　本発明は、販売サーバ、紹介サーバ、販売システム、販売制御方法、紹介制御方法、記録媒体、および、プログラムに関する。
　近年、インターネット上において、電子商取引が可能な販売サイト（例えば、ショッピングモールサイト等）が存在する。このような販売サイトでは、商品等を購入したユーザにポイントを付与するサービスが提供されている。
　例えば、特許文献１には、利用頻度の高いユーザに対して効果的にポイントを付与する商品販売システムが開示されている。

　最近では、販売サイトのコンテンツを紹介する紹介サイトも知られている。一例として紹介サイトは、各種コンテンツへのリンク情報を含んだ紹介ページをユーザ端末に提示し、関心のあるユーザを販売サイトへと導くことができるようになっている。
　このような紹介サイトを経由して販売サイトを訪れたユーザに対して、新たなサービスを提供したいという要望が挙げられている。
　例えば、紹介サイトを経由して販売サイトを訪れたユーザが商品等を購入した場合に、今まで通り販売サイトのポイントを付与するだけでなく、紹介サイトのポイントも付与したいといった要望である。
　しかしながら、販売サイトと紹介サイトとは、運営者が異なっており、サーバ等も異なっている。そのため、両サイトで情報を共有するためには別のサーバ等を立ち上げる必要があるなど、システムが大規模化してしまうことが懸念される。
　そのため、簡易な仕組みにて、紹介サイトを経由して販売サイトへアクセスしたユーザに、当該紹介サイトのポイントを付与できるようにする技術が求められていた。
　本発明は、上記実状に鑑みてなされたもので、簡易な仕組みにて、他サイト（例えば、紹介サイト）を経由して自サイト（例えば、販売サイト）へアクセスしたユーザに、当該他サイトのポイントを付与できる販売サーバ、紹介サーバ、販売システム、販売制御方法、紹介制御方法、記録媒体、および、プログラムを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の第１の観点に係る販売サーバは、
　紹介サーバからコンテンツが紹介された端末に、該コンテンツを含む販売ページを提示する販売サーバであって、

　前記紹介ページにて前記リンク情報が選択された際に、前記ユーザが当該コンピュータにログインしていなければ、当該コンピュータは、前記ユーザを前記端末から当該コンピュータにログインさせた後、前記置換部に前記プレースホルダ文字列を前記識別情報に置換させる、
　ように機能させることを特徴とする。
　上記プログラムは、当該プログラムが実行されるコンピュータとは独立して、コンピュータ通信網を介して配布・販売することができる。
　本発明によれば、簡易な仕組みにて、他サイトを経由して自サイトへアクセスしたユーザに、当該他サイトのポイントを付与できる。

　以下に本発明の実施形態を説明する。以下の実施形態は説明のためのものであり、本願発明の範囲を制限するものではない。したがって、当業者であればこれらの各要素または全要素をこれと均等なものに置換した実施形態を採用することが可能であるが、これらの実施形態も本発明の範囲に含まれる。
（全体構成）
　本発明の実施形態に係る販売システム１００は、図１に示すように、紹介サーバ２００と、販売サーバ３００と、ユーザ端末４００とが、インターネット５００を介して接続されて構成される。なお、紹介サーバ２００は、複数存在してもよい。また、ユーザ端末４００は、利用するユーザに応じて、複数存在し得る。
　紹介サーバ２００は、インターネット５００上にてユーザ端末４００からアクセス可能な紹介サイトであり、ユーザ端末４００（より詳細にはユーザ）に、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツを紹介するための紹介ページ等を提示する。
　販売サーバ３００は、インターネット５００上にてユーザ端末４００から直接、もしくは、紹介サーバ２００を経由して、アクセス可能な販売サイトであり、ユーザ端末４００に、コンテンツに係る商品等を販売するための販売ページ等を提示する。
　ユーザ端末４００は、ユーザに操作される端末であり、インターネット５００を介して紹介サーバ２００や販売サーバ３００にアクセスし、紹介ページや販売ページ等を閲覧する。
　このユーザは、一例とした、紹介サイトの会員であり、また、販売サイトの会員でもある。なお、紹介サイトと販売サイトとは、運営者が異なっているものとする。そのため、サーバが個別に存在しており、ユーザに関する情報も、それぞれのサイトにて別々に管理されている。つまり、ユーザＩＤ（ユーザ名）から始まり、パスワードや処理内容（サイトでのアクション等）に至るまで、紹介サイトと販売サイトとで別々に管理されている。
　このような販売システム１００において、紹介サーバ２００を経由して販売サーバ３００へアクセスしたユーザ端末４００（より詳細にはユーザ）が、販売サーバ３００にて商品等を購入した場合に、紹介サーバ２００のポイントをユーザに付与する処理概要について、図２を用いて説明する。図２は、ユーザ端末、紹介サーバ、及び、販売サーバ間で行われる通信の一例を説明するための模式図である。
　紹介サーバ２００は、ユーザ端末４００に紹介ページを提示する（Ｐ１）。つまり、紹介サーバ２００は、アクセスしてきたユーザ端末４００に、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツを紹介するための紹介ページを提示する。なお、詳細は後述するが、紹介ページには、コンテンツを紹介するために、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報が含まれている。
　ユーザ端末４００は、リンク情報を選択する（Ｐ２）。すなわち、紹介ページを提示したユーザ端末４００のユーザが、ページ内のコンテンツに興味を持つと、そのコンテンツを詳しく知ろうとして、リンク情報を選択する。
　紹介サーバ２００は、ユーザの識別情報を含むリンク情報によるリダイレクトを、ユーザ端末４００に指示する（Ｐ３）。なお、詳細は後述するが、紹介サーバ２００は、リンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列を、ユーザの識別情報に置換し、置換済のリンク情報によるコンテンツへのアクセスを、ユーザ端末４００に指示する。
