Description

注 射 器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种注射器, 尤指一种可确保针头与药剂瓶安全防护功能的注 射器。 背景技术
现有注射器的组成构造, 其主要包含有一用于装填药剂瓶的注射器本体, 注射器本体的一端设有针头, 注射器本体的另一端设有注射推进组件, 并于注 射器本体具有针头的一端套设有一可拆组套盖, 将针头罩盖于内。 在注射前, 须预先将药剂瓶装填于注射器本体, 并使针头伸入药剂瓶内, 注射时, 将套盖 取下, 以针头刺入待注射者体内, 接续按压注射推进组件, 将药剂瓶内的液态 药剂注入被注射者体内。
然而, 现有注射器的组成构造中, 其针头套盖结合于注射器本体一端, 因 套盖与注射器本体间是单纯的卡接构造, 因针头非处于完全密封的无菌环境下, 且易受外力作用而脱离, 造成针头受到污染, 导致注射器存在有使用安全性不 足的缺陷, 此外, 该注射器装填药剂时, 易有气泡存留, 而须进一步将气泡挤 出, 且挤出气泡时, 易连接药剂挤出, 而须增加药剂装填量, 故该注射器的使 用, 其困难度与技术性偏高, 而不利于紧急注射的用途。
再者, 现有注射器的组成构造中, 注射推进组件仅装设于注射本体中, 并 无其他安全防护机制, 故注射推进组件易受外力作用而将药剂瓶内的液态药剂 通过针头射出, 造成注射器使用上的不便。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是: 提供一种注射器, 解决现有注射器使用前, 对于针头与药剂瓶未能提供无菌的安全防护功能。
本发明所提出的技术解决方案是: 提供一种注射器, 其包含:
一针头组件, 其包含一中空的针头护套、 至少一个针头与一封膜, 针头护 套中形成一针头定位空间, 针头护套于针头定位空间的一端设有软质封塞形成 封闭端, 针头护套于针头定位空间的另一端形成一装配开口, 所述针头置入该 针头定位空间中, 所述封膜固定于针头护套的装配开口中, 使针头被密封于设 有封膜的针头护套内;
一药剂套组, 其包含一中空的药瓶套壳与一组设于药瓶套壳侧端的套壳端 盖, 用于容置至少一个药剂瓶, 且所述药剂瓶对应于针头;
一注射推进组件, 其包含一外护套组以及至少一注射推杆组, 外护套组套 设于药剂套组外侧且提供注射推杆组装设其中, 外护套组一端组接于针头护套 的装配开口处, 护套组远离针头护套的末端部具有一安全卡制构造, 注射推杆 组包含一注射推杆与一压缩弹簧, 所述注射推杆的一端穿过药剂套组的套壳端 盖而伸入药剂瓶中抵接活塞, 注射推杆的另一端套设压缩弹簧且末端具有一安 全弹扣, 压缩弹簧两端分别抵接注射推杆与外护套组, 使压缩弹簧能对注射推 杆提供朝向药剂瓶方向的弹力, 外护套组的安全卡扣构造能卡扣注射推杆的安 全弹扣; 以及
一安全护套, 其包含一套体以及形成于套体内且相应注射推杆数量的安全 插销, 所述安全护套是可拆组地套设于外护套组的末端, 使安全插销能插入于 外护套组的安全卡扣构造与注射推杆的安全弹扣中, 将注射推杆予以卡扣固定。
如上所述的注射器中, 所述注射推杆包含有一第一杆部、 一第二杆部与一 位于第一杆部与第二杆部之间的抵接部, 第二杆部末端形成所述安全弹扣, 压 缩弹簧套设于注射推杆的第二杆部外侧, 注射推杆的第一杆部穿过药剂套组的 套壳端盖, 并能用于伸入药剂瓶中抵接瓶剂瓶中的活塞, 压缩弹簧两端分别抵 接注射推杆的抵接部与外护套组的内侧壁上, 所述注射推杆第二杆部末端形成 一朝外尺寸渐缩的锥形卡扣凸部, 并具有一通过锥形卡扣凸部的切槽与位于切 槽外侧的弹片, 弹片中具有一连通切槽的插销孔, 构成所述安全弹扣;
所述外护套组包含一外套管、 一内套管、 一推杆套管以及一按压套管, 其 中:
该外套管一端组接于针头护套的装配开口处, 该内套管是提供药剂套组装 设其中, 并一同装设于外套管内部;
