空气炸锅 技术领域
本发明涉及空气炸锅,尤其涉及内胆具有把手的空气炸锅。
背景技术
空气炸锅(Air Fryer)利用高速空气循环技术烹饪,不需用油或很少用油,所以不会产生大量的油烟,同时适宜的温度可以保证食物中的营养不流失,为一种环保健康炸锅。
一种现有的空气炸锅包括壳体,内胆及连接内胆的把手,内胆包括食物锅及收容食物锅的底锅,食物锅用于盛食物。这种空气炸锅缺点是把手与食物锅或底锅不可分离,因此不方便清洗。
发明内容
本发明要解决的主要技术问题是,提供一种把手可与食物锅及底锅分离和重新组合的空气炸锅。
一种空气炸锅,其包括壳体,与壳体可相对移动的内胆及与内胆连接的把手,内胆包括食物锅及收容食物锅的底锅,其中,把手设有一个第一按钮,把手的内部设有一个第一卡钩固定片,第一卡钩固定片一端由第一按钮控制作动,另一端与底锅以卡钩方式连接,通过按下第一按钮,第一卡钩固定片与底锅脱离从而使把手与底锅脱离。
该把手还设有两个第二按钮,把手的内部还设有两个第二卡钩固定片,每个第二卡钩固定片一端由一个第二按钮控制作动,另一端与食物锅以卡钩方式连接,通过按下两个第二按钮,两个第二卡钩固定片与食物锅脱离从而使把手与食物锅脱离。
该把手内部还设有一个具有肩位的第一轴杆及两个设有肩位的第二轴杆(35),一个第一弹簧及一个第二弹簧。第一轴杆一端与第一按钮连接,另一端与第一弹簧连接,每个第二轴杆一端与一个第二按钮连接,另一端均与第二弹簧连接,第一卡钩固定片一端抵接在第一轴杆的肩位以和第一轴杆连动,每个第二卡钩固定片一端抵接在一个第二轴杆的肩位以和第二轴杆连动。
该把手内部进一步设有一个第一静止轴,按下第一按钮时,第一轴杆带动第一卡钩固定片一端压缩第一弹簧,导致第一卡钩固定片绕第一静止轴旋转,从而第一卡钩固定片另一端翘起脱离底锅。
该把手内部进一步设有一个第二静止轴,按下两个第二按钮时,两个第二轴杆带动两个第二卡钩固定片一端压缩第二弹簧,导致两个第二卡钩固定片绕第二静止轴分别旋转,从而两个第二卡钩固定片另一端翘起脱离食物锅。
该第一卡钩固定片及两个第二卡钩固定片另一端分别具有一凸起,底锅壁上设有另一凸起,食物锅的壁上设有两个穿孔,第一卡钩固定片的凸起与底锅的凸起配合形成卡钩,两个第二卡钩固定片的凸起与食物锅的穿孔配合形成卡钩。
该食物锅的壁上的两个穿孔形成在一个与食物锅紧固连接的紧固件的两个凸出部上。
该底锅开设有一个U形槽收容把手的一部分,该底锅的凸起设于U形槽的内壁。
本发明的有益效果是在把手上设置按钮连接卡钩固定片,卡钩固定片卡扣连接底锅,通过按下第一按钮,第一卡钩固定片与底锅脱离,从而把手,食物锅及底锅可以分别清洗;清洗完毕后,重新组合卡钩结构即可完成把手与食物锅及底锅的重新组合。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
请一并参阅图1及图2,本发明的一种实施例提供的空气炸锅100包括一壳体10、一内胆20及一把手30。该内胆20与该壳体10为抽屉式的抽拉结构。该把手30与该内胆20可拆卸连接。该把手30上表面具有一个第一按钮301,两个相对侧面分别具有一个第二按钮302。
请一并参阅图5,该内胆20包括一食物锅21及一收容该食物锅21的底锅22。该食物锅21内可以有一个分隔板211用于分隔同时炸的两种食物,且该食物锅21底部设有一个以上的出油孔(23),以便于将食物在烹制过程中析出的油脂漏出。该底锅22可作为该食物锅21的滴油锅,以承装漏出的油脂。
请参阅图3,该把手30 内置有一个第一轴杆31,一个第一弹簧32,一个第一卡钩固定片33,一个第一静止轴34。请参阅图6,该把手30还内置有两个第二轴杆35,一个第二弹簧36,两个第二卡钩固定片37及一个第二静止轴38。
如图3所示,该第一轴杆31一端连接该第一按钮301,另一端连接该第一弹簧32。该第一轴杆31靠近该另一端的位置具有一肩位312,该第一卡钩固定片33一端抵接在该肩位312。该第一卡钩固定片33另一端具有一凸起332。该底锅22壁上设有另一凸起222,该第一卡钩固定片33的凸起332与该底锅22的凸起222配合形成卡钩。
如图4和图5所示,该底锅22壁上具有一U形槽224,该U形槽224向下具有一中空部226(如图3示)。该U形槽224收容该把手30的一部分,该凸起222设置在该中空部226内。
当图3中的状态按下该第一按钮301时,该第一轴杆31带动该第一卡钩固定片33一端压缩该第一弹簧32,导致该第一卡钩固定片33绕该第一静止轴34旋转,从而该第一卡钩固定片33另一端翘起脱离该底锅22,即凸起332与凸起222形成的卡钩分离,从而把手30从该底锅22脱离出来。
如图6所示,该两个第二轴杆35相对设置,该两个第二轴杆35一端分别连接一个第二按钮302,另一端分别连接该第二弹簧36。该两个第二轴杆35靠近该第二弹簧36的位置分别具有一肩位352,该两个第二卡钩固定片37一端抵接在该肩位352。该第二卡钩固定片37另一端具有一凸起372。该食物锅21壁上设有两个穿孔212,该两个第二卡钩固定片37的凸起372与该食物锅21的穿孔212配合形成卡钩。该两个第二卡钩固定片37分别具有一延伸部374套在该第二静止轴38上。
如图7所示,该食物锅21外壁具有一紧固件214,该紧固件214具有两个凸出部216,该两个穿孔212分别形成在该两个凸出部216上。
当图6中的状态按下该把手30两侧的第二按钮302,该两个第二轴杆35带动该两个第二卡钩固定片37一端压缩该第二弹簧36,导致该两个第二卡钩固定片37绕该第二静止轴38分别旋转,从而该两个第二卡钩固定片37另一端翘起脱离该食物锅21,即凸起372与穿孔212分离,从而把手30从该食物锅21脱离出来。