　ユーザ端末４００は、ユーザの識別情報を含んだリダイレクトにより、販売サーバ３００にアクセスする（Ｐ４）。つまり、ユーザ端末４００は、ユーザの識別情報を伴って、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツへアクセスする。
　販売サーバ３００は、ユーザ端末４００に販売ページを提示する（Ｐ５）。つまり、販売サーバ３００は、リダイレクトしてきたユーザ端末４００に、コンテンツに係る商品等を販売するための販売ページを提示する。
　ユーザ端末４００は、商品等を購入する（Ｐ６）。すなわち、販売ページを提示したユーザ端末４００のユーザが、コンテンツに係る商品等を欲すると、ユーザ端末４００を操作して購入処理を行う。
　販売サーバ３００は、所定のタイミング（例えば、１日の終わり等）に、ユーザの識別情報を含む購入報告を、紹介サーバ２００に報告する（Ｐ７）。つまり、販売サーバ３００は、ユーザに与えるポイントを算定させるための購入報告を、紹介サーバ２００に送信する。
　購入報告を受け取った紹介サーバ２００は、ポイントを付与する（Ｐ８）。つまり、紹介サーバ２００は、受理した購入報告に基づいて、ポイントを算定し、識別情報により識別されたユーザに付与する。
（情報処理装置の概要構成）
　本発明の実施形態に係る紹介サーバ２００、販売サーバ３００、及び、ユーザ端末４００が実現される典型的な情報処理装置６００について説明する。
　情報処理装置６００は、図３に示すように、ＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit）６０１と、ＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）６０２と、ＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）６０３と、ＮＩＣ（Network Interface Card）６０４と、画像処理部６０５と、音声処理部６０６と、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭ（Digital Versatile Disc ROM）ドライブ６０７と、インターフェース６０８と、外部メモリ６０９と、コントローラ６１０と、モニタ６１１と、スピーカ６１２と、を備える。
　ＣＰＵ　６０１は、情報処理装置６００全体の動作を制御し、各構成要素と接続され制御信号やデータをやりとりする。
　ＲＯＭ　６０２には、電源投入直後に実行されるＩＰＬ（Initial Program Loader）が記録され、これが実行されることにより、所定のプログラムをＲＡＭ　６０３に読み出してＣＰＵ　６０１による当該プログラムの実行が開始される。また、ＲＯＭ　６０２には、情報処理装置６００全体の動作制御に必要なオペレーティングシステムのプログラムや各種のデータが記録される。
　ＲＡＭ　６０３は、データやプログラムを一時的に記憶するためのもので、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭから読み出したプログラムやデータ、その他、通信に必要なデータ等が保持される。
　ＮＩＣ　６０４は、情報処理装置６００をインターネット等のコンピュータ通信網に接続するためのものであり、ＬＡＮ（Local Area Network）を構成する際に用いられる１０ＢＡＳＥ－Ｔ／１００ＢＡＳＥ－Ｔ規格にしたがうものや、電話回線を用いてインターネットに接続するためのアナログモデム、ＩＳＤＮ（Integrated Services Digital Network）モデム、ＡＤＳＬ（Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line）モデム、ケーブルテレビジョン回線を用いてインターネットに接続するためのケーブルモデム等と、これらとＣＰＵ　６０１との仲立ちを行うインターフェース（図示せず）等により構成される。
　 画像処理部６０５は、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭ等から読み出されたデータをＣＰＵ　６０１や画像処理部６０５が備える画像演算プロセッサ（図示せず）によって加工処理した後、これを画像処理部６０５が備えるフレームメモリ（図示せず）に記録する。フレームメモリに記録された画像情報は、所定の同期タイミングでビデオ信号に変換され、モニタ６１１に出力される。これにより、各種のページ表示が可能となる。
　音声処理部６０６は、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭ等から読み出した音声データをアナログ音声信号に変換し、これに接続されたスピーカ６１２から出力させる。また、ＣＰＵ　６０１の制御の下、情報処理装置６００が行う処理の進行の中で発生させるべき音を生成し、これに対応した音声をスピーカ６１２から出力させる。
　ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭドライブ６０７に装着されるＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭには、例えば、実施形態に係る紹介サーバ２００や販売サーバ３００を実現するためのプログラムが記憶される。ＣＰＵ　６０１の制御によって、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭドライブ６０７は、これに装着されたＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭに対する読み出し処理を行って、必要なプログラムやデータを読み出し、これらはＲＡＭ　６０３等に一時的に記憶される。
　インターフェース６０８には、外部メモリ６０９、コントローラ６１０、モニタ６１１、及びスピーカ６１２が、着脱可能に接続される。
　外部メモリ６０９には、ユーザの個人情報に関するデータなどが書き換え可能に記憶される。
　コントローラ６１０は、情報処理装置６００の各種の設定時などに行われる操作入力を受け付ける。情報処理装置６００のユーザは、コントローラ６１０を介して指示入力を行うことにより、これらのデータを適宜外部メモリ６０９に記録することができる。
