本发明的面加热式雾化器具有下述优点: 本发明的雾化器采用纳米钛金属发热材料膜 替代传统的钨合金发热丝来对固体烟油或烟膏进行加热, 当纳米钛金属发热材料膜通电以 后, 能够将陶瓷座加热达到 400〜600摄氏度的高温, 从而能够把放置在容置槽中的固体 烟油或烟膏进行雾化, 相对传统采用钨合金发热丝的雾化器而言具有下述技术效果: 1 ) 传统的钨合金发热丝为点发热, 发热面积非常小; 而本发明的纳米钛金属发热材料膜包裹 在陶瓷座的外侧, 因此为面状发热结构, 面状发热结构发热面积大, 对固体烟油或烟膏的 雾化能力更强; 2) 传统的钨合金发热丝在使用过程中由于直接接触烟油雾化物容易积炭, 而本发明的纳米钛金属发热材料膜并不与固体烟油或烟膏直接接触, 而是通过陶瓷座间接 与固体烟油或烟膏接触来实现热量传递, 因此发热更加均匀、不容易产生积炭, 更加环保; 3 ) 传统的钨合金发热丝在使用过程中容易烧断, 而纳米钛金属发热材料膜的使用寿命非 常长, 其平均使用寿命可达 10万次以上; 4) 纳米钛金属发热材料膜采用亲人类的纳米钛 金属发热材料制成, 高温加热完全无毒无害, 环保健康; 5 ) 纳米钛金属发热材料膜的电 阻比较小, 因此使用起来更加节能。
本发明带有面加热式雾化器的电子烟为包含本发明面加热式雾化器的电子烟, 因此也 具有本发明面加热式雾化器相同的技术效果, 在此不再赘述。

【具体实施方式】
如图 1所示, 本实施例的面加热式雾化器包括相互连接的底座 11和发热体 12, 发热 体 12包括陶瓷座 121, 陶瓷座 121的内部设有用于放置固体烟油或烟膏的容置槽 122, 陶 瓷座 121的外侧包裹有纳米钛金属发热材料膜 123。 本实施例采用纳米钛金属发热材料膜 123替代传统的钨合金发热丝来对固体烟油或烟膏进行加热,当纳米钛金属发热材料膜 123 通电以后, 能够将陶瓷座 121加热达到 400〜600摄氏度的高温, 从而能够把放置在容置 槽 122中的固体烟油或烟膏进行雾化, 相对传统采用钨合金发热丝的雾化器而言具有下述 技术效果: 1 ) 传统的钨合金发热丝为点发热, 发热面积非常小; 而本实施例的纳米钛金 属发热材料膜 123包裹在陶瓷座 121的外侧, 因此为面状发热结构, 面状发热结构发热面 积大, 对固体烟油或烟膏的雾化能力更强; 2) 传统的钨合金发热丝在使用过程中由于直 接接触烟油雾化物容易积炭, 而本实施例的纳米钛金属发热材料膜 123并不与固体烟油或 烟膏直接接触, 而是通过陶瓷座 121间接与固体烟油或烟膏接触来实现热量传递, 因此发 热更加均匀、 不容易产生积炭, 更加环保; 3 ) 传统的钨合金发热丝在使用过程中容易烧 断, 而本实施例的纳米钛金属发热材料膜 123的使用寿命非常长, 其平均使用寿命可达 10 万次以上; 4) 本实施例的纳米钛金属发热材料膜 123 采用亲人类的纳米钛金属发热材料 制成, 高温加热完全无毒无害, 环保健康; 5 ) 本实施例的纳米钛金属发热材料膜 123 的 电阻比较小, 因此使用起来更加节能。
本实施例中, 陶瓷座 121呈管状且一端设有一体式布置的端盖板 124, 端盖板 124上 设有一体式布置的插接管 125, 插接管 125的轴线方向与陶瓷座 121的轴线方向重合, 陶 瓷座 121通过插接管 125插设固定于底座 11中,底座 11和发热体 12之间的连接简单方便。 此外, 底座 11包括长螺杆 111、 第一硅胶套 112、 第一正极接触 113和第二硅胶套 114, 长螺杆 111上设有相互连通的电极安装孔 115和发热体安装孔 116, 第一硅胶套 112套设 于第一正极接触 113上且插设于电极安装孔 115内,第二硅胶套 114套设于发热体 12的插 接管 125上且插设于发热体安装孔 116内,第二硅胶套 114上设有间隙布置的第一电极 117 和第二电极 118, 第一电极 117和第二电极 118分别与纳米钛金属发热材料膜 123的两侧 接触导通, 结构简单, 组装方便快捷。
