Abstract
实施例提供了一种实现电子印章的方法、设备及系统,涉及电子印章领域,解决了现有技术中电子印章操作过程较复杂,使用过程跟实际盖章过程有很大的差异的问题。该电子印章使用方法,包括:当在一定时间内先后接收到来自触摸屏的触摸事件以及来自电子印章设备的盖章事件后,从电子印章设备中获取电子印章认证信息以及印章图像;将所述触摸事件发生在触摸屏上的位置作为盖章位置,利用所述电子印章认证信息以及印章图像在所述盖章位置上加盖电子印章。

实现电子印章的方法、 设备及系统
技术领域
本发明涉及电子印章技术, 具体涉及一种实现电子印章的方法、设备及系统。 发明背景
电子印章技术以先进的数字技术模拟传统实物印章, 其管理、 使用方式符合 实物印章的习惯和体验, 其加盖的电子文件具有与实物印章加盖的纸张文件相同 的外观、 相同的有效性和相似的使用方式。
现有技术中, 通常采取 Ukey的方式来实现电子印章, Ukey通过 USB口与 PC连接, 盖章时, 读取 Ukey中存储的印章图片, 同时利用鼠标选择待盖章位置 (或在配置程序中固定盖章位置), 从而执行盖章过程。 这种电子印章的方式,虽 然盖章效果较好, 但是操作过程较复杂, 使用过程跟实际盖章过程依然有很大的 差异。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种实现电子印章的方法、设备及系统, 可以实现与 实际盖章过程相同的操作体验。
图 1所示为本发明实施例提供的电子印章系统结构示意图。
如图 1所示, 该电子印章系统包括电子印章设备 100以及客户端 200, 其
中, 所述客户端 200包括盖章装置 201及触摸屏 202; 所述电子印章设备 100 存储有电子印章认证信息以及印章图像。所述电子印章设备 100底端与客户端 200的触摸屏 202接触后, 可以触发触摸屏 202的触摸事件, 还可以触发电子 印章设备 100的盖章事件。 其中, 盖章事件的触发是由电子印章设备 100的底 部被接触导致的,电子印章设备 100将盖章事件通知给客户端 200的盖章装置 201。 触摸事件的触发是由触摸屏 202被接触而导致的, 盖章装置 201接收到 操作系统提供的触摸事件信号。客户端 200的盖章装置 201在一定时间内接收 到触摸事件以及盖章事件之后会从电子印章设备 100中获取电子印章认证信 息以及印章图像, 在触摸事件发生的位置加盖电子印章。 其中, 电子印章设备 100与盖章装置 201之间可以通过 RF近场通信或者蓝牙通信。 可以理解, 之 所以盖章装置 201需要在一定的时间内先后接收到触摸事件以及盖章事件,才 能完成后续的盖章操作, 是因为: 只有接收到触摸事件, 才能确认是当前客户 端的触摸屏被触摸, 只有接收到来自电子印章设备 100的盖章事件, 才能表示 是利用当前电子印章设备 100盖章,避免出现其他设备碰到触摸屏或者是电子 印章设备碰到其他设备而导致的误盖章事件。
本领域技术人员可以理解, 触摸事件可以由 3个动作构成: 触摸开始 ( TOUCH-DOWN )、触摸移动( TOUCH-MOVE )以及触摸结束( TOUCH-UP )。
在本发明一实施例中, 电子印章设备 100记录该压感大小, 将该压感大小 传给盖章装置 201 ; 盖章装置 201可以根据所述压感大小, 相应调整所述印章 图像在盖章位置上显示的颜色深浅。
在本发明另一实施例中,也可以是盖章装置 201记录该压感大小且由盖章 装置 201根据所述压感大小相应调整所述印章图像在盖章位置上显示的颜色 深浅。
值得说明的是, 本领域技术人员可以理解, 盖章装置可以由硬件或软件, 或软硬件结合的方式来实现, 但利用软件来实现时, 可是一段安装在客户端的 程序, 该程序模块可以显示以上实施例中所述的盖章装置的功能。
该电子印章设备 100为一个实物装置,外形上可以类似于现有技术的木制
或胶制的印章,内部由电子硬件构成,当然其中也可以包括与外界通信的接口, 以用于向电子印章设备 100中写入控制指令以及电子印章认证数据以及印章 图片。 电子印章设备 100的具体实施例见后续描述。
本发明实施例提供的电子印章系统,通过电子印章设备与客户端的相互配 合, 实现了对客户端中显示的文档的电子印章, 用户使用时对于用户而言,其 操作与现有实体印章过程相同, 操作过程简单。
图 2所示为本发明实施例提供的一种实现电子印章方法的流程图。 如图 2 所示, 该方法包括:
步骤 301 : 接收来自触摸屏的触摸事件, 以及触摸事件发生在触摸屏上的 位置信息。
步骤 302: 接收来自电子印章设备的盖章事件。
本领域技术人员可以理解, 以上两个步骤的前后顺序可以不限。
在本发明一实施例中,来自触摸屏的触摸事件为触摸屏被触摸之后触摸屏 产生的事件; 其中, 触摸屏被触摸动作中包括电子印章设备与触摸屏之间的接 触动作。来自电子印章设备的盖章事件为电子印章设备被接触后电子印章设备 产生的事件, 其中, 电子印章设备被接触动作包括电子印章设备与触摸屏之间 的接触动作。
步骤 303 : 当在一定时间内先后接收到触摸屏的触摸事件以及来自电子印 章设备的盖章事件后,进一步从电子印章设备中获取电子印章认证信息以及印 章图像。
步骤 304: 将所述触摸事件发生在触摸屏上的位置信息作为盖章位置; 利 用所述电子印章认证信息以及印章图像在所述盖章位置上加盖电子印章。
值得说明的是,若在一定时间内只获得了来自触摸屏的触摸事件而未获得 来自电子印章设备的盖章事件或者只获得了来自电子印章设备的盖章事件而 未获得来自触摸屏的触摸事件, 都会导致电子印章失败。
在本发明一实施例中, 系统可以预设所述一定时间的值。
在本发明一实施例中,还可以进一步接收来自电子印章设备侧电子印章设
备与触摸屏之间接触的压感大小,或自行记录电子印章设备与触摸屏之间接触 的压感大小, 根据所述压感大小, 相应调整所述印章图像在盖章位置上显示的 颜色深浅。
在本发明一实施例中,在从电子印章设备获取电子印章认证信息以及印章 图像之前, 还可以进一步包括: 对电子印章设备进行验证, 验证该电子印章设 备为合法的电子印章设备。
例如: 电子印章设备的盖章事件中可以携带电子印章设备的标识号, 若该 电子印章设备已注册, 可以从注册表中查找到该电子印章设备的标识号, 那么 该电子印章设备为合法的电子印章设备,若无法查找到该电子印章设备的标识 号, 那么该电子设备为非法的电子印章设备。 当然, 此处仅仅举出一个实例而 已, 本发明对其具体的验证方式并不做限定。
本发明实施例提供的实现电子印章的方法,通过电子印章设备与客户端的 相互配合, 实现了对客户端中显示的文档的电子印章, 用户使用时对于用户而 言, 其操作与现有实体印章过程相同, 操作过程简单。
图 3所示为本发明实施例提供的一种盖章装置的结构示意图。如图 3所示, 该盖章装置, 包括:
第一接收单元 41 , 用于接收来自触摸屏的触摸事件, 以及触摸事件发生 在触摸屏上的位置信息。
第二接收单元 42 , 用于接收来自电子印章设备的盖章事件。
在本发明一实施例中,来自触摸屏的触摸事件为触摸屏被触摸之后触摸屏 产生的事件; 其中, 触摸屏被触摸动作中包括电子印章设备与触摸屏之间的接 触动作。来自电子印章设备的盖章事件为电子印章设备被接触后电子印章设备 产生的事件, 其中, 电子印章设备被接触动作包括电子印章设备与触摸屏之间 的接触动作。
获取单元 43 , 用于当在一定时间内先后接收到触摸屏的触摸事件以及来 自电子印章设备的盖章事件后,进一步从电子印章设备中获取电子印章认证信 息以及印章图像。
执行单元 44 , 用于将所述触摸事件发生在触摸屏上的位置信息作为盖章 位置,并利用所述电子印章认证信息以及印章图像在所述盖章位置上加盖电子 印章。
在本发明一实施例中, 还可以进一步包括:
第三接收单元,用于接收来自电子印章设备侧电子印章设备与触摸屏之间 接触的压感大小; 和 /或,
记录单元, 用于自行记录电子印章设备与触摸屏之间接触的压感大小; 调整单元, 用于根据所述压感大小, 相应调整所述印章图像在盖章位置上 显示的颜色深浅。
本发明实施例提供的盖章装置, 通过电子印章设备与客户端的相互配合, 实现了对客户端中显示的文档的电子印章, 用户使用时对于用户而言, 其操作 与现有实体印章过程相同, 操作过程简单。
图 4所示为本发明一实施例提供的一种电子印章设备的结构图。 如图 4 所示, 该电子印章设备包括: 压感器 101、 存储器 102以及通信接口 103 , 压 感器 101、 存储器 102分别与通信接口 103连接。 其中存储器 102存储有电子 印章认证信息以及印章图像; 在电子印章设备与客户端发生接触后, 所述压感 器 101产生一个盖章事件并将该盖章事件传输给通信接口 103。 通信接口 103 将盖章事件发送给客户端,以使得客户端在一定时间内先后接收到来自客户端 触摸屏的触摸事件以及来自电子印章设备的印章事件后,向电子印章设备发起 请求。 所述通信接口 103在接收到客户端请求时, 从存储器 102中获取电子印 章认证信息以及印章图像, 并将电子印章认证信息以及印章图像发送给客户 端。用户还可以进一步通过通信接口 103对存储器 102中的电子印章认证信息 以及印章图像进行删除、 更新、 修改等操作。