该内套管相应于药剂瓶的软质封塞处形成穿孔, 内套管具有穿孔的端部接 触封膜;
该推杆套管接设于内套管远离针头护套一端, 注射推杆置设于内套管与推 杆套管内, 推杆套管末端具有一卡扣端壁, 卡扣端壁上形成提供注射推杆的安 全弹扣穿设的通孔, 卡扣端壁提供压缩弹簧端部抵接的部位;
该按压套管套设于推杆套管外侧且伸入外套管内, 按压套管能于外套管与 推杆套管之间有限距离地轴向移动, 按压套管远离针头护套的一端伸出外套管 外侧且具有一按压端壁, 按压端壁形成有贯孔, 贯孔相应于推杆套管的通孔, 推杆套管的卡扣端壁与按压套管的按压端壁构成所述安全卡扣构造, 使注射推 杆的安全弹扣能穿过推杆套管的通孔, 且穿设于按压套管的贯孔中, 安全弹扣 的弹片凸出于按压套管的按压端壁的贯孔外, 安全护套能套设于外套管与按压 套管外侧, 安全护套中的安全插销分别插入注射推杆的安全弹扣的弹片的插销 孔及伸入切槽中, 进而推挤锥形卡扣凸部扩张而卡扣于推杆套管的卡扣端壁側 面。
如上所述的注射器中, 所述贯孔为由内朝外尺寸渐缩的锥孔, 所述按压套 管内壁形成限位槽, 于推杆套管外壁形成限位凸块, 限位凸块位于限位槽中, 限位槽限制按压套管相对于推杆套管可轴向移动的距离。
如上所述的注射器中, 所述针头两端分别形成第一尖部与第二尖部, 于第 一尖部与第二尖部之间具有一挡片, 针头的第一尖部伸至软质封塞, 针头第二 尖部朝封膜的方向; 所述针头护套包含一套壳、 一针头定位座与一套接环, 该 套壳中形成所述的针头定位空间, 套壳一端具有所述软质封塞而形成封闭端, 所述装配开口是形成于套壳另一端, 针头定位座装设于套壳的针头定位空间中 并可沿套壳轴向位移, 针头定位座具有一端板部以及一成形于端板部外周缘朝 一端延伸的环板部, 针头定位座中形成一空间, 环板部朝向套壳的装配开口, 所述封膜设于套壳的装配开口中, 针头于邻近第二尖部处具有一挡片, 针头第 一尖部刺入套壳的软质封塞中, 针头第二尖部穿过针头定位座, 挡片抵靠于针 头定位座的端板部, 所述套接环装设于套壳的装配开口内周壁上, 用于组接注 射推进组件。
如上所述的注射器中, 所述针头组件具有两个以上的针头, 这些针头平行 排列地装设于针头护套内。
如上所述的注射器中, 所述药剂套组包含一药瓶套壳与一套壳端盖, 所述 药瓶套壳提供所述药剂瓶装设其中, 药瓶套壳具有一端相对应于所述药剂瓶的 穿孔, 药瓶套壳的另一端为开口端, 套壳端盖固设于药瓶套壳的开口端, 将所 述药剂瓶封存固定于药剂套组内。
如上所述的注射器中, 所述药剂套组包含一药瓶套壳与一套壳端盖, 所述 药瓶套壳提供所述药剂瓶装设其中, 药瓶套壳具有一端相对应于所述药剂瓶的 穿孔, 药瓶套壳的另一端为开口端, 套壳端盖固设于药瓶套壳的开口端, 将所 述药剂瓶封存固定于药剂套组内。
如上所述的注射器中, 所述药剂套组包含一药瓶套壳与一套壳端盖, 药瓶 套壳提供所述药剂瓶装设其中, 药瓶套壳具有一端相对应于所述药剂瓶的穿孔, 药瓶套壳的另一端为开口端, 套壳端盖固设于药瓶套壳的开口端, 将所述药剂 瓶封存固定于药剂套组内。
本发明凭借前揭注射器创作, 其主要是令针头被密封于设有封膜的针头护 套内, 使针头与外界隔离, 故能于无菌环境下制造与包装, 而能达到避免针头 外露而受到污染的情形, 另以药剂套组包装药剂瓶, 对药剂瓶提供良好的防护。 并于针头组件、 内装有药剂瓶的药剂套组、 注射推进组件与安全护套组合成注 射器后, 凭借安全护套与注射推进组件间的安全防护机制, 使注射器免被误触 的注射, 确保注射器的安全性。
本发明注射器于注射时, 使用者仅须先拆下安全护套, 使安全护套中的安 全插销脱离注射推杆的安全弹扣, 使注射器处于可注射的状态, 使其具有良好 的使用简便性与安全性; 待使用者解除注射推进组件与注射推杆间的卡扣状态 时, 即能利用压缩弹簧的弹力推动注射推杆产生弹射, 进而使针头穿出针头护 套并刺入药剂瓶中, 自动完成无气泡充填药剂, 接续提供弹力推挤药剂瓶内的 药剂注入被注射者的体内, 使注射器于注射使用时兼具快速而简便的功能。
