Definitions
- the present invention relates to an absorptive article such as a urine picking pad used by being attached to underwear.
- disposable diapers have been used as absorbent articles that absorb urine as excretory fluid.
- This diaper includes an absorbent core formed of a liquid absorbent material such as pulp fiber, a liquid-permeable surface sheet that covers the absorbent core from the skin side in the thickness direction, and a liquid that covers the core from the non-skin side. And an impermeable back sheet.
- the developed shape of the diaper has a substantially hourglass shape having a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction. That is, the central part of the longitudinal direction is constricted in the width direction.
- the constricted part is applied to the wearer's crotch as the crotch part, the front part in the longitudinal direction from the crotch part is applied to the lower abdomen of the wearer as the front body, and the rear side in the longitudinal direction from the crotch part
- the part is applied to the wearer's buttocks as the back body, and is thus worn on the lower body of the wearer.
- clothing such as trousers and skirt is directly put on the diaper, that is, the diaper is an absorbent article used instead of underwear such as pants.
- Patent Document 1 discloses an example of this diaper.
- FIG. 1A is a schematic plan view of the diaper 101.
- FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 1A and shows only the absorbent core 111.
- the planar shape of the absorbent core 111 has a substantially hourglass shape constricted in the width direction at the position of the central portion in the longitudinal direction.
- two examples of the configuration of the absorbent core 111 are disclosed. That is, as shown in FIG. 1A, a configuration in which protrusions 113, 113 protruding to the skin side are formed along the respective edges on both sides in the width direction of the absorbent core 111, and as shown in FIG. 1C.
- a structure in which a protrusion 115 protruding to the skin side is further formed on the front edge in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core 111 is disclosed.
- the former configuration it is possible to prevent urine leakage in the width direction by damming up the urine staying on the skin side surface of the absorbent core 111 with the protrusions 113 and 113 on both sides in the width direction.
- the latter configuration leakage of urine from the front in the longitudinal direction can be further prevented.
- a urine removing pad that is attached to an undergarment is also used. And, if it is such a urine removing pad, its usage pattern is similar to a sanitary napkin, that is, it is attached to the body by attaching the pad to the underwear and wearing the underwear. Therefore, it can be used with a feeling of use similar to that of a sanitary napkin, and can be used without feeling psychological resistance as in diapers.
- urine-absorbing pads are often used for light incontinence, and those for severe incontinence such as urge incontinence where a large amount of urine is discharged at a stretch are not provided on the market. Therefore, when a large amount of urine is discharged all at once, the urine that cannot be absorbed instantaneously by the absorbent core stays on the skin side of the absorbent core, and the urine falls on both sides in the width direction and There is a risk that it will flow to both sides in the longitudinal direction at once and leak from the four sides of the urine collection pad.
- the protrusions 113, 113 formed at the edges on both sides in the width direction are formed along the substantially hourglass-shaped outer shape of the absorbent core 111.
- the protrusions 113 and 113 have a curved shape in which the position in the width direction changes according to the position in the longitudinal direction, not the linear shape along the longitudinal direction.
- the present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems as described above, and its purpose is to effectively prevent leakage to the outside even when a large amount of excretory fluid is discharged at once, such as urgency incontinence.
- the expected leakage prevention performance is generally achieved without significantly impairing the leakage prevention performance. There is in making it possible.

- An absorbent article used to be attached to underwear to absorb excretory fluid and having a thickness direction, a width direction, and a longitudinal direction
- the main body of the absorbent article has an absorbent core containing a liquid absorbent material
- the absorbent core has a protruding portion that protrudes toward the skin side on the surface facing the skin side in the thickness direction
- the protrusion is formed in an annular shape surrounding the longitudinal center of the absorbent core, and a pair of straight lines parallel to the longitudinal direction as end portions in the width direction of the protrusion.
- the absorbent article is characterized in that a start position is set to a position corresponding to the linear portion.
- the protruding portion of the absorbent core is formed in an annular shape so as to surround the central portion in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, when a large amount of excretory fluid is discharged at a stroke due to urge incontinence or the like, the excretory fluid that cannot be instantaneously absorbed by the absorbent core can be effectively dammed by the annular protrusion. That is, the excretory fluid can be temporarily stored in the space surrounded by the protrusions. And thereby, it is possible to earn time for the liquid absorption time so that the excretion liquid does not leak from the main body until the absorbent core finishes absorbing the excretion liquid, and as a result, from the longitudinal direction and the width direction. It is possible to effectively prevent leakage of excretory fluid.
