为了提高鼠标的高效性和便捷性, 现有技术中也出现了一些鼠标, 通过 独立操作这些鼠标就可完成一些基本的功能。如中国发明专利 CN2022301 66U 中公开了一种鼠标的滚轮组合键操作的实现方法及组合键滚轮鼠标, 当用户 对滚轮鼠标进行滚轮组合键操作(即第一步为将按键按下,第二步为运动滚轮 键一次或多次, 第三步为将被按下的按键松开)的过程中, 滚轮鼠标的硬件与 鼠标驱动程序能够协同执行一个步骤, 通过这步骤能够对用户的滚轮组合键 操作过程进行逻辑判断并向计算机发出滚轮组合键操作所对应的计算机指令。 在该技术方案在不增加现有鼠标的按键和滚轮数量的前提下, 通过鼠标按键 和滚轮的配合动作来实现一些计算机的操作, 增加了鼠标能快捷实现常用计 算机操作的功能; 但是在其操作过程中, 使用者需要同时控制两个键且多次 触控按键, 这在无形中增加了鼠标的操作难度, 而且因为操作动作复杂, 这 就增加了误操作的风险, 也不能让使用者在使用过程用节省时间、 简化操作 过程。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有技术中鼠标的单一按键功能匮乏, 无 法独立完成计算机系统的多种操作命令, 从而提供一种可以在不改变鼠标硬 件器件布局的情况下通过鼠标的按键的复用来增加鼠标的操作功能的多功能 鼠标及其控制方法。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种通过按键复用完成多种功能操作的鼠标, 包括外壳、 设置在外壳上 的按键、 设置在外壳内部且与所述按键连接的按键电路以及与所述按键电路 连接的中央处理芯片, 所述中央处理芯片通过监听所述按键电路来获取与按 键电路相连的所述按键的动作状态, 所述中央处理芯片包括 按键复用设置存储单元: 存储有所述按键及其动作类型对应的计算机操 作命令, 所述按键对应的动作类型包括单击、 双击、 三极、 短按、 长按以及 长按超时中的至少两种;
动作监听判断单元: 监听所述按键电路是否发出信号, 并根据信号状态 综合逻辑判断获得发出信号的按键以及按键动作类型;
动作处理单元: 根据所述动作监听判断单元的判断结果调取所述按键复 用设置存储单元中该按键的所述动作类型对应的计算机操作指令, 并向计算 机发出所述操作命令。

所述步骤二中, 所述逻辑判断为判断所述信号状态包的前后信号时间间 隔、 单位时间内连续次数或按下抬起的时长是否符合设定的逻辑。
所述步骤三中所述操作指令为计算机系统的快捷键指令、 或顺序的系列 键盘指令组合、 或自定义 H I D数据指令。
在所述按键复用设置存储单元中, 对所述鼠标的左键不做设置, 所述鼠 标左键执行标准鼠标的左键功能, 在步骤二中当所述动作监听判断单元监听 到所述按键电路发出动作信号并判断所述信号对应的按键为左键时, 让鼠标 执行标准鼠标左键动作, 并返回步骤一。
在所述步骤二中, 判断所述信号对应的按键及其动作类型时, 首先判断 所述信号对应的按键,然后判断该按键的动作类型;判断按键的依次顺序为: 左键、 右键、 中键、 第四键、 第五键; 判断所述动作类型的顺序为: 单击、 双击、 三级、 短按、 长按、 长按超时。 在所述步骤二中, 长按时首先触发长按动作类型, 长按动作触发后按键没有 抬起, 则触发按键的长按超时动作类型, 长按超时动作类型对应的操作指令 为不动作。
本发明的上述技术方案相比现有技术具有以下优点:
