如图 5 所示, 本发明自拧干平板拖把的工作原理为: 向下推动套简 60, 滑块 71插入竖向滑槽 62内, 使套简 60相对于过渡简 70能够上 下滑动但不能作旋转运动,从而使套简 60也不能相对于板体 10作旋 转运动。 接着一手握住套简 60, —手旋转拧动拖把杆 20。 由于拖把 杆 20在套简 60内仅可单向旋转,从而使拖把杆 20带动旋转件 40作 单向旋转, 挂钩 41带动清洁部件 30的中部产生旋转, 清洁部件中部 逐步旋转卷叠后, 对清洁部件两端产生拉力, 因清洁部件外端分别与 侧板体外端固定相连, 所以侧板体外端在向内拉力的作用下向下旋 转, 直至清洁部件两外端并拢, 继续旋转拖把杆, 从而对该清洁部件 30进行拧干。一旦清洁部件 30的拧干操作完成后,向上移动套简 60, 使竖向滑槽 62离开滑块 71 , 拖把杆 20就失去了单向旋转的约束, 拖把杆连同旋转件就可自由旋转, 使清洁部件 30在回复力的作用下 作反向旋转。 同时, 在扭簧 103的回复力作用下, 两侧板体 102向上 翻转, 清洁部件 30就可随之及时复位。

Claims

1. 自拧干平板拖把, 包括板体、 拖把杆和清洁部件, 所述清洁 部件设于所述板体的下面, 其特征在于, 它还包括旋转件、 外棘齿和 套简, 所述板体包括中板体和两个侧板体, 所述中板体的两端分别通 过扭簧与所述侧板体铰接相连,所述清洁部件的两端分别连接在所述 两个侧板体的外侧端, 所述旋转件的下端与所述清洁部件的中部相 连,所述旋转件的上端穿过所述板体中部所开设的通孔后与所述拖把 杆不可旋转连接; 所述外棘齿套设固定于所述拖把杆上, 所述套简间 隙配合套设于所述拖把杆上,所述套简的内侧壁上设有与所述外棘齿 相配合的内棘齿, 所述套简不可旋转地连接于所述中板体的上方。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的自拧干平板拖把, 其特征在于, 它还包 括过渡简和万向接头, 所述过渡简套设于所述拖把杆的外部, 所述过 渡简的下端与所述万向接头的上端活动铆接相连,所述万向接头的下 端与所述中板体中部所设的连接座活动铆接相连,所述过渡简的上部 外表面上设有滑块,所述套简套在所述过渡简上端外部和所述拖把杆 的外部, 所述套简的内表面设有和所述滑块相配的竖向滑槽, 使套简 不可旋转地连接于所述中板体的上方。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的自拧干平板拖把, 其特征在于, 它 还包括有过渡连接件, 所述拖把杆的下端连接有连接件, 所述连接件 与所述过渡连接件的上端铆接相连, 所述连接件、 过渡连接件和拖把 杆向下穿过所述套简,所述过渡连接件的下端和所述旋转件的上端铆 接相连, 使所述旋转件与所述拖把杆不可旋转连接。
4. 如权利要求 1或 1所述的自拧干平板拖把, 其特征在于, 所 述旋转件的上部设有连接头,所述连接头伸出所述中板体中部所开设 的通孔后, 设于所述中板体中部所设的连接座的中间。
5. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的自拧干平板拖把, 其特征在于, 所 述旋转件的下部设有挂钩, 所述清洁部件的上部中间设有挂环, 所述 挂钩套设于所述挂环内, 将所述旋转件与所述清洁部件的中间相连。
6. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的自拧干平板拖把, 其特征在于, 每 个所述侧板体的外侧端分别设有挂钩,所述清洁部件的两端分别设有 连接绳, 所述连接绳套设于所述挂钩上。