此外, 本发明的注射器亦能直接内装两个以上的药剂瓶与相应数量的针头, 可对被注射者同时施打多种药剂, 而能应用于紧急注射等用途。
本发明的次一目的, 是利用安全护套套设于针头组件上, 以安全护套中的 安全插销弯折针头, 使针头的弯折搡作上具有安全而简便的功用。 附图说明

如图 2及图 4所示,所述安全护套 4是可拆组地套设于外护套组 30的末端, 该安全护套 4包含有一套体 40以及形成于套体 40内相应于注射推杆 31 1数量 的安全插销 41, 所述安全插销 41能插入于外护套组 30的安全卡扣构造与注射 推杆 31 1的安全弹扣 3 15中, 将注射推杆 31 1予以卡扣固定。
如图 2、 图 4及图 6所示, 于本较佳实施例中, 所述注射推杆 3 1 1第二杆部 313末端形成一朝外尺寸渐缩的锥形卡扣凸部 316, 并具有一通过锥形卡扣凸部 316的切槽 3 17与位于切槽 317外侧的弹片 3 18 ,弹片 3 18中具有一连通切槽 317 的插销孔 319 , 而构成所述的安全弹扣 315。
如图 2及图 4所示, 所述外护套组 30包含一外套管 32、 一内套管 33、 一 推杆套管 34以及一按压套管 35 , 其中:
所述外套管 32是设于针头护套 10外侧; 所述内套管 33是提供药剂套组 2 装设其中, 并一同装设于外套管 32内部, 且以内套管 33—端组接于套壳 13装 配开口 132处的套接环 15中。 所述内套管 33相应于药剂瓶 5的软质封塞 133 处形成穿孔, 内套管 33具有穿孔的端部接触封膜 12 , 所述针头 1 1分别对应于 一药剂瓶 5的软质封塞 133。
所述推杆套管 34是接设于内套管 33远离针头护套 10的一端, 所述注射推 杆 3 1 1置设于所述内套管 33与推杆套管 34内, 所述推杆套管 34末端具有一卡 扣端壁 341 ,卡扣端壁上形成提供注射推杆 31 1的安全弹扣 315穿设的通孔 342, 并以卡扣端壁 341提供压缩弹簧 310端部抵接的部位。
所述按压套管 35是套设于推杆套管 34外侧且伸入外套管 32内, 所述按压 套管 35可与外套管 32与推杆套管 34之间有限距离地轴向移动, 按压套管 35 远离针头护套 10的一端伸出外套管 32外侧且具有一按压端壁 351,于本较佳实 施例中, 所述按压套管 35内壁形成限位槽 353, 于推杆套管 34外壁形成限位凸 块 343 , 限位凸块 343位于限位槽 353中, 凭借限位槽 353限制按压套管 35相 对于推杆套管 34可轴向移动的距离, 所述按压端壁 351形成有贯孔 352 , 所述 贯孔 352分别相应于推杆套管 34的通孔 342, 所述贯孔 352可为由内朝外尺寸 渐缩的锥孔, 凭借推杆套管 34的卡扣端壁 341与按压套管 35的按压端壁 351 构成所述的安全卡扣构造, 使注射推杆 31 1的安全弹扣 315能穿过推杆套管 34 的通孔, 并穿设于按压套管 35的贯孔 352中, 安全弹扣 315的弹片 318凸出于 按压套管 35的按压端壁 351的贯孔 352外。
所述安全护套 4能套设于外套管 32与按压套管 35外侧, 并使安全护套 4 中的安全插销 41分别插入注射推杆 31 1的安全弹扣 315的弹片 318的插销孔 3 19 及伸入切槽 317中, 进而推挤锥形卡扣凸部 316扩张而卡扣于推杆套管 34的卡 扣端壁 341侧面, 而呈安全定位状态。
如图 2所示, 关于本发明注射器的使用情形, 本发明的注射器因是令针头 1 1被密封于设有封膜 12的针头护套 10内,可以避免针头 1 1外露而受到污染的 情形, 另以药剂套组 20包装药剂瓶 5, 对药剂瓶 5提供良好的安全方式, 当注 射器将针头组件 1、 内装有药剂瓶 5的药剂套组 2、 注射推进组件 3与安全护套 4组合后, 可凭借安全护套 4与注射推进组件 3间的安全防护机制, 确保注射器 的安全。
