给信息发布平台 110。 然后, 信息发布平台 110根据无线传输 模块 120返回的响应信息, 确定是否发布该信息。 例如, 可以根据相应 信息判断该电话号码是否是无效的电话号码, 从而判断出该信息是虚假 信息还是真实信息, 然后将真实信息进行发布。 这样, 可以实现信息发 布平台信息的自动识别, 减轻了客服人员的工作量, 加速了信息发布平 台上的信息发布速度。
本发明实施例中的无线传输模块( RF wireless module )指的是利用 无线技术进行无线传输的一种硬件设备, 能够执行 AT 指令集中的 AT 指令, 可以是工业无线模块, 也可以是移动终端 (例如手机)的无线模块。 无线传输模块可以由发射器、 接收器和控制器组成。 于本实施例中, 无 线传输模块与信息发布平台通过信号相互连接。
图 2为本发明实施例提供的一种信息发布平台的信息处理方法的流 程图。 如图 2所示, 本实施例的信息发布平台的信息处理方法包括以下 步骤:
步骤 S210,信息发布平台接收待发布的信息,提取与所述信息相关 联的电话号码。
用户通过用户终端将需要发布的信息发送给信息发布平台。 具体 的, 用户可以登陆信息发布平台网站, 在相应的网页上输入待发布的信 息内容、 姓名、 联系电话等信息, 或者可以通过微博、 微信等基于用户 关系信息分享、 传播以及获取信息的应用平台发布待发布的信息内容。 信息发布平台可以通过网络接口接收待发布的信息。
接收到待发布的消息后, 可以进一步的提取与所述信息相关联的电 话号码。 与所述信息相关联的电话号码可以是所述信息的具体内容中所 包含的电话号码, 也可以是用户发送所述信息的移动终端的电话号码。
例如, 用户所发送的待发布信息的具体内容为: 寻人, 姓名: XXX , 年龄: 20, 性别: 男, 外貌特征..., 如有消息请拨打电话: 12345678。 信息发布平台可以将电话号码 12345678提取出来。 又例如, 用户通过 电话号码为 135********的手机向信息发布平台发送待发布信息, 虽然 该信息的具体内容可能并没有包含电话号码, 但信息发布平台也可以通 过查找信息发布源获得该手机的电话号码 135******** , 并将其提取出 来。
步骤 S220, 向无线传输模块发送呼叫指令, 所述呼叫指令中携带有 所述电话号码, 以使无线传输模块根据所述电话号码执行拨号操作、 接 收与所述拨号操作相对应的响应信息并将所述响应信息返回给信息发 布平台。
例如,信息发布平台可以调用 AT指令集 (一种调制解调器命令语言) 并向无线传输模块发送 ATD指令,所述 ATD指令中携带所述电话号码。 ATD指令属于 AT指令集中的拨号指令, 用于建立会话、 数据业务或传 真业务等。
具体的, 对于数据或传真业务, 可以向无线传输模块发送 ASCII字 符, 例如:

其中, <nb> 为被叫号码, 在此指令之前, 可用 AT+CBST指令选 择载波类型。
对于语音电话, 可以向无线传输模块发送 ASCII字符, 例如: ATD<nb>
其中, <nb> 为被叫号码, 在此指令之前可以用 AT+CBST指令选 择载波类型或使用缺省值。
对于国际号码, 号码前需加 "+", 例如 ATD+33146290800。
收到呼叫指令 (例如上述的 ATD指令)之后, 无线传输模块根据呼 叫指令中携带的被叫号码执行拨号操作。

其中, 如果所收到的相应信息是 "NO CARRIER" , 在收到 NO CARRIER 的同时, 通常还会收到运营商提供的相关信息, 通过运营商 提供的这些相关信息可以判断是被拨打的电话是关机状态还是停机状 态, 也就是说无线传输模块进行拨号操作后接收到的响应信息不仅可以 包括被拨打的电话返回的响应信息还可以包括运营商提供的这些相关 信息, 例如"不在服务区"、 "已停机,,等。 需要说明的是, 表一只是为了 更详细的说明本发明所做的示例性说明而已, 并非对本发明作任何形式 上的限制。
步骤 S230,信息发布平台接收所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信 息, 并根据所述响应信息以及预定的规则确定是否发布所述信息, 如果 发布, 则执行步骤 S240; 否则, 结束本流程。
信息发布平台接收到无线模块返回的所述响应信息后, 可以根据预 定的规则判断该响应信息对应的信息是第一类信息还是第二类信息, 其 中第一类信息可以近似认为是虚假的、 不可信的信息; 第二类信息可以 近似认为是可信的、 真实的信息。