在本发明一实施例中, 该电子印章设备还可以进一步包括印模图片 104 , 该印模图片 104可以位于电子印章设备的底端,与客户端触摸屏进行接触的接 触面, 该印模图片上可以刻上与存储器中存储的印章图像相同或相应的图片, 这样可以让用户有更加直观的体验。
在本发明一实施例中,所述压感器 101还在电子印章设备与客户端发生接 触后记录压感大小, 并将压感的大小传输给通信接口 103 , 所述通信接口 103 将压感大小发送给客户端, 以使得客户端可以根据所述压感大小, 相应调整所 述印章图像在盖章位置上显示的颜色深浅。
值得说明的是,所述电子印章设备还可以进一步包括与触摸屏进行接触的 接触面、 以接触面为底面的空间以及与封闭空间另一侧 (除接触面以外的侧) 进行连接的手持手柄。 此时接触面需根据目标触摸屏的性能进行调整, 比如有 些触摸屏只能识别类似皮肤材料的接触, 那么接触面的材质需要类似皮肤材 料。 该以接触面为底面的空间可以是封闭的, 也可是半开放的。 用户可以利用 手持手柄对电子印章设备进行操作, 完全类似于实物印章的操作。
在本发明一实施例中, 印模图片 104贴在接触面的外侧, 压感器 101、 存 储器 102位于以接触面为底面的空间内,通信接口 103可以位于以接触面为底 面的空间内, 以无线的方式与外界联系, 也可以部分位于以接触面为底面的空 间内, 部分位于该空间外。
本发明实施例提供的电子印章设备,通过电子印章设备与客户端的相互配 合, 实现了对客户端中显示的文档的电子印章, 用户使用时对于用户而言,其 操作与现有实体印章过程相同, 操作过程简单。
本领域技术人员可以理解, 以上所有的步骤均可以使用程序代码来实现, 以上模块的划分也均基于逻辑层面划分, 并不代表实际的实现过程。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发 明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换等, 均应包含在本发明的保 护范围之内。
Claims
1、 一种实现电子印章的方法, 特征在于, 包括:
接收来自触摸屏的触摸事件, 以及触摸事件发生在触摸屏上的位置信息; 接收来自电子印章设备的盖章事件;
当在一定时间内先后接收到来自触摸屏的触摸事件以及来自电子印章设备的 盖章事件后, 从电子印章设备中获取电子印章认证信息以及印章图像;
将所述触摸事件发生在触摸屏上的位置作为盖章位置, 利用所述电子印章认 证信息以及印章图像在所述盖章位置上加盖电子印章。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述一定时间为预先设置的值。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收来自电子印章设备侧电子印章设备与触摸屏之间接触的压感大小, 或自 行记录电子印章设备与触摸屏之间接触的压感大小;
根据所述压感大小, 相应调整所述印章图像在盖章位置上显示的颜色深浅。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在从电子印章设备获取电子印 章认证信息以及印章图像之前, 还包括: 对电子印章设备进行验证, 验证该电子 印章设备为合法的电子印章设备。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收来自电子印 章设备的盖章事件, 包括:
通过 RF近场通信或蓝牙通信接收来自电子印章设备的盖章事件。
6、 一种电子印章设备, 其特征在于, 包括压感器、 存储器以及通信接口,所 述压感器、 所述存储器分别与所述通信接口连接, 其中所述存储器, 存储有电子 印章认证信息以及印章图像; 在电子印章设备与客户端发生接触后, 所述压感器 产生一个盖章事件并将盖章事件传输给通信接口; 所述通信接口将所述盖章事件 发送给客户端, 以使得所述客户端在一定时间内先后接收到来自客户端触摸屏的 触摸事件以及来自电子印章设备的印章事件后, 向电子印章设备发起请求; 且所 述通信接口还在接收到所述客户端请求时, 从所述存储器中获取电子印章认证信 息以及印章图像, 并将所述电子印章认证信息以及印章图像发送给所述客户端。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的设备, 其特征在于,