( 1 ) 本发明所述的通过按键复用完成多种功能操作的鼠标, 包括外壳、 设置在外壳上的按键、 设置在外壳内部且与所述按键连接的按键电路以及与 所述按键电路连接的中央处理芯片, 所述中央处理芯片通过监听所述按键电 路来获取与按键电路相连的所述按键的动作状态。 所述中央处理芯片包括按 键复用设置存储单元、 动作监听判断单元以及动作处理单元, 按键复用设置 存储单元中存储有所述按键及其动作类型对应的计算机操作命令。 动作监听 判断单元监听所述按键电路是否发出信号, 并根据信号状态综合逻辑判断获 得发出信号的按键以及按键动作类型。 动作处理单元根据所述动作监听判断 单元的判断结果调取所述按键复用设置存储单元中该按键的所述动作类型对 应的计算机操作指令, 并向计算机发出所述操作命令。 该技术方案通过对鼠 标按键的复用, 扩展了鼠标的功能。 现有鼠标按键的动作类型及其对应的操 作指令非常少, 只能单击、双击完成一些十分基础的功能, 例如选中、 上拉、 下拉等; 而一些常用的操作例如复制、 粘贴等常用的功能则需要多步动作来 完成。 本发明的所述按键复用设置存储单元中存储的所述按键对应的动作类 型至少包括单击、 双击、 三极、 短按、 长按中的两种, 并将所述动作类型和 一些常用的操作命令一一对应, 这就明显增加了所述按键的单键功能。 所述 鼠标的任何一个按键按下时, 所述动作监听判断单元就会监听到, 并在判断 出是哪一个按键及其动作类型后将判断结果传至所述动作处理单元; 所述动 作处理单元以所述按键复用设置存储单元中的数据作为判断标准, 从中调取 所述动作类型对应的计算机操作指令, 并向计算机发出所述操作命令。 综上 可以看出, 所述中央处理芯片在接收到所述按键动作后可以不通过计算机软 件直接向计算机发出操作命令, 而且可以通过所述单键的不同按键的动作完 成更多计算机常用操作, 使计算机操作变得简单快捷。
(2) 本发明所述的通过按键复用完成多种功能操作的鼠标, 所述操作指 令为计算机系统的快捷键指令或顺序的系列键盘指令组合或能被计算机接受 的 H I D数据指令。 很多计算快捷指令都十分常用, 但如果由鼠标代替快捷键 来完成其功能, 受限于按键数量与按键功能, 则鼠标能实现的功能变得非常 有限, 甚至在一些鼠标上无法完成, 反而不如使用键盘操作方便; 但由于键 盘的快捷键复杂繁多和人们的使用习惯问题, 到时很多人宁愿费时也要使用 鼠标来完成操作, 这就无形中降低了工作效率。 本发明所述的多功能鼠标, 在所述中央处理芯片中存储了计算机系统的快捷键指令或者顺序的系列键盘 指令组合, 这样通过鼠标的单键操作, 就可以执行一系列操作指令, 使得用 户使用起来更方便, 实现了使用鼠标所述按键通过简单易记地单键操作就可 以代替键盘快捷键或顺序的系列键盘指令组合完成任务。
(3) 本发明所述的通过按键复用完成多种功能操作的鼠标, 所述按键包 括左键、 右键、 中键 /滚轮按键、 第四键和第五键, 按键电路包括左键电路、 右键电路、 中键 /滚轮按键电路、 第四键电路和第五键电路。 所述按键的设置 与现有技术中的鼠标的设置一致, 不会增加鼠标的制作成本, 也不会改变使 用者的鼠标操作基本习惯。 (4) 本发明所述的通过按键复用完成多种功能操作的鼠标, 所述按键及 其动作类型包括: 右键的单击、 双击、 三极、 短按、 长按以及长按超时; 中 键的单击、 双击、 三极、 短按、 长按以及长按超时; 第四键的单击、 双击、 三极、 短按、 长按以及长按超时; 第五键的单击、 双击、 三极、 短按、 长按 以及长按超时。 这种设置使每个按键的所述动作类型至少增加了两个, 增加 的动作类型也都是简单易操作的, 除按键超时动作外每个动作对应一个操作, 大幅度的增加了所述按键的功能。