　モニタ６１１は、画像処理部６０５により出力されたデータを情報処理装置６００のユーザに提示する。
　スピーカ６１２は、音声処理部６０６により出力された音声データを情報処理装置６００のユーザに提示する。
　この他、情報処理装置６００は、ハードディスク等の大容量外部記憶装置を用いて、ＲＯＭ ６０２、ＲＡＭ ６０３、外部メモリ６０９、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭドライブ６０７に装着されるＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭ等と同じ機能を果たすように構成してもよい。
　以下、上記情報処理装置６００においてそれぞれ実現される紹介サーバ２００及び販売サーバ３００の構成等について、図４～図１１を参照して説明する。情報処理装置６００に電源が投入され、ユーザ端末４００からの要求を受け付けると、本実施形態に係る紹介サーバ２００及び販売サーバ３００として機能させるそれぞれのプログラムが実行され、本実施形態に係る紹介サーバ２００及び販売サーバ３００が実現される。
（紹介サーバの概要構成）
　図４は、本実施形態に係る紹介サーバ２００の概要構成の一例を示すブロック図である。図示するように、紹介サーバ２００は、紹介制御部２０１と、紹介ページ提示部２０２と、受付部２０３と、置換部２０４と、指示部２０５と、受理部２０６と、算定部２０７とを備える。
　紹介制御部２０１は、紹介サーバ２００全体を制御する。例えば、紹介制御部２０１は、ユーザ端末４００や販売サーバ３００との通信を制御すると共に、ユーザ端末４００等からの要求に応じた処理を行う。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１等が、このような紹介制御部２０１として機能しうる。
　紹介ページ提示部２０２は、ユーザ端末４００からのアクセスに応答して、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツを紹介するための紹介ページをユーザ端末４００に提示する。より詳細には、コンテンツを紹介するために、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報が含まれる紹介ページを提示する。
　具体例として、紹介ページ提示部２０２は、図５に示すような紹介ページ７００を端末４００に提示する。この紹介ページ７００には、カテゴリエリア７０１、お買い得エリア７０２、ランキングエリア７０３、及び、紹介エリア７０４が含まれている。
　特に、紹介エリア７０４には、「モーションウィジェット」と呼ばれるプログラムモジュール（一例として、Java Script（登録商標））によって動的に生成されるコンテンツ（一例として、商品画像）が、順次ローテーション表示される。そのため、ユーザの目を引きやすく、興味のあるコンテンツにマウスカーソル等を合わせて、クリックされ易い。なお、これらのコンテンツには、販売サーバ３００における対応するコンテンツへのリンク情報が付加されている。このリンク情報の詳細については、以下の受付部２０３と共に説明する。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１及びＮＩＣ　６０４等が、このような紹介ページ提示部２０２として機能しうる。
　図４に戻って、受付部２０３は、提示した紹介ページにおけるリンク情報の選択を、ユーザ端末４００から受け付ける。
　例えば、上述した図５に示す紹介ページ７００の紹介エリア７０４における何れかのコンテンツ（何れかの商品画像）が、ユーザ端末４００からクリック操作されると、そのコンテンツに付加されたリンク情報が選択される。一例として、プログラムモジュールは、選択されたリンク情報として、図６に示すリンク情報７１０を生成する。
　このリンク情報７１０には、リダイレクト依頼文字列７１１、リダイレクト先文字列７１２、プレースホルダ文字列７１３、及び、コンテンツ詳細文字列７１４が含まれている。
　なお、プレースホルダ文字列７１３は、他の文字列に置換するための代替文字列であり、この例の場合「%user_id%」であるが、他の文字列であってもよい。このようなプレースホルダ文字列７１３の置換については、以下の置換部２０４と共に説明する。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１及びＮＩＣ　６０４等が、このような受付部２０３として機能しうる。
　置換部２０４は、選択されたリンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列を、ユーザを識別する識別情報に置換する。
　例えば、置換部２０４は、リンク情報のプレースホルダ文字列を、紹介サーバ２００におけるユーザ名（ユーザＩＤ）を基に、所定の暗号化（変換）を施して生成した文字列に置換する。なお、このような暗号化を省いて、プレースホルダ文字列をそのままのユーザ名に置換してもよい。
　具体例として、置換部２０４は、上述した図６のリンク情報７１０のプレースホルダ文字列７１３を暗号化したユーザ名に置換して、図７に示すリンク情報７１０とする。つまり、図６のプレースホルダ文字列７１３を、暗号化ユーザ名７１５に置き換えた図７のリンク情報７１０を生成する。
　この図７では、暗号化ユーザ名７１５を一例として「h79si8i4」と示しているが、これは、無秩序な文字列を便宜的に表しており、当然にユーザ名に応じて異なる文字列となる。
　なお、このようなプレースホルダ文字列の置換が行われるのは、ユーザ端末４００のユーザが紹介サーバ２００にログイン済みの場合に限られる。
　そのため、ユーザが紹介サーバ２００にログインしていない場合には、認証ダイアログをユーザ端末４００に提示するなどして、ユーザにログインを促すことになる。例えば、紹介制御部２０１は、紹介ページ提示部２０２を制御して、図８に示すような認証ダイアログ７２０をユーザ端末４００に提示する。
　そして、ユーザが認証された（ログインできた）後に、置換部２０４は、上記と同様に、リンク情報のプレースホルダ文字列を、暗号化ユーザ名に置換する。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１等が、このような置換部２０４として機能しうる。
