Abstract

一种充填开采固体物料筛分装置,主要由传动系统、筛分装置、底座组成,传动装置由一系列大小不同的皮带轮及齿轮组成,皮带轮及齿轮传动使得主轴(2)与筛分器(1)的转动方向相同而转速不同实现筛分,筛分装置中筛分网允许通过粒径不大于50mm的固体物料,底座起到安装固定作用,充填开采固体物料筛分装置不仅能解决物料粘黏设备的问题,还能筛选分离出粒径大小符合固体充填采煤的要求,为成功实现井下充填采煤技术提供基础保障。上述筛分装置制造成本低,筛分效率高,操作简单。

充填开采固体物料筛分装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种充填开采固体物料筛分装置, 尤其适用于煤矿井下固体充填筛选分 离不同粒径的固体充填物料。
背景技术
在应用充填采煤技术的过程中, 固体充填物料的选择及处理是该技术得以成功实施 的关键。 固体充填物料的粒径大小在很大程度上影响井下采空区的充填密实效果。 现有 的筛分设备很少是专门针对固体充填开采技术中固体充填物料的筛分而设计的。 在处理 固体充填物料的过程中, 常常需要用非专业的其它筛分装置替代或者将其改装后来进行 固体充填物料的筛分, 但是由于该技术的筛分对象是矸石、 黄土之类的固体物料, 存在 物料黏粘设备的问题, 而且筛分效果并不理想, 筛分效率低, 在一定程度上影响该技术 的实施。
发明内容
技术问题: 本发明的目的是克服已有技术中的不足, 提供一种结构简单、 筛分效果 好的充填开采固体物料筛分装置。
技术方案: 本发明的充填开采固体物料筛分装置, 包括传动系统、 与传动系统相连 的筛分装置和支撑筛分装置的支架; 所述的传动系统包括主轴、 依次设在主轴上的筛分 器齿轮、 主轴大皮带轮、 主轴小皮带轮, 主轴大皮带轮经皮带连接有与电机输出轴相连 主动皮带轮, 主轴小皮带轮经皮带连接有复合轮 和紧定皮带轮, 复合轮经变向齿轮与筛 分器齿轮相啮合; 所述筛分装置包括套装在主轴上的筒形筛分器, 筒形筛分器前后两侧 内壁圆周上分别设有与主轴固定连接的多根筛分器固定杆, 筒形筛分器内设有间隔固定 在主轴上的搅拌片; 所述筒形筛分器的前部设有斗形进料口, 下部左右两侧对称设有形 成出料口的挡料板, 所述主轴的尾部经主轴尾端固定座固定在支架的后部, 主轴的前部 经主轴头端固定座固定在支架的前部。
所述的主轴与筛分器的转动角速度比为 1.2~1.5:1; 所述的筒形筛分器壁为允许通过 粒径小于 50mm固体物料的筛分网; 所述的筒形筛分器后部出料端半径大于其前部进料 端半径, 所形成的水平夹角为 6~15° ; 所述的多根筛分器固定杆为六根。
有效效果: 由于采用了上述技术方案, 本发明的充填开采固体物料筛分装置能根据 充填采煤技术的需要, 有效的筛选分离不同粒径的固体充填物料, 不仅能很好地解决物 料黏粘设备的问题, 还能高效筛分出粒径大小符合要求的固体充填物料, 从而为成功实 现井下充填采煤技术提供基础保障。 其结构简单, 操作方便, 制造成本低廉, 筛分效率 高, 在本技术领域内具有广泛的实用性。

下面结合附图对本发明的一个实施例作进一步的描述:
本发明的充填开采固体物料筛分装置, 主要由传动系统、 筛分装置和支架组成, 传 动系统相连在筛分装置上, 支撑筛分装置设在支架上; 所述的传动系统包括主轴 2、依次 设在主轴 2上的筛分器齿轮 11、主轴大皮带轮 8、主轴小皮带轮 9, 主轴大皮带轮 8经皮 带连接有与电机输出轴相连主动皮带轮 15, 主轴小皮带轮 9经皮带连接有复合轮 10 和 紧定皮带轮 13,复合轮 10经变向齿轮 16与筛分器齿轮 11相啮合;所述筛分装置包括套 装在主轴 2上的筒形筛分器 1, 所述的筒形筛分器 1壁为允许通过粒径小于 50mm固体 物料的筛分网。 筒形筛分器 1前后两侧内壁圆周上分别设有与主轴 2固定连接的多根筛 分器固定杆 5, 筒形筛分器 1内设有间隔固定在主轴 2上的搅拌片 4; 主轴 2两端通过轴 承分别固定于底座上的主轴尾端固定座 3和主轴头端固定座 12上,筛分器 1通过六根筛 分器固定杆 5固定于主轴 2上, 筛分器固定杆 5与主轴 2通过轴承连接使得筛分器 1可 以相对主轴 2转动,搅拌片 4固定于主轴 2上,跟随主轴 2转动,所述的筒形筛分器 1 后 部出料端半径大于其前部进料端半径, 所形成的水平夹角为 6~15° , 即筛分器 1平行放 置时, 筒形筛分器 1两端形成 6~15° 的坡度, 机器运转时大颗粒物料向出料口 19移动; 所述筒形筛分器 1的前部设有斗形进料口 7,下部左右两侧对称设有形成出料口的挡料板 6, 所述主轴 2的尾部经主轴尾端固定座 3固定在支架的后部, 主轴 2的前部经主轴头端 固定座 12固定在支架的前部。
所述主动皮带轮 15在电动机或变速箱输出端的动力驱动下经皮带带动动能给主轴大 皮带轮 8转动, 主轴大皮带轮 8带动主轴 2和主轴小皮带轮 9转动, 主轴小皮带轮 9经 皮带带动复合轮 10转动, 复合轮 10通过轴承固定于复合轮固定座 17上, 下部紧定皮带 轮 13固定于紧定轮固定座 14中并可以按需要上下移动来调节皮带的松紧,复合轮 10的 转动经其齿轮端带动变向齿轮 16转动, 变向齿轮 16通过轴承固定于变向齿轮固定座 18 上, 变向齿轮 16带动筛分器齿轮 11转动, 经过变向齿轮 16的作用使得筛分器 1的转向 与主轴 2相同, 但由于各级传动比不同, 主轴 2与筛分器 1的转速不同, 主轴 2与筛分 器 1的转动角速度比为 1.2~1.5:1; 支架两侧对称设置挡料板 6形成出料口; 固体物料由 进料口 Ί进入筛分器 1,在筛分器 1的转动和主轴 2带动的搅拌片 4的转动搅拌下,小粒 径的固体物料通过筛分器 1落入出料口 19, 然后被运往井下用于充填, 大粒径的固体物 料从筛分器 1外端敞口处流出经破碎机破碎后重新进入筛分器 1筛分。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的充填开采固体物料筛分装置, 其特征在于: 所述的主轴 (2) 与筛分器 (1)的转动角速度比为 1.2~1.5:1。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的充填开采固体物料筛分装置, 其特征在于: 所述的筒形筛 分器 (1)壁为允许通过粒径小于 50mm固体物料的筛分网。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的充填开采固体物料筛分装置, 其特征在于: 所述的筒 形筛分器 (1) 后部出料端半径大于其前部进料端半径, 所形成的水平夹角为 6~15° 。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的充填开采固体物料筛分装置, 其特征在于: 所述的多根筛 分器固定杆 (5)为六根。