- the protruding portion is formed in an annular shape so as to surround the central portion in the longitudinal direction, the space surrounded by the protruding portion can be continuously and widely formed on both sides of the central position in the longitudinal direction. .
- this excretion liquid can be spread
- the excretory liquid is sequentially absorbed by the absorbent core at the position where it has settled. Therefore, the area of the absorbent core that can contribute to the absorption of excretory fluid as a whole can be increased, and as a result, the amount of absorption per unit time can be increased. Contributes to the improvement of leakage resistance against
- the protruding portion is formed in an annular shape so as to surround the central portion, the half portion on one end side in the longitudinal direction and the half portion on the other end side in the protruding portion can be made substantially the same shape. . Therefore, when the absorbent article is attached to the underwear, the wearer mistakes the one end side and the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, and attaches the absorbent article in the opposite direction to the original direction. Even if it exists, based on said substantially symmetrical shape of the protrusion part regarding the said longitudinal direction, an absorbent article can be worn as it is with the desired leak-proof property, without impairing the leak-proof effect largely. That is, according to the absorbent article, a foolproof effect can also be achieved.
- the protrusion has a pair of linear portions parallel to the longitudinal direction and arranged in the width direction. Therefore, when the wearer attaches the absorbent article to the underwear, even if the wearer is attached at a position shifted in the longitudinal direction from the appropriate position, the damming effect in the width direction that can be achieved by the pair of linear portions generally changes. Without this, even in such a case, the projecting portion can exhibit the desired leak-proof property.
- a leak-proof wall portion is provided on the surface of the main body portion facing the skin side, and the standing start position of the leak-proof wall portion corresponds to the linear portion of the protruding portion of the absorbent core. Set to position. Therefore, the leak-proof wall portion and the linear portion can cooperate with each other to function as a high weir, which also contributes to the improvement of the leak-proof property in the width direction.
- the space surrounded by the protruding portion exists continuously from one end portion to the other end portion in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the space can be secured widely, thereby increasing the capacity for temporarily storing the excreta. As a result, it is possible to ensure time earning until the absorbent core finishes absorbing the excretory fluid.
- the protrusion is preferably provided along the outer peripheral edge of the absorbent core.
- the protrusion is provided along the outer peripheral edge of the absorbent core. Therefore, when the absorbent core has restrictions on the external dimensions, it is possible to secure the widest space surrounded by the protrusions under the restriction, thereby increasing the capacity for temporarily storing excretory fluid. Can be maximized. Therefore, time earning until the absorbent core finishes absorbing the excretory fluid can be ensured.
- An adhesive part for attaching the main body part to the undergarment is provided on the surface of the main body part facing the non-skin side in the thickness direction, It is desirable that at least a part of the linear portion of the protruding portion and the adhesive portion overlap each other when viewed from the thickness direction.
- the linear portion of the protruding portion and the adhesive portion overlap each other when viewed from the thickness direction. Therefore, at least a part of the linear portion of the protruding portion is restricted so as not to move with respect to the underwear. Therefore, when the wearer wears the underwear, the straight portion and the leak-proof wall portion standing on the straight portion are also placed between the wearer's crotch as the underwear is placed along the wearer's crotch. As a result, the linear portion and the leak-proof wall portion can be brought into close contact with the wearer's crotch. And thereby, the leakage of excretion fluid from the longitudinal direction and the width direction can be more effectively prevented.
- Such an absorbent article It is desirable that a plurality of the absorbent cores are overlapped in the thickness direction.
- an absorbent article it is possible to suppress a sense of incongruity due to the protruding portion at the time of wearing, while ensuring a high liquid absorption capacity of the protruding portion. Details are as follows. When the protrusion height of the protrusion is high, the wearer tends to feel uncomfortable because the protrusion hits the crotch of the wearer. On the other hand, if the protrusion height of the protrusion is lowered, the liquid absorption capacity of the protrusion may be reduced. Here, only the absorbent core located on the most skin side hits the crotch when worn.
