Abstract

L'invention concerne les aspects techniques du dispositif et du procédé d'un adaptateur de remplissage, destiné à un récipient à remplir avec un liquide, qui peut être monté sur le récipient et qui possède un raccord à liquide, un raccord d'aspiration, un raccord à gaz sous pression et un tube relié à un piston et disposé de manière à pouvoir être positionné pneumatiquement dans le sens axial sur un axe. Un remplissage du récipient avec un liquide et/ou une aspiration de gaz et/ou de liquide hors du récipient à travers l'adaptateur de remplissage peut être réalisé par le biais du tube qui se trouve en liaison active avec le raccord à liquide, le raccord d'aspiration et le raccord à gaz sous pression. La présente invention a pour objet de proposer une solution technique correspondante réalisable à un coût réduit et donnant un adaptateur de remplissage petit et léger. Cet objet est réalisé en ce que l'adaptateur de remplissage (1) possède un premier espace cylindrique (10) et un deuxième espace cylindrique (11) sur des côtés (12, 13) opposés dans le sens axial du piston (7). Le premier espace cylindrique (10) est relié à un gaz sous pression et le deuxième espace cylindrique (11) est soit relié lui aussi à un gaz sous pression, soit soumis à la force d'un ressort de telle sorte que le piston (7) peut se déplacer dans le premier espace cylindrique (10) et le deuxième espace cylindrique (11) sous l'effet de pressions et/ou de forces différentes et peut être bloqué en position fixe dans le premier espace cylindrique (10) et le deuxième espace cylindrique (11) sous l'effet de pressions et/ou de forces identiques, de sorte qu'une bouche (16) du tube (8) peut être positionnée dans plusieurs positions axiales (Z-F1, Z-F2) du tube, entre deux positions finales (Z-0, Z-1), auxquelles le remplissage et/ou l'aspiration peut avoir lieu et permettre ainsi le réglage d'une hauteur de remplissage (15) du liquide (9).