(5) 本发明所述的通过按键复用拓展鼠标按键功能的方法, 包括如下步 骤: 步骤一, 动作监听判断单元监听所述按键电路是否发出信号; 步骤二, 当所述动作监听判断单元未监听到所述按键电路发出动作信号时, 返回步骤 一继续监听; 当动作监听判断单元监听到所述按键电路发出动作信号时, 判 断所述信号对应的按键及其动作类型, 并将判断结果发送给动作处理单元; 步骤三, 所述动作处理单元接收到所述监听判断单元发送的所述按键及其动 作类型后, 调取按键复用设置存储单元中该按键及其动作类型对应的计算机 操作指令, 并向计算机发出所述操作命令, 然后返回步骤一。 所述按键电路 发出动作信号时, 所述动作监听判断单元捕捉到所述信号, 判断是由哪一路 按键电路发出和动作类型, 并将判断结果发送给动作处理单元, 所述动作处 理单元根据所述判断结果和所述按键复用设置存储单元中存储的按键及其动 作类型进行对比, 再调取其对应的计算机操作指令, 并向计算机发出所述操 作命令; 通过上述步骤所述鼠标就可以通过所述按键的独立操作实现很多常 用功能。
(6) 本发明所述的通过按键复用拓展鼠标按键功能的方法, 在所述步骤 一之前还包括通过按键复用设置存储单元对按键及其动作类型对应的计算机 操作指令的设置步骤。 所述按键复用设置存储单元中的按键及其动作类型和 计算机操作指令的对应关系是固化在所述中央处理芯片中的, 可以通过专门 的设置软件程序进行设置修改原有通用功能设置, 新设置后操作方法和原标 准鼠标一致。
(7) 本发明所述的通过按键复用拓展鼠标按键功能的方法, 所述按键复 用设置存储单元不对所述鼠标的左键做设置, 所述鼠标左键执行标准鼠标的 左键功能; 因为标准鼠标的左键功能十分常用、 且操作简单, 为了避免使用 者在使用过程中产生不便而增加误操作的概率, 故不改变所述左键的设置。 在步骤二中当所述动作监听判断单元监听到所述按键电路发出动作信号并判 断所述信号对应的按键为左键时, 让鼠标执行标准鼠标左键动作, 并返回步 骤一; 使用者对左键进行操作时所述鼠标只会发送标准鼠标左键的操作命令 不会产生其他误操作。
(8) 本发明所述的通过按键复用拓展鼠标按键功能的方法, 在所述步骤 二中, 所述动作监听判断单元在监听到所述按键电路的信号时, 首先判断是 由哪一路按键电路发出的, 然后再判断按键的动作类型。 这样设置的目的是 为了在所述鼠标左键动作时, 所述动作监听判断单元一旦判断出按键, 不必 在判断动作类型就可以让所述鼠标直接执行标准命令, 减少判断的次数, 节 省操作时间。
(9) 本发明所述的通过按键复用拓展鼠标按键功能的方法, 判断按键的 依次顺序为: 左键、 右键、 中键、 第四键、 第五键; 判断所述动作类型的顺 序为: 单击、 双击、 三级、 短按、 长按、 长按超时; 这是按照使用者使用所 述按键的频率由高到低设置, 从被使用概率最高的按键开始判断, 减少判断 的次数, 节省操作时间。
( 10) 本发明所述的通过按键复用拓展鼠标按键功能的方法, 在所述按 键复用设置存储单元中, 按键的左键、 右键、 中键、 第四键、 第五键的不同 动作类型对应的计算机操作系统的不同的快捷键指令或顺序的系列键盘指令 组合。 这样, 在不使用键盘快捷键的情况下独立由所述鼠标也可以完成打开 我的电脑、 关闭程序、 直接进入桌面、 直接进入操作系统界面、 程序之间切 换、 复制、 黏贴、 网页浏览前进、 后退、 直接进入搜索引擎、 直接进行操作 系统搜索等常用功能, 从而让计算机操作效率提高。
( 1 1 ) 本发明所述的通过按键复用拓展鼠标按键功能的方法, 在所述按 键复用设置存储单元中, 长按时首先触发长按动作, 长按动作触发后按键没 有抬起, 则触发按键的长按超时类型动作处理, 对应的操作指令为不动作。 一般情况下, 鼠标的所述长按超时动作都是由于使用者想要进行长按动作而 按下时间过长造成的误操作, 所以在所述方法中将所述长按超时动作设定为 不动作, 以减少反复执行长按动作的误操作产生的不良后果。
( 12) 本发明所述的通过按键复用拓展鼠标按键功能的方法, 所述逻辑 判断为判断所述信号状态包的前后信号时间间隔、 单位时间内连续次数或按 下抬起的时长是否符合设定的逻辑, 这样就可以方便的识別单击、 双击、 三 击、 长按、 短按、 长按超时这些不同的鼠标动作。 附图说明 为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚的理解, 下面结合附图,对本发明作 进一步详细的说明, 其中, 图 1是常用的鼠标的外观结构示意图;