其中, 预定的规则具体可以包括: 如果所返回的所述响应信息表明 所拨打的电话为待机状态, 则判定该信息为第二类信息; 如果所返回的 所述响应信息表明所拨打的电话为停机状态, 则判定该信息为第一类信 息; 如果所返回的所述响应信息表明所拨打的电话为关机状态, 则可以 直接判定该信息为第一类信息, 也可以根据等待预定时长后再次拨打所 返回的响应信息进行判断, 如果仍然为关机状态, 则判定该信息为第一 类信息, 如果已改为待机状态, 则判定该信息为第二类信息, 再次拨打 的次数可以为一次或者多次。
在本步骤中, 如果信息发布平台确定所述信息为第二类信息, 则确 定发布该信息。
步骤 S240 , 信息发布平台发布所述信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 如果信息发布平台确定发布所述信息 (即所述信息为第二类信息), 在步骤 S240发布该第二类信息之前, 可 以进一步包括步骤 S232:通过人工客服呼叫的方式对该第二类信息再进 行确认, 如果确认为真实信息, 执行步骤 S240将经确认的第二类信息 发布在信息发布平台。
本发明实施例提供的信息发布平台的信息处理方法, 通过向无线传 输模块发送呼叫指令, 以使无线传输模块根据呼叫指令中的电话号码执 行拨号操作, 然后根据无线传输模块返回的响应信息, 判断是否发布所 述信息, 在确定发布该信息之后, 将该信息推送到信息发布平台进行发 布,从而实现信息发布平台信息的自动识别,减轻了客服人员的工作量, 加速了信息发布平台上的信息发布速度。
图 3为本发明实施例提供的另一种信息发布平台的信息处理方法的 流程图。 如图 3所示, 本实施例的信息发布平台的信息处理方法包括以 下步骤:
步骤 S310 ,信息发布平台接收待发布的信息,提取与所述信息相关 联的电话号码。
此步骤可以参考上述实施例中步骤 S210 , 这里不再赘述。
步骤 S320 , 于本实施例中, 步骤 S320可以包括步骤 S320a、 步骤
S320b、 步骤 S320c、 步骤 S320d的其中一个或几个步骤。 步骤 S320a, 根据所述电话号码所属的区域判断所述电话号码是否 属于预定区域范围;
步骤 S320b,根据发送所述信息的终端所使用的 IP地址判断所述终 端所在区域是否属于预定区域范围;
步骤 S320c, 根据发送所述信息的终端的地理位置信息判断所述终 端所在区域是否属于预定区域范围;
步骤 S320d, 根据所述信息的文本信息判断所述信息是否为第二类 信息, 即真实信息。
如果步骤 S320 所包含的步骤中有任何一个步骤的判断结果为否, 则将所述信息屏蔽(即, 对所述信息不予发布; 例如, 删除所述信息, 并在信息发布页面上显示消息通知提交该信息的用户所述信息未被发 布), 如果步骤 S320所包含的所有步骤的判断结果均为是, 则执行步骤 S330。
其中,发送所述信息的终端所使用的 IP地址、发送所述信息的终端 的地理位置信息可以携带在步骤 S310 所接收的待发布的信息中, 也可 以由信息发布平台自行获取。 所述信息的终端的地理位置例如可以是该 终端的 GPS(Global Positioning System, 全球定位系统)模块所获得的地 理位置信息。
在步骤 S320a、 步骤 S320b、 步骤 S320c中, 预定区域范围可以是 灾难发生的区域、 与信息的具体内容相关的区域、 或者人为限定的一个 区域等。 例如, 在地震发生时, 灾难救助信息发布平台上将优先考虑发 布地震受害区域范围内的信息, 如果根据步骤 S320a、 步骤 S320b、 步 骤 S320c判断不在该受害区域范围内, 则可以将对应的信息进行屏蔽。
在步骤 S320d中, 可以根据所述信息的内容、 通过文本挖掘的方法 进行过滤, 例如可以通过 S VM(Support Vector Machine)等数据挖掘算法 判断是否为虚假信息, 例如广告、 欺诈信息等, 如果是, 则判定该信息 为第一类信息; 否则, 确定该信息为第二类信息。
可以理解的是, 在具体的实施方式中可以选择步骤 S320a、 步骤 S320b、步骤 S320c、步骤 S320d中的其中一个步骤或几个步骤进行判断, 且本发明的具体实施方式也并不以步骤 S320a、步骤 S320b、步骤 S320c、 步骤 S320d的具体顺序为限。
步骤 S330 ,信息发布平台向无线传输模块发送呼叫指令, 所述呼叫 指令中携带有所述电话号码, 以使无线传输模块根据所述电话号码执行 拨号操作、 接收与所述拨号操作相对应的响应信息并将所述响应信息返 回给信息发布平台;
