触发模块30包括设置在控制板20上的电子按键31以及设置在第二壳体12上的按压部32。该电子按键31与控制板20上的控制电路连接,该按压部32为机械按键,其设置在第一通孔116中,通过按压该按压部32给电子按键31表面一个压力,使得电子按键31产生触发信号。
雾化套50上靠近第一壳体11的一端设置有分别用于与雾化组件电性连接的第二导电套(图未示)和第二导电柱(图未示)。第二导电套上设置有与导电套112上的外螺纹相适配的内螺纹。当导电套112和第二导电套螺接的时候,导电套112和第二导电套电性连接,导电柱113和第二导电柱电性连接。可以理解地,第二导电套还可以设置内螺纹,对应地,导电套112上设置与之相适配的外螺纹。
如图5所示,电池40一端设置有两个朝向控制板20方向同向延伸的插接部41,控制板20上设置有与两个插接部41相适配的两个对接部(图未示),两个插接部41和两个对接部插接相连并电连接。该两个插接部41分别为电池40的两极,该两个对接部为控制板20的正负电源输入端。进一步地,插接部41可以是插针,控制板20上设置有排母21,对接部为设置在排母21上的插孔。这种采用插接部41和对接部相配和的方式来实现电池40和控制板20之间的固定连接和电性连接,导电效果良好,具有方便自动化生产、便于提高生产效率、提高产品合格率的有益效果。可以理解的,插接部41和对接部的数量可以根据需要为三个或三个以上。
可以理解接地,该两插接部41还可以为两个插管,对接部为设置在控制板20上的插接柱,插接柱插接在插管中以实现其插连相接和电连接。
控制板20上远离两个插接部41的一端还设置有第一电极片22和第二电极片23,第一电极片22和第二电极片23分别与控制板20上正负输出端电性连接,且其均为弹性电极片。第一电极片22和第二电极片23分别延伸至导电套112和导电柱113的位置,并分别与导电套112和导电柱113弹性电连接。第一电极片22和第二电极片23为弹性电极片使得其与导电套112和导电柱113的电连接更稳定,不容易出现断路的情况。并且采用这种连接方式还有利于控制板20与第一壳体11之间的拆卸和安装。
如图6所示为本发明在另一实施例中的电子烟,在该实施例中,该电子烟包括壳体10、控制板20、触发模块30、电池40、雾化套50、雾化组件60以及连接件70。其中电池40和控制板20设置在壳体内,雾化组件60设置在雾化套50内,用于将烟草提取油雾化。控制板20用于整体控制,其分别与触发模块30、电池40以及雾化组件60电连接。触发模块30用于给控制板20提供触发信号以使得控制板20控制雾化组件60工作。电池40用于供电。连接件70用于将壳体10和雾化套50连接。
壳体10为一体结构,电池40设置在远离雾化套50的一侧,壳体10内靠近雾化套50的一侧设置有用于安装控制板20的安装座111,控制板20安装在安装座111上。
同时参照图8,安装座111包括呈一体结构的管状的连接部111a和半圆柱状地安装部111b,该半圆柱状的安装部111b为圆柱沿其轴线方向横切而成。控制板20安装在该安装部111b的横切面上。连接部111a上设置有沿安装座111轴线方向的第三卡槽111c,对应地,第二插接部72的内壁上设置有与该第三卡槽111c适配的第三凸肋(图未示)。第三卡槽111c与第三凸肋配合使得连接部111a卡接在第二插接部72中。
再如图6所示,触发模块30包括设置在控制板20上的电子按键31以及设置在壳体上的按压部32。该电子按键31与控制板20上的控制电路连接,该按压部32为机械按键,壳体10上与电子按键31对应的位置设置有第一通孔116,按压部32安装在第一通孔116中。通过按压该按压部32给电子按键31表面一个压力,使得电子按键31产生触发信号。
如图7所示,电池40一端设置有两个朝向控制板20方向同向延伸的插接部41,控制板20上设置有与两个插接部41相适配的两个对接部(图未示),两个插接部41和两个对接部插接相连并电连接。该两个插接部41分别为电池40的两极,该两个对接部为控制板20的正负电源输入端。进一步地,插接部41可以是插针,控制板20上设置有排母21,对接部为设置在排母21上的插孔,该插孔的孔壁由导电材料制成。这种采用插接部41和对接部相配和的方式来实现电池40和控制板20之间的固定连接和电性连接,导电效果良好,相对于焊接具有方便自动化生产、便于提高生产效率、提高产品合格率的有益效果。可以理解的,插接部41和对接部的数量可以根据需要为三个或三个以上。
再如图6所示,雾化套50上远离所述壳体10的一端设置有吸嘴以及用于保持吸嘴清洁的吸嘴盖51。吸嘴和雾化组件60之间设置有用于防止烟草提取油倒流到吸嘴中的密封圈52。
