下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细阐述。 为实现以视觉方式对设备的自动识别, 本发明实施例提供的一种设备 识别的方法, 如图 1所示, 主要包括:
步骤 101, 视觉识别设备收集被识别设备的视觉识别特征。
所述视觉识别特征是在视觉上能够识别被识别设备的特征, 如标签、 设备图形或图像等。
具体的, 视觉识别设备可以接收被识别设备发出的广播或多播消息, 所述广播或多播消息中包括被识别设备的视觉识别特征; 或,
视觉识别设备发送查询广播或多播消息, 并接收支持视觉识别的被识 别设备所返回的响应消息, 所述响应消息中包括被识别设备的视觉识别特 征。
步骤 102,视觉识别设备根据所收集的视觉识别特征,对被识别设备进 行视觉识别。
具体而言, 视觉识别设备可以随机或周期性地通过摄像头采集视觉范 围内的图像或视频片断, 并对采集到的图像或视频片断进行分析并得到分 析结果, 以检查是否存在可识别的设备; 根据所述分析结果, 并结合所收 集的被识别设备的视觉识别特征, 识别被识别设备。
视觉识别设备可以从采集到的图像或视频片断中提取被识别设备的以 下至少一种视觉标识: 条形码标签、 二维码标签、 文字标签、 商标标识等。
除了向所述视觉识别设备返回响应消息以外, 被识别设备还可以发出 视觉信号。 具体而言, 所述视觉识别设备在完成对被识别设备的视觉识别 后, 还可以向该被识别设备进行识别结果确认, 以保证视觉识别的准确性。 所述识别结果确认可以采用发出视觉信号的方式实现。 在完成对被识别设备的视觉识别后, 视觉识别设备测量所述被识别设 备的空间位置信息, 所述空间位置信息至少可以描述为被识别设备相对于 视觉识别设备的以下位置信息之一: 空间三维坐标、 角度、 距离。 所述空 间位置信息可以被记录下来。
下面结合具体实施例对上述设备识别的方法进一步详细阐述。
图 2是本发明实施例的一种应用场景示意图, 该应用场景中有四台设 备, 分别是视觉识别设备、 电视机(TV )、 DVD播放器、 家庭存储服务器。 在本实施例中, 所有设备放置的位置关系是: 视觉识别设备与其它任何设 备之间没有遮挡, 也就是说, 如果视觉识别设备发出光线, 那么光线能够 不受阻挡而直接照射到所述 TV、 DVD播放器、 家庭存储服务器上。 当然, 本发明实施例并不限定视觉识别设备发出的光线是唯一角度的。
四台设备上都有网络接口, 例如支持 IEEE 802.11b/g/n或支持 IEEE 802.3的网络接口, 从而可以连接到 IP网络。 各设备能与其他设备发送、接 收消息, 处理操控指令或转交操控指令等。
这种设备在网络上的互相发现、 连接, 以及发送与接收消息能力, 可 以使用通用即插即用( UPnP )技术实现,也可以使用多播域名系统( mDNS ) 和基于域名系统的服务发现(DNS-SD )技术实现; 这一类技术用在 IP 网 络中, 以单播、 多播查询方式, 按照预先定义的报文格式响应查询、 提供 功能调用。 例如, UPnP 技术规定了媒体显示设备(如 TV )、 服务器(如 DVD播放器、 家庭存储服务器)如何响应查询、 提供哪些调用功能。
视觉识别设备还包括一个具有图像、 视频采集能力的摄像头, 视觉识 别设备具备测距功能。 视觉识别设备的摄像头能够完成的功能有: 对摄像 头视觉范围内的设备拍照, 并识别出设备的标签上的信息; 接收其它设备 的视觉信号。 所述测距功能用于测量视觉识别设备与被识别设备之间的距 离, 可以采用专门的测距模块来实现, 如激光红外线测距仪, 利用红外线 的传播和反射计算视觉识别设备与被识别设备之间的距离; 实际应用中可 以选择使用精度在 2毫米左右的激光红外线测距仪。
在本实施例中, 视觉识别设备可以识别其视觉范围内的设备, 具体的 实现方法可以是: 摄像头在三维空间内旋转以采集图像, 由测距模块在摄 像头所采集的图像中分析查找预定义的视觉标识并进行分析, 这里, 预定 义的视觉标识可以是预先存储在视觉识别设备中的图像、 图形 (这种情况 下, 视觉识别设备可以读取自身预先存储的视觉标识), 也可以是接收到的 来自被识别设备的图像、 图形。 在图 2 中, 视觉识别设备的摄像头通过拍 照的方式采集到一幅图像, 图像中有三台设备: TV、 DVD播放器和家庭存 储服务器, 这三台设备上粘贴或印刷、 镶嵌了条形码和 /或二维码标签。 视 觉识别设备对图像进行分析后, 识别出图像中有若干用于识别出被识别设 备的视觉标识, 对视觉标识分别进行识别并存储识别出的信息, 然后对视 觉标识所在的设备进行距离测量, 将距离测量结果和所述视觉标识的信息 一起存储。
本发明的另一实施例是, 视觉识别设备接收到来自 TV、 DVD播放器 和家庭存储服务器等设备发来的特征图像(如各角度的设备照片数据等), 然后将该特征图像从捕获的全景图像中检索出来, 据此测量、 记录所述设 备的位置。 这一实施例可以使用计算机视觉技术中的特征检测与匹配等技 术实现。