步骤 S340 ,信息发布平台接收所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信 息, 并根据所述响应信息以及预定的规则确定是否发布所述信息, 如果 确定发布所述信息, 则执行步骤 S350; 以及
步骤 S350 , 信息发布平台发布所述信息。
步骤 S330至步骤 S350可以参考上述实施例中对应的步骤, 这里不 再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的信息发布平台的信息处理方法, 通过向无线传 输模块发送呼叫指令, 以使无线传输模块根据呼叫指令中的电话号码执 行拨号操作, 然后根据无线传输模块返回的响应信息, 判断是否发布所 述信息, 在确定发布该信息之后, 将该信息推送到信息发布平台进行发 布,从而实现信息发布平台信息的自动识别,减轻了客服人员的工作量, 加速了信息发布平台上的信息发布速度。
图 4为本发明实施例提供的又一信息发布平台的信息处理方法的流 程图。 如图 4所示, 本实施例的信息发布平台的信息处理方法包括以下 步骤: 步骤 S401 : 信息发布平台的信息接收模块接收待发布的信息; 步骤 S402: 信息接收模块将该信息发送给信息发布平台的判断模 块;
步骤 S403: 判断模块提取与所述信息相关联的电话号码; 步骤 S404: 判断模块调用 AT指令集并向无线传输模块发送 ATD 指令;
步骤 S405: 无线传输模块根据所述电话号码执行拨号操作、接收与 所述拨号操作相对应的响应信息并将所述响应信息返回给判断模块; 步骤 S406: 判断模块接收无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息; 步骤 S407: 判断模块判断被拨打的电话是待机状态、停机状态还是 关机状态;
步骤 S408: 若是待机状态, 则确定发布所述信息, 向信息发布模块 发送该信息;
步骤 S409: 若是停机状态, 则屏蔽所述信息;
步骤 S410: 若是关机状态, 则等待预定时长;
步骤 S411 : 判断模块再次向无线传输模块发送 ATD指令; 步骤 S412: 无线传输模块根据所述电话号码执行拨号操作、接收与 所述拨号操作相对应的响应信息并将所述响应信息返回给判断模块; 步骤 S413: 判断模块接收无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息; 步骤 S414: 判断模块判断被拨打的电话是待机状态还是关机状态; 步骤 S415: 若是待机状态, 则确定发布所述信息, 向信息发布模块 发送该信息;
步骤 S416: 若仍为关机状态, 则判定所述信息为第一类信息(即虚 假信息), 屏蔽该信息。
步骤 S417: 信息发布模块发布所述信息。 其中, 等待的预定时长可以根据实际情况进行设定, 本发明的具体 实施方式并不以此为限。 可以理解的是, 如果在步骤 S416 中, 拨打的 电话仍为待机状态, 还可以再次等待预定时长, 重复执行步骤 S411 至 S415 ,如此反复尝试 m次依然为关机状态, 则可以判定所述信息为第一 类信息, 屏蔽该信息。 其中, m可以是自然数, 具体取值视具体情况而 定, 本发明并不以此为限。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 在进行步骤 S417之前, 也可以通过人 工客服呼叫的方式对第二类信息再进行确认, 确认为真实信息后, 再将 经确认的第二类信息发布在信息发布平台。
本发明实施例提供的信息发布平台的信息处理方法, 通过向无线传 输模块发送呼叫指令, 以使无线传输模块根据呼叫指令中的电话号码执 行拨号操作, 然后根据无线传输模块返回的响应信息, 判断所述信息是 虚假信息还是真实信息, 将真实信息推送到信息发布平台进行发布, 从 而实现信息发布平台信息的自动识别, 减轻了客服人员的工作量, 加速 了信息发布平台上的信息发布速度。
图 5为本发明实施例提供的一种信息发布平台的结构示意图。 本实 施例提供的信息发布平台可以用于上述方法中。 如图 5所示, 信息发布 平台 500包括:处理器 510、存储器 520、第一接口 530和第二接口 540。 其中信息发布平台 500 通过第一接口 530接收用户提交的待发布的信 息; 信息发布平台 500通过第二接口 540与无线传输模块连接, 从而向 无线传输模块发送呼叫指令以及从无线传输模块接收相应信息。 该存储 器 520中包括多个可以由处理器 510执行的指令模块, 所述多个指令模 块包括: 信息接收模块 521、 判断模块 522以及信息发布模块 523。
