技术领域
本发明涉及一种线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构及电子产品。 背景技术
电子产品中常设有线缆, 以传输信号。 线缆一般直接被电子产品的壳体夹 紧固定, 以防止线缆脱落。 但这种线缆直接被壳体夹紧固定的方式, 易使线缆 受损, 从而影响信号的传输。 发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种能够防止线缆受损的线缆和壳体之间的 搭接结构。
为了解决现有技术中线缆易受损的技术问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种线 缆和壳体之间的搭接结构, 用于搭接至少一个线缆和壳体。所述线缆和壳体之 间的搭接结构包括至少一个搭接部和至少一个收容部 ,所述搭接部与所述线缆 固定连接并包括第一凸台, 所述收容部设置于所述壳体并设有第一收容槽, 所 述第一凸台收容于所述第一收容槽中, 以搭接所述线缆和所述壳体。
其中, 所述搭接部与所述线缆屏蔽层焊接为一体。
其中, 所述搭接部为铜环。
其中, 所述铜环设有多个弹片和多个开槽, 所述开槽和所述弹片间隔设计, 所述开槽从靠近所述线缆的一端向另一端延伸并分隔所述第一凸台。
其中, 所述搭接部还包括与所述第一凸台相隔一定距离的第二凸台, 所述 收容部还设有与所述第二凸台对应的第二收容槽,所述第二凸台收容于所述第 二收容槽中。
其中, 所述线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构还包括网围, 所述网围安装于所述 线缆的出线口, 用于实现对所述线缆的出线保护。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供了一种电子产品, 其包括至少一个线缆、 壳 体以及上述的线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构。
本发明实施例提供的线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构以及电子产品, 通过第一 凸台和第一收容槽搭接线缆和壳体, 即线缆没有直接被壳体夹紧固定,从而避 免了对线缆的损害,解决了现有技术中线缆直接被壳体夹紧固定而造成损害的 问题。 附图说明

请参考图 1 , 本发明实施例提供的电子产品包括至少一个线缆 10、 壳体 30及线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构, 所述搭接结构用于搭接至少一个线缆 10和 壳体 30。
请一并参考图 2和图 3, 所述线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构包括至少一个搭 接部 50和至少一个收容部 60。 所述搭接部 50与所述线缆 10固定连接并包括 第一凸台 52, 所述收容部 60设置于所述壳体 30并设有第一收容槽 62, 所述 第一凸台 52收容于所述第一收容槽 62中,以搭接所述线缆 10和所述壳体 30。
因本发明通过第一凸台 52和第一收容槽 62搭接所述线缆 10和所述壳体 30, 即线缆 10没有直接被壳体 30夹紧固定, 从而避免了因壳体 30夹紧线缆 10而对线缆 10造成的损害, 解决了现有技术中线缆 10直接被壳体 30夹紧固 定而造成损害的问题。
如图 1和图 2所示, 在本实施方式中, 线缆 10和收容部 60均为两个。 在其它实施方式中, 线缆 10和收容部 60可为三个以上。 即本发明的线缆 和壳体之间的搭接结构可以搭接一个或多个线缆 10与壳体 30。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述搭接部 50与所述线缆 10屏蔽层焊接为一 体。更进一步,所述搭接部 50与线缆 10屏蔽层在 360度的范围内焊接为一体。
因线缆 10屏蔽层与所述搭接部 50在 360度的范围内焊接为一体,从而线 缆 10与壳体 30在 360度的范围内连续搭接, 使得线缆 10被牢固地固定于壳 体 30内, 防止了线缆 10的意外脱落。
在本实施方式中, 所述搭接部 50为铜环。
请一并参考图 2至图 5 , 作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述搭接部 50设有 多个弹片 51和多个开槽 53 , 所述开槽 53和所述弹片 51间隔设计, 所述开槽 53从靠近所述线缆 10的一端向另一端延伸并分隔所述第一凸台 52。
因每两个弹片 51之间设有开槽 53 , 从而弹片 51具有弹性。 因所述弹片 51具有弹性且所述搭接部 50设有多个弹片 51 , 从而所述搭接部 50与壳体 30 紧密结合, 提高了线缆 10与壳体 30之间固定结合的稳定性。
所述搭接部 50通过多个具有弹性的弹片 51与壳体 30紧密结合, 使得所 述搭接部 50与壳体 30中的接地紧密结合, 从而提高了所述搭接部 50及线缆 10的接地效果, 进而提高了线缆 10的屏蔽隔离效果。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述搭接部 50还包括与所述第一凸台 52相隔 一定距离的第二凸台 54, 所述收容部 60还设有与所述第二凸台 54对应的第 二收容槽 64, 所述第二凸台 54收容于所述第二收容槽 64中。
因本发明进一步包括收容于第二收容槽 64的第二凸台 54, 从而线缆 10 通过搭接部 50被进一步固定于壳体 30内,提高了线缆 10与壳体 30之间搭接 的稳定性。
因第一凸台 52收容于第一收容槽 62中, 且第二凸台 54收容于第二收容 槽 64中, 从而搭接部 50在线缆 10的轴向方向上被限位, 即实现了搭接部 50 的轴向限位, 以防止线缆 10被意外拔出。
因第一凸台 52和第二凸台 54之间相隔一定的距离, 从而在第一凸台 52 和第二凸台 54之间形成一个封闭区域 ,使得干扰信号不易进入电子产品内部 , 提高了屏蔽隔离效果。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 所述壳体 30包括第一壳体 32和第二壳体 34, 所述第一收容槽 62和第二收容槽 64分别设计于第一壳体 32和第二壳体 34, 从而所述搭接部 50被夹持于第一壳体 32和第二壳体 34之间, 即所述搭接部 50承载第一、 第二壳体 32、 34之间的夹紧, 使得线缆 10通过所述搭接部 50 被第一壳体 32和第二壳体 34夹紧, 进而避免了对线缆 10的损伤。

如图 1和图 2所示, 组装时, 网围 70套装于线缆 10的出线口, 搭接部 50焊接于线缆 10的屏蔽层, 搭接部 50的第一凸台 52和第二凸台 54分别收 容于壳体 30的第一收容槽 62和第二收容槽 64, 从而线缆 10和壳体 30便搭 接为一体, 进而线缆 10、 壳体 30及线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构便组装为电子 产品 100。

2. 如权利要求 1 所述的线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构, 其特征在于, 所述 搭接部与所述线缆屏蔽层焊接为一体。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构, 其特征在于, 所述 搭接部为铜环。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构, 其特征在于, 所述 铜环设有多个弹片和多个开槽, 所述开槽和所述弹片间隔设计, 所述开槽从靠 近所述线缆的一端向另一端延伸并分隔所述第一凸台。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构, 其特征在于, 所述 搭接部还包括与所述第一凸台相隔一定距离的第二凸台,所述收容部还设有与 所述第二凸台对应的第二收容槽, 所述第二凸台收容于所述第二收容槽中。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构, 其特征在于, 所述 线缆和壳体之间的搭接结构还包括网围, 所述网围安装于所述线缆的出线口, 用于实现对所述线缆的出线保护。