- the leak-proof wall has a sheet-like member provided along the longitudinal direction, and an elastic member fixed to the sheet-like member in a state of being elongated in the longitudinal direction, When the elastic member contracts from the stretched state, the sheet-like member contracts in the longitudinal direction and rises from the surface of the main body by the contracting force applied to the sheet-like member.
- the contractile force is applied over the entire length of the predetermined range in the longitudinal direction, It is preferable that at least a part of each end portion in the longitudinal direction of the protruding portion is included in the predetermined range.
- each end portion in the longitudinal direction of the protruding portion is lifted to the skin side, thereby reducing the gap between the skin side and the skin. can do. Therefore, the excretory fluid flowing in the longitudinal direction can be reliably dammed at each end portion in the longitudinal direction.
- the main body has a liquid-permeable surface sheet provided on the skin side in the thickness direction than the absorbent core, Of the main body part, the surface facing the skin side in the thickness direction is dented with a pressing part formed by pressing both the topsheet and the absorbent core together from the skin side in the thickness direction. Formed, It is desirable that the pressing portion is provided along the longitudinal direction at a central portion in the width direction of a portion of the main body portion surrounded by the protruding portion.
- the pressing part is formed from the skin side in the central part of the main body part surrounded by the protruding part. Therefore, the main body part is bent so as to be dented to the non-skin side at a substantially central position in the width direction with the pressing part as a folding point, and thereby the space surrounded by the protruding part can be expanded. As a result, urine can be temporarily stored more reliably in the same space.
- the absorbent core is formed by laminating the liquid absorbent material in the thickness direction based on a basis weight distribution pattern, It is desirable that the basis weight of the position having the protruding portion is larger than the basis weight of the position not having the protruding portion on a plane having the thickness direction as a normal direction.
- the basis weight (g / m ⁇ 2 >) of the position which has a protrusion part is larger than the basis weight of the position which does not have a protrusion part. For this reason, the amount of swelling after liquid absorption is larger at the position having the protruding portion than at the position surrounded by the protruding portion which is the position having no protruding portion. Therefore, even after the excretion fluid is absorbed, the position having the protruding portion protrudes larger toward the skin side, so that a space surrounded by the protruding portion can be secured widely. As a result, even when the excretory fluid is discharged next time, the excretory fluid that cannot be instantaneously absorbed by the absorbent core can be temporarily stored in the same space without any problem.

Then, in a state where the absorbent core 11 is placed on the back surface sheet 31, the back surface sheet 31 is joined to the top sheet 21 by heat welding or the like at each end in the longitudinal direction and each end in the width direction, for example.
- the absorbent core 11 is held between the top sheet 21 and the top sheet 21. Note that the state in which the absorbent core 11 is held between the back sheet 31 and the top sheet 21 corresponds to the main body 1 s of the urine removing pad 1 described above.
- a material of the back sheet 31 for example, a film made of a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate is used.
- non-skin side surface of the back sheet 31 adhesive parts 33 and 33 for preventing the slipping are provided for immovably attaching the urine collecting pad 1 to the underwear.
- the formation of the non-slipping adhesive portions 33 and 33 is performed, for example, by applying a hot-melt adhesive to a predetermined position on the non-skin side surface of the back sheet 31. Since the position is one of the ideas of this embodiment, this will also be described later.
- the body portion 1 s of the urine collecting pad 1 is made to correspond to each end portion in the width direction of the absorbent core 11 for the purpose of preventing urine leakage to the end side in the width direction.
- a pair of leak-proof wall portions 40, 40 are provided.

- the planar shape of the second linear portion 11P2 is a strip shape parallel to the width direction. That is, both the first linear portion 11P1 and the second linear portion 11P2 have strip-shaped top surfaces 11P1t and 11P2t on the skin side, respectively.
- the width dimensions of the top surfaces 11P1t and 11P2t, respectively. Is set to 10 mm or more, for example. And if it sets in this way, the urine which reached
- 6B and 6C is preferably set in the range of 0.5 mm to 5 mm, more preferably in the range of 1.5 mm to 3 mm. 2.0 mm is set as a target value. And if it is set to such a range, the problem which may occur when it is less than 0.5 mm, that is, the problem of insufficient space for temporarily storing urine before absorption can be solved, and 5.0 mm The problem which may occur when exceeding, ie, the problem of uncomfortable feeling when contacting the wearer's skin, can be solved.