其中, 信息接收模块 521用于接收待发布的信息, 提取与所述信息 相关联的电话号码。 判断模块 522用于向所述无线传输模块发送呼叫指 令, 所述呼叫指令中携带有所述电话号码, 以使所述无线传输模块根据 所述电话号码执行拨号操作, 接收所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信 息, 并根据所述响应信息以及预定的规则判断是否发布所述信息。 信息 发布模块 523用于当判断模块确定要发布所述信息时, 发布所述信息。
在本发明一个实施例中, 所述的多个指令模块可以进一步包括信息 屏蔽模块 524, 用于当判断模块确定不发布所述信息时, 屏蔽所述信息, 即对所述信息不予发布, 例如删除所述信息, 并在信息发布页面上显示 消息通知提交该信息的用户该信息未被发布。
其中, 与所述信息相关联的电话号码可以包括: 所述信息中所包含 的电话号码或者用户发送所述信息的终端的电话号码。
本实施例信息发布平台的信息处理装置 500的各指令模块实现各自 功能的具体过程,请参见上述图 2至图 4所示实施例中描述的具体内容, 此处不再赘述。
所述的存储器 520 可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM ) 等。
本发明实施例提供的信息发布平台的信息处理装置, 通过向无线传 输模块发送呼叫指令, 以使无线传输模块根据呼叫指令中的电话号码执 行拨号操作, 然后根据无线传输模块返回的响应信息, 判断是否发布所 述信息, 在确定发布该信息之后, 将该信息推送到信息发布平台进行发 布,从而实现信息发布平台信息的自动识别,减轻了客服人员的工作量, 加速了信息发布平台上的信息发布速度。
图 6为本发明实施例提供的另一信息发布平台的结构示意图。 本实 施例提供的信息发布平台可以用于上述方法中。 如图 6所示, 信息发布 平台 600包括:处理器 610、存储器 620、第一接口 630和第二接口 640。 其中信息发布平台 600 通过第一接口 630接收用户提交的待发布的信 息; 信息发布平台 600通过第二接口 640与无线传输模块连接, 从而向 无线传输模块发送呼叫指令以及从无线传输模块接收响应信息。 存储器 620中包括多个可以由处理器 610执行的指令模块,所述多个指令模块: 信息接收模块 621、 智能判断模块 622、 信息屏蔽模块 623、 判断模块 624以及信息发布模块 625。
其中, 信息接收模块 621用于接收待发布的信息, 提取与所述信息 相关联的电话号码。
智能判断模块 622包括第一判断单元 661、 第二判断单元 662、 第 三判断单元 663、 第四判断单元 664中的一个或者多个。
其中, 第一判断单元 661用于根据所述电话号码所属的区域判断所 述电话号码是否属于预定区域范围; 第二判断单元 662用于根据发送所 述信息的终端所使用的 IP地址判断所述终端所在区域是否属于预定区 域范围; 第三判断单元 663用于根据发送所述信息的终端的地理位置信 息判断所述终端所在区域是否属于预定区域范围; 第四判断单元 664 , 用于根据所述信息的文本信息判断所述信息是否为真实信息, 即第二类 信息。
如果所述智能判断模块 622中包含的任何一个判断单元的判断结果 为否, 则所述信息屏蔽模块 623将所述信息屏蔽, 如果所述智能判断模 块 622包含的所有判断单元的判断结果均为是, 则所述判断模块 624向 所述无线传输模块发送呼叫指令, 所述呼叫指令中携带有所述电话号 码, 以使所述无线传输模块根据所述电话号码执行拨号操作, 判断模块 624接收所述无线传输模块返回的响应信息, 并根据所述响应信息以及 预定的规则确定是否发布所述信息, 即判断所述信息是第一类信息还是 第二类信息。 信息发布模块 625用于在判断模块 624确定要发布所述信息时, 发 布所述信息。
进一步的, 判断模块 624可以用于向所述无线传输模块发送呼叫指 令,
接收所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息,
根据所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息判断所述电话是待机 状态、 停机状态还是关机状态,
若是待机状态, 则确定发布所述信息,