图 3中, 设备上的条形码标签上的信息为 "dvdplayer-192.1.1.1", 表示 该设备是一台 DVD播放器, 网络地址为 192.1.1.1。 如果将该条形码标签粘 贴或印刷、镶嵌在 DVD播放器上,则能够被视觉识别设备的摄像头采集到, 视觉识别设备将识别和存储这一信息。
图 4中, 设备上的二维码标签上的信息为 "tv-192.1.1.2", 表示该设备 是一台电视机, 网络地址为 192.1.1.2。 如果将该二维码标签粘贴或印刷、 镶嵌在电视机上, 则能够被视觉识别设备的摄像头采集到, 视觉识别设备 将识别和存储这一信息。
上述用于识别出被识别设备的视觉标识还可以包括更多的内容, 例如 包括设备的简称、 自定义名称等。
除了涉及图 3、 图 4的上述实施例,还可以用文字识别的方法识别出被 识别设备, 即将文字标注在被识别设备上, 例如, 在电视上直接粘贴写有 "tv-192.1.1.2"的纸签, 由视觉识别设备识别该纸签上的文字, 从而识别设 备。
对应上述设备识别的方法, 本发明实施例还提供了一种设备识别的系 统, 如图 5 所示, 该系统包括视觉识别设备和被识别设备, 其中, 被识别 设备包括被识别侧控制单元、 被识别侧执行单元、 被识别侧网络单元。 总 体而言, 所述被识别侧控制单元配置为进行所述被识别设备侧的涉及视觉 识别的逻辑控制; 所述被识别侧执行单元配置为根据所述逻辑控制进行涉 及视觉识别的具体操作; 所述被识别侧网络单元配置为实现被识别设备与 视觉识别设备之间的通信。
具体而言, 作为被识别设备与视觉识别设备之间的交互接口, 所述被 识别侧网络单元包括网络接口, 能够基于所述被识别侧控制单元的指示, 执行被识别设备与视觉识别设备之间的互连和消息收发。
作为被识别设备的协调控制单元, 所述被识别侧控制单元能够指示所 述被识别侧执行单元向视觉识别设备发送视觉识别特征(比如将视觉识别 特征携带于广播或多播消息中并发送), 供所述视觉识别设备对所述被识别 设备进行视觉识别。 当然, 所述被识别侧控制单元也可以接收并分析所述 视觉识别设备发出的查询广播或多播消息, 根据分析结果指示被识别侧执 行单元向视觉识别设备发送响应消息, 所述响应消息中包括被识别设备的 视觉识别特征。 除了向所述视觉识别设备返回响应消息以外, 所述被识别侧执行单元 还可以发出视觉信号, 该操作可以是所述被识别侧执行单元根据所述被识 别侧控制单元的指示进行的。
所述视觉信号可以是各种可见光信号、 不可见光信号, 及光信号的特 征(比如光信号的变化规律), 也可以是显示屏上的图形、 图像, 举例如下:
1、 白色光束的有规律闪烁, 比如, 每秒内闪烁若干次, 每次持续若干 时间, 共闪烁若干秒;
2、 红、 绿、 蓝光交替闪亮, 持续若干次;
3、 某频率上的光, 持续发射若干秒;
4、在显示屏上显示被识别设备的一个或多个角度的照片、或其它图形、 图像、 视频等。
需要说明的是, 所述被识别设备上可以设置有用于识别出被识别设备 的视觉标识, 用于以视觉方式表示本设备。 所述视觉标识至少可以是贴在 外表的标签或设备的照片 (一个或多个角度的照片)、 图片、 商标标识, 或 其它显示在屏幕上的图形、 图像或视频片断。 这些视觉标识也可以作为被 识别设备发送给视觉识别设备的视觉识别特征。
所述视觉识别设备包括识别侧控制单元、 识别侧执行单元、 识别侧网 络单元。 总体而言, 所述识别侧控制单元配置为进行视觉识别设备侧的涉 及视觉识别的逻辑控制; 所述识别侧执行单元配置为根据所述识别侧控制 单元的逻辑控制进行涉及视觉识别的具体操作; 所述识别侧网络单元配置 为支持视觉识别设备与被识别设备之间的通信。
具体而言, 作为视觉识别设备与被识别设备之间的交互接口, 所述识 别侧网络单元包括网络接口, 能够基于识别侧控制单元的指示, 执行视觉 识别设备与被识别设备之间的互连和消息收发。
比如: 所述识别侧网络单元接收被识别设备发出的广播或多播消息, 所述广播或多播消息中包括被识别设备的视觉识别特征; 或, 所述识别侧 网络单元发送查询广播或多播消息, 并接收被识别设备返回的响应消息, 所述响应消息中包括被识别设备的视觉识别特征。
作为视觉识别设备的协调控制单元, 所述识别侧控制单元能够根据所 收集的视觉识别特征, 对被识别设备进行视觉识别。
比如: 所述识别侧控制单元能够指示识别侧执行单元, 通过摄像头采 集视觉范围内的图像或视频片断; 所述识别侧控制单元还能够对采集到的 图像或视频片断进行分析, 根据分析结果以及被识别设备的视觉识别特征, 进行所述被识别设备的识别。 比如: 对采集到的图像或视频片断进行分析 以得到用于识别出被识别设备的视觉标识, 将该视觉标识与所述被识别设 备的视觉识别特征进行比对, 以识别出被识别设备。