　図４に戻って、指示部２０５は、置換済のリンク情報によるコンテンツへのアクセスを、ユーザ端末４００に指示する。例えば、指示部２０５は、上述した図７のリンク情報７１０のリダイレクト依頼文字列７１１を受け、ユーザ端末４００をリダイレクト先文字列７１２で示される販売サーバ３００へ、暗号化ユーザ名７１５及び、コンテンツ詳細文字列７１４を伴って、リダイレクトさせる。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１及びＮＩＣ　６０４等が、このような指示部２０５として機能しうる。
　受理部２０６は、販売サーバ３００におけるユーザの購入報告を販売サーバ３００から受理する。
　つまり、上記の指示部２０５によって、販売サーバ３００へリダイレクトさせたユーザ端末４００（より詳細にはユーザ）が、紹介したコンテンツに係る商品等を購入した場合に、所定のタイミング（例えば、１日の終わり）に、販売サーバ３００から報告される購入報告を受理する。この販売報告には、例えば、金額情報（後述する販売価格）、及び、購入したユーザを識別する識別情報が含まれている。この識別情報には、上述した図７のリンク情報７１０における暗号化ユーザ名７１５と同じものが使用される。つまり、紹介サーバ２００側で復号化してユーザ名を取得でき、販売サーバ３００にてショッピングを行った紹介サーバ２００のユーザを識別可能となっている。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１及びＮＩＣ　６０４等が、このような受理部２０６として機能しうる。
　算定部２０７は、受理した購入報告に基づいて、識別情報により識別されたユーザに与えるポイントを算定する。
　つまり、算定部２０７は、購入報告に含まれる暗号化ユーザ名を復号し、販売サーバ３００にてショッピングを行ったユーザを識別すると、購入報告に含まれる金額情報に所定のポイント還元率（一例として、０．５％）を乗じて、そのユーザに与えるポイントを算定する。なお、ポイントの算定方式は、一例であり、他の方式により求めてもよい。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１等が、このような算定部２０７として機能しうる。
（販売サーバの概要構成）
　図９は、本実施形態に係る販売サーバ３００の概要構成の一例を示すブロック図である。図示するように、販売サーバ３００は、販売制御部３０１と、提供部３０２と、販売ページ提示部３０３と、受注部３０４と、販売管理部３０５と、報告部３０６とを備える。
　販売制御部３０１は、販売サーバ３００全体を制御する。例えば、販売制御部３０１は、ユーザ端末４００や紹介サーバ２００との通信を制御すると共に、ユーザ端末４００等からの要求に応じた処理を行う。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１等が、このような販売制御部３０１として機能しうる。
　提供部３０２は、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報を紹介サーバ２００に提供する。
　具体的に提供部３０２は、上述した図５に示す紹介ページ７００における紹介エリア７０４を構成させるためのモーションウィジェットと呼ばれるプログラムモジュール（一例として、Java Script（登録商標））を、紹介サーバ２００に提供する。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１及びＮＩＣ　６０４等が、このような提供部３０２として機能しうる。
　販売ページ提示部３０３は、ユーザ端末４００からのアクセスに応答して、コンテンツに係る商品等を販売するための販売ページをユーザ端末４００に提示する。より詳細には、紹介サーバ２００からリダイレクトされたユーザ端末４００に、要求されたコンテンツに係る商品等を販売するための販売ページを生成して、端末４００に提示する。
　具体例として、販売ページ提示部３０３は、図１０に示すような販売ページ８００をユーザ端末４００に提示する。この販売ページ８００には、コンテンツに係る商品等（この例では、商品Ｙ）についての商品画像８０１、商品説明８０２、及び、買い物ボタン８０３が含まれている。
　ユーザがコンテンツに係る商品等を欲する場合、買い物ボタン８０３にマウスカーソル等を合わせてクリックすることで、購入手続に進むことができる。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１及びＮＩＣ　６０４等が、このような販売ページ提示部３０３として機能しうる。
　受注部３０４は、商品等の購入を受注する。例えば、上述した販売ページ８００の買い物ボタン８０３がユーザによりクリックされ、図示せぬ支払い方法や配達方法の指定、更に、パスワード等の必要な入力が行われると、受注部３０４は、そのコンテンツに係る商品等の購入を受注する。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１及びＮＩＣ　６０４等が、このような受注部３０４として機能しうる。
　販売管理部３０５は、ユーザによる販売サーバ３００における商品等の購入（つまり、販売サーバ３００側からの販売）を管理する。
　例えば、販売管理部３０５は、上述した受注部３０４にて受注した内容に基づいて、販売履歴情報を蓄積していき、ユーザによる商品等の購入を管理する。
　具体例として、販売管理部３０５は、図１１に示すような販売履歴情報９００を蓄積し、ユーザによる商品等の購入を管理する。この販売履歴情報９００には、一例として、ユーザ名９０１、販売商品ＩＤ９０２、販売価格９０３、販売者ＩＤ９０４、紹介サイトＩＤ９０５、及び、暗号化ユーザ名９０６が含まれている。
　なお、ユーザ名９０１には、販売サーバ３００におけるユーザの識別情報がセットされる。また、紹介サイトＩＤ９０５には、紹介サーバ２００の識別情報がセットされる。そして、暗号化ユーザ名９０６には、紹介サーバ２００からリダイレクトされた際のリンク情報に含まれていた暗号化ユーザ名がセットされる。具体的には、図７に示すようなリンク情報７１０における暗号化ユーザ名７１５が、この暗号化ユーザ名９０６にセットされる。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１及びＲＡＭ　６０３等が、このような販売管理部３０５として機能しうる。
