技术领域
本发明涉及一种可换工作头的吹气枪。
背景技术
吹气枪可以适用于许多工程或加工场合,不同的应用需要不同的 枪嘴。吹气枪适配多个枪嘴是常见的情形。吹气枪更换工作头最好能 够快速、 方便、 牢固。 并且这种更换结构不能结构复杂, 复杂的结构 意味着成本高、 难以维护。
美国专利 US6,663,023B1公开了一种枪嘴的快换结构, 这种设计 虽然能够实现快速更换枪嘴, 但是结构复杂、 零件多, 不仅加工成本 高,还容易损坏; 并且不能单手操作,不够方便; 不能适用于胎压枪。
美国专利 US4, 919, 334公开的枪嘴的快换结构, 是多个塑料螺 紋套的结合的技术方案。这种方案能够防止枪嘴与枪身之间转动, 但 是螺紋结合的方式, 操作很麻烦, 不能单手操作功能部分的更换; 其 次, 塑料的螺紋, 使用的可靠性不好。
美国专利 US6, 976, 640虽然更换方便程度上很好, 但是仍然需 要双手同时操作, 不能用单手更换; 另外, 枪嘴在转动方向上不能定 位, 并且不能适用于有气压的场合。
发明内容
本发明要克服现有技术的上述缺点, 提供一种更换枪嘴方便、能 内有控制气流的装置、出气管,枪身前部设有供枪嘴接头插入的通孔, 其特征在于: 出气管的端部的前方位置装有快换装置, 所述的快换装 置设置在枪身内, 所述的快换装置包括:
一个垂直于所述的出气管的导槽;
一个平行于所述的出气管的推杆,所述的推杆在对应于导槽的部 位设有斜面; 推杆的后部穿出枪身的后端, 作为手动操作手柄; 推杆 与枪身之间设有第一弹簧, 第一弹簧将推杆向后推, 以便推杆复位; 一个限位片可滑动地设置在所述的导槽内, 限位片的上部可滑动 地挂在所述的推杆的斜面上; 限位片与枪身之间设有第二弹簧, 第二 弹簧将限位片向下压,使限位片的下缘进入可换枪嘴接头的第一凹槽 内;
一个可换枪嘴接头, 其中心有与所述的出气管连接的导管, 其上 部有供限位片插入的第一凹槽, 以便与枪身结合。
进一步, 所述的推杆的带斜面的部位是圆锥体。
进一步, 所述的可换枪嘴接头上设有凸肩, 所述的枪身通孔上设 有与所述凸肩配合的第二凹槽, 以防止可换枪嘴接头与枪身之间转 动。
进一步, 所述枪身前部上设有密封圈, 所述密封圈外套设有密封 圈套环, 所述密封圈套环与所述通孔密封连接。
进一步, 所述限位片设在一限位片座上。
在需要更换枪嘴时, 将推杆从手柄处向前推, 限位片顺推杆上的 斜面滑动, 限位片被上提, 限位片的下缘脱离可换枪嘴接头的第一凹 槽, 此时就可以将枪嘴从枪身中取下。 枪嘴的安装则更为简便, 将枪 嘴接头推入枪身的通孔中, 当接头的第一凹槽对准限位片时, 限位片 在第二弹簧的顶推下插入第一凹槽, 使枪嘴接头与枪身连接。
同时, 枪嘴接头的凸肩必须与枪身的通孔的第二凹槽对准, 才能 使枪嘴接头进入通孔。 因此, 枪嘴接头无法与枪身发生相对转动。
本发明的优点是: 更换枪嘴方便快速、 能够单手操作, 可防止 枪嘴与枪身转动, 适用于有气压场合; 同时结构简单, 成本低。

具体实施方式
参照图 1至图 7, 具有快换结构的吹气枪, 包括适于气流通过的 枪身 1, 所述的枪身 1 内有控制气流的装置、 出气管, 枪身前部 11 设有供枪嘴接头 6插入的通孔 2,出气管的端部的前方位置装有快换装 置, 所述的快换装置设置在枪身 1内, 所述的快换装置包括:
一个垂直于所述的出气管的导槽 3; 一个平行于所述的出气管的推杆 4, 所述的推杆 4在对应于导槽 3的部位设有斜面 41; 推杆 4的后部穿出枪身的后端, 作为手动操作 手柄; 推杆 4与枪身 1之间设有第一弹簧 42, 第一弹簧 42将推杆 4 向后推, 以便推杆 4复位;
一个限位片 5可滑动地设置在所述的导槽 3内,限位片 5的上部 可滑动地挂在所述的推杆 4的斜面 41上; 限位片 5与枪身 1之间设 有第二弹簧 51, 第二弹簧 51将限位片 5向下压, 使限位片 5的下缘 进入可换枪嘴接头 6的第一凹槽 62内;

进一步, 所述限位片 5设在一限位片座 52上。
在需要更换枪嘴时,将推杆 4从手柄处向前推, 限位片 5顺推杆 4上的斜面 41滑动, 限位片 4被上提, 限位片 4的下缘脱离可换枪 嘴接头 6的第一凹槽 62, 此时就可以将枪嘴从枪身 · 1中取下。枪嘴 的安装则更为简便,将枪嘴接头 6推入枪身 1的通孔 2中, 当接头的 第一凹槽对准限位片时, 限位片在第二弹簧的顶推下插入第一凹槽, 使枪嘴接头与枪身连接。
