An object of the present invention is to provide a small illumination device with a monitor for a vehicle.
According to the present invention, a base member attached to a ceiling portion of a vehicle, a monitor attached to the base member and facing a passenger compartment, a light source attached to a back surface portion on the ceiling portion side of the base member, and A lighting device with a monitor for a vehicle comprising a holder attached to the back surface together with a light source and a light guide that is supported by the holder and guides light emitted from the light source,
The periphery of the base member is provided apart from the ceiling portion,
The holder includes a base that supports the light guide, and a reinforcing portion that is integrally formed with the base and reinforces the base.
The base portion includes a first wall portion whose tip abuts on the ceiling portion and extends downward, a bottom portion extending from the lower end of the first wall portion toward the outside of the base member, and A second wall standing up from the tip of the bottom,
The reinforcing portion has a substantially L shape in a cross-sectional view, and extends from the second wall portion to the outside of the base member, and rises from the tip of the horizontal portion to face the vehicle interior. There is provided an illuminating device with a monitor for a vehicle characterized by comprising a vertical wall portion.
Preferably, the holder has a plating layer formed at least on a portion of the base that faces the light guide and on the reinforcing portion.
In the present invention, a light source and a holder are attached to the back surface of the base member, and the light guide is supported by the holder. A light source is attached to the back surface of the base member, and light from the light source is guided to the vehicle interior via the light guide. Since these are provided on the back surface of the base member, the light source and the light guide can be arranged in the vicinity of the monitor. Since the monitor, the light source, and the light guide can be arranged close to each other, it is possible to reduce the size of the illumination device with a vehicle monitor. Further, by using indirect illumination that illuminates light from the inside of the base member toward the vehicle interior, the design of the vehicle interior when the illumination is turned on can be improved.
In addition, the reinforcing portion of the holder includes a horizontal portion extending from the second wall portion of the base portion to the outside of the base member, and a vertical wall portion standing from the tip of the horizontal portion and facing the vehicle interior. . A reinforcement part plays the role of the rib with respect to a base, and raises the intensity | strength of a holder. Here, the vertical wall portion faces the vehicle interior. When the vertical wall portion exists in the base member, the amount of protrusion of the base member from the ceiling increases by the height of the vertical wall portion. By forming the vertical wall portion outside the base member, an increase in the protruding amount of the base member can be prevented. That is, the strength of the holder can be increased while preventing an increase in the protruding amount of the base member.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the holder is formed with a plating layer at least at a portion of the base facing the light guide. As a result, the light guided by the light guide is reflected by the plating layer and reaches the vehicle interior more reliably. Thereby, the brightness and darkness in the vehicle interior can be clarified, and the design of the vehicle interior when the lighting is turned on can be improved. A plating layer is also formed on the reinforcing part, and a part of the reinforcing part faces the vehicle interior. Since the plating layer is also formed on the portion facing the vehicle interior, the periphery of the base member can be decorated with the reinforcing portion. Thereby, the external appearance property of the illuminating device with a vehicle monitor can be improved.

The first row seat 13 includes a driver seat 13a on which a driver is seated and a passenger seat 13b provided adjacent to the driver seat 13a. The second row seat 14 is a bench-like seat extending in the vehicle width direction. The third row seat 15 is a bench-like seat extending in the vehicle width direction.
A portion of the ceiling portion 17 constituting the ceiling of the vehicle 10 that corresponds to the space between the driver's seat 13a and the passenger seat 13b is referred to as a lighting device 20 with a vehicle monitor (hereinafter referred to as a “lighting device with monitor 20”). ) Is attached. The illuminating device 20 with a monitor plays a role of illuminating the interior of the passenger compartment 18. The illuminating device 20 with a monitor has a monitor 22 that can be viewed by an occupant of the second row seat 14 and an occupant of the third row seat 15.
In the present embodiment, a roof lining is provided on the ceiling portion 17, and a lighting device 20 with a monitor is attached to the roof lining.
It should be noted that the illuminating device 20 with a monitor may be attached to a member constituting the ceiling portion 17 even if it is other than roof lining. That is, as long as the ceiling part 17 is a member which comprises a ceiling, a vehicle body etc. may be sufficient and it is not restricted to these.
2 shows a lighting device with a monitor as viewed from the interior of the vehicle, FIG. 3 shows a lighting device with a monitor as viewed from the back side, and FIG. 4 shows a lighting device with a monitor as shown in FIG. The state which expanded four parts of the illuminating device is shown.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the illuminating device 20 with a monitor includes a substantially rectangular base member 40 attached to the ceiling portion 17, and a surface portion 41 side which is a surface of the base member 40 on the vehicle compartment 18 side. The monitor 22 attached to the base member 40, the housing 24 attached to the back surface portion 42 which is the surface of the base member 40 on the ceiling portion 17 side, and the light source 23 stored therein, and the plan view attached to the back surface portion 42 together with the housing 24 A substantially U-shaped holder 50 and a light guide 27 that is supported by the holder 50 and guides light emitted from the light source.
In particular, as shown in FIG. 2, a housing recess 43 for housing the monitor 22 is formed in the surface portion 41 of the base member 40 in a concave shape toward the ceiling portion 17.
Referring also to FIG. 3, a monitor support member 28 for supporting the monitor 22 is attached to the back surface portion 42 of the base member 40. The base member 40 is attached to the periphery of the monitor support member 28 on the ceiling. Clips 29 for attaching to the portion 17 are attached, holder attachment portions 31 for attaching the holder 50 to the ceiling portion 17 are formed adjacent to these clips 29, and the holder 50 is attached to the base member 40 at the periphery. A holder mounting claw 32 is formed toward the ceiling portion 17.