所述识别侧控制单元还能够指示所述识别侧执行单元采集来自被识别 设备的视觉信号, 并据此与被识别设备进行识别结果确认。
另外, 在完成对被识别设备的视觉识别后, 所述识别侧控制单元还可 以控制测距模块(如: 激光红外线测距仪) 测量所述被识别设备的空间位 置信息。 所述测距模块可以设置于所述识别侧执行单元中。
所述视觉识别设备还可以包括存储单元, 配置为存储所述被识别设备 的空间位置信息、 视觉识别特征。 存储单元还能够存储被识别设备的设备 标识、 网络地址等信息。 其中, 所述空间位置信息可以是在视觉识别设备 为空间坐标原点时被识别设备的几何参数, 如三维空间坐标、 向量坐标等。 视觉识别设备中存储的数据可供本设备内的各单元使用, 也可以提供给其 他设备使用。 作为实施例, 存储单元可以提供被识别设备的空间位置信息 给后续用于进行手势识别的手势识别单元(图中未示出)使用, 由手势识 别单元根据手势指向、 被识别设备的位置来判断手势所要操控的对象。
下面结合图 6所示的流程进一步阐述本发明实施例, 图 6所示流程主 要包括以下步骤:
步骤 601, 视觉识别设备发出查询广播。
视觉识别设备可以首先发出查询广播或多播消息, 查询网络中有哪些 设备支持视觉识别。
作为另一个实施例, 被识别设备也可以首先发出广播或多播消息, 发 布本设备的信息, 包括是否支持视觉识别。
步骤 602, 收到查询广播的被识别设备判断自身是否支持视觉识别, 如 果支持, 执行步骤 603; 否则结束流程。
步骤 603, 支持视觉识别的被识别设备向视觉识别设备发出响应消息, 该响应消息包括视觉识别特征, 如: 标签、 设备图形、 设备图像、 视觉信 号等, 还可以包括被识别设备是否提供视觉确认功能的信息。
步骤 604, 视觉识别设备接收被识别设备的响应消息。
接收到响应消息后, 视觉识别设备根据响应消息中的数据, 进行视觉 识别。 包括: 随机或周期性地通过摄像头采集视觉范围内的图像, 然后对 采集到的图像进行分析, 检查是否有可识别的被识别设备。 比如: 对采集 到的图像进行分析以确定所述图像中是否有条形码、 二维码, 在发现条形 码、 二维码时识别出条形码、 二维码所标识的信息, 用该信息与所述被识 别设备的视觉识别特征进行比对, 以识别出被识别设备。 本实施例用条形 码、 二维码来标识被识别设备并由视觉识别设备记录识别结果。
根据被识别设备提供的视觉识别特征, 视觉识别设备可以根据采集的 图像, 从中查找与被识别设备提供的图像、 图形相符合的对象, 从而确定 被识别设备。
步骤 605, 视觉识别设备判断是否需要确认视觉特征, 如果需要, 执行 步骤 606, 否则结束流程。
视觉识别设备可以根据被识别设备的响应消息中包括的被识别设备是 否提供视觉确认功能的信息, 来判断是否需要确认视觉特征。
步骤 606, 被识别设备以视觉方式与视觉识别设备确认。
被识别设备可以通过以下方式之一, 与视觉识别设备确认:
1、 白色光束的有规律闪烁, 比如, 每秒内闪烁若干次, 每次持续若干 时间, 共闪烁若干秒;
2、 红、 绿、 蓝光交替闪亮, 持续若干次;
3、 某频率上的光, 持续发射若干秒;
4、 在显示屏上显示被识别设备的一个或多个角度的照片、 其它图形、 图像或视频等。
视觉识别设备需要预先获知被识别设备确认时的光信号特征的规律变 化, 从而实现视觉方式的确认。 需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中的视觉方 式的确认, 可以是通过可见光、 不可见光、 图像、 图形等进行确认。
再参见图 7, 本实施例中,视觉识别设备完成被识别设备的视觉扫描发 现和视觉方式的确认; 被识别设备可以是电视机、 DVD播放机等。
视觉识别设备发出查询广播消息, 消息内容参见前述相应实施例中的 描述, 此处不再赘述;
设备 1 支持视觉识别, 发出响应消息, 向视觉识别设备指示本设备的 视觉识别特征; 设备 2不支持视觉识别, 从而不向视觉识别设备响应; 视觉识别设备与设备 1 之间进行视觉方式的确认, 这种确认是基于计 算机视觉的, 可以是可见光、 不可见光、 图像、 图形等, 具体参见前述相 应实施例中的描述, 此处不再赘述。
另外, 本发明实施例以电视机、 DVD播放机、 存储服务器被作为被识 别设备, 而本发明实施例并非限定于上述设备; 实际应用中, 电脑、 音响、 音箱、 投影仪、 机顶盒等都可以作为本发明实施例中被识别设备, 甚至工 业上的其它设备, 如汽车、 机床、 轮船等也都可以由视觉识别设备来进行 识别。
上述实施例中, 视觉识别设备的摄像头可以为各种规格, 例如: 可以 是固定焦距或变焦距的, 旋转空间可以是上下左右各个角度的, 或只支持 左右角度。 测距仪可以使用激光红外线测距仪, 也可以用其它波段的光测 量测距仪; 可以使用三个摄像头测距, 也可以使用更多摄像头用加权调整 等方法测距。
