L'invention concerne un appareil (1) pour le moussage simultané et continu de deux panneaux (2) ou plus, comprenant : un moyen d'alimentation destiné à alimenter des paires de matériaux en bande continue (7) disposés l'un au-dessus de l'autre et se faisant face réciproquement ; une paire de dispositifs de transport (5) comprenant des surfaces de guidage horizontal et d'appui (10, 30) appropriées pour recevoir et guider respectivement un matériau en bande supérieur (3s') et un matériau en bande inférieur (3i') ; une pluralité de dispositifs distributeurs (11A ; 11B) disposés pour distribuer des écoulements respectifs de mélange de polyuréthane ou phénolique pour les paires respectives de matériaux en bande ; des dispositifs de contention latérale pour la contention du mélange en expansion dans les limites des bords latéraux ; un moyen formant paroi de séparation horizontale (13) comprenant des surfaces de guidage et d'appui opposées supérieure (14) et inférieure (15) pour recevoir respectivement, sur un côté, le matériau en bande inférieur (3i) d'une paire et, sur l'autre côté, le matériau en bande supérieur (3s) d'une autre paire de matériaux en bande et pour transmettre la poussée de la mousse en expansion du matériau en bande supérieur d'un premier panneau au matériau en bande inférieur d'un second panneau placé plus haut et vice-versa.