如图 7所示, 于使用时, 使用者必须先拆下安全护套 4, 使安全护套 4中的 安全插销 41脱离注射推杆 31 1的安全弹扣 315, 使注射器处于可注射的状态。 于注射时, 使用者仅须按下按压套管 35, 使按压套管 35推挤安全弹扣 315内缩 而能通过推杆套管 34的通孔 342, 解决卡扣状态, 如图 8所示, 接续利用压缩 弹簧 310的弹力, 先推顶注射推杆 31 1、 药剂瓶 5及内套管 33弹射, 使针头 1 1 的第二尖部 1 12刺入药剂瓶 5瓶端的软质封塞 51至瓶内, 而自动完成无气泡充 填药剂, 针头 1 1的第一尖部 1 1 1刺穿针头护套 10的软质封塞 133及刺入待注 射者的体内, 并在压缩弹簧 310持续提供弹力作用, 而推挤注射推杆 31 1将药 剂瓶 5内的药剂注入被注射者的身体内。
当本发明的注射器内装两个以上的药剂瓶以及相应数量的针头时, 可对被 注射者同时施打多种药剂, 而能应用于紧急注射的用途。
如图 9所示, 待注射完成后, 将注射器自被注射者身上取下, 另以安全护 套 4套设于针头护套 10外侧, 同时凭借安全插销 41将针头 1 1折弯, 并将折弯 的针头 1 1罩盖于安全护套 4内部, 让使用者及其周遭的人们避免被针头刺伤。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的, 而非限制性的, 本领域普通技术人 员理解, 在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下, 可作出许多修改、 变化或等效, 但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种注射器, 其特征在于, 其包含:
一针头组件, 其包含一中空的针头护套、 至少一个针头与一封膜, 针头护 套中形成一针头定位空间, 针头护套于针头定位空间的一端设有软质封塞形成 封闭端, 针头护套于针头定位空间的另一端形成一装配开口, 所述针头置入该 针头定位空间中, 所述封膜固定于针头护套的装配开口中, 使针头被密封于设 有封膜的针头护套内;
一药剂套组, 其包含一中空的药瓶套壳与一组设于药瓶套壳侧端的套壳端 盖, 用于容置至少一个药剂瓶, 且所述药剂瓶对应于针头;
一注射推进组件, 其包含一外护套组以及至少一注射推杆组, 外护套组套 设于药剂套组外侧且提供注射推杆组装设其中, 外护套组一端组接于针头护套 的装配开口处, 护套组远离针头护套的末端部具有一安全卡制构造, 注射推杆 组包含一注射推杆与一压缩弹簧, 所述注射推杆的一端穿过药剂套组的套壳端 盖而伸入药剂瓶中抵接活塞, 注射推杆的另一端套设压缩弹簧且末端具有一安 全弹扣, 压缩弹簧两端分别抵接注射推杆与外护套组, 使压缩弹簧能对注射推 杆提供朝向药剂瓶方向的弹力, 外护套组的安全卡扣构造能卡扣注射推杆的安 全弹扣;
一安全护套, 其包含一套体以及形成于套体内且相应注射推杆数量的安全 插销, 所述安全护套是可拆组地套设于外护套组的末端, 使安全插销能插入于 外护套组的安全卡扣构造与注射推杆的安全弹扣中, 将注射推杆予以卡扣固定。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 所述注射推杆包含有一第一 杆部、 一第二杆部与一位于第一杆部与第二杆部之间的抵接部, 第二杆部末端 形成所述安全弹扣, 压缩弹簧套设于注射推杆的第二杆部外侧, 注射推杆的第 一杆部穿过药剂套组的套壳端盖, 并能用于伸入药剂瓶中抵接瓶剂瓶中的活塞, 压缩弹簧两端分别抵接注射推杆的抵接部与外护套组的内侧壁上, 所述注射推 杆第二杆部末端形成一朝外尺寸渐缩的锥形卡扣凸部, 并具有一通过锥形卡扣 凸部的切槽与位于切槽外侧的弹片, 弹片中具有一连通切槽的插销孔, 构成所 述安全弹扣;