- the protrusion height L11P of the protrusion 11P is made constant over the entire circumference of the protrusion 11P.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the protrusion height L11P of the protrusion 11P depends on the location. May be different.
- the protrusion height L11P is a height in a no-load state (natural state) in which no external force acts on the protrusion 11P. This means that the width of the protrusion 11P is as follows. The same applies to.
- the width dimension of the top surface 11P2t of the second linear portion 11P2 may be larger than the width dimension of the top surface 11P1t of the first linear portion 11P1.
- the urine that tends to flow in the longitudinal direction of the urine collecting pad 1 can be reliably dammed up.
- the width dimension of the top surface 11P1t of the first linear portion 11P1 is 15 mm
- the width dimension of the top surface 11P2t of the second linear portion 11P2 is 52 mm.
- the absorptive core 11 which has such a protrusion part 11P is based on the basis weight (g / m ⁇ 2 >) of the liquid absorptive material which is the constituent material of the core 11, and the position on the skin side surface of the absorptive core 11 It is realized by making it differ according to. That is, on the plane whose thickness direction is the normal line direction, the basis weight distribution pattern is such that the basis weight at the position having the protruding portion 11P is larger than the basis weight at the position having no protruding portion 11P.
- the absorbent core 11 is formed by laminating liquid absorbent materials in the thickness direction based on this distribution pattern.
- the amount of swelling after absorbing urine will be larger at the position having the protruding portion 11P than at the position surrounded by the protruding portion 11P, which is the position not having the protruding portion 11P. . Therefore, even after the absorption of the urine, the position having the protruding portion 11P protrudes larger toward the skin side, and thereby the space SP11 surrounded by the protruding portion 11P can be maintained in a wide state. As a result, even when urine is discharged next time, urine that cannot be absorbed instantaneously by the absorbent core 11 can be temporarily stored in the space SP11 without any problem.
- the basis weight of the position having the protruding portion 11P is set to 1.2 to 4.0 times the basis weight of the position having no protruding portion 11P. And if it is set in this way, the following problems can be effectively avoided.
- First, in the case of less than 1.2 times, it becomes difficult to ensure a large protrusion height L11P of the protruding portion 11P and it becomes difficult to achieve sufficient leakage prevention, and when it exceeds 4.0 times Causes a problem that the difference in rigidity between the position having the protruding portion 11P and the position not having the protruding portion 11P is increased, and it becomes easy to feel uncomfortable when the urine collecting pad 1 is worn. If it is set to 2 to 4.0 times, these problems can be avoided.
- the basis weight of the position having the protruding portion 11P is set in a range of 550 to 850 (g / m 2 ), and the basis weight of the position having no protruding portion 11P is It is set in the range of 200 to 500 (g / m 2 ).
- the standing start position 41be at which the leakage preventing wall 40 starts to rise from the top sheet 21 is the width of the edge 41be on the center side in the width direction of the base end 41b according to the leakage preventing wall 40.
- this standing start position 41 be is a position corresponding to the first linear portion 11 ⁇ / b> P ⁇ b> 1 of the protruding portion 11 ⁇ / b> P of the absorbent core 11. Is set.
- the base end portion 41b of the leak-proof wall portion 40 is fixed to the topsheet 21 while aligning so that the standing start position 41be is positioned on the top surface 11P1t of the first linear portion 11P1. And if it does in this way, the leak-proof wall part 40 and the 1st linear part 11P1 will mutually cooperate, and it can function as a high dam, Thereby, it can improve the leak-proof property of the width direction more. it can.
- the intermediate portion 41fm of the free end portion 41f positioned between the front end portion 41fa and the rear end portion 41fb is raised by the elastic member 45”.
- FIG. 2 when the range in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate portion 41fm is a predetermined range Rm, it is desirable that the pair of second portions of the projecting portion 11P of the absorbent core 11 be within the predetermined range Rm. It is preferable that at least a part of the linear portions 11P2 and 11P2 (corresponding to “longitudinal ends of the protruding portions”) be included.
