请参考图 1至图 14, 为本发明第一较佳实施例的灯具的连接装置 1。灯 具的连接装置 1包括本体 17,本体 17上设有机械连接部 15和电连接部 110, 机械连接部 15用于跟灯具 3连接以实现灯具 3的安装, 电连接部 110用于 跟灯具 3连接以使灯具 3跟外电源 (未图示) 实现电连接。
灯具 3的连接装置 1具有预制于连接装置 1内的导电部 10, 导电部 10 提供灯具 3和灯具 3的电源之间的电连接。本体 17包括连接件 11和挂板 12, 电连接部 110设在连接件 11上, 机械连接部 15设置在挂板 12上, 挂板 12 与连接件 11之间保持电连接。 连接件 11与挂板 12分体设置。
连接装置 1包括模块式的本体 17, 本实施例中, 即为连接件 11和挂板 12, 连接件 11、 挂板 12内部都预制有导电部 10, 挂板 12与连接件 11拼接 且与连接件 11电连接。 机械连接部 15位于挂板 12, 连接件 11具有与灯具 3对接的电连接部 110。本实施例中, 机械连接部 15包括固定孔 150以及穿 过固定孔 150的螺钉 151。 但挂板 12不总具有螺钉 151, 由于本发明结构的 特殊性, 挂板 12在闲置时, 不需要安装螺钉 151, 当挂板 12需要安装灯具 3时则装上螺钉 151,然后再通过机械连接部 15将灯具 3固定于连接装置 1。 挂板 12还具有一对安装孔 123,安装孔 123位于固定孔 150的两侧,用于将 挂板 12固定于其他安装装置 4上, 安装孔 123的数量也可以为一个或多个, 根据需要设置。 电连接部 110与灯具 3电连接。 连接件 11具有若干连接端 111。 挂板 12具有两个连接端 121。 无论连接件 11还是挂板 12, 每一连接 端具有若干不同的连接部 1110、1210。连接件 11的连接端 111的连接部 1110 沿顺时针方向按相同顺序排列,挂板 12的两个连接端 121的连接部 1210沿 顺时针方向按相同顺序排列。
连接装置 1还包括挂板连接器 13, 连接装置 1的连接件 11、 挂板 12为 若干个, 挂板连接器 13连接于挂板 12与挂板 12之间。 挂板 12内部具有预 制的导电部 120, 挂板连接器 13也具有预制的导电部 130。 挂板连接器 13 将挂板 12与挂板 12电连接。挂板连接器 13具有两个连接端 131,每一连接 端 131具有若干不同的连接部 1310, 连接部 1310沿顺时针方向按相同顺序 排列, 挂板连接器 13的连接部 1310的排列顺序与连接件 11的连接部 1110 排列顺序, 在顺时针方向上相同。
本实施例中, 连接件 11呈十字形, 具有四个连接端 111, 每个连接端 111分布一组沿顺时针方向按相同顺序排列的连接部 1110。 其他实施例中, 连接件 11也可以为其他形状, 例如米字型等。
灯具 3需要电源来供电, 因此连接装置 1延伸出电源连接线 16以连接 电源(未图示)。 连接装置 1的电源连接线 16与电源连接, 连接装置 1的电 连接部 110与灯具 3连接从而实现电源与灯具 3的电性连接。 本实施例中, 连接装置 1还连接有控制装置 14。控制装置 14与连接件 11连接,从而使得 灯具 3的变化可由控制系统来实现。
当安装一盏灯具 3时, 只需要一个连接件 U和两个挂板 12。 将两个挂 板 12分别连接连接件 11的位于同一直线上的两个连接端 111。 灯具 3具有 与连接件 11的电连接部 110配合的配合部(未图示)。灯具 3的配合部与连 接件 11的电连接部 110对接, 从而使得灯具 3与连接件 11电性连接。 挂板 12的机械连接部 15固定灯具 3。 本实施例中, 机械连接部 15为螺钉, 螺钉 穿过灯具 3与螺母配合, 从而固定灯具 3。 其他实施例中, 也可以用其他安 装方式固定灯具 3, 机械连接部 15不限于螺钉、 螺母一种。
安装时, 先将挂板 12安装于安装装置 4上, 例如天花板等, 然后将灯 具 3的电源与由连接件 11延伸出的电源连接线 16连接。 接着, 将灯具 3与 连接件 11的电连接部 110对接以使得连接件 11与灯具 3电性连接, 从而使 电源与灯具 3电性连接。 灯具 3与电连接部 110对接的同时, 挂板 12的机 械连接部 15穿过灯具 3的外壳(未图示), 最后将螺母与螺钉 151配合, 从 而将灯具 3固定于挂板 12上。