所述压感器还在电子印章设备与客户端发生接触后记录压感大小, 并将压感 大小传输给所述通信接口; 所述通信接口将所述压感器记录的压感大小发送给所 述客户端, 以使得所述客户端可以根据所述压感大小, 相应调整所述印章图像在 盖章位置上显示的颜色深浅。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述通信接口的通信机制为 RF近场通信或蓝牙通信。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括印模图片, 该印模图片 位于电子印章设备的底端, 与客户端触摸屏进行接触的接触面, 该印模图片上刻 有与存储器中存储的印章图像相同或相应的图片。
10、 根据权利要求 6-8任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括与触摸屏进 行接触的接触面、 以接触面为底面的空间以及与封闭空间另一侧进行连接的手持 手柄。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括印模图片, 所述印模 图片贴在接触面的外侧。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述压感器、 存储器位于以 接触面为底面的空间内。
13、根据权利要求 10所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述通信接口位于以接触面 为底面的空间内; 或者所述通信接口部分位于以接触面为底面的空间内, 部分位 于该空间外; 所述通信接口以无线的方式与外界联系。
14、 一种电子印章系统, 其特征在于, 包括电子印章设备以及客户端, 所述 客户端包括盖章装置及触摸屏, 所述电子印章设备存储有电子印章认证信息以及 印章图像;
所述电子印章设备底端与客户端的触摸屏接触后, 触发触摸屏的触摸事件以 及电子印章设备的盖章事件, 电子印章设备将盖章事件通知给客户端; 客户端的 盖章装置从电子印章设备获取电子印章认证信息以及印章图像, 在触摸事件发生 在触摸屏上的位置加盖电子印章。
15、根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子印章设备与所属盖 章装置之间通过 RF近场通信或者蓝牙通信。
16、 根据权利要求 14或 15所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子印章设备侧 记录该压感大小并将该压感大小传给盖章装置; 盖章装置根据所述压感大小, 相 应调整所述印章图像在盖章位置上显示的颜色深浅。
17、 根据权利要求 14或 15所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述盖章装置自行记 录压感大小, 并根据所述压感大小, 相应调整所述印章图像在盖章位置上显示的 颜色深浅。
18、 一种盖章装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收单元, 用于接收来自触摸屏的触摸事件, 以及触摸事件发生在触摸 屏上的位置信息;
第二接收单元, 用于接收来自电子印章设备的盖章事件;
获取单元, 用于当在一定时间内先后接收到触摸屏的触摸事件以及来自电子 印章设备的盖章事件后,从电子印章设备中获取电子印章认证信息以及印章图像; 执行单元, 用于将所述触摸事件发生在触摸屏上的位置信息作为盖章位置, 并利用所述电子印章认证信息以及印章图像在所述盖章位置上加盖电子印章。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第三接收单元, 用于接收来自电子印章设备侧电子印章设备与触摸屏之间接 触的压感大小; 和 /或
记录单元, 用于自行记录电子印章设备与触摸屏之间接触的压感大小; 调整单元, 用于根据所述压感大小, 相应调整所述印章图像在盖章位置上显 示的颜色深浅。