雾化组件60包括储油棉61、通气管62、发热丝组件63以及雾化座64,发热丝组件63设置在通气管62内,储油棉61套接在通气管62外,发热丝组件63通过连接导线与控制板20电连接。雾化座62呈管状,其内设置有带有通槽的圆柱。该通槽用于供气流进入雾化组件60中。雾化座64采用橡胶等弹性材料制成,具有防止烟草提取油倒流到壳体10中的效果。
在本实施例中发热丝组件63的通过将其连接导线焊接到控制板20上,实现雾化组件60和控制板20的电连接。采用这种连接方式使得雾化套50和壳体10之间的拆卸变得复杂,强拆就会使得内部结构损坏。因此,这适用在一次性电子烟中。
如图9所示,连接件70呈管状,其包括呈一体结构的第一弹性插接部71和第二弹性插接部72。第一弹性插接部71插接在雾化套50一端,第二弹性插接部72插接在壳体10一端。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电池和控制板,其特征在于,所述电池一端设置有至少两个朝向所述控制板方向同向延伸的插接部,所述控制板上设置有与所述至少两个插接部相适配的至少两个对接部,所述至少两个插接部和所述至少两个对接部插接相连并电连接 。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述插接部是插针,所述控制板上设置有排母,所述对接部是设置在所述排母上的插孔。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 或 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括用于收容所述电池和控制板的壳体,所述壳体中设置有用于安装所述控制板的安装座,所述控制板安装在所述安装座上;
    所述电子烟还包括雾化套以及设置在所述雾化套内的雾化组件,所述雾化套和所述壳体连接,所述雾化组件和所述控制板电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体包括用于收纳所述控制板的第一壳体和用于收纳所述电池的第二壳体,所述第一壳体的一端和所述第二壳体可拆卸地连接,所述第一壳体的另一端与所述雾化套可拆卸地连接。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一壳体上远离所述第二壳体的一端设置有用于分别与所述控制板的正负输出端电连接的导电套和导电柱,所述导电柱设置在所述导电套中并与所述导电套绝缘。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制板上远离所述至少两个插接部的一端设置有第一电极片和第二电极片,所述第一电极片和所述第二电极片分别与所述导电套和所述导电柱弹性电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导电套上设置有内螺纹或者外螺纹,所述雾化套上靠近所述导电套的一端对应设置有外螺纹或者内螺纹。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导电套上远离所述第二壳体的一端设置有开口,与所述开口相对的另一端设置有底壁,所述底壁上设置有贯穿孔,所述贯穿孔中设置有绝缘环,所述导电柱穿过所述绝缘环。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装座的侧壁上设置有第一凸肋,所述第二壳体上设置有与所述第一凸肋相适配的第一卡槽,所述第一凸肋卡接在所述第一卡槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装座呈管状,所述安装座的侧壁设置有供所述控制板卡接于其中的第二卡槽。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二壳体上远离所述第一壳体的一端可拆卸地设置有端盖,所述端盖内设置有用于压紧所述电池的弹性元件。
  12. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件与所述控制板通过导线电连接。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括用于连接所述雾化套和所述壳体的连接件,所述连接件呈管状;所述安装座包括管状的连接部和半圆柱状的安装部,所述连接部插接在所述连接件内。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括储油棉、通气管、发热丝组件,所述发热丝组件设置在所述通气管内,所述储油棉套接在所述通气管外,所述发热丝组件通过导线与所述控制板电连接。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套上远离所述壳体的一端设置有吸嘴,所述吸嘴和所述雾化组件之间设置有用于防止烟草提取油倒流到所述吸嘴的密封圈。