实施例 1:
常规的鼠标的外部结构如图 1所示, 包括左键 1、 右键 2、 中键 3 (或滚 轮按键) 、 第四键 4、 第五键 5, 本发明所述的通过按键复用完成多种功能操 作的鼠标, 其外部结果与常规鼠标相同, 仅通过对其内部的中央处理芯片 6 处理程序进行改进, 通过增加逻辑判断的方式对按键(右键 2、 中键 3、 第四 键 4、 第五键 5) 进行复用设置, 实现了多功能复用。
本发明所示的过按键复用完成多种功能操作的鼠标的结构如图 1 所示, 其包括包括外壳,按键设置在外壳上, 此处的按键即左键 1、右键 2、 中键 3、 第四键 4、 第五键 5, 其对应的按键电路分別为左键 1 电路、 右键 2电路、 中 键 3按键电路、 第四键 4电路和第五键 5电路。 所述按键以及与所述按键连 接的按键电路都设置在外壳内部, 中央处理芯片 6 与所述按键电路连接。 所 述中央处理芯片 6通过监听所述按键电路来获取与按键电路相连的所述按键 的动作状态。
所述中央处理芯片 6包括:
按键复用设置存储单元: 存储有所述按键及其动作类型对应的计算机操 作命令, 所述按键包括右键 2、 中键 3、 第四键 4、 第五键 5, 所述按键对应 的动作类型包括单击、 双击、 三极、 短按、 长按以及长按超时。 这样, 所述 按键及其动作类型包括: 右键 2 的单击、 双击、 三极、 短按、 长按以及长按 超时; 中键 3的单击、 双击、 三极、 短按、 长按以及长按超时; 第四键 4的 单击、 双击、 三极、 短按、 长按以及长按超时; 第五键 5 的单击、 双击、 三 极、 短按、 长按以及长按超时。 通过上述对单个按键的多种按键类型进行设 置, 从而来实现按键的多功能复用。 此处的按键及其动作类型对应的计算机 操作指令即快捷键指令, 如复制功能为 "Ctr l +C"、 "粘贴"功能为 "Ctr l +v" 等等快捷键指令。
动作监听判断单元: 监听所述按键电路是否发出信号, 并通过所述信号 判断发出动作的按键以及按键动作类型。 所述动作监听判断单元来判断具体 哪个键执行了哪种操作。
动作处理单元: 根据所述动作监听判断单元的判断结果调取所述按键复 用设置存储单元中该按键及其动作类型对应的计算机快捷键指令, 并向计算 机发出所述快捷键命令, 此处的发送方式为基于 H I D通信协议的标准协议。
作为可以变换的实施方式, 所述按键对应的动作类型可以包括单击、 双 击、 三极、 短按、 长按以及长按超时中的两种或两种以上, 根据所需功能的 多少来选择复用鼠标类型的个数。
作为其他可以变换的实施方式, 除上述按键除包括五键鼠标的标准五键 外, 也可以是三键鼠标的三键, 或者是在鼠标上通过其他方式设置的另外的 按键。
本实施例中还提供了一种通过按键复用完成多种功能操作的鼠标控制方 法, 包括如下步骤:
步骤一, 动作监听判断单元监听所述按键电路是否发出信号。
步骤二, 当所述动作监听判断单元未监听到所述按键电路发出动作信号 时, 返回步骤一继续监听; 当动作监听判断单元监听到所述按键电路发出动 作信号时, 根据信号状态综合逻辑判断获得发出信号的按键以及按键动作类 型, 本实施例中所述逻辑判断为判断所述信号状态包的前后信号时间间隔、 单位时间内连续次数或按下抬起的时长是否符合设定的逻辑, 然后将判断结 果发送给动作处理单元。
在此步骤中, 判断所述信号对应的按键及其动作类型时, 首先判断所述 信号对应的按键,然后判断该按键的动作类型。即先判断哪个键发出了动作, 判断按键的依次顺序为: 左键 1、 右键 2、 中键 3、 第四键 4、 第五键 5 ; 然后 判断这个键发出了什么动作, 判断所述动作类型的顺序为: 单击、 双击、 三 级、 短按、 长按、 长按超时。 此处的流程图如图 2所示。