- each 2nd linear part 11P2 and 11P2 will be lifted to the skin side by the contractive force of the elastic member 45, respectively, and, thereby, the clearance gap between a wearer's skin is made small. can do. Therefore, it is possible to reliably dam the urine flowing in the longitudinal direction at the end portions in the longitudinal direction as the second linear portions 11P2 and 11P2.
- the slip-preventing adhesive portion 33 is a hot-melt adhesive applied to a predetermined range on the non-skin side surface of the back sheet 31.
- a pair of band-shaped anti-slip adhesive portions 33, 33 on the left and right sides in the width direction are spaced from the front end portion of the back sheet 31 with a predetermined interval so as to sandwich the center line CLW in the width direction. It is continuously formed up to the rear end.
- each of the anti-slipping adhesive portions 33, 33 overlaps a part of the first linear portion 11P1 of the absorbent core 11.
- each misalignment-preventing adhesive portion 33 is the center side in the width direction of the nearest first linear portion 11 ⁇ / b> P ⁇ b> 1. It is provided so that it may overlap. Therefore, at least a portion on the center side in the width direction of the first linear portion 11P1 is regulated so as not to be relatively movable with respect to the underwear, so that the underwear is worn when the wearer wears the underwear.
- the leak-proof wall portion 40 that stands on the top surface 11Pt of the first linear portion 11P1 and the first linear portion 11P1 comes along the wearer's crotch as it is along the crotch of the wearer. .
- the 1st linear part 11P1 and the leak-proof wall part 40 will be in the state closely_contact
- the formation pattern of the anti-slipping adhesive portion 33 is not limited to the pair of belt-like patterns described above.
- the anti-slip adhesive portion 33 may be formed as a continuous region in the width direction.
- the anti-slipping adhesive portion 33 is formed so as to overlap the entire first linear portion 11P1 when viewed from the thickness direction. May be. And if it forms in this way, the 1st linear part 11P1 will be further restrained so that relative movement is impossible with respect to underwear, and this can further raise said effect.
- a pressing portion E formed by pressing both the surface sheet 21 and the absorbent core 11 together from the skin side in the thickness direction is formed on the skin side surface of the surface sheet 21.
- the pressing part E1 is formed on the straight line along the longitudinal direction.
- the 1st pressing part E1 has several (three) groove part H1, H1, H1 long in a longitudinal direction, and each groove part H1 is between the groove parts H1 adjacent to a longitudinal direction. Are formed in a state of being spaced apart from each other.
- the groove H1 is formed on each of the front and rear portions of the center line CLL so as to sandwich the longitudinal center line CLL of the body portion 1s of the urine absorbing pad 1.
- weared the underwear will be the urine picking pad 1 from the both sides of the width direction.
- the main body 1s of the urine collecting pad 1 is non-skinned at a substantially central position in the width direction with the first pressing part E1 as a folding point.
- the space SP11 (FIGS. 6A to 6C) surrounded by the projecting portion 11P can be enlarged by bending so as to be dented to the side. As a result, urine can be temporarily stored more reliably in the space SP11.
- a pair of second compressed parts E2 and E2 are formed side by side in the width direction at each end in the longitudinal direction of the part surrounded by the protruding part 11P. And it is good for each 2nd pressing part E2 to be provided so that it may go to the end side from the center side of a width direction as it goes to the end side from the center side of a longitudinal direction.
- the 2nd pressing part E2 is formed in the form of one continuous groove part over the full length.
- 2nd pressing part E2 cooperates with the above-mentioned 1st pressing part E1.
- the main body 1s is deformed into a cup shape as shown in FIG. That is, the central portion 1sC in both the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the main body portion 1s is indented toward the non-skin side.
- the central portion 1sC is separated from the crotch, but the portions other than the central portion 1sC, that is, the end portions 1sLe, 1sLe in the longitudinal direction and the end portions 1sWe in the width direction of the main body portion 1s, About 1 sWe, it will be in the state closely_contact
- the reason why the main body 1s is likely to be cup-shaped as shown in FIG. 7 based on the first pressing part E1 and the second pressing part E2 is as follows. First, when a force F (FIG. 2) facing the center side in the width direction from the wearer's crotch acts on the body portion 1 s of the urine collecting pad 1 attached to the underwear from both sides in the width direction, it is shown in FIG. 7. Thus, the main body 1s is valley-folded so as to be recessed toward the non-skin side at the center portion 1sC in the width direction due to the first pressing portion E1.