如图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5、 图 6和图 7所示, 带有本实施例面加热式雾化器的电子烟 包括相互连接的雾化器组件 2和烟杆组件 3, 雾化器组件 2包括依次相连的烟嘴 21、 雾化 器管 22、 第一电极连接组件 23以及设于雾化器管 22内的雾化器 1, 烟杆组件 3包括电池 管 31和分别设于电池管 31内的第二电极连接组件 32、 电池 33、 控制板 34, 第二电极连 接组件 32通过控制板 34与电池 33相连, 电池管 31上设有用于与控制板 34连接的按键 开关 4, 第一电极连接组件 23与第二电极连接组件 32连接导通, 其中雾化器 1即为前述 的面加热式雾化器, 且纳米钛金属发热材料膜 123与第一电极连接组件 23连接导通。 电 子烟在工作时, 控制板 34将来自电池 33的电压依次通过第二电极连接组件 32、第一电极 连接组件 23、 第一电极 117和第二电极 118输出给纳米钛金属发热材料膜 123, 通过纳米 钛金属发热材料膜 123将陶瓷座 121加热达到 400〜600摄氏度的高温, 从而把放置在容 置槽 122中的固体烟油或烟膏进行雾化, 雾化的烟雾则通过雾化器管 22、 烟嘴 21进入吸 烟者的口腔。
本实施例中, 烟嘴 21采用环保 PP料直接用机器车出; 雾化器管 22为钢化玻璃管, 能够使得发热体 12在雾化固体烟油或烟膏时, 雾化的味道会更加纯正。 如图 4和图 5所 示, 第一电极连接组件 23包括第一螺套 231、 短螺杆 232、 第三硅胶套 233和第二正极接 触 234, 第一螺套 231上设有第一内螺孔 235、 第一电极定位孔 236和烟杆定位套 237, 短 螺杆 232上设有连接柱 238和烟杆连接外螺纹段 239, 底座 11的长螺杆 111与第一内螺孔 235螺纹配合, 连接柱 238插设固定于第一电极定位孔 236内, 第二电极连接组件 32与烟 杆连接外螺纹段 239相连且插设定位于烟杆定位套 237中, 第三硅胶套 233套设于第二正 极接触 234上且插设于短螺杆 232内, 短螺杆 232通过第一螺套 231与长螺杆 111保持电 连接导通, 第二正极接触 234与第一正极接触 113接触导通, 且第二正极接触 234、 第一 正极接触 113的轴线上均设有与雾化器管 22的内腔连通的气流孔,通过第一电极连接组件 23的上述结构能够实现与雾化器 1、 烟杆组件 3之间的稳定、 可靠的连接。
本实施例中, 烟嘴 21插设于雾化器管 22的一端, 第一螺套 231插设于雾化器管 22 的另一端, 雾化器组件 2的连接简单方便; 此外, 烟嘴 21、 雾化器管 22之间设有第一硅 胶密封圈 221, 第一螺套 231、 雾化器管 22之间依次设有间隙布置的第二硅胶密封圈 222 和第三硅胶密封圈 223, 因此能够确保雾化器管 22的密封可靠。
如图 6和图 7所示, 第二电极连接组件 32包括第二螺套 321、 第四硅胶套 322、 第三 正极接触 323, 第二螺套 321 内依次设有第二内螺孔 324、 第二电极定位孔 325和控制板 安装孔 326,第四硅胶套 322套设于第三正极接触 323上并插设于第二电极定位孔 325内, 第二内螺孔 324与烟杆连接外螺纹段 239螺纹连接,第三正极接触 323与第二正极接触 234 接触导通, 控制板安装孔 326内设有安装支架 327和按键支架 328, 控制板 34安装固定在 安装支架 327内, 第二螺套 321上对应控制板安装孔 326的侧壁上设有按键安装孔 329, 按键开关 4安装在按键支架 328上且伸出按键安装孔 329外, 电池管 31的外壁上设有与 按键安装孔 329对齐布置的通孔 310。本实施例的第二电极连接组件 32既能够实现与第一 电极连接组件 23的连接, 又能够实现对控制板 34、 按键开关 4的安装固定, 结构简单、 牢固可靠且装配方便。