上述把手30与食物锅21及底锅22分离后,便于清洗各个部件。清洗完毕后,又可将凸起配合,凸起与穿孔配合将把手30与食物锅21及底锅22组合起来。上述拆卸的顺序和组装的顺序没有严格要求,仅以方便拿取为宜。
该壳体10内设有一控制该空气炸锅100的电脑主板(图未示),且该壳体10外部设有操作按钮12,该壳体10的侧壁及后壁设有排风口14。
由于按下第一按钮301已可以实现把手30从底锅22分离,因此已经较好清洗,从而在另一些实施例中,两个第二按钮302可以省略,即只有第一按钮301的空气炸锅在本发明保护范围之内。
依据本发明的另一实施例,参阅图8,食物锅21可进一步采用这样的结构,即其侧壁还设有一个以上竖直排列的出油槽24,这些出油槽使得食物中的油脂能够更好地被分离出来,有助于饮食健康。进一步地,出油槽24的一侧还可以具有突出于侧壁表面的导向结构25,这些相同方向的导向结构有助于空气在锅体内的充分循环,使得加热更快速、均匀、也能更充分的析出食物中的油脂。本实施例的空气炸锅的其他结构可与前一实施例相同,不再赘述。

  1. 一种空气炸锅,其包括壳体(10),与所述壳体(10)可相对移动的内胆(20)及与所述内胆(20)连接的把手(30),所述内胆(20)包括食物锅(21)及收容食物锅(21)的底锅(22),其特征在于:所述把手(30)设有一个第一按钮(301),所述把手(30)的内部设有一个第一卡钩固定片(33),所述第一卡钩固定片(33)一端由所述第一按钮(301)控制作动,另一端与所述底锅(22)以卡钩方式连接,通过按下所述第一按钮(301),所述第一卡钩固定片(33)与所述底锅(22)脱离从而使所述把手(30)与所述底锅(22)脱离。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述把手(30)还设有两个第二按钮(302),所述把手(30)的内部还设有两个第二卡钩固定片(37),每个所述第二卡钩固定片(37)一端由一个所述第二按钮(302)控制作动,另一端与所述食物锅(21)以卡钩方式连接,通过按下所述两个第二按钮(302),所述两个第二卡钩固定片(37)与所述食物锅(22)脱离从而使所述把手(30)与所述食物锅(21)脱离。
  3. 如权利要求 2所述的空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述把手(30)内部还设有一个具有肩位(312)的第一轴杆(31)及两个设有肩位(352)的第二轴杆(35),一个第一弹簧(32)及一个第二弹簧(36),所述第一轴杆(31)一端与所述第一按钮(301)连接,另一端与所述第一弹簧(32)连接,每个所述第二轴杆(35)一端与一个所述第二按钮(302)连接,另一端均与所述第二弹簧(36)连接,所述第一卡钩固定片(33)一端抵接在所述第一轴杆(31)的肩位(312)以和所述第一轴杆(31)连动,每个所述第二卡钩固定片(37)一端抵接在一个所述第二轴杆(35)的肩位(352)以和所述第二轴杆(35)连动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述把手(30)内部进一步设有一个第一静止轴(34),按下所述第一按钮(301)时,所述第一轴杆(31)带动所述第一卡钩固定片(33)一端压缩所述第一弹簧(32),导致所述第一卡钩固定片(33)绕所述第一静止轴(34)旋转,从而所述第一卡钩固定片(33)另一端翘起脱离所述底锅(22)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述把手(30)内部进一步设有一个第二静止轴(38),按下所述两个第二按钮(302)时,所述两个第二轴杆(35)带动所述两个第二卡钩固定片(37)一端压缩所述第二弹簧(36),导致所述两个第二卡钩固定片(37)绕所述第二静止轴(38)分别旋转,从而所述两个第二卡钩固定片(37)另一端翘起脱离所述食物锅(21)。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述第一卡钩固定片(33)及所述两个第二卡钩固定片(37)另一端分别具有一凸起(332,372),所述底锅壁上设有另一凸起(222),所述食物锅(21)的壁上设有两个穿孔(212),所述第一卡钩固定片(33)的凸起(332)与所述底锅(22)的凸起(222)配合形成卡钩,所述两个第二卡钩固定片(37)的凸起(372)与所述食物锅(21)的穿孔(212)配合形成卡钩。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述食物锅(21)的壁上的两个穿孔(212)形成在一个与所述食物锅(21)紧固连接的紧固件(214)的两个凸出部(216)上。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述底锅(22)开设有一个U形槽(224)收容所述把手的一部分,所述底锅(22)的凸起(222)设于所述U形槽(224)的内壁。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述食物锅(21)内部设有一分隔板(211)用于分隔食物。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述食物锅(21)底部设有一个以上的出油孔(23)。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述食物锅(21)侧壁设有一个以上竖直排列的出油槽(24)。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述出油槽(24)一侧具有突出于侧壁表面的导向结构(25)。