　報告部３０６は、所定のタイミング（例えば、１日の終わり等）に、ユーザの識別情報を含む購入報告を、紹介サーバ２００に報告する。つまり、販売サーバ３００は、ユーザに与えるポイントを算定させるための購入報告を、紹介サーバ２００に送信する。
　例えば、報告部３０６は、上述した図１１に示す販売履歴情報９００を基にして、購入報告を生成する。具体的に報告部３０６は、図１１の販売価格９０３及び暗号化ユーザ名９０６を含む購入報告を生成し、紹介サーバ２００に報告する。
　上述したＣＰＵ ６０１及びＮＩＣ　６０４等が、このような報告部３０６として機能しうる。
（各サーバの動作）
　以下、このような構成の紹介サーバ２００及び、販売サーバ３００の動作について図面を参照して説明する。図１２は、紹介サーバ２００が実行する紹介制御処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。また、図１３は、販売サーバ３００が実行する販売制御処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。
　最初に、図１２の紹介制御処理を参照して、紹介サーバ２００の動作を説明する。
　まず、紹介サーバ２００は、紹介ページを提示する（ステップＳ２１）。
　すなわち、紹介ページ提示部２０２は、ユーザ端末４００からのアクセスに応答して、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツを紹介するための紹介ページをユーザ端末４００に提示する。
　具体的に紹介ページ提示部２０２は、上述した図５に示すような紹介ページ７００を端末４００に提示する。
　紹介サーバ２００は、リンク情報が選択されたか否かを判別する（ステップＳ２２）。
　すなわち、受付部２０３は、提示した紹介ページにおけるリンク情報の選択を、端末から受け付けたかどうかを判別する。
　具体的に受付部２０３は、上述した図５に示す紹介ページ７００の紹介エリア７０４における何れかのコンテンツ（何れかの商品画像）が、ユーザ端末４００からクリック操作されたかどうかを判別する。
　紹介サーバ２００は、リンク情報が選択されていないと判別すると（ステップＳ２２；Ｎｏ）、ステップＳ２１に処理を戻す。なお、ここでは省略しているが、ユーザ端末４００にて他の操作がなされた場合、紹介サーバ２００は、その操作に応じた処理を適宜行うものとする。
　一方、リンク情報が選択されたと判別した場合に（ステップＳ２２；Ｙｅｓ）、紹介サーバ２００は、ユーザがログイン済みか否かを判別する（ステップＳ２３）。
　紹介サーバ２００は、ユーザがログイン済みでないと判別すると（ステップＳ２３；Ｎｏ）、認証ダイアログを提示してユーザを認証する（ステップＳ２４）。
　例えば、紹介制御部２０１は、紹介ページ提示部２０２を制御して、上述した図８に示すような認証ダイアログをユーザ端末４００に提示して、ユーザにログインさせる。
　一方、ユーザがログイン済みであると判別した場合（ステップＳ２３；Ｙｅｓ）、もしくは、上記ステップＳ２４にてユーザを認証した後、紹介サーバ２００は、選択されたリンク情報のプレースホルダ文字列を、ユーザの識別情報に置換する（ステップＳ２５）。
　すなわち、置換部２０４は、リンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列を、紹介サーバ２００におけるユーザ名（ユーザＩＤ）を基に、所定の暗号化を施して生成した文字列に置換する。
　具体的に置換部２０４は、上述した図６のプレースホルダ文字列７１３を、暗号化ユーザ名７１５に置き換えて、上述した図７のリンク情報７１０を生成する。
　紹介サーバ２００は、置換済のリンク情報による前記コンテンツへのアクセスを、ユーザ端末４００に指示する（ステップＳ２６）。
　すなわち、指示部２０５は、上述した図７のリンク情報７１０のリダイレクト依頼文字列７１１を受け、ユーザ端末４００をリダイレクト先文字列７１２で示される販売サーバ３００へ、暗号化ユーザ名７１５及び、コンテンツ詳細文字列７１４を伴って、リダイレクトさせる。
　その後、紹介サーバ２００は、識別情報を含む購入報告を、販売サーバ３００から受理する（ステップＳ２７）。
　すなわち、受理部２０６は、上記ステップＳ２６にて、販売サーバ３００へリダイレクトさせたユーザ端末４００（より詳細にはユーザ）が、紹介したコンテンツに係る商品等を購入した場合に、所定のタイミング（例えば、１日の終わり）に、販売サーバ３００から報告される購入報告を受理する。
　この識別情報には、上述した図７のリンク情報７１０における暗号化ユーザ名７１５と同じものが使用される。つまり、紹介サーバ２００側で復号化してユーザ名を取得でき、販売サーバ３００にてショッピングを行った紹介サーバ２００のユーザを識別可能となっている。
　そして、紹介サーバ２００は、ポイントを算定して、ユーザに付与する（ステップＳ２８）。
　すなわち、算定部２０７は、上記ステップＳ２７にて受理した購入報告に基づいて、識別情報により識別されたユーザに与えるポイントを算定する。
　具体的に算定部２０７は、購入報告に含まれる暗号化ユーザ名を復号し、販売サーバ３００にてショッピングを行ったユーザを識別すると、購入報告に含まれる金額情報に所定のポイント還元率（一例として、０．５％）を乗じて、そのユーザに与えるポイントを算定する。なお、ポイントの算定方式は、一例であり、他の方式により求めてもよい。
　この紹介制御処理にて、紹介サーバ２００の動作をより分かり易くするために、ステップＳ２７，Ｓ２８を含めた１つのフローチャートにて説明したが、これらステップＳ２７，Ｓ２８は、別処理（別のフローチャート）に分けて、処理を行ってもよい。
　続いて、図１３の販売制御処理を参照して、販売サーバ３００の動作を説明する。
　まず、販売サーバ３００は、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報を、紹介サーバ２００に提供する（ステップＳ３１）。
