Abstract
L'invention concerne une vis destinée à être utilisée en particulier dans des pièces en matière plastique et présentant une tige munie d'un filetage. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de ladite vis. Une vis de ce type comporte un filetage comprenant au moins un filet, de préférence à plusieurs spires présentant un diamètre extérieur (Da) et un pas de vis (P), le filet présentant des flancs de filet entre lesquels se trouve un fond de filet. Le filetage est en outre réalisé sous la forme d'une vis de taraudage ou de formation de filet. Le rapport Q1 = P/Da entre le pas de vis (P) et le diamètre extérieur (Da) est compris entre 0,3 et 0,385 et le fond de filet présente un rayon Rg qui correspond, rapporté au pas de vis (P), à un rapport Q2 = Rg/P compris entre 0,5 et 1,0, de préférence entre 0,55 et 0,8. Les vis de ce type sont en particulier utilisées pour le vissage direct.