The monitor 22 is attached to the monitor support member 28 so as to be swingable. By swinging the monitor 22 downward, the monitor 22 faces the passenger compartment 18, and the occupant can view images and the like reflected on the monitor 22. On the other hand, when the monitor 22 is unnecessary, the monitor 22 is housed in the housing recess 43 by swinging the monitor 22 upward.
The holder 50 and the light guide 27 are disposed so as to surround the monitor support member 28. In other words, the holder 50 and the light guide 27 are disposed so as to avoid the locus on which the monitor 22 swings. By avoiding superposition of these in the vertical direction, it is possible to suppress the protruding amount of the base member 40 from the ceiling portion 17 and contribute to the thinning of the monitor-equipped lighting device 20. In particular, it is important that the holder 50 and the light guide 27 are disposed so as to avoid the storage recess 43 in the vertical direction.
As shown in FIG. 5, the holder 50 is a resin member having a plating layer 51 formed on the entire surface. The plating layer 51 is formed on the entire surface by plating the holder 50 integrally.
The holder 50 includes a base 60 that supports the light guide 27 and a reinforcing portion 70 that is integrally formed with the base 60 and reinforces the base 60. The base 60 has a J shape in a cross-sectional view perpendicular to the extending direction of the light guide 27, covers the side and the lower side of the light guide 27, and opens the upper side of the light guide 27.
The base portion 60 has a first wall portion 61 whose tip abuts against the ceiling portion 17 and extends downward, and from the lower end of the first wall portion 61 toward the outside of the base member 40 (toward the right in the drawing). And a second wall 63 standing up from the tip of the bottom 62. The upper end portion 61a of the first wall portion 61 is in contact with the ceiling portion 17 and is formed thinner than other portions.
The reinforcing portion 70 includes a horizontal portion 71 that extends from the second wall portion 63 to the outside of the base member 40, and a vertical wall portion 72 that stands up from the tip of the horizontal portion 71 and faces the vehicle interior 18. And is substantially L-shaped in a cross-sectional view perpendicular to the extending direction of the light guide 27. A locking hole 71 a for locking the holder mounting claw 32 is formed in a part of the horizontal portion 71.
The upper end of the second wall 63 and the upper end of the vertical wall 72 have a predetermined gap with respect to the ceiling 17. For this reason, a part of the light of the light guide 27 travels toward the interior of the passenger compartment 18, and the remainder is reflected by the plating layer 51 and travels toward the interior of the passenger compartment 18.
In addition, the plating layer 51 should just be formed in the site | part which faces the light guide 27 of the base 60, and the reinforcement part 70 at least.
Referring also to FIG. 3, the light source 23 and the holder 50 are attached to the back surface portion 42 of the base member 40, and the light guide 27 is supported on the holder 50. A light source (reference numeral 23 in FIG. 4) is attached to the back surface portion 42 of the base member 40, and light from this light source is guided into the passenger compartment 18 through the light guide 27. Since these are provided on the back surface portion 42 of the base member 40, the light source and the light guide 27 can be arranged in the vicinity of the monitor 22. Since the monitor 22, the light source, and the light guide 27 can be arranged close to each other, the monitor-equipped lighting device 20 can be reduced in size.
Further, by using indirect illumination that illuminates light from the inside of the base member 40 toward the interior of the passenger compartment 18, the design of the interior of the passenger compartment 18 when the illumination is turned on can be improved.
In addition, the reinforcing portion 70 of the holder 50 includes a horizontal portion 71 extending from the second wall portion 63 of the base portion 60 to the outside of the base member 40, and rising from the tip of the horizontal portion 71 into the vehicle interior 18. It consists of the vertical wall part 72 which faces. The reinforcing portion 70 serves as a rib for the base portion 60 and increases the strength of the holder 50. Here, the vertical wall portion 72 faces the vehicle interior 18. When the vertical wall portion 72 exists in the base member 40, the amount of protrusion of the base member 40 from the ceiling portion 17 is increased by the height of the vertical wall portion 72. By forming the vertical wall portion 72 outside the base member 40, an increase in the protruding amount of the base member 40 can be prevented. That is, the strength of the holder 50 can be increased while preventing an increase in the protruding amount of the base member 40.
Furthermore, a plating layer 51 is formed on the holder 50 at a site facing the light guide 27 of the base 60. Thus, the light guided into the vehicle compartment 18 by the light guide 27 is reflected by the plating layer 51 and reaches the vehicle compartment 18 more reliably. Thereby, the light and darkness in the vehicle interior 18 can be made clearer, and the design of the vehicle interior 18 when the lighting is turned on can be improved. When the plating layer 51 is formed on the entire surface of the base portion 60 and the reinforcing portion 70, it is not necessary to perform a pretreatment such as masking as compared with the case where the plating layer 51 is partially formed. It is.
Further, a part of the reinforcing portion 70 on which the plating layer 51 is formed faces the vehicle interior 18. Since the plating layer 51 is also formed on the portion facing the passenger compartment 18, the periphery of the base member 40 can be decorated by the reinforcing portion 70. Thereby, the external appearance of the illuminating device 20 with a monitor can be improved.
The lighting device with a monitor for a vehicle according to the present invention has been described by taking an example mounted on a wagon car, but it can be applied to a type mounted on another vehicle such as a bus.
