Abstract
L'invention concerne un élément (11) acheminant de la poudre (10), tel qu'une conduite ou une trémie de transport, sur lequel une couche réduisant l'adhérence (12) est appliquée, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication dudit élément. Selon l'invention, des particules de plastique (23), par exemple de Téflon, sont réparties de façon dispersée au moins dans une couche superficielle (22) de ladite couche et constituent également une portion de la surface (25). La matrice métallique de la couche superficielle (22) est composée de nickel. Étonnamment, l'appariement du nickel et d'un plastique, de préférence du Téflon, a pour effet de réduire la tendance à l'agglomération de la poudre transportée. L'invention permet ainsi de renoncer aux additifs pour poudre, qui peuvent par exemple entraîner la formation d'impuretés dans la couche produite lors de la projection à froid.