步骤三, 所述动作处理单元接收到所述监听判断单元发送的所述按键及 其动作类型后, 调取按键复用设置存储单元中该按键及其动作类型对应的计 算机操作指令, 并向计算机发出所述操作命令, 然后返回步骤一。
实施例 2 :
对于本实施例中的通过按键复用完成多种功能操作的鼠标, 首先, 通过 按键复用设置存储单元对按键及其动作类型对应的计算机操作指令进行设置。 本实施例中鼠标的左键 1 不做任何改变, 使其保持原来鼠标左键 1 的功能, 通过按键复用设置存储单元对右键 2、 中键 3、 第四键 4、 第五键 5的不同动 作类型进行设置, 其对应着计算机操作系统的不同的快捷键指令或者顺序的 系列键盘指令组合或能被计算机接受的 H I D 数据。 此处顺序的系列键盘指令 是指先后的一系列操作指令, 如三击右键 2 来实现复制选中文本、 打开浏览 器、 输入选中信息的一些列指令, 这样通过此类设计, 可以让单键复用来实 现复杂的一系列的指令操作, 让鼠标的功能更加多样化, 操作更加简化。
为了减少误操作, 对于按键的长按超时类型对应的操作指令为不动作。 长按时首先触发长按动作类型, 长按动作触发后按键没有抬起, 则触发按键 的长按超时动作类型, 长按超时动作类型对应的操作指令为不动作。
本实施例所述的通过按键复用完成多种功能操作的鼠标, 对于实施例 1 中的控制方法, 其区別在于, 当所述动作监听判断单元监听到所述按键电路 发出动作信号并判断所述信号对应的按键为左键 1 时, 让鼠标执行标准鼠标 左键 1 动作, 并返回步骤一。
实施例 3 : 本实施例中给出一个通过按键复用完成多种功能操作的鼠标在 w i ndows 系统下的一个应用实例, 本实施例所述的鼠标, 具有以下功能: 左键为标准鼠标的标准设置; 右键单击实现的仍然是传统鼠标的右键单击操作;
中键单击实现的仍然是传统鼠标的中键键单击操作;
第 4键单击实现 '浏览器页面后退, 操作; 第 5键单击实现 '打开指定网页, 操作; 右键双击实现 '复制选择的项目, 操作;

6. 根据权利要求 4或 5所述鼠标的控制方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤二 中, 所述逻辑判断为判断所述信号状态包的前后信号时间间隔、 单位时间内 连续次数或按下抬起的时长是否符合设定的逻辑。
7. 根据权利要求 4-6中任一项所述鼠标的控制方法, 其特征在于: 所述 步骤三中所述操作指令为计算机系统的快捷键指令、 或顺序的系列键盘指令 组合、 或自定义 H I D数据指令。
8. 根据权利要求 4-7中任一项所述的鼠标的控制方法, 其特征在于, 在 所述按键复用设置存储单元中, 对所述鼠标的左键不做设置, 所述鼠标左键 执行标准鼠标的左键功能, 在步骤二中当所述动作监听判断单元监听到所述 按键电路发出动作信号并判断所述信号对应的按键为左键时, 让鼠标执行标 准鼠标左键动作, 并返回步骤一。
9. 根据权利要求 4-8任意一项所述的鼠标的控制方法, 其特征在于, 在 所述步骤二中, 判断所述信号对应的按键及其动作类型时, 首先判断所述信 号对应的按键, 然后判断该按键的动作类型;判断按键的依次顺序为:左键、 右键、 中键、 第四键、 第五键; 判断所述动作类型的顺序为: 单击、 双击、 三级、 短按、 长按、 长按超时。
10. 根据权利要求 4-9任意一项所述的鼠标的控制方法, 其特征在于, 在 所述步骤二中, 长按时首先触发长按动作类型, 长按动作触发后按键没有抬 起, 则触发按键的长按超时动作类型, 长按超时动作类型对应的操作指令为 不动作。