- a pair of second squeezing parts E2 and E2 are provided in each part on the end side in the longitudinal direction from the central part 1sC, respectively. Based on the V-shape, the distance between the second pressing parts E2 and E2 gradually opens toward the end in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, in these each part, the influence of the valley fold resulting from the 1st pressing part E1 is gradually relieved as it goes to the end side of a longitudinal direction, and this is longer than a pair of 2nd pressing part E2, E2.
- the end portions 1sLe and 1sLe which are portions on the end side in the direction, have a planar shape substantially along a plane defined by the longitudinal direction and the width direction.
- the main body 1s is deformed into a shape away from the crotch with respect to the center 1sC while closely contacting the crotch. That is, the main body 1s has a cup shape.
- the groove portion H1 of the first squeezing portion E1 and the groove portion of the second squeezing portion E2 each have a deep portion and a shallow portion having different depths. is doing. However, it is not limited to this. That is, the depth of the groove portion may be constant over the entire length.
- the 1st pressing part E1 and the 2nd pressing part E2 may be formed in the several island-shaped dent part, Furthermore, the shape of the bottom face of each dent part is circular or a rectangle. May be.
- Such a urine absorption pad 1 is manufactured by, for example, the following method using an appropriate manufacturing apparatus.
- the absorptive core 11 is produced
- the fiber stacking apparatus includes, for example, a suction belt conveyor that conveys an object to be conveyed while adsorbing an object to be conveyed with the upper surface serving as a conveying surface, and a rotating drum that is disposed above and rotates.
- the rotating drum has a dent part on the outer peripheral surface, and the dent part has an adsorption function for adsorbing the liquid absorbent material. Further, a deeper dent is formed on the bottom of the dent corresponding to the protrusion 11P of the absorbent core 11 described above. Therefore, the absorbent core 11 having the above-described annular protrusion 11P is generated by adsorbing and depositing the liquid absorbent material sprayed from an appropriate duct with the dents on the outer peripheral surface adsorbed thereon. And the produced
- the continuous body of the top sheet 21 assembled with the continuous body of the pair of side sheets 41 merges from below. That is, the continuum of each side sheet 41 is fixed to both sides in the width direction of the continuum of the top sheet 21 by heat welding or the like, and the continuum of each side sheet 41 is already in an expanded state. Elastic members 45, 45... Are fixed. And the absorptive core 11 is mounted on the continuous body of such a surface sheet 21. FIG. And after that, this absorptive core 11 and the surface sheet 21 are united and conveyed by the conveyance direction, and are sent to the embossing roll apparatus of the downstream of a conveyance direction by this.
- the embossing roll device has, for example, a pair of rotating upper and lower rolls, and a protrusion having a shape corresponding to the pressing part E such as the first pressing part E1 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the lower roll. Therefore, when passing through the embossing roll device, the squeezed portion E is formed on both the continuous body of the topsheet 21 and the absorbent core 11 and is further sent downstream in the transport direction.
- the continuous body of the back sheet 31 joins from above. And the absorptive core between the continuous body of the surface sheet 21 and the continuous body of the back surface sheet 31 by the continuous body of the back surface sheet 31 covering the continuous body of the top sheet 21 on which the absorbent core 11 is placed from above. 11 is inserted and sent to the downstream round seal device in this state.
- the hot melt adhesive has already been applied to the non-skin side surface of the back sheet 31, and thus the anti-slip adhesive portions 33 and 33 have been formed.
- the adhesive portions 33, 33 are covered with a protective sheet such as a release sheet.
- the round seal device has, for example, a pair of rotating upper and lower rolls, and a protrusion having a shape corresponding to the contour shape of the urine removing pad 1 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the lower roll. Therefore, when passing through the round seal device, both the continuous body of the top sheet 21 and the continuous body of the back sheet 31 correspond to the end portions in the longitudinal direction and the end portions in the width direction of the urine collecting pad 1. They are joined to each other by heat welding or the like. As a result, a continuous body of the urine removing pad 1 is generated, and the continuous body of the urine collecting pad 1 is further sent to the die cutter device on the downstream side in the transport direction.
