一种无溶剂硅油超薄离型纸及其制作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用在纸尿片、 卫生巾、 护垫上的无溶剂硅油超薄 离型纸, 具体涉及一种无溶剂硅油超薄离型纸及其制作方法。
背景技术
离型纸又称为隔离纸、 防粘纸, 在人们的生活、 工业用纸上应用十 分广泛, 现有的离型纸分为溶剂硅油、 无溶剂硅油等离型纸, 其中溶剂 硅油离型纸包括三层由上至下分别为原纸层、 底涂层、 溶剂硅油层, 在 原纸层的上表面还印刷有图案。 其重量平均为大于 35克 /平方米, 其溶 剂硅油层底部为光滑面, 平滑度小于 200S , 原纸层上表面的非光滑面 (即印刷面) 的平滑度为大于 60S。 该离型纸整体的重量大, 生产成本 高, 不能符合市场的需求。
进一步, 现有的无溶剂硅油离型纸在加工过程中, 须在原纸上涂上 化工原料底涂,而原纸克重高、平滑度低,需要进行至少一次超压以后, 才能在其上涂上无溶剂硅油层, 由于多出超压此道工序, 加工过程较为 复杂、 生产效率低。
因此有必要在现有离型纸的基础上设计出一种新结构的离型纸。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是, 针对上述技术的不足, 设计出一种结构 简单、外形美观、超薄、节省成本且利于生产的无溶剂硅油超薄离型纸。
本发明为解决其问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种无溶剂硅油超薄离型纸,包括由上至下分别为原纸层、底涂层、 硅油层, 在原纸层的上表面还印刷有图案, 其特征在于: 所述原纸层的 重量为 18~28克 /平方米, 所述硅油层为无溶剂硅油。
上述技术方案还有以下改进技术方案: 所述离型纸的重量为 20~30 克 /平方米。 所述底涂层为聚乙烯醇与丁苯乳胶的混合物。 聚乙烯醇与 丁苯乳胶的混合比例为 8〜9: 2~1。
一种无溶剂硅油超薄离型纸的制作方法, 包括以下步骤:
步骤一, 准备原纸, 所述原纸的重量为 18~28克每平方米; 步骤二, 在原纸上涂上底涂层, 所述底涂层为聚乙烯醇与丁苯乳胶 的混合物;
步骤三, 在底涂层上涂上无溶剂硅油。
进一步, 所述底涂层采用四辊吻式涂布的方式进行涂布。
进一步, 所述无溶剂硅油采用网纹辊涂布的方式进行涂布。
本发明的有益效果是: 与传统离型纸相比本发明具有以下优点: 1、 本发明在同等面积下重量低, 节省原料, 达到了节能的目的; 2、 无溶 剂硅油不存在汽油、 甲苯等溶剂, 杜绝了生产过程中出现自燃自爆等现 象, 环保无污染, 符合国家和市场的需求; 3、 由于原纸层足够薄, 在 生产过程中无需对其进行超压, 减少加工工序, 提高了加工效率, 降低 生产成本。

作为优选的实施方式, 所述离型纸的重量为 20~30 克 /平方米。 所 述底涂层 2为聚乙烯醇与丁苯乳胶的混合物,所述聚乙烯醇与丁苯乳胶 的混合比例为 8~9: 2〜1。 进一步, 上述原纸层 1的平滑度小于 50S , 在 高速生产过程中不易打滑; 上述无溶剂硅油层 3底面为光滑面, 其平滑 度大于 650S, 使得光亮度高、 外观美、 质感好。
一种生产上述离型纸的制作方法, 其步骤包括:
步骤一, 准备原纸, 所述原纸的重量为 18~28克 /平方米;
步骤二, 在原纸上涂上底涂层, 所述底涂层为聚乙烯醇与丁苯乳胶 的混合物, 聚乙烯醇与丁苯乳胶的混合比例为 8〜9: 2-1 , 并且采用四 辊吻式涂布的方式进行涂布。