所述外护套组包含一外套管、 一内套管、 一推杆套管以及一按压套管, 其 中: 该外套管一端组接于针头护套的装配开口处, 该内套管是提供药剂套组装 设其中, 并一同装设于外套管内部;
该内套管相应于药剂瓶的软质封塞处形成穿孔, 内套管具有穿孔的端部接 触封膜;
该推杆套管接设于内套管远离针头护套一端, 注射推杆置设于内套管与推 杆套管内, 推杆套管末端具有一卡扣端壁, 卡扣端壁上形成提供注射推杆的安 全弹扣穿设的通孔, 卡扣端壁提供压缩弹簧端部抵接的部位;
该按压套管套设于推杆套管外侧且伸入外套管内, 按压套管能于外套管与 推杆套管之间有限距离地轴向移动, 按压套管远离针头护套的一端伸出外套管 外侧且具有一按压端壁, 按压端壁形成有贯孔, 贯孔相应于推杆套管的通孔, 推杆套管的卡扣端壁与按压套管的按压端壁构成所述安全卡扣构造, 使注射推 杆的安全弹扣能穿过推杆套管的通孔, 且穿设于按压套管的贯孔中, 安全弹扣 的弹片凸出于按压套管的按压端壁的贯孔外, 安全护套能套设于外套管与按压 套管外侧, 安全护套中的安全插销分别插入注射推杆的安全弹扣的弹片的插销 孔及伸入切槽中, 进而推挤锥形卡扣凸部扩张而卡扣于推杆套管的卡扣端壁侧 面。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 所述贯孔为由内朝外尺寸渐 缩的锥孔, 所述按压套管内壁形成限位槽, 在推杆套管外壁形成限位凸块, 限 位凸块位于限位槽中, 限位槽限制按压套管相对于推杆套管可轴向移动的距离。
4.根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 所述针头两端 分别形成第一尖部与第二尖部, 于第一尖部与第二尖部之间具有一挡片, 针头 的第一尖部伸至软质封塞, 针头第二尖部朝封膜的方向;
所述针头护套包含一套壳、 一针头定位座与一套接环, 该套壳中形成所述 的针头定位空间, 套壳一端具有所述软质封塞而形成封闭端, 所述装配开口是 形成于套壳另一端, 针头定位座装设于套壳的针头定位空间中并可沿套壳轴向 位移, 针头定位座具有一端板部以及一成形于端板部外周缘朝一端延伸的环板 部, 针头定位座中形成一空间, 环板部朝向套壳的装配开口, 所述封膜设于套 壳的装配开口中, 针头于邻近第二尖部处具有一挡片, 针头第一尖部刺入套壳 的软质封塞中, 针头第二尖部穿过针头定位座, 挡片抵靠于针头定位座的端板 部, 所述套接环装设于套壳的装配开口内周壁上, 用于组接注射推进组件。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 所述针头组件具有两个以上 的针头, 这些针头平行排列地装设于针头护套内。
6.根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 所述药剂套组 包含一药瓶套壳与一套壳端盖, 所述药瓶套壳提供所述药剂瓶装设其中, 药瓶 套壳具有一端相对应于所述药剂瓶的穿孔, 药瓶套壳的另一端为开口端, 套壳 端盖固设于药瓶套壳的开口端, 将所述药剂瓶封存固定于药剂套组内。
7.根据权利要求 4所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 所述药剂套组包含一药瓶套 壳与一套壳端盖, 所述药瓶套壳提供所述药剂瓶装设其中, 药瓶套壳具有一端 相对应于所述药剂瓶的穿孔, 药瓶套壳的另一端为开口端, 套壳端盖固设于药 瓶套壳的开口端, 将所述药剂瓶封存固定于药剂套组内。
8.根据权利要求 5所述的注射器, 其特征在于, 所述药剂套组包含一药瓶套 壳与一套壳端盖, 药瓶套壳提供所述药剂瓶装设其中, 药瓶套壳具有一端相对 应于所述药剂瓶的穿孔, 药瓶套壳的另一端为开口端, 套壳端盖固设于药瓶套 壳的开口端, 将所述药剂瓶封存固定于药剂套组内。