上述实施例中, 与网络相关的技术, 可基于 IEEE 802.3、 IEEE 802.11b/g/n、 电力线 ( POWELINE )、 有线电视电缆( CABLE )、 公共交换 电话网络( PSTN, Public Switched Telephone Network )、 第三代合作伙伴计 划 (3GPP, 3rd Generation Partnership Project ) 网络、 3GPP2网络等通讯网 络所支持的 IP 网络; 各设备的操作系统可适用于 UNIX 类操作系统、 WINDOWS类操作系统、 ANDROID类操作系统、 IOS操作系统等, 对用 户接口可适用于 JAVA语言接口等。
本发明实施例所述集成的单元、 模块等, 如果以软件功能单元的形式 实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时, 也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存 储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现 有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产 品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以 是个人计算机、 服务器、 或网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法 的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器( ROM, Read-Only Memory )、 随机存取存储器 ( RAM, Random Access Memory )、 磁碟或光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。 这样, 本发明实施例不限制 于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 对所述被识别设备进行视 觉识别的过程包括:
获取用于识别出被识别设备的视觉标识, 将该视觉标识与所述被识别 设备的视觉识别特征进行比对, 识别出被识别设备。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 获取所述视觉标识的方法为: 所述视觉识别设备通过摄像头采集视觉范围内的图像或视频片断, 并 对采集到的图像或视频片断进行分析以得到所述视觉标识; 或,
所述视觉识别设备读取自身预先存储的视觉标识。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述视觉标识包括以下至少之 一: 条形码标签、 二维码标签、 文字标签、 商标标识。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述视觉识别设备在完成 对被识别设备的视觉识别后, 还与所述被识别设备进行识别结果确认。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述识别结果确认, 是以所述 被识别设备向所述视觉识别设备发出视觉信号的方式实现的。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述视觉信号包括以下至少之 一: 可见光信号、 不可见光信号、 光信号特征、 显示屏上的图形、 图像。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 在完成对被识 别设备的视觉识别后, 所述视觉识别设备还测量所述被识别设备的空间位 置信息。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中, 所述视觉识别特征包括以下 至少之一: 标签、 设备图形、 设备图像、 视觉信号。
11、 一种实现视觉识别的装置, 该装置为视觉识别设备; 所述装置包 括识别侧控制单元、 识别侧执行单元; 其中,
所述识别侧控制单元, 配置为获知被识别设备的视觉识别特征, 据此 控制所述识别侧执行单元对所述被识别设备进行视觉识别;
所述识别侧执行单元, 配置为根据所述识别侧控制单元的控制, 对所 述被识别设备进行视觉识别。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 所述识别侧控制单元在获知 所述视觉识别特征时, 配置为:
接收所述被识别设备发出的消息, 所述消息中包括所述被识别设备的 视觉识别特征; 或,