当灯具 3为组合灯具时, 需要安装多盏灯具, 此时连接件 11和挂板 12 的数量可根据需要选择, 多少盏灯具即需要多少个连接件 11。 根据灯具 3 安装位置的不同, 可根据需要拼接不同形状的连接装置 1。 请参照图 1、 图 11及图 12所示, 这两张图显示了连接装置 1可能的两种拼接形状, 除此之 外,连接装置 1还可根据需要拼接成其他形状。连接件 11的每一连接端 111 都可连接挂板 12。 挂板 12与挂板 12之间用挂板连接器 13连接。
本实施例中, 连接件 11和挂板连接器 13的连接部 1110、 1310为公连 接部, 连接部 1110、 1310的端子(未图示)突出连接部 1110。 挂板 12的连 接端 121的连接部 1210为母连接部,连接部 1210为若干具有端子的凹槽 (未 图示)。 连接时, 连接件 11、 挂板连接器 13的公连接器与挂板 12的母连接 器配合。 本发明的连接装置 1, 将连接装置 1模块化, 使得使用者可以根据 灯具 3数量的需要选择不同数量的模块进行拼接,从而拼接出所需的形状来 安装灯具 3。 同时本发明的连接装置 1电性连接简单, 只需要将连接装置 1 的电源连接线 16与电源连接, 而不同的连接件 11的电连接部 110与对应的 灯具 3的配合部连接, 即可实现电源与一盏或者多盏灯具 3之间的电连接。 另外, 本发明灯具 3接入控制装置 14也更简便, 接一个或多个控制装置 14 可根据需要连接到不同的连接件 11上即可。
请参考图 15至图 19所示, 为本发明第二较佳实施例, 第二较佳实施例 中的灯具的连接装置 2与第一较佳实施例的安装位置相同, 都位于安装装置 4和灯具 3之间, 用于固定灯具 3。 本发明第二较佳实施方式中, 灯具的连 接装置 2包括本体 21, 本体 21上设有机械连接部 25和电连接部 210。 机械 连接部 25用于跟灯具 3连接以实现灯具 3的安装, 电连接部 210用于跟灯 具 3连接以使灯具 3跟外电源实现电连接。
灯具的连接装置 2具有预制于连接装置 2内的导电部 20, 导电部 20提 供灯具 3和灯具 3的电源之间的电连接。 本体 21可看作第一实施例中的连 接件 11和挂板 12—体成型而成, 即本体 21为一整体,但也包括连接件 213 和挂板 212。 电连接部 210位于本体 21中心的连接件 213上, 机械连接部 25设置在挂板 212上, 挂板 212与连接件 213之间保持电连接。
连接装置 2具有模块式的本体 21。本体 21包括位于中心的电连接部 210 以及位于电连接部 210周围的连接板 212。 电连接部 210与灯具 3电连接, 连接板 212具有机械连接部 25以及安装孔 26。 灯具 3通过机械连接部 25 固定于连接板 212上, 连接板 212通过安装孔 26和其他安装件 (未图示) 的配合, 固定于安装装置上。 本体 21具有若干连接端 211。 每一连接端 211 位于对应的连接板 212上,每一连接端 211具有若干不同的连接部 2110,连 接部 2110沿顺时针方向按相同顺序排列。机械连接部 25位于连接板 212上。
本实施例中, 本体 21呈十字形, 具有四个连接端 211。 其他实施例中, 本体 21也可以是其他形状, 例如米字型, 根据需要设置本体 21的形状。
安装灯具 3时, 将灯具 3的配合部与本体 21的电连接部 210配合以实 现灯具 3与连接装置 2的电连接, 然后将灯具 3通过机械连接部 25固定于 本体 21的连接板 212上。本实施例中,机械连接部 25包括固定孔(未标号)、 螺钉 251和螺母(未图示),螺钉 251穿过固定孔从而穿入灯具 3的壳体(未 图示)。 最后将螺母 (未图示) 旋转入螺钉 251从而将灯具 3固定于连接板 212上。其他实施例中, 机械连接部 25也可以是其他结构, 从而通过其他安 装方式固定灯具 3。 连接板 212上并不一定具有螺钉 251, 当连接板 212闲 置时则不需要安装螺钉 251。 安装时, 先将本体 21安装于安装装置 4上, 例如天花板等, 然后将灯 具 3的电源与由本体 21延伸出的电源连接线 (未图示) 连接。 接着, 将灯 具 3与本体 21的电连接部 210对接以使得本体 21与灯具 3电性连接, 从而 使电源与灯具 3电性连接。 灯具 3与电连接部 210对接的同时, 连接板 212 的机械连接部 25穿过灯具 3的外壳(未图示),最后将螺母与螺钉 251配合, 从而将灯具 3固定于连接板 212上。
