• 光标定位模式切换到键盘编辑模式。 如果光标进入到文字输入 区域, 单指双击, 光标模式切换到键盘输入模式。 或者某些界面操作 按鈕之后必定转入文字输入模式, 如, 评论按鈕或者发微薄按鈕等, 再按下按 后, 弹出文本输入框的。 文字输入模式的缺省方式是键盘 模式, 也可设置为手写模式。
• 键盘编辑模式或者手写编辑模式转到光标定位模式。 当前的输 入完成后, 系统有确定的按 表明当前文字输入已经完成, 系统向遥 控板发送模式转换指令, 遥控板转入光标模式。
详细来看, 在光标模式下, 单指移动手势设计。 针对电视控制这个具 体场景, 触控板小, 而屏幕大, 单指控制也有特殊控制。 如果触控板面积 代表整个电视面板, 则细微的、 小范围的移动、 选择将难于操作。 而确定 的将遥控板的面积, 设定为相当于电视面板的 1/4或者 1/9、 1/16, 则面板 上光标大跨度的移动需要多次操作。 为此, 本发明提出, 用速度来区分触 控光标移动范围, 慢速移动用于小范围精细动作控制, 快速移动用于大范 围转移、 粗犷动作控制。 以低于预定速度限值 V的速度移动时, 移过距离 与光标移动距离的比为 Wl, 以高于预定速度限值 V的速度移动时, 移过 距离与光标移动距离的比为 W2, W1>W2。 还可设定两个速度限制, 具体 来说, 设定速度限制 vl和 v2, 0<vl<v2。 当触控滑动速度为小于时 vl, 触 控板控制面积相当于全电视屏的 1/16; 当触控速度为介于 vl和 v2之间时, 触控板控制面积相当于屏幕的 1/4; 而当触控速度为大于 v2时, 触控板控 制面积相当于全屏。
另外, 光标模式下, 单指双击表示确定, 等同于 enter健, 如果当前光 标处于应用软件图标上, 运行应用程序。 双指操作, 双指分开, 当前图形 放大。 双指平行滑动, 则带动界面整体移动, 等同于智能手机触控的单指 移动动作。
在键盘模式下, 为支持键盘模式,在触控板上提前按照 qwert键盘印刷 了字母, 数字, 翻页, 回退, 移动键等。 单点操作, 等同于单次按键。 在 键盘模式下, 重新定义双点触控功能, 该功能与光标模式下的双点触控功 能不同。 键盘模式下, 用于文字输入, 需要解决的问题是键盘字母或者拼 音输入, 编辑位置确定, 段落选择与拷贝粘贴删除等动作。 在键盘模式下, 当前屏幕的光标, 或者输入点, 一定处于文字编辑区域, 文字输入过程中, 需要改变文字输入点位置, 这时单指动作, 完全用于拼音或者英语字母的 输入动作, 文字编辑或修改位置的改变, 只能依赖于双点触控或多点触控。 分析键盘文字输入中所需动作, 移动编辑光标可能是仅次于字母输入的动 作需要了。 因此, 移动光标除了用光标键和翻页键控制外, 双指触控用于 输入光标位置控制。另夕卜,拷贝 /删除 /粘贴的功能在编辑模式中也必须支持。 与拷贝功能相关的动作是选择, 键盘模式下, 通过四步实现, ①、 移动光 标到确定位置。 ②、 按 shift键。 ③、 再移动光标, 选择区域为第一步确定 区域与光标之间的范围。 待双指离开触控板时, 区域确定, shift键失效, 界面出现删除还是拷贝按钮。 ④、 移动光标选择操作方式, 如出现其他动 作, 则当前选择区域消失, 以最后光标位置为准, 继续输入编辑。
在手写模式下, 对应的电视屏幕上会出现手写输入的界面。 手写输入 模式下的手势设计, 单指触控用于输入文字, 双指用于控制光标, 光标落 入文字编辑区, 则设定输入文字位置。 光标处于手写输入控制界面处, 以 释放触摸位置时控件的功能为准, 完成其他操作, 如文字选择, 或者删除 回退等。 三指手势定义, 从左向右扫过, 表示待选择输入文字后翻, 三指 从右向左扫过, 待选文字前翻。 此外, 在信号传输制式方面, 传统遥控使用红外传输, 红外二极管方 式的传输速度, 一般不超过 100byte/s, 而以触控方式进行信息录入所需传 输速度大为提高, 红外已不能满足触控板输入要求。 本发明传输制式由传 统的红外传输制式, 转为 zigbee或低功耗 bluetooth、 wifi方式, 以应对传 输速度、 使用便利方面的需求。
本发明的手持式遥控装置涵盖外形、 面板设计、 模式设计和手势设计, 兼顾传统遥控轻便、 简洁、 低功耗, 同时引入触控输入, 快捷、 直观, 可 应用于互联网、 移动社交应用场合。
尽管为示例目的, 已经公开了本发明的优选实施例, 本领域的技术人 员将意识到各种改进、 增加和取代也是可能的, 因此, 本发明的范围应当 不限于上述实施例。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种手持式遥控装置, 外形为方形板状结构, 包括正板面、 反板面 和多个侧面, 其中: 所述正板面, 其上设置有按键, 用于遥控电器,
所述反板面, 其上设置有触控板, 用于编辑信息并输入所述电器; 所述多个侧面, 其中一个侧面上布置有用于在所述正板面和所述反板 面之间进行启用和停用切换的切换键。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的手持式遥控装置, 其中, 所述切换键还用于切 换到重力感应模式, 在所述重力感应模式下, 所述正板面和所述反板面中 当前朝上的板面为启用板面。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的手持式遥控装置, 其中, 所述触控板具有光标 定位模式、 键盘编辑模式和手写编辑模式, 通过多点接触扫动所述触控板 在三种模式之间切换以选择需要的模式。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的手持式遥控装置, 其中, 在所述触控板处于光 标定位模式时, 所述触控板用于对所述电器的显示屏全屏进行控制, 并且, 以单点接触扫动触控板的速度控制光标在显示屏上的移动幅度: 以低于预 定速度限值 V的速度扫动时, 扫过距离与光标移动距离的比为 Wl, 以高 于所述预定速度限值 V 的速度扫动时, 扫过距离与光标移动距离的比为 W2, W1>W2。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的手持式遥控装置, 其中, 在所述触控板处于光 标定位模式时, 通过单击所述触控板进入缺省编辑模式, 所述缺省编辑模 式为键盘编辑模式或手写编辑模式。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的手持式遥控装置, 其中, 在所述触控板处于键 盘编辑模式时, 通过预先在所述触控板上制作的平面键盘编辑信息。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的手持式遥控装置, 其中, 在所述触控板处于手 写编辑模式时, 直接在所述触控板上手写, 并根据在所述电器的显示屏上 对应地出现的内容确定手写编辑信息。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的手持式遥控装置, 其中, 在所述触控板处于键 盘编辑模式时, 通过双点接触扫动改变光标在显示屏上的位置。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的手持式遥控装置, 其中, 在所述触控板处于键 盘编辑模式时, 通过所述触控板移动光标到第一位置, 按 shift键, 再移动 光标到第二位置, 释放触控板后, 以第一位置与第二位置之间的内容为选 定内容, 显示屏出现删除、 拷贝按钮供针对所述选定内容进行操作。
10、 如权利要求 1至 9所述的任一手持式遥控装置, 其中, 所述手持 式遥控装置以 zigbee、 蓝牙或 wifi为信号传输方式。