- the die cutter device has a pair of rotating rolls, and one of the rolls has a punching blade having a shape corresponding to the contour shape of the urine removing pad 1 on the outer peripheral surface thereof. Therefore, when the continuous body of the urine removing pad 1 passes through the die cutter device, the urine absorbing pad 1 is individually punched out of the continuous body of the urine collecting pad 1 by the punching blade, and thereby the urine collecting pad is cut into a single sheet. Pad 1 is generated.
- FIG. 8 is an explanatory diagram of a urine absorption pad 1 according to a modification of the present embodiment.
- FIG. 8 is a view corresponding to the BB cross-sectional view in FIG.
- the structure of the absorbent core 11 is a single-layer structure having only one absorbent core 11.
- the structure of the absorbent core 11 of this modification is as shown in FIG.
- the difference is that it has a two-layer structure in which two absorptive cores 11, 11 as an example are overlapped in the thickness direction.
- points other than this are substantially the same as the above-mentioned embodiment. Therefore, below, the same code
- the planar shapes of the two absorbent cores 11, 11 are substantially the same as each other, and both absorbent cores 11, 11 are thick over the entire circumference of the outer peripheral edge portion. It has an annular protrusion 11P that protrudes toward the skin side in the vertical direction. And the two absorptive cores 11 and 11 are overlap
- covering with liquid permeable sheets, such as tissue paper these two absorptive cores 11 and 11 are covered by the same sheet in the state which overlapped.
- the protruding height L11P of the protruding portion 11P of each of the absorbent cores 11 and 11 is reduced to, for example, half, the two absorbent cores 11 and 11 having a reduced protruding height L11P are overlapped in the thickness direction.
- the liquid-absorbable capacity generally determined by the total value of the protrusion heights L11P of the protrusions 11P and 11P
- the discomfort between the crotches generally determined by the protrusion height L11P of the protrusion 11P of one absorbent core 11 is suppressed. can do.
- the basis weight distribution pattern of the liquid absorbent material is the same between the two absorbent cores 11, 11.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and may be different depending on circumstances.
- the protrusion height L11P of the protrusion 11P is the same between the two absorbent cores 11 and 11, but is not limited to this, and may be different depending on circumstances.
- three or more absorbent cores 11 may be overlapped in the thickness direction.
- the urine collecting pad 1 is described as an example of the absorbent article used by being attached to the undergarment, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
- a sanitary napkin that absorbs menstrual blood instead of urine may be used.
- the absorbent core 11 has the protruding portion 11P that protrudes toward the skin side in the thickness direction along the outer peripheral edge portion of the skin side surface.
- the protruding portion 11 ⁇ / b> P may be formed in an annular shape at a position slightly on the center side in the width direction and the longitudinal direction from the outer peripheral edge portion of the skin side surface of the absorbent core 11.
- FIG. 9A is a schematic plan view showing the urine collection pad 1 other than the absorbent core 11 as seen through
- FIGS. 9B and 9C are cross-sectional views taken along the line BB and C in FIG. 9A, respectively.
- -C is a cross-sectional view showing only the absorbent core 11.
- the shape of the absorbent core 11 is a substantially rectangular flat plate shape, that is, the planar shape of the absorbent core 11 is a rectangular shape, but is not limited thereto.
- the planar shape may be a substantially hourglass shape.
- the cross-sectional shapes of the first linear portion 11P1 and the second linear portion 11P2 related to the protruding portion 11P of the absorbent core 11 are substantially trapezoidal. However, it is not limited to this. For example, it may be rectangular or square. In the above-described embodiment, the substantially trapezoidal cross-sectional shape of the first linear portion 11P1 is maintained constant over the longitudinal direction. However, depending on the case, the cross-sectional shape may be slightly different depending on the position in the longitudinal direction. It may change.
- the belt-like top surface 11P1t of the first linear portion 11P1 is parallel to the longitudinal direction and the width of the top surface 11P1t is constant over the longitudinal direction, urine collection is performed from an appropriate position on the underwear.