若是停机状态, 则由信息屏蔽模块 623对该信息进行屏蔽, 若是关机状态 , 则等待预定时长后再次向无线传输模块发送所述呼 叫指令, 根据接收的所述无线传输模块重新返回的所述响应信息再次判 断所述电话是待机状态还是关机状态, 若是待机状态, 则确定发布所述 信息, 若仍为关机状态, 则确定屏蔽所述信息。
本实施例信息发布平台 600 的各指令模块实现各自功能的具体过 程, 请参见上述图 2至图 4所示实施例中描述的具体内容, 此处不再赘 述。
本发明实施例提供的信息发布平台的信息处理装置, 通过向无线传 输模块发送呼叫指令, 以使无线传输模块根据呼叫指令中的电话号码执 行拨号操作, 然后根据无线传输模块返回的响应信息, 判断是否发布所 述信息, 在确定发布该信息之后, 将该信息推送到信息发布平台进行发 布,从而实现信息发布平台信息的自动识别,减轻了客服人员的工作量, 加速了信息发布平台上的信息发布速度。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种信息处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收待发布的信息, 提取与所述信息相关联的电话号码;
向无线传输模块发送呼叫指令, 所述呼叫指令中携带有所述电话号 码, 以使无线传输模块根据所述电话号码执行拨号操作、 接收与所述拨 号操作相对应的响应信息并返回所述响应信息;
接收所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息, 并根据所述响应信息 以及预定的规则确定是否发布所述信息; 以及
如果确定发布所述信息, 在信息发布平台上发布所述信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 与所述信息相关联的 电话号码包括:所述信息中所包含的电话号码和 /或用户发送所述信息的 终端的电话号码。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向无线传输模块 发送呼叫指令的步骤之前, 还包括步骤 a、 步骤 b、 步骤 c、 步骤 d中的 一个步骤, 其中:
步骤 a包括根据所述电话号码所属的区域判断所述电话号码是否属 于预定区域范围,
步骤 b包括根据发送所述信息的终端所使用的 IP地址判断所述终端 所在区域是否属于预定区域范围,
步骤 c, 包括根据发送所述信息的终端的地理位置信息判断所述终 端所在区域是否属于预定区域范围,
步骤 d, 根据所述信息的文本信息判断所述信息是否为真实信息; 如果步骤 、步骤 b、步骤 c、步骤 d中有一个步骤的判断结果为否, 则将所述信息屏蔽,
如果步骤 、 步骤 b、 步骤 c、 步骤 d的判断结果均为是, 则执行所 述向无线传输模块发送呼叫指令的步骤。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述响应信息以 及预定的规则确定是否发布所述信息包括:
根据所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息判断所述电话是待机 状态还是停机状态,
若是待机状态, 则确定发布所述信息, 以及
若是停机状态, 则确定屏蔽所述信息。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述响应信息以 及预定的规则确定是否发布所述信息包括:
根据所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息判断所述电话是否为 关机状态;
若是关机状态 , 则等待预定时长后再次向无线传输模块发送所述呼 叫指令, 根据所述无线传输模块重新返回的所述响应信息再次判断所述 电话是待机状态还是关机状态, 若是待机状态, 则确定发布所述信息, 若仍为关机状态, 则确定屏蔽所述信息。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 若仍为关机状态 , 则重复所述等待预定时长后再次向无线传输模块 发送所述呼叫指令, 根据所述无线传输模块重新返回的所述响应信息再 次判断所述电话是待机状态还是关机或空号状态的步骤, 直到所述无线 传输模块所返回的所述响应信息为待机状态对应的响应信息, 或者直到 重复的次数达到预定次数。
7. 一种信息处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
信息发布平台接收待发布的信息, 提取与所述信息相关联的电话号 码;