　すなわち、提供部３０２は、例えば、上述した図５に示す紹介ページ７００における紹介エリア７０４を構成させるためのモーションウィジェットと呼ばれるプログラムモジュール（一例として、Java Script（登録商標））を、紹介サーバ２００に提供する。
　販売サーバ３００は、販売ページを提示する（ステップＳ３２）。
　すなわち、販売ページ提示部３０３は、紹介サーバ２００からリダイレクトされたユーザ端末４００に、要求されたコンテンツに係る商品等を販売するための販売ページを生成して、端末４００に提示する。
　具体的に販売ページ提示部３０３は、上述した図１０に示すような販売ページ８００をユーザ端末４００に提示する。
　販売サーバ３００は、購入があったか否かを判別する（ステップＳ３３）。
　すなわち、受注部３０４は、販売ページにおけるコンテンツに係る商品等の購入を受注したかどうかを判別する。
　販売サーバ３００は、購入がなかったと判別すると（ステップＳ３３；Ｎｏ）、ステップＳ３２に処理を戻す。なお、ここでは省略しているが、ユーザ端末４００にて他の操作がなされた場合、販売サーバ３００は、その操作に応じた処理を適宜行うものとする。
　一方、購入があったと判別した場合に（ステップＳ３３；Ｙｅｓ）、販売サーバ３００は、販売履歴情報を蓄積する（ステップＳ３４）。
　すなわち、販売管理部３０５は、ユーザの購入操作に応じて、例えば、上述した図１１に示すような販売履歴情報９００を蓄積する。
　販売サーバ３００は、識別情報を含む購入報告を、紹介サーバ２００に報告する（ステップＳ３５）。
　すなわち、報告部３０６は、所定のタイミング（例えば、１日の終わり等）に、ユーザの識別情報を含む購入報告を、紹介サーバ２００に報告する。つまり、販売サーバ３００は、ユーザに与えるポイントを算定させるための購入報告を、紹介サーバ２００に送信する。
　具体的に報告部３０６は、上述した図１１の販売価格９０３及び暗号化ユーザ名９０６を含む購入報告を生成し、紹介サーバ２００に報告する。
　この販売制御処理にて、販売サーバ３００の動作をより分かり易くするために、ステップＳ３５を含めた１つのフローチャートにて説明したが、このステップＳ３５は、別処理（別のフローチャート）に分けて、処理を行ってもよい。
　これらの紹介制御処理、及び、販売制御処理によって、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報が含まれる紹介ページが、紹介サーバ２００からユーザ端末４００に提示される。そして、ユーザによってリンク情報が選択されると、リンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列を、ユーザの識別情報に置換し、置換済のリンク情報によるコンテンツへのアクセスを、ユーザ端末４００に指示する。そのため、ユーザ端末４００は、ユーザの識別情報を伴って、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツへアクセスすることになる。
　そして、販売サーバ３００にて商品等の購入が行われると、渡されたユーザの識別情報と共に販売履歴情報に蓄積される。その後、所定のタイミングで、ユーザの識別情報を含む購入報告が、販売サーバ３００から紹介サーバ２００にもたらされる。このため、購入報告を受け取った紹介サーバ２００は、受理した購入報告に基づいて、ポイントを算定し、識別情報により識別されたユーザに付与する。
　この結果、簡易な仕組みにて、紹介サーバ２００を経由して販売サーバ３００へアクセスしたユーザに、紹介サーバ２００のポイントを付与できる。
（他の実施形態）
　上記の実施形態では、紹介サーバ２００の置換部２０４にて、リンク情報のプレースホルダ文字列を、暗号化ユーザ名に置き換える場合について説明したが、ユーザを識別可能となる他の情報に置き換えてもよい。
　例えば、置換部２０４は、リンク情報のプレースホルダ文字列をユーザ端末４００のセッション情報に置き換えてもよい。この場合、紹介サーバ２００は、このセッション情報をユーザ名と対応付けて記憶しておく。
　その後、受理部２０６が、識別情報（この場合セッション情報）を含む購入報告を販売サーバ３００から受け取ると、算定部２０７は、記憶した中から同一のセッション情報を検索し、検索したセッション情報に対応付けられたユーザ名のユーザにポイントを付与する。
　この場合も、簡易な仕組みにて、紹介サーバ２００を経由して販売サーバ３００へアクセスしたユーザに、紹介サーバ２００のポイントを付与できる。
　上記の実施形態では、紹介サーバ２００から正当に紹介されたユーザ端末４００が、販売サーバ３００のコンテンツへアクセスすることを前提として説明したが、不正なリンク情報によるアクセスに対応できるようにしてもよい。例えば、あたかも紹介サーバ２００を経由して販売サーバ３００にアクセスしたかのような不正なリダイレクトＵＲＬ等をユーザ端末４００に入力して、販売サーバ３００にアクセスした場合に、特別なページを表示したり、紹介サーバ２００にトップページにリダイレクトさせてもよい。
　例えば、販売サーバ３００は、リファラ（referrer）やクッキーに含まれるセッション情報を使用し、正当なリンク情報によるアクセスかどうかを判別する。そして、正当なリンク情報によるアクセスであると判別できた場合に限り、ユーザ端末４００にコンテンツに係る販売ページを提示する。
　以上説明したように、本発明によれば、簡易な仕組みにて、他サイトを経由して自サイトへアクセスしたユーザに、当該他サイトのポイントを付与できる販売サーバ、紹介サーバ、販売システム、販売制御方法、紹介制御方法、記録媒体、および、プログラムを提供することができる。

Claims (11)

  1. 　紹介サーバからコンテンツが紹介された端末に、該コンテンツを含む販売ページを提示する販売サーバであって、
    　前記コンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報であって前記紹介サーバにアクセスした前記端末のユーザにより選択され得るリンク情報を、前記紹介サーバに提供する提供部、
    　前記提供したリンク情報が前記端末のユーザにより選択され、前記紹介サーバにより、該リンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列が前記ユーザを識別する識別情報に置換された後、該置換済のリンク情報による前記コンテンツへのアクセスに応答して、前記端末に前記コンテンツを含む販売ページを提示する提示部、
