Abstract

De manière générale, lorsque des connecteurs lumineux sont connectés entre eux, un choc de connexion se produit lors de l'ajustement. Afin de résoudre ce problème, l'invention fournit un module optique de configuration telle qu'il contient : un substrat de câblage qui connecte un circuit intégré lui-même connecté à une face d'un dissipateur thermique plat, et une face de ce circuit intégré ; un guide d'ondes optique qui est partiellement connecté à une face du dissipateur thermique plat, et connecte l'autre face du circuit intégré ; un élément optique qui est optiquement et électriquement connecté à une extrémité du guide d'ondes optique ; et un connecteur optique qui est optiquement connecté à l'autre extrémité du guide d'ondes optique. Lorsque l'élément optique consiste en un élément émission, le circuit intégré excite l'élément optique sur la base d'un signal d'émission provenant du substrat de câblage ; et lorsque l'élément optique consiste en un élément réception, le circuit intégré amplifie un signal électrique provenant de l'élément optique, et émet un signal de réception au substrat de câblage, et le guide d'ondes optiques fléchit au niveau de son autre extrémité sous l'effet d'une force de compression provenant du connecteur optique.