信息发布平台向无线传输模块发送呼叫指令, 所述呼叫指令中携带 有所述电话号码;
无线传输模块根据所述电话号码执行拨号操作、 接收与所述拨号操 作相对应的响应信息并将所述响应信息返回给信息发布平台;
信息发布平台接收所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息, 并根据 所述响应信息以及预定的规则判断是否发布所述信息; 以及
如果确定发布所述信息, 在信息发布平台上发布所述信息。
8. 一种信息发布平台, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接口, 用于接收用户提交的待发布的信息;
第二接口, 用于与无线传输模块连接;
处理器;
存储器; 所述存储器中存储有处理器可执行的多个指令模块; 所述 多个指令模块包括:
信息接收模块, 用于接收待发布的信息, 提取与所述信息相关联的 电话号码;
判断模块, 用于向所述无线传输模块发送呼叫指令, 所述呼叫指令 中携带有所述电话号码, 以使所述无线传输模块根据所述电话号码执行 拨号操作、 接收与所述拨号操作相对应的响应信息并返回所述响应信 息, 接收所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息, 并根据所述响应信息 以及预定的规则判断是否发布所述信息; 以及
信息发布模块, 用于在判断模块确定要发布所述信息时, 发布所述 信息。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的信息发布平台, 其特征在于, 与所述信息 相关联的电话号码包括:所述信息中所包含的电话号码和 /或用户发送所 述信息的终端的电话号码。
10. 根据权利要求 8所述的信息发布平台, 其特征在于, 还包括智 能判断模块以及信息屏蔽模块, 所述智能判断模块至少包括第一判断单 元、 第二判断单元、 第三判断单元、 第四判断单元中的一个单元, 其中: 第一判断单元, 用于根据所述电话号码所属的区域判断所述电话号 码是否属于预定区域范围,
第二判断单元,用于根据发送所述信息的终端所使用的 IP地址判断 所述终端所在区域是否属于预定区域范围,
第三判断单元, 用于根据发送所述信息的终端的地理位置信息判断 所述终端所在区域是否属于预定区域范围,
第四判断单元, 用于根据所述信息的文本信息判断所述信息是否为 真实信息;
其中, 如果第一判断单元、 第二判断单元、 第三判断单元和第四判 断单元其中任何一个的判断结果为否, 则所述信息屏蔽模块将所述信息 屏蔽, 如果第一判断单元、 第二判断单元、 第三判断单元和第四判断单 元的判断结果均为是, 则所述判断模块向无线传输模块发送呼叫指令。
11. 根据权利要求 8所述的信息发布平台, 其特征在于, 所述判断 模块用于:
向所述无线传输模块发送呼叫指令,
接收所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息,
根据所述响应信息判断所述电话是待机状态还是停机状态, 若是待机状态, 则确定发布所述信息,
若是停机状态, 则确定屏蔽所述信息。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的信息发布平台, 其特征在于, 所述无线 判断模块还用于根据所述无线传输模块返回的所述响应信息判断所述 电话是否为关机状态,
若是关机状态, 则等待预定时长后再次向无线传输模块发送所述呼 叫指令, 根据所述无线传输模块重新返回的所述响应信息再次判断所述 电话是待机状态还是关机状态, 若是待机状态, 则确定发布所述信息, 若仍为关机状态, 则确定屏蔽所述信息。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的信息发布平台, 其特征在于, 所述判断 模块进一步用于:
若仍为关机状态 , 则等待预定时长后再次向无线传输模块发送所述 呼叫指令, 根据所述无线传输模块重新返回的所述响应信息再次判断所 述电话是待机状态还是关机或空号状态, 直到所述无线传输模块所返回 的所述响应信息为待机状态对应的响应信息, 或者直到重复的次数达到 预定次数。
14. 一种信息发布系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
如权利要求 8至 13任一项所述的信息发布平台; 以及
无线传输模块, 所述无线传输模块用于根据所述呼叫指令中携带的 所述电话号码执行拨号操作, 接收与所述拨号操作相对应的响应信息并 返回所述响应信息。