向所述被识别设备发送消息, 并接收所述被识别设备返回的响应消息, 所述响应消息中包括所述被识别设备的视觉识别特征。
13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的装置, 其中, 所述识别侧执行单元 在对所述被识别设备进行视觉识别时, 配置为:
获取用于识别出被识别设备的视觉标识, 将该视觉标识与所述被识别 设备的视觉识别特征进行比对, 识别出被识别设备。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其中, 所述识别侧执行单元在获取 所述视觉标识时, 配置为:
通过摄像头采集视觉范围内的图像或视频片断, 并对采集到的图像或 视频片断进行分析以得到所述视觉标识; 或,
读取所述视觉识别设备中预先存储的视觉标识。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其中, 所述视觉标识包括以下至少 之一: 条形码标签、 二维码标签、 文字标签、 商标标识。
16、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的装置, 其中, 所述识别侧控制单元, 还配置为在完成对被识别设备的视觉识别后, 控制所述识别侧执行单元与 所述被识别设备进行识别结果确认。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其中, 进行所述识别结果确认时, 所述识别侧执行单元配置为接收所述被识别设备发出的视觉信号, 以实现 识别结果确认。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的装置, 其中, 所述视觉信号包括以下至少 之一: 可见光信号、 不可见光信号、 光信号特征、 显示屏上的图形、 图像。
19、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 在完成对被识别设备的视觉 识别后, 所述识别侧控制单元还配置为控制所述识别侧执行单元, 测量所 述被识别设备的空间位置信息。
20、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括存储单元, 配置为存储识别所述被识别设备的信息。
21、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括识别侧网络 单元, 配置为支持所述装置中各单元与所述被识别设备之间的通信。
22、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 所述视觉识别特征包括以下 至少之一: 标签、 设备图形、 设备图像、 视觉信号。
23、 一种实现视觉识别的装置, 该装置为被识别设备; 所述装置包括 被识别侧控制单元、 被识别侧执行单元; 其中,
所述被识别侧控制单元, 配置为控制所述被识别侧执行单元, 向视觉 识别设备提供所述被识别设备的视觉识别特征; 所述被识别侧执行单元, 配置为根据所述被识别侧控制单元的控制, 向视觉识别设备提供所述视觉识别特征。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的装置, 其中, 所述被识别侧执行单元在提 供所述视觉识别特征时, 配置为:
向所述视觉识别设备发出消息, 所述消息中包括所述视觉识别特征; 或,
接收来自所述视觉识别设备的消息, 向所述视觉识别设备返回响应消 息, 所述响应消息中包括所述视觉识别特征。
25、 根据权利要求 23或 24所述的装置, 其中, 所述被识别侧控制单 元, 还配置为控制所述被识别侧控制单元与所述视觉识别设备进行识别结 果确认。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的装置, 其中, 进行所述识别结果确认时, 所述被识别侧控制单元配置为向所述视觉识别设备发出视觉信号, 以实现 识别结果确认。
27、 根据权利要求 26所述的装置, 其中, 所述视觉信号包括以下至少 之一: 可见光信号、 不可见光信号、 光信号特征、 显示屏上的图形、 图像。
28、 根据权利要求 23所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括被识别侧网 络单元, 配置为支持所述装置中各单元与所述视觉识别设备之间的通信。
29、 根据权利要求 23所述的装置, 其中, 所述视觉识别特征包括以下 至少之一: 标签、 设备图形、 设备图像、 视觉信号。
30、 一种实现视觉识别的系统, 包括视觉识别设备、 被识别设备; 其 中,
所述视觉识别设备, 配置为获知所述被识别设备的视觉识别特征, 据 此对所述被识别设备进行视觉识别;