    　前記販売ページを提示した前記端末の前記ユーザによる当該販売サーバにおける購入を管理する管理部、
    　前記管理される前記ユーザの購入報告であって前記識別情報を含む購入報告を、前記ユーザに与えるポイントを算定させるために前記紹介サーバに報告する報告部、を備える、
    　ことを特徴とする販売サーバ。
  2. 　請求項１に記載の販売サーバであって、
    　前記提供部は、前記コンテンツへのリダイレクト、及び、プレースホルダ文字列を含むＵＲＬ（Uniform Resource Locator）情報を生成するプログラムモジュールを前記紹介サーバに提供することで、前記リンク情報を提供する、
    　ことを特徴とする販売サーバ。
  3. 　請求項１に記載の販売サーバであって、
    　前記提示部は、前記紹介サーバから前記置換済のリンク情報によりリダイレクトされたことが判別された場合に限り、前記端末に前記コンテンツを含む販売ページを提示する、
    　ことを特徴とする販売サーバ。
  4. 　販売サーバのコンテンツを端末のユーザに紹介する紹介サーバであって、
    　前記コンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報が含まれる紹介ページを前記端末に提示する提示部、
    　前記提示した紹介ページにおける前記リンク情報の選択を、前記端末から受け付ける受付部、
    　前記選択されたリンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列を、前記ユーザを識別する識別情報に置換する置換部、
    　前記置換済のリンク情報による前記コンテンツへのアクセスを、前記端末に指示する指示部、
    　前記ユーザの前記販売サーバにおける購入報告であって前記識別情報を含む購入報告を、前記販売サーバから受理する受理部、
    　前記受理した購入報告に基づいて、前記識別情報により識別された前記ユーザに与えるポイントを算定する算定部、を備え、
    　前記紹介ページにて前記リンク情報が選択された際に、前記ユーザが当該紹介サーバにログインしていなければ、当該紹介サーバは、前記ユーザを前記端末から当該紹介サーバにログインさせた後、前記置換部に前記プレースホルダ文字列を前記識別情報に置換させる、
    　ことを特徴とする紹介サーバ。
  5. 　紹介サーバからコンテンツが紹介された端末に、該コンテンツを含む販売ページを販売サーバにて提示する販売システムであって、
    　前記販売サーバは、
    　前記コンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報であって前記紹介サーバにアクセスした前記端末のユーザにより選択され得るリンク情報を、前記紹介サーバに提供する提供部、
    　前記提供したリンク情報が前記端末のユーザにより選択され、前記紹介サーバにより、該リンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列が前記ユーザを識別する識別情報に置換された後、該置換済のリンク情報による前記コンテンツへのアクセスに応答して、前記端末に前記コンテンツを含む販売ページを提示する販売ページ提示部、
    　前記販売ページを提示した前記端末の前記ユーザによる前記販売サーバにおける購入を管理する管理部、
    　前記管理される前記ユーザの購入報告であって前記識別情報を含む購入報告を、前記紹介サーバに報告する報告部、を備え、
    　前記紹介サーバは、
    　前記販売サーバから提供された前記リンク情報が含まれる紹介ページを前記端末に提示する紹介ページ提示部、
    　前記提示した紹介ページにおける前記リンク情報の選択を、前記端末から受け付ける受付部、
    　前記選択されたリンク情報に含まれる前記プレースホルダ文字列を、前記ユーザを識別する識別情報に置換する置換部、
    　前記置換済のリンク情報による前記コンテンツへのアクセスを、前記端末に指示する指示部、
    　前記販売サーバから報告された購入報告を、前記販売サーバから受理する受理部、
    　前記受理した購入報告に基づいて、前記識別情報により識別された前記ユーザに与えるポイントを算定する算定部、を備え、
    　前記紹介サーバは、前記紹介ページにて前記リンク情報が選択された際に、前記ユーザが前記紹介サーバにログインしていなければ、前記ユーザを前記端末から前記紹介サーバにログインさせた後、前記置換部に前記プレースホルダ文字列を前記識別情報に置換させる、
    　ことを特徴とする販売システム。
  6. 　紹介サーバからコンテンツが紹介された端末に、該コンテンツを含む販売ページを提示する販売サーバにおける販売制御方法であって、
    　前記コンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報であって前記紹介サーバにアクセスした前記端末のユーザにより選択され得るリンク情報を、前記紹介サーバに提供する提供工程、
    　前記提供したリンク情報が前記端末のユーザにより選択され、前記紹介サーバにより、該リンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列が前記ユーザを識別する識別情報に置換された後、該置換済のリンク情報による前記コンテンツへのアクセスに応答して、前記端末に前記コンテンツを含む販売ページを提示する提示工程、
    　前記販売ページを提示した前記端末の前記ユーザによる当該販売サーバにおける購入を管理する管理工程、
    　前記管理される前記ユーザの購入報告であって前記識別情報を含む購入報告を、前記ユーザに与えるポイントを算定させるために前記紹介サーバに報告する報告工程、を備える、
    　ことを特徴とする販売制御方法。
  7. 　販売サーバのコンテンツを端末のユーザに紹介する紹介サーバにおける紹介制御方法であって、
    　前記コンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報が含まれる紹介ページを前記端末に提示する提示工程、