本实施例中, 电池管 31内位于电池 33的外侧设有透光 USB支架 35、 定位螺管 36和 尾帽 37, 透光 USB支架 35上设有 LED模块 351和 USB充电接口 352, LED模块 351和 USB充电接口 352分别与控制板 34相连, 定位螺管 36与电池管 31过盈配合, USB充电 接口 352的端部插设于定位螺管 36内, 尾帽 37与定位螺管 36螺纹连接。
本实施例中, 控制板 34恒压输出 3.5±0.1V电压, 且通过 LED模块 351能够在抽烟时 通过不同灯光颜色提示使用者电池剩余电量, 使用方便快捷。 LED模块 351包括红绿蓝三 色 LED灯。 通过 2秒内连续按下 5次以上按键开关 4进行吸烟功能锁死 /有效模式切换, LED模块 351闪烁 3次。 电子烟通过按键开关 4上电后 LED模块 351闪烁 2次, 不吸烟 则进入睡眠,一吸烟则会唤醒,电子烟工作时单指向按键开关 4按下时 LED模块 351渐亮, 雾化器 1发热并有烟雾产生, 放手不吸后则雾化器 1停止输出, 不吸烟进入睡眠, 直到再 次吸烟唤醒。 LED模块 351会根据电池 33容量不同而发出不同颜色灯, LED模块 351的 红色 LED灯亮表示电池 33的电量为 3%〜60%,电压小于 3.4V; LED模块 351的绿色 LED 亮表示电池 33的电量为 60%〜90%, 电压为 3.5V〜3.7V; LED模块 351的蓝色 LED亮表 示电池 33的电量为大于或等于 90%, 电压为大于 3.8V, 每次吸烟动作时, LED模块 351 都会显示电池 33的电量。 同时, 当雾化器 1短路时, LED模块 351的三色 LED灯长亮 5 秒或灯闪 2次, 自动短路保护; 当空载低于或等于 3.3V电压时, 控制板 34报警 3次并控 制 LED模块 351的三色 LED灯各闪 8下并且不产生烟雾, 之后必须要有充电状态才能再 工作, 否则处于锁死状态。 本实施例中, 电池 33为可充电电池, 通过 USB充电接口 352 能够对电池 33进行充电。当需要充电时,将尾帽 37取下并将 USB充电接口 352与充电器 相连, 充电器成功连接 2秒后 LED模块 351的红绿蓝 LED灯各闪 1次后, LED模块 351 中相应的指示电量的 LED等常亮;控制板 34内置充电短路保护电路, 当电池 33的电压高 于 4.10V时, 控制板 34即断开充电电路起过充保护, LED模块 351闪烁 20次。 另, USB 充电接口 352还可支持 DC5V充电, 充电中红灯亮, 充满电红灯灭。
本实施例中,按键开关 4的端部与通孔 310的边缘平齐,使得按键开关 4不容易误触, 而且使得电子烟的整体看起来更加整齐美观。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的面加热式雾化器, 其特征在于: 所述陶瓷座(121)呈管状 且一端设有一体式布置的端盖板 (124), 所述端盖板 (124) 上设有一体式布置的插接管
(125),所述插接管(125)的轴线方向与陶瓷座(121)的轴线方向重合,所述陶瓷座(121) 通过插接管 (125) 插设固定于底座 (11) 中。

4、 一种带有面加热式雾化器的电子烟, 包括相互连接的雾化器组件(2)和烟杆组件 (3), 所述雾化器组件 (2) 包括依次相连的烟嘴 (21)、 雾化器管 (22)、 第一电极连接 组件(23) 以及设于雾化器管(22) 内的雾化器(1), 所述烟杆组件(3)包括电池管(31) 和分别设于电池管 (31) 内的第二电极连接组件 (32)、 电池 (33)、 控制板 (34), 所述 第二电极连接组件 (32) 通过控制板 (34) 与电池 (33) 相连, 所述电池管 (31) 上设有 用于与控制板 (34) 连接的按键开关 (4), 所述第一电极连接组件 (23) 与第二电极连接 组件 (32) 连接导通, 其特征在于: 所述雾化器 (1) 为权利要求 1〜3中任意一项所述的 面加热式雾化器, 所述面加热式雾化器中纳米钛金属发热材料膜 (123) 的电极分别通过 导线与第一电极连接组件 (23) 连接导通。
