L'invention concerne un cadre support inélastique (1) comportant un évidement central (2) dans lequel est disposée une plaque bipolaire (3). La plaque bipolaire (3) et le cadre support inélastique (2) ont la même épaisseur et la plaque bipolaire (3) est fixée au cadre support inélastique (2) à l'aide d'au moins une feuille (5) qui recouvre au moins en partie le cadre support inélastique (1), la plaque bipolaire (3) et un joint de séparation (4) entre le cadre support inélastique (1) et la plaque bipolaire (3).