    　前記提示した紹介ページにおける前記リンク情報の選択を、前記端末から受け付ける受付工程、
    　前記選択されたリンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列を、前記ユーザを識別する識別情報に置換する置換工程、
    　前記置換済のリンク情報による前記コンテンツへのアクセスを、前記端末に指示する指示工程、
    　前記ユーザの前記販売サーバにおける購入報告であって前記識別情報を含む購入報告を、前記販売サーバから受理する受理工程、
    　前記受理した購入報告に基づいて、前記識別情報により識別された前記ユーザに与えるポイントを算定する算定工程、を備え、
    　前記紹介ページにて前記リンク情報が選択された際に、前記ユーザが当該紹介サーバにログインしていなければ、当該紹介サーバは、前記ユーザを前記端末から当該紹介サーバにログインさせた後、前記置換工程にて前記プレースホルダ文字列を前記識別情報に置換させる、
    　ことを特徴とする紹介制御方法。
  8. 　紹介サーバからコンテンツが紹介された端末に、該コンテンツを含む販売ページを提示するコンピュータを、
    　前記コンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報であって前記紹介サーバにアクセスした前記端末のユーザにより選択され得るリンク情報を、前記紹介サーバに提供する提供部、
    　前記提供したリンク情報が前記端末のユーザにより選択され、前記紹介サーバにより、該リンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列が前記ユーザを識別する識別情報に置換された後、該置換済のリンク情報による前記コンテンツへのアクセスに応答して、前記端末に前記コンテンツを含む販売ページを提示する提示部、
    　前記販売ページを提示した前記端末の前記ユーザによる当該コンピュータにおける購入を管理する管理部、
    　前記管理される前記ユーザの購入報告であって前記識別情報を含む購入報告を、前記ユーザに与えるポイントを算定させるために前記紹介サーバに報告する報告部、
    　として機能させることを特徴とするプログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
  9. 　販売サーバのコンテンツを端末のユーザに紹介するコンピュータを、
    　前記コンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報が含まれる紹介ページを前記端末に提示する提示部、
    　前記提示した紹介ページにおける前記リンク情報の選択を、前記端末から受け付ける受付部、
    　前記選択されたリンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列を、前記ユーザを識別する識別情報に置換する置換部、
    　前記置換済のリンク情報による前記コンテンツへのアクセスを、前記端末に指示する指示部、
    　前記ユーザの前記販売サーバにおける購入報告であって前記識別情報を含む購入報告を、前記販売サーバから受理する受理部、
    　前記受理した購入報告に基づいて、前記識別情報により識別された前記ユーザに与えるポイントを算定する算定工程、として機能させ、
    　前記紹介ページにて前記リンク情報が選択された際に、前記ユーザが当該コンピュータにログインしていなければ、当該コンピュータは、前記ユーザを前記端末から当該コンピュータにログインさせた後、前記置換部に前記プレースホルダ文字列を前記識別情報に置換させる、
    　ように機能させることを特徴とするプログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
  10. 　紹介サーバからコンテンツが紹介された端末に、該コンテンツを含む販売ページを提示するコンピュータを、
    　前記コンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報であって前記紹介サーバにアクセスした前記端末のユーザにより選択され得るリンク情報を、前記紹介サーバに提供する提供部、
    　前記提供したリンク情報が前記端末のユーザにより選択され、前記紹介サーバにより、該リンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列が前記ユーザを識別する識別情報に置換された後、該置換済のリンク情報による前記コンテンツへのアクセスに応答して、前記端末に前記コンテンツを含む販売ページを提示する提示部、
    　前記販売ページを提示した前記端末の前記ユーザによる当該コンピュータにおける購入を管理する管理部、
    　前記管理される前記ユーザの購入報告であって前記識別情報を含む購入報告を、前記ユーザに与えるポイントを算定させるために前記紹介サーバに報告する報告部、
    　として機能させることを特徴とするプログラム。
  11. 　販売サーバのコンテンツを端末のユーザに紹介するコンピュータを、
    　前記コンテンツへアクセスするためのリンク情報が含まれる紹介ページを前記端末に提示する提示部、
    　前記提示した紹介ページにおける前記リンク情報の選択を、前記端末から受け付ける受付部、
    　前記選択されたリンク情報に含まれるプレースホルダ文字列を、前記ユーザを識別する識別情報に置換する置換部、
    　前記置換済のリンク情報による前記コンテンツへのアクセスを、前記端末に指示する指示部、
    　前記ユーザの前記販売サーバにおける購入報告であって前記識別情報を含む購入報告を、前記販売サーバから受理する受理部、
    　前記受理した購入報告に基づいて、前記識別情報により識別された前記ユーザに与えるポイントを算定する算定工程、として機能させ、
    　前記紹介ページにて前記リンク情報が選択された際に、前記ユーザが当該コンピュータにログインしていなければ、当該コンピュータは、前記ユーザを前記端末から当該コンピュータにログインさせた後、前記置換部に前記プレースホルダ文字列を前記識別情報に置換させる、
    　ように機能させることを特徴とするプログラム。