当灯具 3为组合灯具时, 需要安装多盏灯具, 此时本体 21的数量可根 据需要选择, 多少盏灯具即需要多少个本体 21。灯具的连接装置 2还具有挂 板连接器 22。挂板连接器 22位于相邻的本体 21的连接端 211与连接端 211 之间, 连接相邻的连接端 211。 挂板连接器 22具有预制的导电部 220, 因此 导电部 220电连接相邻的本体 21。每一挂板连接器 22具有两个连接端 221, 每一连接端 221具有若干不同的连接部 2210,每一连接端 221的连接部 2210 沿顺时针方向按相同顺序排列。挂板连接器 22的连接部 2210的排列顺序与 本体 21的连接部 2110排列顺序, 在顺时针方向上相反。 根据灯具 3安装位 置的不同, 可根据需要拼接不同形状的连接装置 2。请参照图 15所示, 该图 显示了连接装置 2的一种拼接形状, 除此之外, 连接装置 2还可根据需要拼 接成其他形状。
本实施例中, 本体 21的连接部 2110为公连接部, 连接部 2110的端子 (未图示) 突出连接部 2110。 挂板连接器 22的连接端 221的连接部 2210 为母连接部, 连接部 2210为若干具有端子的凹槽(未图示)。 连接时, 本体 21的公连接器与挂板连接器 22的母连接器配合。 本发明的连接装置 2, 将 连接装置 2模块化, 使得使用者可以根据灯具 3数量的需要选择不同数量的 模块进行拼接, 从而拼接出所需的形状来安装灯具 3。 同时本发明的连接装 置 2电性连接简单, 只需要将连接装置 2的电源连接线(与第一实施例中电 源连接线相同, 请参照图 11, 标号 16所示)与电源连接, 而不同的本体 21 的电连接部 210与对应的灯具 3的配合部连接, 即可实现电源与一盏或者多 盏灯具 3之间的电连接。 另外, 灯具 3接入控制装置(与第一实施例中控制 装置相同, 请参照图 11, 标号 14所示) 也更简便, 接一个或多个控制装置 14可根据需要连接到不同的本体 21上即可。
本发明灯具的连接装置 1、 2既可以是塑胶材料, 也可以是高强度的金 属材料。 预制于连接装置 1、 2的导电部既可以是印刷电路板也可以是预装 在内部并做绝缘处理的导线等等。
本发明提供了一种模块化的灯具的连接装置, 使得在组合灯具时只需将 模块化的连接装置根据需要进行拼接, 即可安装组合灯具。 同时, 安装灯具 时,可以非常方便的实现电源与灯具的电连接,不用将灯具安装好后再接线, 从而使得安装方便。 本发明的连接件也并不限于十字形结构, 可以根据需要 设计为其他形状, 只要具有预制的导电部、 可以模块化拼接、 并能够通过电 连接部与灯具电连接即可。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种具有垂直对流散热结构的 LED模组, 包括: 光学组件
(2011)、 基板 (2012)、 LED 光源 (2013)、 散热器 (2014), 所述光 学组件 (2011) 与基板 (2012) 分别与所述散热器 (2014) 固定连接, 其 特征在于, 还包括位于散热器(2014)—侧的散热柱(2015), 可形成垂直 对流散热。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED模组,其特征在于,所述散热器 (2014) 中心区域设置有通风口。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED模组, 其特征在于, 所述 LED光源 (2013) 所形成的热源呈圆周对称分布。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的 LED模组, 其特征在于, 所述 LED光源 (2013) 分布在 LED模组的边缘区域。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED模组,其特征在于,所述散热柱 ( 2015) 呈圆锥状, 且上下贯通。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的 LED模组,其特征在于,所述散热柱 (2015) 的数量为偶数。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED模组,其特征在于,所述散热器 (2014) 的材质为导热系数大于 3W/m*K的导热塑料。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED模组, 其特征在于, 所述光学组件 (2011) 包含透镜以及固定面环。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的 LED模组,其特征在于,所述透镜可设置 偏光反射器。
